I'm gonna get this fic finished by the end of March. There shouldn't be too much more. This originally started as a fic I wrote out of frustration/revenge years ago because of all the braime fics in the J/C tag, but more so cause of all the harassment they were giving me. At the time I first posted this people bitched and bitched about it, not only in the comments, but I had callouts on tumblr (more than one) made about it, tons of anon hate, etc. I sadly don't have my ao3 anymore, but I collected the comments and reposted them here. Was a nice and funny trip down memory lane reading them all again after all these years. And what hypocrites they were, considering they posted their jb fics in the jc tag all the time, yet through a fit over this fic. Anyway, turns out the one with the spoilers was right after all - at the time I thought for sure that was a troll. But JB did bang. Only it of course wasn't portrayed like they thought it would be lmao. Jaime did choose Cersei in the end. I wonder what these people would have to say now, assuming they care about their sunken ship still.

Anyway more about those spoilers - it was a real wild time on tumblr after those comments. Some of my fandom friends at the time did some digging, and one person found the spoilerswere given from the double/stand-in for Jaime. One person found the dude's real name and I reblogged the post with it and I/we got accused of doxing. Even though the dude was posting the spoilers on Reddit and had his insta with his real name linked in his reddit. Anyway, at the time I thought for sure that the guy had to be a fake, because why would a real stand in risk their job/getting sued like that? But, nope, turned out he was legit an and the real stand in for Jaime. I tried to spread the spoilers as much as I could just to annoy people lol, but dumbass freefolk deleted my post at the time.

Anyway even though this started years ago as a "troll" fic I'm gonna finish it because I hate to leave anything unfinished. On a semi related note, I don't plan to start any new fics on here that weren't published already on ao3, but I do promise anything in progress or any one shots I haven't uploaded here - I will upload them all by the end of this year for the one-shots, and for the multichapters we'll see how long that takes, its somewhat dependent on my motivation which is kinda dependent on new people finding them and commenting.

And also, thank you for reviewing the previous chapter Princess Rosalind of Underland(as always, my fav person in fandom! :D) and BewareTheShadows

"That sounds insane. How did you get away from the bear?" Asked Jaime.

"While this bear was smiling at us, I heard Bronn say 'Fuck it' and start to hurry off. This didn't go unnoticed by the bear, who reacted as any bear would when their prey ran. In the background I heard Tormund say 'Sheila, he doesn't mean to be-"

A knock at the door interrupted them. "You expecting someone?" Asked Jaime. "No. I'll go see who it is though," she replied.

"Tormund? What are you doing here?" Asked Brienne.

"What indeed," agreed Jaime. "She's a highborn woman. This is most inappropriate," said Jaime, failing to realize the irony.

"Brienne. Something happened," said Tormund, holding a shoe in his hand. "We have to discuss the matter from the other night." He paused and gave Jaime an unimpressed look. "If you want more disappointment you can fuck around with this not as pretty as snow boy later."

"I was just in the middle of talking to the lady Brienne. I am riding back to King's Landing after our conversation. Now as I don't believe you have anywhere important, or anywhere else at all to be, I'd suggest you go worship a heart tree or something," said Jaime.

"And I'd suggest you take that used-to-be pretty face of yours and pucker up those lips and go kiss my ass."

"Used to be pretty? Look at me, then look at you. Why, is that something moving in your beard?" Retorted Jaime.

"You two stop it! You're acting like petulant children," scolded Brienne. "Tormund, is that what I think it is?"

"Bronn's shoe? Fuck yeah."

"Why do you have Bronn's shoe?" Asked Jaime, confused. In return, he was meant with silence. "You know what, never mind. Cersei is waiting for me. He paused. "You two are both acting weird as seven hells." More silence. "I'd nearly forgotten all about Bronn. I should at least say my goodbyes before I ride back. Gimme the shoe, I'll return it to him."

Brienne and Tormund exchanged an alarmed look. "Should I tell him?" Asked Brienne.
