'The mission was supposed to be simple' Sayuri thought at the current situation.
Like how difficult is it to destroy Kannabi bridge?
'This should be just us, burning the bridge down' Sayuri thought again.
But no, the enemy had to attack them by surprise.
While Kakashi, Obito, Asuma, Kurenai and Sayuri managed to put up a fight, Rin ended up being kidnapped.
"Let's go and save Rin-chan." Obito said.
"Our mission is to destroy the Kannabi bridge, and we need to stick to it."
"Rin-chan is in danger, we need to save her first."
"The mission is to destroy the bridge. If she gets kidnapped, then she is a burden."
However, the exchange was heated and both the boys where shouting at each other.
Not wanting to be involved in any of the matter, Sayuri, Asuma and Kurenai were sitting on the ground and resting.
'Let those two fights and resolve it. I am sick of it. Rin just cost us our mission.'
"You know what, fine!" Obito snapped, "I believed the White Fang is a great hero."
Kakashi's eyes widened at hearing those words.
"He chose his friends over a stupid mission, and he may had to die for it in the end but I would rather die like him than stay alive by completing a mission and letting them get killed."
Obito continued, "Those who break the rules are scum, but those who abandon their friends are worse than scum."
Everyone looked at him, "I am going to save her, if you want to follow, follow else do what you want."
"I am going after him" Sayuri said, "He might do something even more stupid now."
Asuma and Kurenai nodded as they watch Sayuri run after Obito to save Rin.
"Obito wait up" Sayuri shouted and Obito turned around and saw Sayuri behind him. He stopped and waited for her and they both started going inside the forest to rescue Rin.
"I hope she is fine."
"Believe in Rin"
As luck would have had it, the enemies had spotted them and both the Uchihas where busy fighting them.
"Rasengan" the two of heard and saw Kakashi standing near them.
"You came?" Obito asked.
"We have to save Rin first." Kakashi said.
Kakashi, Obito, Asuma, Kurenai and Sayuri then ganged up and began to attack their enemies.
Sayuri took out her sword and slashed of few of them while Asuma send out a smoke screen and Obito set fire to it, evidently killing them in the explosion.
Kakashi used his ninjutsu skills and ended up killing few of them while also getting slashed and thereby losing his left eye while Kurenai, put everyone in genjutsu to stop their movements.
The fight went on for 30 mins and all the enemies where down.
"Let's go" Kurenai said, and everyone went to forward.
"Rin-chan" Obito shouted, seeing Rin tied up in a cave.
"For fuck's sake" said the ninja from hidden stone village.
"We need to kill them." Another said.
"Damn them to hell."
The 5 shinobis from the hidden leaf village began to fight tooth and nail to save Rin.
During the battle, Kurenai noticed that all their enemies was busy with Kakashi, Obito, Asuma and Sayuri and she quietly went towards Rin.
"Are you okay?" Kurenai asked and Rin nodded. Kurenai slashed the ropes that was tying up Rin and said, "Let's get out" out loudly.
Asuma immediately put a smoke screen and Team 10 and Team 7 began running away from the cave and back into their village.
"Look out" Asuma shouted while looking back.
Team 10 was running faster than Team 7 and they had a lead.
Kakashi, Rin and Obito looked up and saw a huge bolder about to fall on them.
"RUN" Kurenai shouted.
Kakashi, Rin and Obito started running, Sayuri stared at them.
'Kakashi and Rin can make but Obito might not, but I need to do something. But what can I do? I cannot use susanoo that I will break it apart. What do I do? Why am I always this weak? If only I could save Obito, he will die if he doesn't move fast enough.'
FLASHBACK STARTS
Shuichi and Sayuri was busy practicing taijutsu when Shuichi suddenly started punching, which Sayuri could easily avoid due to her sharingan.
She noticed her father's strength had suddenly improved.
She jumped and saw her father hit the ground. Her eyes widened seeing a decent sized hole.
"How did you do it?"
"Store maximum amount of chakra and release it."
FLASHBACK ENDS
'I am not strong enough for that attack. If I do it, it will barely make any impact, but I cannot give up.'
"Asuma, I am going towards the bolder, use windstyle to help me give speed."
"What are you going to do?" Kurenai asked.
"Try to save my friends" Sayuri said and took out her sword.
Asume clapsed his hand and went "Wind Release: Gale Palm" and a gust of wind came from his palm.
Sayuri had already jumped in front of Asuma and with the added speed, she went racing towards the bolder.
'I am not only Madara Uchiha's great granddaughter, but I am also Sayuri Uchiha, a proud kunoichi from the hidden leaf village and I will not remain weak forever.'
She felt great source of power and didn't realize she had activated her 3rd tomoe.
She took out her sword and focused her chakra there. The sword soon was in flames and with full speed she managed to slash the boulder separating into multiple parts.
She then put her legs on one of the smaller boulders and turned herself to cut the remaining big boulders to save team 10.
After cutting the remaining boulder into multiple parts she came down and saw Rin and Kakashi panting.
"Thank You for saving us." Rin said, while sitting down on the floor.
"SHIT" everyone heard Obito screamed, and they turned to see Obito on the ground, his right arm smashed under the big chunk of rock.
"Fuck" Sayuri said and punched the rock with her might. She kept on punching, with all her strength, yet there wasn't much impact.
Kurenai and Asuma came to them.
"Obito" Kurenai said and tried to nudge him.
"I cannot feel my right arm." Obito said.
"Don't worry, we will save you." Asuma reassured.
"I do not think, I can make it. I feel weak, you guys go without me." Obito said, feeling faint.
Kakashi's eyes widened and said, "We will figure something out."
"Go without me and Kakashi, whatever people say, remember you are a great jonin and Rin-chan I love you. I will always love you. Please protect her Kakashi."
Sayuri paused hearing Obito confess his love for Rin. She went near Obito's head and said coldly, "If you want to die, I will kill you later myself but for now stay alive."
It did pain her to hear Obito confess his feelings for Rin, but she already knew he loved her.
'I feel tired.' Obito said and closed his eyes.
Soon he felt a hand on his wrist, "There is a pulse" Kurenai said.
"Kakashi, no matter what Obito says, I love you." Rin said in front of everyone, including Obito, whom she assumed had fainted and not just lying there closing her eyes.
"Obito liked you, no Obito loves you and I will always protect you for that Rin. But I will never in my life go into a relation with you." Kakashi said coldly, not believing Rin confessing to him.
"Then what about me and my feelings" Rin exclaimed and started crying.
Sayuri at this point lost it.
"You bitch, how dare you?" Sayuri said coldly, surprising everyone there including Obito.
"He just confessed his feelings and now you are behaving like this. Your weakness just cost us our mission and now Obito's damage might be enough for him to never battle again. It's a miracle that you guys managed to survive."
Rin fought back, "I love Kakashi, sure Obito might like me, but I like Kakashi, I am not changing my feelings for him. I am just nice to him that's it."
Obito felt pain in his heart hearing those words.
"You are entitled to your feelings but have enough respect for Obito to not confess to Kakashi few minutes after Obito literally got his arms crushed. Honestly, you are just insufferable." Sayuri said.
"We need to remove the boulder." Kurenai interrupted them.
Sayuri glared at Rin and then looked at Kakashi and said, "Can you do the rasengan?"
"I am out of chakra and can probably faint." Kakashi confessed.
"Asuma can you carry both Obito and Kakashi?" Sayuri asked and Asuma nodded.
"Leave it, Kurenai and I will carry the other one." Sayuri said.
"What about me?" Rin asked.
"Try being useful or consider yourself as a friend to Obito for once."
Obito could feel pain in his heart but felt darkness had started surrounding him and the voices began to faint.
"Go for it" Asuma reassured and Kakashi used his rasengan destroyed the remaining boulder before fainting.
With the boulder destroyed, Asuma picked up Obito while Sayuri picked up Kakashi.
"We will take turn" Sayuri informed Kurenai and nodded.
Sayuri and Asuma left while Kurenai looked at Rin and said, "We are leaving, let's go."
