While Kakashi took the 2 girls to the hospital, Sayuri and Obito went to the Hokage's office to report everything.
"There were 3 kidnappers when they arrived. I killed of 2 of them. I managed to save 2 of the girls but unfortunately the third girl got killed. I ended up activating my mangekyou sharingan and that helped me killed them. I managed to get that they were associated with a sex trafficking ring, specialized in prostitution children."
Minato looked visibly shaken and disturbed and spoke "I see. This mission has unlocked a much bigger challenge. Thank you for that. We will be required to re-strategize everything. You can rest for now."
Sayuri nodded and bowed and left the room.
Obito looked at Minato, who spoke back, "We will gather a group of jonins to gather much more information, especially their location. As of now, you are dismissed."
Obito nodded and left as well. He quickly went to the men's locker and changed to civilian clothes.
'It's too late to cook now. I will go to Ichiraku's' Obito thought and left the hokage building, to see Sayuri standing near the exit, holding the gate.
"Hime-chan" Obito called out and Sayuri turned towards Obito and wiped her tears.
Obito looked at her at a worried manner and asked, "What happened? Are you hurt? Do you want me to take you to hospital?"
"No"
"Then?"
"I cann't" Sayuri said and held her head, "I can still visualize the girl begging me for help, no matter how hard I try to forget it, her image keeps coming to my head, begging me to help her."
Sayuri then looked at the night sky, "I guess I am a weak kunoichi after all."
"No, you are not." Obito said, shocking Sayuri.
"You are very strong. It is very easy to awaken the mangekyou sharingan, seeing someone die, like your parents, siblings or friends but to awaken it for a complete stranger makes you a very strong person."
Sayuri didn't say anything, she kept quite while looking at the sky.
"What happened hime-chan?"
"It's like I am never good enough. I try my best but I am never enough. I am the 2nd hokage's descendant, yet I am nowhere as close to him. If he was here, he would have saved all the three kids, while I am just a failure."
'Comparing herself to the second hokage, the man was called God of war. She is nowhere close but no Uchiha can ever be close to him anytime soon.'
"Hime-chan?"
"Yes."
"Do you regret being his great granddaughter?"
"Yes and no. I am grateful that I am his great granddaughter, but I still wish if he was not this strong then everyone would have less expectations from me, I guess. I mean, I cannot be weak, I just don't know sometimes. I wish we lived in a peaceful world, without any bad guys but a dream is a dream right."
Obito looked at the shorter girl and then up in the sky, "I agree, it would have been so much better."
Sayuri looked at her shoes, "I feel tired. I want to go home."
"Food?"
"I am not hungry" Sayuri said but her stomach betrayed her, and it growled.
Obito gave a grin and said, "Let's go to ichiraku's if it's fine."
Sayuri nodded and the two of them went to Ichiraku's.
"One large bowl and one medium bowl with extra egg please." Obito said as he entered.
"Right this way" Teuchi said, seeing the two of them and began to cook the food.
Sayuri sat down and Obito sat beside her.
"Any plans for tomorrow?" Obito asked.
"No, nothing."
"I.. umm.. can." Before Obito could say anything, Teuchi served Obito the large bowl of ramen while Sayuri the medium bowl with extra egg.
She immediately began to gulp down the food.
"Slowdown princess"
"Nah, I am just hungry." Sayuri said.
Obito started eating as well.
It only took Sayuri 10 mins to finish of her meal and then she started yawning.
"Tired?" Obito asked.
Sayuri nodded, and she put her head on the counter and drifted off to sleep.
'She slept off' Obito thought while finishing off his meal.
After paying for their meal, Obito tried to wake her up but to no avail.
'If I take her to her home, people might question me.'
Obito lifted her bridal style and used Kamui to teleport into the house he shared with Kakashi.
After arriving at his home, Obito gently put her in the sofa and helped her lie down. He quickly removed her shoes as well.
Obito quickly went upstairs to get extra pillows.
Kakashi who just returned home, got surprised, seeing Sayuri sleeping on his sofa.
"Eh?" Kakashi went to wake her up, but Obito arrived and stopped him.
Kakashi nodded and lifted Sayuri's head up so that Obito could put the pillow under her head.
Kakashi had a questioning face while Obito pointed upstairs.
Kakashi nodded and both left quietly.
"What is she doing here?"
"She fell asleep just after eating and I cannot bring her home, you know how they are. So, I brought her here."
Kakashi narrowed his eyes, while Obito said, "She is around 152 cm, she will fit in the sofa."
"What about after she wakes up?"
"Yeah, we will not close the lights while I will just put a note about everything."
"The time has come to reveal everything" a distance voice said.
