A deep voice spoke "Where am I?"
"The world of mortals. I have resurrected you from the dead." Orochimaru replied.
"Playing with the dead can never be a good idea." Madara replied.
Orochimaru laughed and disappeared.
Madara then looked in front of him.
He looked at Minato, who was shaking. "Who are you?"
"Fourth Hokage, sir" Minato replied.
"A fourth? What happened to Hiruzen?" Madara asked in his cold and powerful voice, that radiated dominance.
"He is retired sir." Minato said, scared of Madara's aura.
'I have fought so many enemies, I alone have killed over 1000 enemies at a single time yet, Lord Hokage's aura is something else.'
Minato turned again to the extreme end and saw Kakashi.
"Who are you boy?"
"Kakashi Hatake, sir" Kakashi replied.
"Which year it is boy?" when Kakashi replied, Madara went "So it has been 14 years since I died."
"Yes sir" Kakashi confirmed.
Madara's attention then turned towards the 3 remaining members who all happened to be Uchihas.
'So, all of them have the mangekyo sharingan' Madara thought and then his eyes went towards the only female in the group.
'She looks familiar.' Madara observed her. Sayuri looked at her great grandfather.
A part of her wanted to run to him and hug him but another part of her was scared of him.
This was not the Madara she remembered. The Madara she remembered was a wrinkly old man with white hair who would pamper her and scold anyone for scolding her, this man had the aura of a god.
'Orochimaru revived him at this prime stage.'
Madara looked at her, 'She looks a lot like Megumi when she was in her late teens and yearly twenties'.
And then it dawned on him.
"Sweety?" Madara asked.
Normally such an enduring name would make anyone giggle but even hearing that cute name from him, made it sound scary.
"Yes, it's me great grandpa." Sayuri confirmed.
"You look a lot like Megumi." Madara informed.
"Megumi?" Shisui asked to himself.
"My eldest son's wife is Megumi. She is sweety's grandmother. How is my son and daughter-in-law?"
"Not with us anymore." Sayuri confirmed.
"I see." Madara replied and then he looked at the two remaining Uchihas.
"And who are you?"
"Shisui Uchiha sir"
"Obito Uchiha sir"
Obito had always respected Madara for being the strongest Uchiha ever and the 1st Uchiha Hokage and wanted to follow in his footsteps. He always wanted to fight alongside him not against him.
Obito felt sweet drop from his forehead.
Madara jumped in front of them, and they all got in battle mode.
"Sweety" Madara said and Sayuri nodded.
She took out her sword and infused chakra to create a burning sword.
Madara observed the sword and said, "So Akihiko taught you well" and then he took his own sword and with infused chakra it was on fire. The fire was much larger than that of Sayuri's sword.
"You taught him this jutsu?"
"Yes, this jutsu was specifically created by me. I taught it to Akihiko to pass it down the lineage. It amuses me to see you use it. But is it enough?" Madara said in deep voice.
"Great grandpa, I " Sayuri was cut off my Madara.
"Enough. Who was that weird creature that brought me back to life?"
"Orochimaru sir" Minato replied.
"Edo Tensei?"
"Yes sir."
Madara sighed, "I had always warned that Senju that edo tensei will cause issues later but he never listened to me. I will personally kill Tobirama."
"He is dead great grandpa."
"Well, resurrect him and bring him back to life so I can kill him again." Madara said in the dark voice.
Sayuri started laughing while the rest took steps back seeing his anger.
"Does the clan treat you well sweety?" Madara asked and punched both his hands together.
Shisui started recounting all the actions he had with Sayuri and if he had offended her in anyway.
'I am dead meat. So, this is how I die.' Obito thought.
Sayuri started laughing and said everyone treats her well.
"So, you did grow up. As a child you would complain how someone didn't bow to you properly or made the food too bland for your liking." Madara replied.
While Obito thanked all his lucky stars, Minato was confused.
'He should be attacking us by now.'
"Relax fourth, I can practically hear your thought. Do you think that weird creature has enough power to control me?" Madara replied and then turned even more serious.
"Every jutsu has his weakness including Edo Tensei. I can release the contract from the dead. It would make me good as alive."
"Sir, can you not do it?" Shisui asked, while Madara gave him a look.
"If great grandpa does that, then he will be messing with time itself and in order for things to be fine, we would need to kill him."
"I am glad you have intelligence." Madara replied.
"I am always smart great grandpa." Sayuri replied.
"Sir, what do we do now?" Kakashi asked.
"Easy, you need to kill that weird create that disturbed my eternal sleep. Once he dies, all his edo tensei's will die. You guys have no chance of killing me, but you can kill that pathetic mad man."
Minato went, "Kakashi and Shisui Uchiha, I want both of you to go to lord third and take down Orochimaru. Meanwhile, the three of us will stall Lord 2nd."
Shisui and Kakashi nodded and immediately left.
"You will not be able to stall me." Madara replied and took out his kunai.
"Let me see what the future generation is made out of."
10 minutes, it only took 10 mins for Madara to completely injure Minato, Obito and Sayuri.
Minato was on the ground, panting heavily while bleeding from his right arm.
'He is too strong for us. Way too strong.' Minato thought while sitting down and thinking of a strategy.
Obito's eyes where bleeding. He had used his perfect Susanoo to damage Madara, only for Madara to use his perfect Susanoo and completely destroy Obito. He is shaking while standing up, exhausting reaching his peak.
Sayuri was in no better condition. While she was still standing up, she was panting from exhaustion. Her sword techniques where no match compared to Madara's and he could easily defeat her.
"To think you guys are this weak." Madara said and looked up.
Suddenly the bright day sky got covered with shadow.
Minato looked up at complete shock seeing a meteorite about to strike them.
"This is a power of god" Minato said.
'Kushina, Naruto I am sorry but please take care.'
Minato accepted that his death was just few minutes away.
Sayuri seeing the meteorite started taking steps back.
She eventually reaching beside Obito and gripped his right hand.
Obito looked at her facial expression.
She was mirroring his expression as well.
"Obi-kun" Sayuri said softly and Obito raised his eyebrows, "Yes princess?"
"I should have listened to you that day. I .." Sayuri looked at Obito and said "I love you, Obi-kun. I wish we had a chance to talk about that day properly."
Obito placed his left hand on her cheek and replied, "I am sorry princess. I should have been more attentive to your feelings. I love you too."
"I guess this is how our story ends."
Obito took his right hand and hugged her much smaller frame, and put his left hand, on her head so that her head was resting on his chest.
"You need to survive hime-chan. Use me as a shield."
Sayuri eyes widened, and she said "No"
Obito looked at her, "I wish we could have done something to stop it."
Sayuri had a serious expression on her face before she went, "Let's infuse out Susanoo together."
"Do you think that will work?"
"Susanoo is basically chakra and we have reached a point where we no longer have anything to lose."
"You are right" Obito said.
Madara watched them with a stern eye and cyan blue and magenta pink light glowed and surrounded them.
Minato looked behind and saw Sayuri and Obito had combined their susasoons using chakra.
The Susanoo was taller than their normal Susanoo, but it was still shorter than Madara's perfect Susanoo.
Minato watched with pride, as he saw Obito and Sayuri, take their combined Susanoo and slash up the meteorite in 2 pieces using the shuriken and then use the sword and break up the rock further.
"That was a brilliant move I must say." Madara said proudly, looking at Sayuri.
Suddenly a white glow appeared near Madara surprising everyone.
"Looks like the creature that brought me to this world this dead. I have to return back." Madara said and looked at Minato, Obito and Sayuri.
Obito and Sayuri had deactivated their Susanoo and was standing near Minato.
They watched as the light kept on becoming brighter.
"What is your relation to her, Uchiha boy?" Madara asked Obito.
"Boyfriend." Obito replied with new emerging confidence, not because he could destroy the meteorite but because Madara was going back to the world of the dead.
"Make sure this boy treats you well, sweety." Madara said the final words to Sayuri before leaving for the world of the dead.
Minato, Obito and Sayuri watched Madara's body break down into papers and then disappear.
"We did it." Obito said.
Sayuri sighed relief, "We did."
Obito then cupped Sayuri's face and leaned down to kiss her and Sayuri grabbed Obito's neck and tiptoes herself to make it easy for her to kiss him back.
They heard the fake cough and quickly separated while blushing.
"I am happy that you guys made up after your argument but next time make sure we do not need to involve a meteorite by Lord 2nd." Minato joked.
Obito smiled sheepishly while Sayuri hid her face on Obito's chest.
Minato along with Obito and Sayuri went towards Kakashi and Shisui. Obito had managed to find their location based on their chakra location and Minato and Sayuri was following Obito.
Once they reached there, Minato's eyes widened at the scene.
Shisui and Kakashi looked helpless as well.
"Is he?" Sayuri asked and Kakashi nodding fearing her confirmation.
The third hokage lay dead in front of them.
"How?" Minato asked.
Shisui informed that the third hokage and Orochimaru went into a direct combact. In order to protect everyone, Hiruzen had used a seal to kill Orochimaru but had to give up his life in return.
"We need to inform everyone."
The funeral for Hiruzen Sarutobi was filled with sadness. Many people were crying remembering the life and how he died. Minato declared 2 days off for grieving and 1 week off for all the shinobis that fought Pein and Orochimaru so that they could get their health back.
Minato on the other hand, had something else to worry about.
