Is this thing still on? Lol, hey everyone. I hope you all are doing well. I wanted to pop in with a few updates for those who still enjoy my stories. I took an impromptu break but, during that time, it helped me find a place of creativity again, and a place where I can enjoy writing without it feeling like an unnecessary chore.
The first thing I want to touch base on is Sanctuary. Before my break, I wrote 11 chapters ahead of time, and will continue to upload them when I return soon! I am not abandoning this story or any others, future or current, and the system I have of writing a chapter before posting a chapter will help me achieve that.
Next, I have started the sequel to Descent, formerly known as When it all Falls. I have 3 chapters written, and the goal is to write 5 before I share with you all. I want to make sure I'm happy and telling the story I want to tell with these characters, and when the time comes, I hope you all can enjoy it too.
I figured WIAF was a bit of a mouthful, hence the change, and after editing all 21 chapters, it made sense to finish the revamp with a fresh title moving forward. So, I recommend reacquainting yourselves with Descent before the 1st chapter of the sequel is posted! If you choose not to, that's okay.
Rent will undergo some needed editing and maybe a rewrite to make sure everything is up to my liking, and once that's done, I can continue writing that story because I still do enjoy the idea of it even with the minor issues I picked up on. It's a fun, romantic dramedy, and it deserves some real effort.
I also have a few more ideas in the pipeline that I've been enjoying, and with the proper pacing, I will be able to deliver those to you as well when the time comes, of course. But yes, I have been thinking of you all and writing, and I can't wait to get back to sharing with you! If you're still here, thank you so much!
