Author's note: I know that Stain and Lady Deathstrike didn't do much as Stain's partner. But that is because I have no roles for them do anything much in the previous chapter. But I can say that this chapter will have plenty of actions for sure. And sorry for the late update, I've discovered a new Villain Deku manga on YouTube called My Villain Gang and I am now hooked! So to those who are interested in this new Villain Deku manga that I just mentioned, you all can easily find this series on YouTube because it's quite a trend when it comes to stuffs related to Villain Deku on YouTube and Google at the moment. Also, I would like to thank TheRealStarkiller for giving the very specific comment about Izuku is still capable of heroic act despite that he is now a member of the League of Villains. And when this is mentioned in the comment, I think I should brought the matter up since that there is a reason for this. And that reason is to show that just because Izuku is now a villain, it does not necessarily mean that he is evil or becoming sadistic brute like Muscular or a cannibal like Moonfish at all. Plus, if other members like Spinner and Mr. Compress can remained sane, polite and know how to be nice to other people, then why Izuku cannot remain sane and polite like them? And that is why I decided to portray Izuku as the "heroic villain" or "villainous hero" in this story. I don't know which one is the correct term to describe Izuku in my story for real. So if anyone of you know, then please tell me.

I know, I know. The whole "Twelve Wives" is now escalated into the "Sixteen Wives". But hey, I believe Izuku deserved all of them. Plus, I need to announce it out that I've finally found the right woman for Spinner to be with. While none of us, and by that I mean you readers and me here, may know anything about Dusty Ash's personality, I dare to say that she may be a hot-headed young woman with some flirtatious personality similar to Midnight due to how she dressed. Now that the stuffs related to romances and the harem have been addressed, I also woild like to say that I've been thinking about the themed-songs for this story. I have two in my mind at the moment. The first one is Gurenge from Demon Slayer while the second one is Ways to be Wicked from Descendants 2. Personally, I wanted to use them both but I don't know which one I should use first. So if you guys are interested in this, then please tell me which one should I use first between these two songs. And if I really have no choice, I may have to settle this matter down with the voting poll like the last time. So I wanted to know that should I use the voting poll to settle this matter or not, please tell me about this! PLEASE!

Chapter 6 Tale of Sir Eobar Garrington
After a one heck of a day, the sun has finally begin to set. Izuku returned to his civilian identity and return to his apartment's room. Once there, he cooked himself instant noodle with an egg and some sausages for dinner. Once he has his dinner, he decided to take a shower and change his outfit to the pajamas, which is just a white shirt and green pants. After he changed his outfit, he grabs one of his notebooks, open it and begin to check the information about the heroes that he has written down in his notebook and their quirks. After doing some checking to make sure that he did not miss anything, he puts it back into its place and grab the newest one to take a look. Unlike the first thirteen notebooks, however, this one is not about quirks or heroes. This one is about qi and cultivators. Instead of calling it Hero Analysis for the Future No. 14, he instead named it as the Book of Qi and Cultivation. At the moment, there is not much information inside since the topics related to qi and cultivation are largely new and quite mysterious to him. So far, there is only information about how to cultivate qi to become strong enough to establish the foundation and where the locations of the dantian are located on the human's body, which he found to be quite embarassing to write because the one called lower dantian is actually located at the pubic region on the human's body, which is also where a man can "exchange his yang for the yin" from the woman. After he is done checking his notebook related to qi and cultivation, he found that it is near 22:00 P.M. already. So he decided to go to his bed and sleep. Sometime later, Izuku suddenly heard a voice of a man calling to him.
Inside Izuku's dream...
"-zuku! Izuku! Izuku!"Said Eobar as he's standing before his descendant. After he opened his eyes, he found a knight who is definitely not Sir Percival is standing right before him.
"Who... who are you? You are not Sir Percival!"Said Izuku and then he looks around and found that everything around him is nothing but darkness.
"I am one of your ancestors, Izuku Midoriya. My name is Eobar Garrington, an English knight in service of King Richard the Lionheart of England. Before that, a member of the Knights Templar."Said Eobar
"Are you... the one who Sir Percival was talking about back then? You know, about the knights of the his days and the knights from the time of the Crusades-"Said Izuku but Sir Garrington interrupted him.
"Are completely different from one another?"Asked Eobar and the green-haired boy gives him a nod.
"Indeed. The knights of our times are completely different from one another."Said Eobar as he's looking at his descendant before him.
"So... why are you here?"Asked Izuku
"I heard of your deal with those so-called Hero Killers."Said Eobar
"What about it?"Asked Izuku nervously.
"I can help you find the answer to satisfy them."Said Eobar
"You can?"Asked Izuku
"Yes, I can. My journey in the Holy Land and serving under King Richard during the Third Crusade, I will unveil to you through my eyes."Said Eobar and then, he snaps his fingers and everything suddenly flash in white. When the light died down, Izuku suddenly found himself stand in a city. As he looks around, he see a number of men in armors and turbans armed with shields, swords and spears are rushing pass him to the wall before him. Suddenly, a massive fireball flies into the city and hit a tower, destroying it!
"WHAT THE-"Yelled Izuku as he looks at the destroying tower in shock.
"Welcome, Izuku Midoriya, to the Siege of Acre!"Said Eobar as he's walking up to stand near the green-haired boy on his right. They both then look up to the walls of Acre before them. On the ramparts, a catapult is firing a stone back at the approaching army of Christian Crusaders and their siege engines, particularly at the three massive siege towers and a battering ram. But despite being hit by the stone fired by the catapult, the siege tower that got hit was barely damaged. On the rampart, all Muslim defenders are looking at the Crusaders' army and their siege engines in shock, fear and despair, especially after their catapult has hit one of the siege towers but barely did enough damage. Each of these three siege towers are as tall as five-story buildings in the modern time and they are made of the fireproof materials!
"Commander Rashid, what do we do?"Asked Ayyubid Soldier #1 as he turned to his commander, who is a bearded Iranian Sunni Muslim with from Baghdad in the long black robe, black turban, brown leather armor, black boots with a sheathed scimitar hanging on his back. After being asked by one of his subordinates, he begins to think about what to do with this situation. He knows that the city is under siege but the same can also be applied to the enemies as well since the Sultan of Egypt and Syria and his army have encamped on the other side of Mount Turon, the mountain that served as the base of operation for the Christian Crusaders. Then, he got one idea in his head and with that, he turned around and run down from the ramparts to his headquarter in the city of Acre with some of his men. Of course, this did not go unnoticed by Izuku and his Crusader ancestor.
"Where is that guy going?"Asked Izuku as he's pointing to the Iranian commander who is running down from the ramparts by the stairs.
"That's the commander of the city's garrison. His name is Rashid from what I remembered."Said Eobar as he's looking at the commander of the city's garrison is rushing to the military's headquarter on his horse.
"According to what I've been told, this is most likely when the messenger from the city's garrison has been dispatched to Sultan Saladin's army on the other side of Mount Turon."Said Eobar and after observing the siege for a while, they've finally see a messenger leave the city on a horse and heading for the army of the Sultan of Egypt and Syria on the other side of Mount Turon. After seeing the messenger left the city, another fireball flies in from the other side of the wall and crash right in the middle of the street, thus spreading fires on the buildings nearby, a caravansarai included! Many civilians and soldiers who did not get caught in the fires in the area quickly run away as fast as possible. Those who are inside those buildings, however, are not much lucky.
"Help! Please! Help! Help us!"Said Four Muslim Ayyubid Civilians, who are stuck inside of the burning caravansarai, as they are waving their hands for help from the people from the outside. Down below them, the ground floor of the building is being burned by the fire from the fireball that crashed on the street earlier. Izuku sees this and wanted to help. However, his ancestor grabs his right shoulder and shake his head.
"This is the past, boy. You cannot do anything about it."Said Eobar, reminding him that he cannot do anything to help anyone in this siege.
"I know but-"Said Izuku as he's looking down to his feet with despair written all over his face. But before he could finish what he is saying, a group of people suddenly run passed him with buckets of water in their hands.
"Put out the fire! Hurry!"Said Ayyubid Soldier #2 and he immediately splash the water into the fire, thus extinguishing it. Then, more and more waters are being poured and splashed into the caravansarai and the other burning buildings, thus vaporizing all fires and saving those who are still stuck in those buildings from being burned alive. Once all fires are extinguished, those who were stuck inside of the buildings immediately run out and return to their homes. Some, however, stayed a little longer to thank those who rescued them.
"Thank you. Thank you so much! You guys saved our lives!"Said Muslim Ayyubid Civilian
"It's our duty to defend this city, sir. Now, move along!"Said Ayyubid Soldier #2 and with that, he and the rest of the rescued civilians leave the area for somewhere else in the city. After seeing such a scene, Izuku feels so much better.
"LOOK OUT!"Yelled Ayyubid Soldier #3 and this caught the attention of both Izuku and Sir Garrington, who turned around to look at the Ayyubid soldier who yelled out earlier.
"Siege engines! The Franks are sending in their war machines!"Said Ayyubid Soldier #3 who's running down from the ramparts to alert the commander that the siege towers are now near the city's walls. On the ramparts, a catapult opens fire, sending another of the burning stone toward the approaching army of Crusaders. The burning stone crashed right before two Crusaders, blasting them away while effectively killing them on the spots. However, this did not stop the Crusaders to stop advancing at all, especially now that their batterring ram and a siege towers are now right before the city's walls!
"Hurry, everyone! We need to get back on the ramparts and prevent the Franks from getting in!"Said Ayyubid Soldier #2 and with that, he rushes back to the ramparts along with the other Ayyubid soldiers.
"And bring more ammunition! We need to prevent those towers from reaching the walls at all costs!"Said Ayyubid Soldier #2 as he and his men are getting back up to the ramparts to help the others defend the walls and the city while two of his men split up from the group to tell those who stationed at the weapons' storage to bring more ammunition to for the catapult. Soon, the two men are back with ore soldiers with the carts of jars full fuels that can be used to light up the Greek fire. As soon as the men stationed at the catapult received them, they immediately bombarded those siege towers with a number of jars of Greek fire. However, the attacks proven to be ineffective because the towers themselves are made up of the fireproof materials. But suddenly, the messenger returned to the city with a young metalworker named Ali from the Sultan's army. He told the commander that he can concoct the varient of Greek fire that can help the cause of the defenders. Having nothing to lose, Commander Rashid agreed. And after waiting for sometime, the first set of jars of Greek fire concocted by Ali is ready.
"Open fire!"Said Commander Rashid and with that, the catapult immediately fires a jar of Greek fire to one of the approaching siege towers, setting a part of it on fire! As a result, the archers and the crossbowmen who are trying to extinguish the fire ended up spreading the fire further because the water ended fueling the Greek fire instead of vaporizing it!
"It's working! Quick! Fire another one!"Said Commander Rashid and with the order is given, the men stationed at the catapult immediately opened fire once again, setting another siege tower of the Crusaders on fire! Now that two siege towers are on fire, the catapult then fires another jar of Greek fire to the last siege tower, setting ablaze too!
"The siege towers are now destroyed!"Said Ayyubid Soldier #1
"And we also got a lock on the battering ram as well!"Said Ayyubid Soldier #2
"Then open fire immediately! We have to prevent it from-"Said Commander Rashid but before he could finished, the sound of the city's gate is being rammed interrupts him. he and his men on the ramparts then look down and see that the battering ram is now ramming its log into the city's gate! However, the men stationed at the catapult reacted in time and fire a jar of Greek fire to the battering ram, thus setting it on fire and kill many of the Crusaders who operated the battering ram.
"We did it!"Said Ali, who is observing on the left of Commander Rashid, as he's watching all three siege towers and the battering ram of the Crusaders are being burned down as they are trying to use water to extinguish the spreading Greek fires, unknowingly fueling those fires to go further to cover the entire siege towers and the battering ram! However, the Crusaders have no other choice but to abandon the siege engines in the end. But by the time that decision is made, only a few crossbowmen and the archers are left alive because of their attempts to extinguish the fires and also because some of them had fallen down while being burned alive in the chaos. Down below them, an army of pikemen are relatively unharmed. With the destruction of a battering ram and the three siege towers, the King of Jerusalem, King Guy of Lusignan, called for a retreat back at the Crusaders' encampment at Mount Turon.
"RETREAT! BACK TO THE MOUNTAIN!"Yelled King Guy, who appeared to be a bearded man with brown hair in chainmail armor, yellow vest with the red cross on it and a red cape. He is armed with a crossguard sword just and riding on a brown horse. Once he gave out his order, the survirving pikemen, crossbowmen and archers immediately rushed back to their fortified camp on Mount Turon. However, not all Crusaders escaped the battlefield. One of them, a large armored man who stood at 10 feet tall armed with a massve war hammer managed to push his way into the city before its defenders will be able to completely close the gate.
"Close the gate! Close the gate! Don't let him in!"Said Ayyubid Soldier #3 as he and his men are pushing both parts of the gate, closing the city. However, the large Crusader is strong enough tp push himself through the closing gate and easily get inside the city. Once he's inside, he immediately draws his massive war hammer out and try to smash a group of Muslim Ayyubid soldiers before him. However, they luckily scattered out into many directions in time.
"How can they defeat that?!"Asked Izuku as he's poiting out to the large Crusader armed with a massive war hammer who is standing in front of the gate of the city of Acre.
"Like how you defeated that big vile man back then, boy."Said Eobar, clearl referring to when Izuku took on the mantle of the Black Knight in the public for the first time when he was confronting Muscular.
"Hey you!"Said Commander Rashid as he's standing on the ramparts. Once he called large brute out, he turned around to face the city's garrison's commander.
"Why don't you pick someone your own size?!"Asked Commander Rashid
"Like you?!"Asked Large Crusader and with that, he slams his war hammer to the ground, causing a tremor that shake everything around him! When that happened, Commander Rashid jumps into the air and draw his sword, the Black Blade of Baghdad, which is a mystical black scimitar, and unleash a crescent-shaped dark blue energy blade to his opponent, thus slicing his war hammer and the head of the large Crusader off in one swing!
"How the heck did he do that?! Is that sword also-"Said Izuku but his ancestor interrupted him once again by finishing it for him.
"A mystical sword like the Ebony Blade? Yes, it is. I heard it is called the Black Blade of Baghdad. Like the Ebony Blade, it can cut through everything."Said Eobar as he's looning at the Muslim Iranian military commander alongside his descendant.
"Now, let's fast forward a little, shall we?"Asked Eobar and before Izuku could ask, his ancestor snaps his fingers and another bright flash occurred, changing the entire scene. When the light died down, Izuku and Sir Garrington found themselves are standing in a middle of the Crusaders' fortified encampment with the snows are falling around all over the place.
"This is the camp of my comrades and I during the siege back in November of 1190."Said Eobar as he's showing Izuku what the camp actually looks like. Both of them see the ditches dug by the Crusaders before them and a number of tents around them. Outside of the ditches, they see the army of the Ayyubid Sultanate under the command of Sultan Saladin from afar. As they are looking around, they suddenly spotted two knights are engaging in a duel.
"What's happening?"Asked Izuku as he's watching a duel between two knights.
"Allow me to ask you this, boy. Why the heroes in your age believed quirks are the needing factors to become heroes?"Asked Eobar
"What does that have anything to do with what these two are doing?"Asked Izuku
"You will see..."Said Eobar in a very grime tone as he's narrowing his eyes at the two knights who are locked in a duel before him and his descendant. Both of them swing their crossguard swords at one another again and again. But they always managed to either dodged, ducked or evaded in time. The first knight immediately swings his sword to his opponent but the second knight. But the second knight blocked it in time with his shield. Then, he slashes back at his opponent but the first knight ducked in time and swing his sword at his opponent's feet, chopping his feet off! Once his opponent is down, he immediately uses his sword to stab him in the chest, effectively killing him! The moment the other knights in the camp hear the kill, they immediately run in! When Izuku thought they are here to arrest the killer, he is shocked to find that they are here to strip the fallen knight off his armors, weapons and clothing and butcher his body put those parts on fire to grill them!
"WHAT ARE THEY DOING?!"Asked Izuku as he's watching a horde of knights are butchering a corpse of their own fellow comrade!
"Just like a hero in your time needs to have a quirk to become a hero, a knight needs to have his own horse to become a knight."Said Eobar
"What does that have anything to do with them are killing and eating one of their own men?!"Asked Izuku
"Like I said before, a knight needs a horse to be a knight. No knights are going to resort to eat their own mounts anytime soon if such an option is avoidable."Said Eobar
"So they are willing to-"Said Izuku as he begins to realize what his ancestor is saying. But before he could finish saying it, his ancestor finished it for him.
"Are the knights willing to resort to cannibalism? Yes, they are willing to do so in order to preserve the lives of their own horses."Said Eobar as he's watching the knights before him are cooking the limbs and other organs of the fallen knight earlier by grilling them. Once they are finally finished with grilling the meats that they acquired by killing one of their own men, they begin to eat them like they are eating grilled pork ribs and grilled chicken legs.
"Why the King and the other commanders do not stop them?!"Asked Izuku as he's watching these knights eat the cooked body's parts of their comrade like they are nothing but the meats from the chicken or the pig.
"Kid, how do you think King Guy of Lusignan and the other commanders survived until reinforcement from Europe arrived?"Said Eobar as he's eyeing at his descendant. And that when Izuku realized that the de jure King of Jerusalem and his military commanders most likely eat the fleshes of their own troops to sustain themselves too!
"And if cannibalism is not enough, many men in here are suffering from being infected with scurvy and trench mouth."Said Eobar and then, he pointed to two men carrying a body covered with white blanket out from one of the tents on his left.
"That's Patriarch Heraclius of Jerusalem. Like many in this siege, he died of disease."Said Eobar as he's watching two knights are carying the covered dead body of the Patriarch of Jerusalem away.
"Please tell me that you've shown me enough of your tale in this Siege of Acre."Said Izuku, clearly disgusted at the facts the Crusaders did not only commit cannibalism on daily basis but also being infected with dangerous diseases as well.
"If I do, that would be a total lie."Said Eobar
"Huh?!"Asked Izuku as he turned to face his ancestor with shock written all over his face.
"Now, let's move forward a little."Said Eobar and with that, he snaps his fingers once again and the bright light occurred. Once the light died down, both Izuku and Sir Garrington found themselves are still in the fortified encampment of the Cursaders on Mount Turon. However, the whether is now improved because it is no longer snowing.
"Follow me."Said Eobar as he's walking toward one of the tents in the camp. Unlike the other tents, this one has a royal banner of the Kingdom of Jerusalem located on the top of the tent. Once both of them are inside the tent, they found the past self of Sir Eobar Garrington as Black Knight is standing guard near the table, where three men in capes and crowns on their heads are discussing about a piece of paper full with what appeared to be conditions to surrender before them. The one who is sitting before the Black Knight of the late 12th century is a man with long black hair down to the shoulders in grey armor, golden yellow crown on his head and a blue cape covering his back is King Philip II of France. The bearded man with brown hair in grey armor with red cape who is sitting on the opposite side of the King of France is King Richard the Lionheart of England while sitting between them is King Guy of Lusignan, the de jure King of Jerusalem. Right now, they are discussing about the terms offered to them by Sultan Saladin of Egypt and Syria.
"According to the terms of surrender here, the Sultan is willing to surrender the city of Acre to us and paid us 200000 gold dinars. In exchange, we spared the lives of the defenders and the inhabitants of the city."Said King Guy
"What about the True Cross? Do you really think that the Saracens in Egypt have the True Cross in their possession?"Asked King Richard
"If they do not have, then the negotiation with their Sultan is off. It's simple."Said King Philip and before any of them could anything more, a brown-haired man with long brown beard in grey armor and black cape enters the camp. He is Duke Leopold of Austria, the leader of the remnant of the Crusaders hailed from the Holy Roman Empire of Germany in Central Europe.
"Pardon me for the interruption, Your Majesties. But Marquis Conrad of Montferrat has arrived from Tyre as requested by the Sultan as the negotiator of the terms for surrendering the city of Acre."Said Duke Leopold
"Invite him here."Said King Guy and with that, the Duke leaves the tent to invite the Marquis of Montferrat to talk with the three Kings.
"I don't get it. They are discussing about the conditions to surrender the city offered by the Sultan, what's so bad about it?"Asked Izuku
"Because this negotiation led to something else that is not peace."Said Eobar in a very grim tone as he's narrowing his eyes. Then, he snaps his fingers and scene once again switched when the bright light occurred. When the light died down, both Sir Garrington and his green-haired descendant found themselves are standing in a middle of a field, which is being sandwiched between two armies. On their left is the army of the Crusaders with King Richard as their now undisputed leader since King Philip II of France sailed back to Europe with his men. On their right is an army of Muslims from the Ayyubid Sultnate, which is standing on the ridge of Mount Turon. And the entire army is under the command of Sultan al-Nasir Salah ad-Din ibn Ayyub and his brother, Sayf ad-Din Abu Bakr, known to the Europeans as Sultan Saladin and Saphadin. The Sultan appeared to be an elderly Kurdish man with black beard in grey armor, blue turban and blue robe called kaftan. And he is riding on a brown horse while his brother is a bearded man with black hair in grey armor and green kaftan, who is riding on another brown horse. Both armies are watching at one another intently due to what is happening with the Crusaders' army. Before an army of Crusaders are the inhabitants and soldiers who surrendered to them after the Siege of Acre ended.
"What is going on?"Asked Izuku
"You'll see... the true nature of the knights!"Said Eobar
"Since you will not return the True Cross to us, then I have no reason to return these prisoners to you!"Said King Richard as he's riding on his black horse. Then, he turned around and give the most controversial order in his life to his knights!
"EXECUTE THEM!"Yelled King Richard and with that, all Crusaders in the front immediately to draw their swords and begin to cut down all unarmed prisoners right in front of the Sultan of Egypt and Syria and his brother! Right before the eyes of the Ayyubid soldiers and their leaders, all 2700 men, women and children who surrendered themselves, Commander Rashid included, to the King of England after the fall of the city of Acre, are being slashed, cut down and beheaded mercilessly by the knights under the order of King Richard the Lionheart of England! Their screams are echoing through the sky and the land while their bloods are flowing down from their corpses to the ground, tainting the Holy Land with their bloods. In response for this after witnessing such brutal act, the Sultan of Egypt and Syria orders his men to execute all 2300 Christian prisoners that he has in his army right before the eyes of the Crusaders! Cannot bear it anymore, Izuku falls down on his knees and begin to cry for their deaths and how much merciless, cruel, unforgiving and brutal someone with the title of "the Lionheart" is, blaming him not only for the deaths of the 2700 Muslim prisoners that he just ordered to be executed but also the deaths of the 2300 Christian prisoners who were executed on order of Saladin as the counter-attack for the King of England's action.
"Why..."Said Izuku, catching the attention of his ancestor who is standing near him on his left.
"Why are you showing me these horrible actions?!"Asked Izuku as tears are streaming down from his eyes as he raises his head up to look at Sir Garrington.
"I've said it before. To give you the answer that can satisfy the Hero Killers, of course."Said Eobar then he takes a few steps closer to his kneeling descendant, who is still crying after seeing a mass execution of more than 2000 people who already surrendered to their enemies.
"Remember when I said that the knights of my time and the knights of Sir Percival's time are completely different from one another?"Asked Eobar as he's kneeling down before the crying green-haired boy. Upon hearing that, Izuku nodded while his tears are still streaming down from his eyes.
"This is what I meant. Just like the knights, the heroes have the humble beginning. But as time passed, they forgot their roots. They get too much comfortable and become far too much involved in the politics. And just like the knights, they perverted their own code of conduct."Said Eobar
"What do you mean the heroes perverted their own code of conduct?"Asked Izuku
"Before becoming the knights, all squires must sworn an oath to serve the Monarchs and the Church loyally. And they did just that. They served them loyally by slaughtering and plundering a village full of innocent people and then reported it to the royal court that they've defeated the bandits operating in the area! And guess what, all Kings are willing to buy what they said because they needed them to defend their realms! In the eyes of those monarchs, they are willing to let the knights do whatever they pleased, kill whoever they wanted to kill and steal whatever they wanted to steal as long as they are not acting against their interests. If this is not the perversion of their own code of conduct, then I don't know what it is!"Said Eobar as he's standing up.
"And what about the Church? Why didn't the Church do anything?"Asked Izuku as his tears are beginning to dry away from his eyes.
"The Church can barely do anything, boy. Some military orders like the Knights Templar are even more powerful and wealthier than the Church itself. So the best thing the Church can do is simply threatening those knights with excommunication, which is not always work."Said Eobar as Izuku is slowly standing up on his own.
"Now think, boy! If the knights of my time can do this, what about the heroes in your time? Do you think they are capable of doing this as well? I am certain that they are since they are the elites and the de facto rulers of the society like the knights of my age. Not to mention the fact that your society seemed to judge who can and who cannot become heroes based on quirks like how knights need to have horses and armors to become knights!"Said Eobar and once he said that, Izuku's eyes and hands begin to tremble as he is looking down to his own feet, thinking of the possibility that the heroes may committing illegal activities behind the public's back just like how the knights did during the Middle Ages and also encouraging the idea that "quirks are everything" to the society. Seeing that he is not giving an answer but also seeing that he is trembling, Sir Garrington only smirks in satisfaction, knowing that his descendant is now convinced that the knights and the heroes are basically the one and the same.
"Since you are appeared to be convinced and now having the answer that you seek, I believe that it is time to end this."Said Eobar and then, he snaps his fingers and a bright light once again occurred. But this time, Izuku wakes up from his dream!
"AAAAHHHH!"Yelled Izuku and then he begins to panting as his body is being covered in sweats. After finally calmed down, he grabs his forehead with his right hand and begin to rub it.
"So that's the answer. The heroes and the knights are basically the one and the same. And the governments are willing to turn blind eyes for their illegal activities if they know about them as long as the heroes are not acting against the interests of the governments."Said Izuku as he's rubbing his forehead with his right hand. Then, he gets up from his bed and walk to get some water for himself the kitchen. Once he has his water, he returns to sleep on his bed. But as he's closing his eyes, he suddenly thinks of one person and that person is Lady Nagant! After learning that the illegal actions of the are knights going to be ignored by the Kings as long as those knights do not acting against their interests, this makes him begin to question a few things about her.
"Was she... acting against the government before? Is that why she ended up as a villain?"Thought Izuku before falling asleep.
Author's note: Just in case you guys don't know, I only use the terms such as the Franks and the Saracens for historical purposes only. And I have only the characters that actually participated in the Siege of Acre said these two words because they were what they used to call one another at the time. Back then, all Muslims in the Middle East and North Africa called everyone from the Western Europe as the Franks regardless that they hailed from France or not while those who are from the Balkans and Anatolia were called as the Romans because they were part of the Eastern Roman Empire at the time. And believe me, writing this chapter was not as easy as it looked on the surface. My first thought was that I simply watched the section about the Siege of the Dragon City of 5-long hours video of The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon and the Third Crusade from Kings and Generals' channel to get some ideas how the Siege of Acre should go in my story. But it is not easy as it seemed because I needed to do a number of modifications to combine them together into a one single event. And yes, this is the first of many things Izuku will learn about Europe during the Middle Ages. Well, for now. It might be the only one. But the keyword is "might" because I always wanted to add al-Andalus into my story because al-Andalus basically represent what the League of Villains should and truly wanted. Sure, there were some nasty stuffs like the Martyrs of Cordoba, the Massacre of the Jews in Granada in 1066 and iron rule of the Almohad Caliphate. But for the most parts of its history, al-Andalus is always the land of tolerance that allow religious diversity to blossom, being the hub of international trade and the place of scientific innovations. However, al-Andalus may not be the only subject that I touched. After all, the origin of the word "villain" is as much as interesting. The same can also be said about the Vandals, the Germanic people who immigrated from Poland to settle down in Iberian peninsula, Sicily and North Africa, whose name eventually get corrupted to become the word "vandalism" due to their reputation for sacking and looting Rome in 455 AD. I may not dedicated the entire chapters for each of these two since they have nothing to do with the Izuku's predecessors who took the mantle of Black Knight but having Izuku learn about them would be quite interesting nonetheless. Also, I know that in Marvel, the name of the Persian sorcerer who wielded the Black Blade of Baghdad is known as Razer. But I wanted to make it sound not to similar to Raza but yet, still kept the Arabic tone. So I decided to rename him Rashid instead. As for what happened to the Black Blade of Baghdad, I am still thinking of what to do with it for the moment. Currently, my best idea for it is to give it to Toga as her new main weapon. And why not Spinner? Well, he already has his own sword. So he might not need it. But the idea of him being its wielder is just as entertaining as Toga is being the one who gets to wield it. Plus, I think it might make a perfect gift from Izuku to Toga as well. But like I said before, nothing is concrete about this idea at the moment. Along with the idea about themed-song for this story like I said in the other author's note above, of course.
