The pink triquetra mark appeared on Tarot Chariot's forehead and powerful surges of pink energy began overflowing all over her whole body. Tarot Chariot pounced forward at Luna, setting off a rapid series of pink energy blasts. But Luna dodged each energy blast with effortless agility and speed. After Luna avoided the last energy blast, Tarot Chariot backflipped few feet away above Luna and landed gracefully behind her daughter. Tarot Chariot then delivered a swift roundhouse kick at Luna's back, sending her to fly backwards into the ground. Luna quickly pushed herself back up on her feet. She and her mother then charged forward and engaged in a fist fight. Their attacks countered one another until Luna found an opening and punched her mother in the face. But Tarot Chariot quickly tilted her head to the side, dodging the attack in a slow-motion reaction. She then fired a pink energy card that hit Luna straight into the wall.

As Luna jumped away from the wall, Tarot Chariot created another pink energy card in between her fingers and tossed it in the air above her. The energy card grew itself into a large size.

I've seen mom's magic cards grow like that, but her Quirk?! That's insane! Luna thought in shock.

Then, the energy card began firing a massive energy barrage in shapes of spades, clovers, diamonds, and hearts down onto Luna. But Luna narrowly bounced around and evaded the rapid energy barrage that was coming in her direction. Unfortunately, she failed to pay attention to her mother, who was coming at her with fast speed. Tarot Chariot ceased her attack and then headbutted Luna into the wall.

Tarot Chariot snapped her fingers, dematerializing the large energy card in the air.

"Good work, Luna." Tarot Chariot praised. "You managed to improve your speed and strength with that new move of yours. You definitely have spent a lot of time strategizing that move and analyzing how to fight with it. You've already grown since yesterday, but this was just your first step at using Divine Trinity."

"You got that right. I still have a lot of work to do if I'm going to perfect it all the way." Luna agreed.

"Now, let's do breakfast." Tarot Chariot said. "It's not good to train on an empty stomach."

"Yes, ma'am." Luna said.

Luna and Tarot Chariot exited out of the gym.

Thanks to that test run, Dazzling Trinity is the next step to improve my Quirk. Luna thought with a positive smile. It's a long road to go, but I'm willing to go the distance.

At Zodiac Moon's Agency, Zodiac Moon watched her daughter and her sidekicks performing martial arts stances in complete sync as part of their morning exercises. After everyone finished up their exercises, Zodiac Moon walked in front of her daughter and her sidekicks.

"Remember, focus on your techniques that will give yourself an advantage when facing off a villain." Zodiac Moon lectured. "To be a hero, you must never hesitant, always work and train hard."

"Understood, Ms. Moon." Selene and her mother's sidekicks nodded.

At Amazonite and Vondergeist's Agency, Amazonite and Aisha are meditating above the surface of the floor as they were surrounded by heavy steel balls levitating in midair. Both of their eyes were glowing in deep green light.

"Remember, Aisha, meditation not only requires absolute quiet, but also intense focus and mental strength within your Quirk." Amazonite lectured. "The more you focus on ascending heavier objects, the stronger you'll become when you used your Quirk against potential villains out there."

"Yes, mother." Aisha nodded.

At Black King and White Queen's Agency, Diana was struggling to lift heavy weight that are confined inside her force field with her body being surrounded in yellow aura.

"To be a good pro, you must be capable of lifting your strength into full potential." Black King lectured.

"After watching your movements at the Sports Festival, your red and yellow auras must be improved to precision." White Queen lectured. "And your father and I will help you get there in no time."

Damn, I definitely made a poor decision on coming to this Hero Agency. Diana thought regretfully.

At U.A. High, Detective Tsukauchi meets with All Might and Tarot Chariot in the teachers' lounge room. All Might placed a cup of tea in front of his friend.

"I'm sorry to show up unexpectedly." Tsukauchi apologized. "Hope you don't mind."

"Please, it's always a pleasure to see you again, Tsukauchi." All Might said with a smile.

"So, how's the investigation?" Tarot Chariot asked.

"Well, there were a number of villains who attacked the USJ, but we're puzzled by one. The one you fought who they called Nomu." Tsukauchi said.

"Ah, that strong bird guy." All Might said.

"We went ahead and ran some tests on Nomu's DNA." Tsukauchi said.

"And what exactly did you find?" All Might asked.

"First, we're not asking you to help us with the case. Technically, this is a leak. I just felt I owed it to you to let you know. It could lead us to the one who's in charge." Tsukauchi explained. "After several attempts of interrogation, we realized the Nomu can't speak. He shows no reaction to anything. It's as though he literally can't think for himself, no matter what's going on around him."

Tsukauchi then showed a picture of a regular human man with light olive-green hair and thick lips to All Might and Tarot Chariot.

"As for his Identity, we discovered he used to be a low-level thug with a record of assault and extortion." Tsukauchi added.

"Why do you think this'll lead us to the mastermind behind the League?" All Might asked.

"Here's where it gets interesting. Our reports show that he's been altered drastically. When we analyzed his genetic makeup, we discovered four different peoples DNA." Tsukauchi continued.

Tarot Chariot gasped with shocking eyes as she covered her hands with one hand.

"Someone combined people's DNA to make this guy." All Might said. "So, is he even human anymore?"

"The transformation is a result of drugs and other unknown methods. To oversimplify a bit, he's been modified so that his body is able to hold multiple Quirks at once." Tsukauchi explained. "His brain's apparent lack of processing power probably comes from the burden it causes, but we're more concerned about his DNA. He shouldn't have more than one power. Even if new DNA's introduced, that shouldn't give a person multiple powers. Not unless it's completely integrated into someone's body. Not all Quirks work like One For All or Divine Trinity. But maybe…there's someone out there with the power to pass different Quirks on to other people."

That news utterly surprised All Might with wide eyes.

"It can't be!" All Might gasped as he stood up from the sofa.

"But what about the Shatrix?" Tarot Chariot asked Tsukauchi. "What do they want with our daughter?"

"From the prospective of your daughter, those Shatrix were sent to capture Luna as their mission. Your daughter also mentions that one Shatrix named Rhina scanned her Quirk, saying that it matches to their master Carina." Tsukauchi explained.

Hearing that name gave Tarot Chariot an astonished expression on her face.

"Are you telling me she's back?" Tarot Chariot asked. "Because she's here, it's no doubt they have returned too."

"Given the evidence, I think it's a reasonable conclusion. That's why I came. I had let you both know immediately." Tsukauchi informed.

All Might stood at the window.

"No, it's not possible." All Might said angrily as he began transforming into his hero form while clenching his hands into fists. "Don't tell me he's back again."

Elsewhere, Stain stabbed his knife in Tomura's shoulders while crouching down on him. Comet, on the other hand, aimed her orange energy ball at Tomura's face on her feet. Both of them managed to overpower Tomura and Kurogiri inside their bar hideout.

"So, you want us to be a part of your crumbling little league. But you won't accomplish anything if you don't have conviction and desire. Without those, you'll always be an aimless weakling, achieving nothing. That's how you got here." Stain stated.

Tomura was breathing heavily from the fight.

"Hey, now. You two are being a little rough, aren't you?" Tomura said. "Kurogiri, take these guys back."

"I'm sorry. I can't move." Kurogiri said. His left arm presented a bloodied cut wound. "It must be the Hero Killer's Quirk at work."

"The word 'hero' has lost all meaning in this society. The world is overrun by fakes and criminals like you who chase petty dreams. They must all be purged." Stain lectured.

As Stain's knife drew closer to the palm on Tomura's face, Tomura grabbed the knife blade that prevented the weapon to reach close to his neck.

"What do you think you're doing? If you touch this palm…" Tomura said in an angry, threatening tone. His hand started crumbling Stain's knife blade. "I'll kill you."

Stain looked taken back to see Tomura's Quirk working on his knife blade. Even Comet looked equally surprised at the sight of Tomura's Quirk.

"You sure talk a lot, Hero Killer." Tomura continued as his Quirk turned Stain's knife blade into rust and disintegrated it into dust. "Conviction? Maybe I don't have anything as loaded as that. "If I had to choose a desire, though…yeah, it'd be killing All Might." He gave Stain and Comet a chaotic smile on his face. "If this world wants to worship trash like him, then I'll destroy their beloved symbol of peace and then crush them while they're in shock."

Tomura reached out to grab Stain, who quickly jumped back just in time to avoid Tomura's touch. Even Comet immediately backflipped away from Tomura.

"The last of my injuries was finally about to finish healing, and now this." Tomura said as he stood up on his feet. He then started scratching his neck. "You should know not to play with knives. We don't have a healer in our party, you know."

"I see your nature." Stain agreed.

That made Tomura gasp and stop scratching at the same time.

"It seems our goals fundamentally oppose each other." Stain stated. "However, this wasn't in vain. We agree that we need to destroy the present."

"I'm over this." Tomura said. "Leave, drop dead. I'm the kind of person you hate most, right?"

"I was testing your motives. People always show their true colors when on the verge of death." Stain explained as he put away his knife blade. "It's abnormal, but there is desire, a warped sprout conviction inside of you. How will it bloom in the end, I wonder. Maybe I'll let you grow. If you don't turn out well, I'll take care of you later."

Suddenly, Stain's Quirk wore off on Tomura and Kurogiri.

"You think you could get rid of me?" Tomura asked, placing his left hand on his bloodied right shoulder.

"I'm free." Kurogiri said as he moved his left arm.

"Kurogiri, someone as crazy as this would be nothing but a problem for the League of Villains." Tomura ordered Kurogiri.

"Please reconsider." " Kurogiri pleaded composedly. "This man will be a good asset If he joins us." He turned back to Stain. "I'd say this was a success." He then looked at Comet. "And this girl will also serve as..."

"I'm still not interested in joining this league of yours." Comet interrupted. She placed her hands on her hips as she glared at Tomura. "But tell me, what is your agenda with my target Luna? Are you planning to include her in the league?"

Tomura managed to calm himself down, knowing that Comet is not as irrational as Stain.

"Since you're sane unlike the Hero Killer over there, I'll tell you. At first, I saw that girl as another hero wannabe when she tried to attack me by surprise." Tomura explained. His memory of witnessing Luna's dangerous fury against Nomu and Celena extended his smile wide. "That fury and rage behind her power she used to defeat my Nomu and your sister...it was truly remarkable."

"Oh, I see how it is." Comet said with a somewhat disturbed expression. "You have a crazy obsession with her."

"More like love at first sight." Tomura corrected with an infatuated smile on his face. "Nothing interests me more than a girl with buried dark side."

"My business here is done. Now, you will return me to Hosu." Stain demanded. He licked his lips with a dangerous look on his face. "There are still several false heroes I must attend to there."

"I would also like to return back to Hosu as well." Comet added. "Once I arrived at the city, I will begin my objective."

Later that night in Hosu City, Kurogiri's warp gate opened on a building rooftop. Comet walked out of the warp gate before it closed itself.

Comet held out a scanning device in her hand. It resembled as a hand mirror with a dark grey handle and frame. The back of the mirror-like device was white and had the black diamond symbol upon it.

Thanks to this invention created by Rhina's brilliant intellect, I will track and deliver Luna directly to Carina. Comet thought. Not only that, her friends will have to deal with me for defeating her sisters.

The next day, Luna continued her training with her mother inside the gym. Tarot Chariot rapidly spun herself around while shooting multiple pink energy cards at her daughter. Luna dodged activated her Dazzling Trinity and each energy card with swift agility and speed during her backflips. Then, Luna charged forward and stopped behind her mother before swinging her leg into a full strike. But Tarot Chariot quickly projected a magic card that enlarged itself as a protective shield. The impact of Luna's swift kick pushed her mother close to the wall.

"Nice development on your Quirk, Luna." Tarot Chariot said. "But I think it's time for you to change into your hero costume."

"What? Why?" Luna asked in confusion.

"So, we can fight some villains as the next step of your training." Tarot Chariot explained. "Think of it as an experience of coming different types of villains and observing their Quirks under various situations during your internship. True, you have encountered real villains in combat back in UA, but you remain prepared and collected at all times."

After Luna changed into her hero costume, she and Tarot Chariot soared speedily through the sky on top of the magic card at fast speed.

"Hey, mom. Where exactly are going as the next step of my training?" Luna asked.

"We are heading to Shibuya." Tarot Chariot answered. "From what I've heard from Gran Torino, that city has plenty small fights there. It'll be perfect for you."

"Gran Torino? I haven't talked to him since my birthday last year." Luna said.

"He's gonna be there. I'm sure he'll be delighted to see you again." Tarot Chariot smiled.

If I recall, we'll be flying pass Hosu City. Luna noted. I wonder how Selene's internship is going there.

Back in Hosu, Selene and Zodiac Moon began patrolling the city.

"Today, we'll patrol Kyoto." Zodiac Moon said.

"I wonder what villains we will meet during our patrol." Selene said. "I want to put my new move for a test drive."

"I'm sure you do." Zodiac Moon smiled. "But remember, be cautious and observant when facing a villain, no matter how incompetent or dangerous they are."

"Always, mother." Selene nodded.

Under the evening sky, Stain crouched on top of the water tower. Behind him, Kurogiri's warp gated appeared as Tomura and Kurogiri emerged out of it.

"Hosu City looks nicer than I expected." Tomura spoke as he stood behind Stain. "So, what are you gonna do?"

"I will reform it. In order to do so, blood must spill." Stain answered.

"You have a clear goal. Your dedication is admirable." Kurogiri complimented.

"Finally, someone who understands." Stain said as he stood up.

"I get the feeling you enjoy picking on me." Tomura said in an accusing tone.

"Hero is a title for those who've accomplish great deeds. The city is full of false champions. All they care about is money and fame." Stain explained. He reached his sword from behind. "Until this world realizes its mistakes, I will continue my work."

With that, Stain unsheathed his sword and jumped off the water tower to move on hunting pro heroes.

Tomura and Kurogiri are left standing on the water tower.

"He talks all high and mighty and stuff, but he's wasting his time focusing on a small stage." Tomura complained as he started scratching his neck. "He's so noble I could cry."

"You shouldn't spurn his methods." Kurogiri said. "The reality is, in all the cities where Stain has appeared, the crime rates have fallen. Perhaps because heroes are more conscientious, or perhaps out of fear. Regardless, he does bring change."

"Oh, isn't that just wonderful. Heroes are working harder thanks all those murders. I guess you can say that our 'Hero Killer' is also a 'Hero breeder'." Tomura joked. He crossed his arms over his chest. "This is getting boring. It won't work. We just can't agree on a basic level, and he annoys me."

"But Comet, on the other hand, her expertise would also be quite useful for us." Kurogiri added. "Although her motive with Luna is a complete mystery to me."

"I don't know about her motive either, but I won't let her take the girl I loved away from my reach." Tomura said as he clenched his right hand into a fist. "Kurogiri, bring out the Nomus."

Kurogiri obediently opened up his warp gate. Five Nomus appeared out of the warp gate.

"You think you can get away with stabbing me? When I get tired of you, I'll kill you." Tomura said. "Whenever I feel like it. just like that, Stain. But let's make it more interesting. How about I crush your honor and your pride first? What do you say, big bad Hero Killer?"

Far from the other side, Comet witnessed the conservation from the reflection of the mirror-like device.

"That freak is level ten insane." Comet said with narrow eyes. "How dare he interfere my mission. Better find my target before his freaks get her first."

With that, Comet sprang over across building rooftops on her search for Luna.

Later that night, Tarot Chariot and Luna continued soaring through the sky as they started passing through Hosu City.

"So, why isn't Morganite not joining us?" Luna asked.

"She's her day off with her daughter." Tarot Chariot answered. "Her name is Cecilia.I know how you are with children. You're gotta love her. Also, we're in Hosu."

"Oh, right. Let me text Selene while I'm at it." Luna said.

Luna took out her phone and checked her messages. Before she started texting her friend, her eyes moved up away from the screen and suddenly saw something that immediately caught her attention.

"Mom, there's a Nomu!" Luna yelled.

Tarot Chariot looked down and her eyes lit up in shock. She and her daughter caught the sight of Nomu breaking into the train and entered inside through the wall while overpowered a male pro hero.

"Stay here while I handle this!" Tarot Chariot ordered.

Tarot Chariot took another magic card and tossed it in front of her. The magic card enlarged itself and Tarot Chariot jumped on it before jetting straight down into action in the Nomu's direction.

"Mom, wait!" Luna shouted.

Then, Luna turned her attention to the flames coming several areas of the city.

"What the?!" Luna exclaimed. "Is there another Nomu attack?!"

A crowd of citizens screamed in terror as they began running away from the fire. A large Nomu was walking through the flames on the street while the winged Nomu flew in the air.

Only Tomura laughed uproariously on the water tower.

"Now this is a good game." Tomura said in a thrilling tone.

Meanwhile, Zodiac Moon and Selene rushed off to the flaming area, so they can try suppressing the skirmish.

"Be ready for anything, Selene!" Zodiac Moon shouted.

"On it!" Selene shouted back.

Suddenly, a metal globe with three smaller balls attached to its underside was launched straight towards Selene. It projected a spherical orange-tinted force field and Selene found herself imprisoned within it. Before Selene can cry out for her mother, the force field moved itself into the alleyway. As the force field stopped against the wall of the alley, Comet looked up in front of the imprisoned heroine.

"Are you the one who fought my sisters?" Comet questioned.

"Your sisters?" Selene repeated. "I don't know what you are talking abo…"

Selene's eyes widened when she stared at Comet's face for a minute.

Wait a minute! Selene exclaimed. She does look exactly like Estrella and her sisters! They must've sent her to finish what they have failed! I can't let her locate Luna!

"You must be one of Luna's friends." Comet said. "I've been looking for you. I honestly didn't think I find you out here in this city."

Comet scanned Selene and confirms the Quirk signature with Rhina's device.

"Listen closely, hero." Comet said with a wicked grin. "I have come to collect Luna and get my revenge on you and the other two for overpowering my sisters. Now, promise to be a good bait to lure in my target."

All Selene can do is glare intensely at Comet.

Hooray for another chapter! It might be slow, but not giving up on this fanfic. Enjoy and review!
