Hello there everyone! I'm back with the next chapter for you all, and I hope you enjoy it! I had a lot of fun writing this one, mostly because it has a lot of the dynamics that are super interesting to write, as well as one we don't see as often in this story. But it was really nice to sit down and write this chapter. And there's also a little bit of a Dawsey conversation that I think at least some of you have been waiting for, that's been mentioned in a couple reviews here and there, so I hope you all like it!

I think that's about all I've got to say for this chapter, but thank you all so much for reading and coming back each week when I post these chapters. It means the world to me, and helps keep me inspired to get these updates out to you all, so thank you for that. Once again, I hope you guys like this one, and I can't wait to hear your thoughts.

I'll see you all next time!

ONE HUNDRED AND TEN

"Hey Shay?" Gabby called while she finished filling up the last shot glass on the tray, the blonde looking towards her from her spot further down the bar before she raised her eyebrows. "Do you mind taking this over to the table in the back with the bachelor party?" She explained, nodding to the rowdy group of the guys towards the back of the bar, who were clearly enjoying their evening.

"Why? You don't feel like getting hit on again?" Shay asked with an amused gleam in her eye as she made her way over to Dawson and Herrmann, the man standing back filling up a beer while Gabby scoffed lightly before tapping her friend on the hip. "They've only told you how beautiful you are about fifty times, if you keep this up you could make it to one hundred."

"I'm good, thanks." She replied dryly, Shay chuckling softly while she stood beside her partner. "But I figured you wouldn't mind dropping these off since they stopped hitting on you four rounds ago." Dawson added on, Shay's nose scrunching up a bit as she rested her weight back against the counter.

"Yeah, well once they know you don't find dick attractive, they quit trying as hard." She responded easily, Dawson rolling her eyes while Herrmann swallowed back the laugh in his throat, both of them taking her words in stride as it was hard to be surprised by anything Shay said these days. "But you're right, I don't mind. Those guys are pretty funny, when they're not shamelessly trying to get you to sleep with them." She continued on, Gabby's eyebrows raising as Herrmann shook his head, Shay wearing a proud smirk on her face before she continued. "Even though we all know there's only one guy you're going home with anyway, and he's right down there." She finished, nodding further down the bar towards Casey where the man was sitting on a stool currently nursing his beer, with Severide seated beside him.

"Shay…" Gabby warned, unsure of how much further her friend was going to go with the man she saw as a father figure standing right beside them.

But the blonde merely waved her off, the pleased look never leaving her face as she reached down to grab the tray full of shots. "You can't tell me I'm wrong, Mrs. Soon-To-Be Casey… Although I am a little surprised that lover boy hasn't made them back off yet, or come to claim his territory."

"He hasn't because he doesn't need to." Gabby countered, earning a soft laugh from her friend as Dawson's eyes moved down the bar to look at her fiancé. He was deep in the middle of a conversation with Kelly and completely oblivious to her stares, but she knew he'd been keeping an eye on her off and on all evening just to make sure she was doing alright, which is what he typically did on their nights out. And she never minded it. "He'd step in if something happened, but these guys are harmless… Just drunk." She eventually added, Shay nodding in agreement while adjusting her grip on the tray. "Now, go take the nice drunk men their drinks, and then you can get back to working on inventory." She said with a smirk, Shay narrowing her eyes in Dawson's direction before a heavy scoff left her lips.

"Yeah, we'll see about that." She responded underneath her breath, Herrmann smiling softly as he watched the two friends before Shay started to move away from them. "Although you know, that's gonna be Casey here soon." She spoke up after taking a few steps away from them, Gabby glancing back in her direction as that smug look returned to her features. "The big bachelor party, getting shamelessly drunk at a bar. That's about to be Casey." She told her, Gabby biting back a grin before she shook her head. "Although if Kelly gets any say, it'll be at a strip club."

"Would you just go?" Gabby pushed, reaching out the swat Shay with her towel as a heavy laugh came from the blonde, the woman clearly amused with herself while she walked out from behind the bar and headed over towards the loud group of guys, leaving Dawson and Herrmann alone by the back counter.

"She's very… Shay-like tonight." Herrmann said after a moment, Gabby glancing his way before the two shared a knowing look.

"Definitely. But it's why we love her." She joked, the older man laughing softly as he gave her a nod.

"Yeah, it is." He replied, his gaze moving between Dawson and Casey for a couple quick seconds until he spoke up once more. "But she was right, it is pretty soon, yeah?" Herrmann questioned, seeing the curious look flash in Dawson's eyes. "The wedding? It's just around the corner, it seems like."

Her face softened before a wide grin covered her lips, like the sheer mention of her and Casey's wedding made her the happiest woman in the world as she began to gently nod her head. "Mhmm. It is, yeah." She responded, crossing her arms delicately over her chest as she leaned back against the counter. "In about a month."

"Can't believe we're that close already." He mused, his hand coming up to rub along the side of his face while the bar continued bustling around them. "And how are you feeling?"

"Excited." She replied without a thought, Herrmann's smile widening before giving her a knowing nod. "Matt and I both are, we're excited to finally be married." She continued on, angling her upper body towards his slightly while they talked. "And I know that might sound weird, because we haven't been engaged all that long, but I'm so ready to be married to him I don't want to wait anymore. I've even thought a time or two about just going to city hall with him and marrying him there." She breathed out, the words coming out faster than she could stop them as the older man listened intently.

"Well, why don't you?" He asked, Gabby raising her eyebrows in response as he gave a shrug. "I mean, I think all of us would understand… I get what you're saying, you and Casey may have not been engaged for that long, or even been together that long in the grand scheme of things. But after all you've been through together, it feels like this is the right time for you all to get married. So why not just go and do it, we can still have a party." He encouraged her, Dawson laughing quietly in response before shaking her head.

"I appreciate that Herrmann, but it's more me just being impatient than anything else." She started with a soft laugh. "Part of me would love to go and drop everything, and marry him tomorrow, but I think Matt and I both want to do this right." Gabby told him, her head moving back and forth while she mulled over her own words. "Or right for us, I guess… And part of that is getting married in our perfect church, with my perfect dress and his perfect tux. With all our friends and family around us." She explained, a soft grin forming across Herrmann's face as he nodded. "Having all of that is worth waiting a few more weeks, because this is the only wedding I'm ever going to have- the last one Matt's ever having, and we want to do it right."

"Yeah, I get what you're saying kid." He assured her, while reaching out to pat her shoulder softly as she nodded.

"And besides, after all the planning that's gone into this wedding I think Shay might kill me if Matt and I went to the courthouse." She added on, earning a chuckle from her friend. "Her and my mom both, and Matt's mom."

"I take it they've been handling the planning then?"

"A lot of it, yeah." She answered lightly. "All three of them have pretty much taken over the planning, which honestly I'm more than fine with. Especially with the smaller stuff like the food, other than the cake, and the decorations, none of that really matters to me." She continued on with a bit of a shrug. "I mean, they'll come and ask for my okay on things. Mine and Matt's, but most of it they're taking care of, and I don't mind at all… Because at the end of the day, all I need for my wedding to be perfect is Matt, and I have him."

Her soft words brought a smile to his face, Herrmann nodding gently before rubbing over her arm once more.

"Yeah, you do Dawson." He replied, the two friends sharing a heartwarming look. "And I'm grateful that you have him, after everything that's happened… And that he has you, too. I'd say no one deserves to be happy more than you two." He spoke sincerely, his honest statement piercing through her as she couldn't help but smile up at him.

"Thank you, Herrmann." She responded, her voice hard to hear over the loud room.

"No need, I'm just glad you two found each other. And that all of us were able to see it… Now all that's left is for us to see you get married." He spoke with a light laugh, Gabby's smile widening as he nodded. "Well that, and whenever a bunch of little Casey's start running around here."

Dawson scoffed slightly, the woman shaking her head in amusement before she pushed herself up from the counter. "Maybe let's just get to the wedding first, Herrmann." She replied, earning a knowing look from her friend before she moved to help the customer who had just come up the bar.

Across the room, Casey was perched up in the same seat he'd been in since he and Gabby got here a few hours ago, him and Severide's attention having moved up to the TV screen in front of them while they sipped on their beers.

"Man, the Blackhawks are complete shit this year." Severide muttered while they caught a few of the game scores on the television, Casey chuckling in agreement before he felt his phone buzz in his pocket, the man soon pulling it out to see whoever had texted him.

Severide glanced over to Casey while he was looking at his phone, the squad Lieutenant watching him read over whatever he'd been sent before he started typing out a reply, the text only taking a few seconds before Matt had returned his phone to his pocket. But even once he was done Kelly hadn't glanced away from him, Casey soon noticing his stares after glancing his way.

"...Yeah?" Matt asked after a moment, Severide shaking his head a bit before reaching for his half-empty glass.

"Everything alright?"

"Everything's fine. It was just my sister." Casey answered nonchalantly as a look of realization flickered in Kelly's eyes.

"Ah." He replied, Casey tilting his head back for a second before he took another sip of his beer. "How's that all going? With the whole 'family reconciliation' thing?"

Matt winced slightly at his choice of words, the firefighter pausing for a moment to think over his answer before he spoke up. "It's… going." He said first. "Things with Christie and I are going well, I think… Better than maybe expected. I've seen her a few times since we first met up, and Gabby and I have spent some time with her. All in all, it's been good." He explained, as his mind went over the few times he'd seen his sister lately.

In the few weeks that had passed since the two of them got together at that diner, Casey had been making an effort to see her more. Her and Violet both, as he'd missed so much of their lives already. So when he could, he would take a couple hours to head up there and spend some time with them, Gabby tagging along when she was able as the couple had already gone over there for that lunch Christie had promised.

And even though they were a bit hesitant at first, especially with the way Christie and Gabby left things, overall they were in a good place. All three of them were, as they were all committed to figuring out where they fit in each other's lives. And it was something Matt was so indescribably grateful for, that not only was he getting this chance with his sister, but that Gabby was by his side the entire time.

"That's good, isn't it?"

"Yeah, definitely." Casey replied with a small smile. "It's been great getting to know my sister again. And actually being able to spend time with my niece.. Plus, it's nice that Gabby's getting to know them too. Her and Christie get along well, and Violet adores her." He explained with an easy grin, while tapping his finger along the outside of his beer glass. "But I wasn't so much concerned about that, I knew they'd love Gabby… It's more my mom and my sister that I'm worried about." He confided, missing the sympathetic look that crossed Severide's features as he nodded.

"...They still haven't seen each other?" Severide pushed, as the man knew enough about the situation with Casey's family to understand that things were complicated, to say the least.

"Not yet, no." Matt responded quickly. "With all our schedules being so crazy, and Christie living outside the city it's been a little hard to find a time to get everyone together… So they haven't had to be around each other yet." He said before releasing a heavy breath.

"How do you think that'll go?"

"I'm not sure, honestly… But we'll find out soon." He said, Severide's eyebrows raising before Matt met his gaze. "Yeah." He continued on, answering his friend's silent question. "We managed to find a night that works for everyone, so here in a couple days we're having a big family dinner at the Dawson's."

"Wow." Kelly replied somewhat bluntly, the two men going quiet for a second while they both took sips of their drinks. "...Are you feeling good about it, or do you think it'll end in disaster?"

Casey laughed softly as his friend's attempt to lighten the mood, Matt shrugging a bit as his lips parted slightly, like he was trying to figure out what to say. "Honestly, I don't know. It could go either way." He finally settled on. "I'm excited for it, I think. For Ramon and Camila to get to know my sister, cause they're family to me and I want them to meet her. But I'd be lying if I said I wasn't nervous about my mom and Christie trying to kill each other in front of Gabby's family."

It was Severide's turn to laugh this time before he started shaking his head, the light smile on his face not going unnoticed by Casey as he took a drink. "Well… Better Ramon and Camila know what they're getting into before it's official." He joked, Casey rolling his eyes before he reached out to shove his shoulder.

"Yeah, I think we're well past that." Casey responded, the friends sharing another laugh before Matt noticed Gabby walking their way with a couple fresh beers in her hands.

As soon as he saw her his eyes lit up, the two locking gazes when she was a few feet from them as she continued the rest of the way towards her fiancé and her friend.

"I saw you two were looking a little low, figured I'd give you all another one while I had a minute." She explained when she placed the glasses down, Severide nodding in thanks while Matt gave her a small, yet love-filled smile.

"Thanks babe." He responded, her grin beginning to match his as she leaned forward to rest her arms against the bar top. The position helped to get her closer to Matt as he almost instantly reached his hand out towards hers, his finger resting against the outside of her wrist while she watched him.

"So, how's your night going?" She asked, Gabby looking between the two friends as Matt continued to stroke his finger over her skin.

"Pretty good." Matt replied first.

"Yeah, it's been good… Casey was just filling me in on all the family fun you two are gonna be having." Severide chimed in with a near giddy grin, Gabby letting out a soft scoff while Matt shot him a look.

"Oh brother." She spoke underneath her breath, her response earning a chuckle from him.

"What? You're not looking forward to the dinner, Dawson?" Kelly asked, Gabby immediately shaking her head before glancing at Matt.

"No, it's not that." She corrected him. "I think we'll all have a nice time. It's just that my mom is preparing for this like she's gonna have to feed an army, instead of seven people." Gabby spoke, Casey laughing softly as he started to nod in agreement.

"Yeah, Camila's going all out… Even though I tried to tell her it wasn't necessary."

"You knew she wasn't going to listen." Gabby replied, the couple sharing another amused look before Matt gave in.

"Fair enough."

"Sounds like it's gonna be quite the party." Severide added on. "You'll have to let me know if there's any family drama."

Casey huffed out a breath while Gabby gave him a pointed stare, the PIC having to fight off the urge to roll her eyes.

"I'm hoping there won't be any, but if there is I'm sure you'll hear all about it." Casey returned with a knowing look, Severide chuckling softly before nodding once more.

"Yeah, I don't doubt that." He said before picking up his new drink, Matt letting out a slow breath before giving his full attention back to Gabby, his hand continuing to move against hers while their eyes focused on one another.

"...How are you doing?" He questioned after a moment, the softness in his voice causing her to smile as she moved her hand a bit closer to his.

"I'm alright, it's just another night at the bar, you know?" She told him, Casey nodding understandingly while he continued to tune out the noise around them. "Between having to force Shay into helping with the last of our inventory, and Herrmann talking to me about you and me having kids, it's all pretty much just usual stuff."

Casey's eyes widened a bit when he registered her words, Kelly himself choking on his drink beside them as he too heard what Gabby had said, his reaction causing her to laugh softly before she reached down below the bar to grab some napkins.

"You alright over there, Sev?" She asked, the man nodding while he gave a thumbs up, despite his constant coughing from his beer going down the wrong way.

"...Herrmann said what?" Casey finally found his voice, his uncertainty easy to see as Gabby bit her lip. "He brought up us having kids? Where did that come from?" He questioned, there still a lightness to his tone as it was clear he truly was just surprised by what she'd said.

"It was nothing babe, we were talking about the wedding and marriage and everything. And it just came up." She assured him while reaching over to pat his arm, Matt eyeing her closely for a second before he nodded, knowing that whatever conversation he was thinking of having right now, this wasn't the place for it. "If anything, I'm more surprised it was Herrmann and not Shay, considering she's obsessed with the idea of us having kids." She added on softly, Casey giving her a small smile before he nodded.

"Yeah, that's very true." He replied lightly, Gabby laughing once more just as Shay called her name from further back in the room, signaling that she needed help before Dawson pushed herself up from the bar.

"I'm gonna go see what she wants, let me know if you all need anything else."

"We will."

"Yeah, thanks Dawson." Severide said now that he'd regained his voice, the woman giving them both a small salute before she continued off down the bar.

Casey watched her as she went, his mind lingering a little too long on what they'd talked about before he moved his attention back towards his drink, his head shaking a bit back and forth. But after mere seconds he started to feel a pair of eyes on him, Matt's gaze already narrowing before he looked up to find Severide staring at him with a smug grin on his face.

"Don't give me that look." Casey warned, but his words did nothing to deter Kelly as a hearty laugh escaped the back of his throat.

"It's not a look." He defended, the amused edge to his tone hard to miss. "I'm just wondering if I should be expecting you to knock up Dawson sometime soon." Severide teased, Casey rolling his eyes in response as he noticed his friend getting a little too much enjoyment out of this. "Cause you know I'm gonna need a heads up if I'm preparing to be a godfather."

Letting out a deep scoff, he reached out to shove Kelly's shoulder before he returned his attention to his drink, Matt doing his best to ignore Severide's laughs from beside him while they continued on with their night.

Casey blew out a soft breath as he finished putting up the last stool onto the table, the quiet bar a complete shift to how it had been all evening long as he helped Gabby close up for the night.

Herrmann and Shay had stuck around a little longer than planned to pitch in as well, given how unexpectedly busy they'd been, but when it was clear she had all the help she needed with Casey they both headed home, Herrmann leaving about a half hour ago while Shay left maybe ten minutes later, Matt walking her to her car and making sure she was alright before he headed back in to help Gabby.

And now it was just the two of them left, Casey glancing towards the back when he heard the sound of footsteps as he watched her come in through the stockroom door.

"Alright, the back door's locked." She spoke, her soft voice carrying easily through the otherwise silent room. "And I already checked the bathrooms, so I think I'm good." She added on, as Matt gave her a gentle smile. "Did you turn the outside light off?"

"I did." He answered while she started walking towards him.

"Thank you… And thanks for getting all the chairs up, you really helped me a lot."

"It's no problem, babe." He replied gently once she came to a stop in front of him, Gabby placing her purse down on the table before reaching out to wrap her arms around his waist, effectively pulling him closer as he mimicked the action on instinct. "It's part of why I like to come and close with you, to help you out so you can get out of here a little sooner… And I also just like spending time with you." He told her, her smile widening at the lightness she heard in his words before she leaned towards him.

"I like you being here, too." She murmured just before pressing her lips into his, the two connecting in a slow, loving kiss while he softly scratched his hand along her back.

They stayed there for a few moments, neither one of them in any hurry to move as they always enjoyed this time they got together. But when it became necessary Gabby pulled back, her head lingering close to his for another second until she took a slight step out of his hold.

"You ready to get out of here?" She questioned, Casey shooting her a small smile as he nodded, his hand rubbing along the side of her arm before she grabbed her bag and they headed for the door. Though they didn't get very far before he spoke up again.

"So, I didn't want to mention it earlier but I've gotta ask," Casey started, Gabby slowing her steps before turning back to face him, Matt not missing the almost inquisitive look on her face. "Herrmann bringing up the whole kids thing…" He said, Dawson doing what she could to hide her smile as she pursed her lips together. "There's not something you need to tell me, is there?" Matt asked her jokingly, keeping his words easy as he shifted his weight between his feet.

Though he already knew the answer to his lighthearted question, he figured that was the best place to start as he'd been thinking all evening about how to bring this up. Ever since she so casually mentioned what her and Herrmann had been talking about, Matt definitely had a few questions as to what prompted all of it. But given how sensitive of a topic this was for her after all that had happened, Casey knew he had to tread into it carefully.

"Definitely not." Gabby responded after a second, the laugh in her voice causing him to smile before he nodded. "Don't worry, it's nothing like that. If it was, you'd be the first person to know… But it wasn't even anything really, just what I told you. That Herrmann and I were talking about the wedding, and he made some crack about us having kids. If I remember correctly, I think his exact words were that he was looking forward to 'a bunch of little Casey's running around'." She explained to him, Matt matching her laugh as his head shook from side to side.

"Ahh." He replied, Gabby's own smile widening as she took away some of the distance between them.

"Yeah, that's all I was talking about." She assured him, her tongue running along the inside of her cheek before she took another step towards him, a rush of warmth spreading through his chest as she carefully reached out for his hand. "...Although he's right."

Those words caused his eyebrows to raise as he grasped what she was saying, the unsure but hopeful look in her eyes somehow hurting his heart while also making him the happiest guy in the world as her teeth ran over her bottom lip.

"Or at least I want him to be right." She continued on after taking a deep breath, the grin on Casey's face only continuing to widen before she slowly started to smile back at him. "I know this isn't… I wasn't planning on having this conversation tonight." She told him while trying to gain her words, Matt nodding knowingly before he reached out to grab ahold of her other hand. "But since Herrmann brought it up, it is something we need to talk about. That we've needed to talk about… Especially because we haven't really talked about this, us having kids. Not since the whole pregnancy scare."

"Yeah." He agreed softly, the sound of his voice alone helping her to gather her thoughts before she continued.

"And I know this whole thing can be a little difficult for me. After the miscarriage, and what happened. Then everything with when I thought I was pregnant, that all really messed with me at the time. Messed with us." She said sadly while Casey gave her as strong of a nod as he could muster, his silent support more than enough for her at this moment. "But none of that changes the fact that I can't wait for us to have kids, Matt." Gabby continued on, Casey sure he had never felt as in love with her as he did in this moment while she squeezed his hand. "Obviously not right away, but when it's the right time for us. Because when Herrmann said that it just… It made me excited, thinking about our future and what's ahead for us. Not only with our marriage, but with hopefully having children someday it made me so happy to think about… And I hope it makes you just as excited, too-"

She could barely get the words out before his lips were on his, a soft sound of surprise escaping her throat before she regained herself and kissed him back, Casey dropping her hand so he could hold her close as they moved together.

It wasn't until air became a priority that either of them pulled back, Gabby's chest heaving as he rested his forehead down against hers, the pair staying silent for one moment more before he ultimately spoke up.

"I want everything with you." He told her, those simple words holding so much meaning as that content smile slowly returned to her face. "Marriage, kids, all of it. I want it all with you, you know I do." Casey reminded her, Gabby nodding against him before they began to pull back.

"Yeah, I do. And I can't wait for us to have that… I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you." She spoke honestly, Matt bringing one hand up to cradle the side of her face while his other stayed on her hip, keeping her as close as he possibly could. "And with however many little Casey's we end up having." She added on lightly, Matt chuckling a bit as his thumb stroked along the side of her cheek.

"Well, how about we start with one and go from there." He suggested with an unmistakable gleam in his eye, Gabby smiling softly before she nodded.

"I'm good with that… Though let's have our wedding first, then we'll come back to the babies." She suggested, Casey chuckling once more before he pulled her back towards him.

"Deal." He agreed before kissing her again, Gabby ready for it this time as she tightened her hold on him, desperate to keep him as close as she could.

They stayed together for a little while longer, their sheer excitement and anticipation of their future together prompting them to continue to enjoy this defining moment in their relationship until they had no choice but to pull away from each other. But even then, they never went too far.

"I love you so much." He spoke almost suddenly, his voice barely above a whisper as a small smile began to move back to her features. "I love you so, so much."

"I love you, too." She responded quickly while he moved his hand up and down her side, their deep gazes locking on one another. "More than anything."

His heart nearly burst out of his chest as he saw nothing but love shining back at him, his hand sliding back around her before pulling her in for another kiss. But there was an intensity between them that hadn't been there before, and she knew it had everything to do with what they'd just talked about.

Nothing had necessarily changed for them, not really, because before tonight they both already knew the future they wanted together. But something about voicing it out loud made it feel different. Matt felt different, as there was a hunger coming from him while he continued kissing her with everything he had, his movements causing a heat to begin pooling in the pit of her stomach before they finally separated.

They were both sucking in breaths, Gabby more so as Matt regained himself a bit quicker than she could, his lips trailing down to her neck while she panted into his ear, his grip over her side tightening as he refused to let her go. And she'd never want him to.

"You know…" Gabby spoke up after a moment, the sound of her voice doing nothing to slow his movements. "Just because we're not trying to have kids just yet, that doesn't mean we can't get a little practice in."

She felt his entire body tighten before he pulled away from her, the deep look in his eyes sending butterflies through her system as he swallowed thickly, before giving her a tight nod.

"Yeah, it's time for us to go home." He murmured, Gabby trying her best to stifle the laugh in her throat before he reached for her hand once more, Matt soon leading her out of the bar and towards his truck, only stopping to lock up Molly's before they headed home.

The drive was surprisingly quiet, neither one of them feeling the need to say much as they rode down the street with his hand covering her thigh, Gabby's palm resting on top of him while his focus was getting them home safely. And soon enough he did just that, Casey pulling up outside their apartment and putting his truck in park before he glanced at her.

"Ready to head in?" He asked, Gabby nodding softly before they got out of the vehicle and started towards their apartment.

It took them no time at all to get inside, their cozy home exactly how they'd left it all those hours ago as Matt came in behind Gabby, his girl starting to discard her shoes while he closed and locked the door, ensuring they were securely inside. Then once he'd completed that task, he followed her lead, Casey leaving his usual belongings by the front door before he walked behind Gabby into their home.

He wasn't sure what to expect from her at first, but when she started moving directly towards the bedroom he had a pretty good idea that she was wanting to make good on her words earlier at the bar, Casey hanging back in the dim living room for a moment before he went after her.

As he got into the bedroom, he stopped in the doorway for a moment when he saw her standing over by their dresser, Matt taking the opportunity to admire her while she slowly took off her jewelry. But he couldn't find it in him to stay away for too long, as within seconds he was walking over towards her, Casey reaching out to her the second she was in reach as he came up behind her. Their eyes locked through the mirror, Gabby giving him a small, yet happy smile before she placed her earrings down where they belonged, Matt rubbing his hands along her sides for a second until he reached up to help unclasp her necklace.

His movements were slow as she watched him, but he managed to get her beloved necklace- one of the ones he had bought for her, off her neck, Casey carefully handing it to her before she placed it onto the dresser.

But his efforts didn't stop there, as once his hands were free they moved down to the hem of her shirt, Matt teasing the edge of the fabric while he caught her gaze once more, the man wanting permission before he went any further. And it was something he soon got as Gabby gave him a nod, the grin on his face starting to grow as he carefully peeled the silk shirt from her body.

She had to help him a little bit, but after all the times he'd removed clothing from her it was like second nature to them now, Gabby's arms falling back to her side as she stood there in her bra. A slight chill coursed through her as he leaned forward to place her shirt down on the dresser, his chest brushing against her back before he straightened up, Matt finding her gaze once more as his hands moved to rest over the soft skin on her sides.

There was a heavy feeling in the air that was hard to ignore as they stared at one another, one full of complete and utter want and desire as his warm hands moved along her body around to her stomach, Casey giving her a gentle smile before he leaned his head down to press a kiss to her shoulder. His movements were tame at first, her eyes falling closed as she relished in the feeling of his mouth moving over her while his hands caressed her, Gabby sure there was no better feeling in the world than this as she let herself relax back into him.

His lips moved along her shoulder towards her neck, Matt's hand taunting the waistline of her jeans as she blew out a deep breath, that same familiar warmth in her stomach making its presence known while he continued his slow, yet loving assault on her skin.

"Matt…" She eventually moaned out, Gabby feeling him smile before he slowly separated himself from her, Matt using his leverage to carefully turn her around to face him.

But once he did, Gabby hardly had a chance to think before his lips were on hers yet again, their intense need for one another beginning to take charge as his palms roamed her skin, Gabby clutching tightly onto his shirt to keep him close while his hand snaked up her back. And within a second he had unclasped her bra, Gabby not even phased by the movement as the material released around her, Casey using his free hand to pull the clothing to the ground before he let himself feel her once more.

His mouth was trailing its way down her neck, Gabby panting into his ear as his hands focused on her, Matt's lips then finding their way down her chest not stopping until he got to her breasts. And it was then Gabby was reminded of how truly loving he could be as his mouth enclosed around her, Matt paying special attention to her with an almost overwhelming amount of care behind each of his movements.

There was no part of this he wanted to rush, not tonight, as he switched to her other breast, Gabby releasing a shaky breath as her hand rested over the back of his head. Her body felt as if it were on fire, and they had just hardly gotten started, that realization nearly driving her crazy as she leaned her body back into the furniture.

"Matt, baby," She said again, scratching lightly over the back of his neck before she gently guided him up, the man lifting his head as her bare chest was heaving. There was a questioning look in his eye, one that was endearing to her as she could tell he was confused that she'd stopped him. But the soft look in her gaze and the content smile on her face assured him that nothing was wrong, Casey soon matching her grin as she placed her hand onto his chest. "Take me to bed."

Those words ignited a fire in him, Matt running his hand along her side as his eyes traced over her features before he slowly nodded. With his palm still on her, he guided her over towards their bed, Matt carefully helping her down until she was resting in the middle of their mattress. Her eyes were following his every movement while he stripped down to his boxers, their want for one another only getting more desperate as he carefully climbed onto the bed and started removing the few articles of clothing left between them.

It started with her jeans, then after a few long and loving kisses up and down her legs Matt removed her underwear, the sight of her laying down in front of him one he wanted to commit to memory as he took a few special seconds to take her in.

She was absolutely gorgeous lying there beneath him, her eyes piercing into him as he couldn't help but feel so incredibly lucky to have her. To know that this was the woman he was ready to spend the rest of his life with. The woman who would be by his side, who he was just weeks away from marrying. The woman who would, one day, be the mother to his children. The person he loved more than anything else in this entire world.

This woman right here was his life. She was everything to him. And right now, all he wanted to do was show her that.

So that's what he did, all night long as he made sure every inch of Gabby knew exactly how in love with her he was How he adored her, and felt so grateful for her to be in his life. With his body covering hers, and their hands joined together, he showed her just how loved she truly was by him.

And he knew she felt the exact same way.
