Chapter 11: All Might Meets Shanks.

A/N: I have absolutely no problems with the Irish Government and as far as I know they do NOT approve of or practice torturing prisoners. There is no factual base for this part of the story...I'm just really not happy with the government right now so I'm villainasing all governments.

The next morning a loud crash followed by a soft curse in English and giggling wake Toshinori up. He slips out of your queen-sized bed without waking you and slips on his boxer briefs and a white T-shirt. He exits the bedroom and silently makes his way down the hall. He sees that the kitchen light is on and can smell bacon cooking. He walks to the wall dividing the kitchen and the short entranceway hall and sees Ichigo standing to the left of a 6'6" tall man with bright scarlet hair; the same color as Ichigo's. The man is wearing a white button-up dress shirt, brown capris with what looks like yellow flower designs, and black sandals. But what catches Toshinori's eyes about the man is that his left arm is missing. There is something about this man that seems vaguely familiar to Toshinori, but he can't quite put his finger on what it is.

"Momma's gonna be surprised, huh, daddy," Ichigo says with a huge smile on his face. Toshinori relaxes knowing for sure that this stranger is Ichigo's father.

Toshinori turns around to walk back to the bedroom when Ichigo's father turns his head to look at his son. "She sure is, Lil strawberry," he says with a huge grin on his face.

Toshinori freezes on the spot when he sees the man's face...The three long scars over his left eye give the man's identity away immediately...The most wanted man in the world, Shanks LeRoux. Toshinori's body buffs up into his muscular form then he steps around the dividing wall. "Shanks LeRoux! I never would have imagined that you would dare set a single foot in Japan since I am here!" All Might says in his usual loud, booming voice along with his usual wide grin.

Shanks and Ichigo turn around to look at the enormous blonde. Both of them look surprised to see the number 1 hero and Shanks says, "It looks like mommy isn't the only one who was in for a surprise today, Ichigo. I think we all were. Hello, All Might."

"All Might!" Ichigo shouts and starts to run up to the hero, but he is stopped by his father's hand on his shoulder.

"Ichigo, go and wake up your mommy and tell her that I'm here...and so is All Might."

"Okay, daddy!" The little boy takes off running but stops beside All Might. He wraps his little arms around All Might's left leg from the side in a hug. Ichigo looks up at the hero with a huge smile, "You're my favorite hero All Might!" Ichigo's smile fades, "You're not gonna hurt my daddy are you?"

The blonde looks down at the little boy then places a huge hand onto Ichigo's head. "Don't worry, young Ichigo! Your father and I are just going to talk. Now, run along and get your mother please." Ichigo nods, releases All Might's leg, then runs towards the master bedroom. When Ichigo is out of hearing range All Might says to Shanks in Japanese, "You're lucky we're in an apartment complex full of innocent civilians, Shanks, and that I am unwilling to risk their lives to capture you."

Shanks grins at the taller man, "I've always been lucky, All Might. Or should I call Yagi or Toshinori in private?"

All Might is taken by surprise and starts to cough. He quickly covers his mouth with his hand to prevent blood from spraying everywhere. He covertly wipes the blood from his lips, "To you, I am All Might."

Shanks turns his back to All Might to flip the bacon frying in a pan. "Suit yourself, All Might. Now, how many pancakes and pieces of bacon do you want?" Shanks asks like they are old friends.

All Might's eyes narrow under his brow, "None. What I want is to know why you are here."

"Cooking breakfast for everyone," Shanks says cheerfully.

All Might's brow furrows, "I meant, why are you in Japan?"

"My son's birthday is coming up and I plan on spending time with him."

You suddenly come shooting out of your bedroom, tying the belt of your bathrobe as you rush to the kitchen. "All Might, wait!" You enter the kitchen and are slightly surprised to see that the two men aren't fighting.

They turn to look at you, "Top o' the morning to ya, Luv!" Shanks then burst out laughing when he sees you: your hair is sticking up at odd angles with a couple of knots and your neck is peppered with hickeys. "You look like you had quite the time last night."

You huff at him, "What are you doing here, Shanks?"

"Currently, I'm cooking breakfast for everyone. Where's Ichigo?"

"In his room. I told him to stay in there until I came to get him." You scowl at Shanks, "You knew I had company over last night, so why would you come over so early and without calling?"

"To be honest, I didn't think that he would still be here." Shanks uses the spatula to take a few pieces of bacon out of the frying pan and places them on a plate.

All Might glares at you, "You lied to me. You told me that Ichigo's father is a vigilante...not the most wanted man in the world."

"Technically, I am a vigilante. I've never harmed any innocents and I only go after those who misuse the power of their positions; corrupt politicians, cops, attorneys, even heroes. You know, those in positions of power who use blackmail, threats, or bribery to stay in power. I take down the criminals that most heroes cannot touch because if they even tried the hero would find themselves forcibly retired or even arrested on trumped-up charges and losing their hero's license. Which is how I got a four billion dollar bounty on my head; I exposed and took down some very important people all over the world."

You look down at the ground, "I'm sorry, Toshinori. But I was afraid to tell you that Shanks was Ichigo's father. If people find out about my connection with Shanks, I will lose EVERYTHING. I will be arrested and detained for questioning...Ichigo will be taken from me and I will never see him again."

All Might's gaze softens and he shakes his head. "I don't believe the government would do that...and even if they tried, I would never let that happen."

Shanks turns off the stove before turning around and facing you and All Might. "You really wouldn't have a choice, unless you are willing to throw your entire career away." He pulls out his phone, unlocks it, and pulls up an official government document that his right-hand man hacked into and downloaded for him. "Here," he holds the phone out for All Might to take. "This is a document sent from the Taoiseach, the head of government in Ireland, to other government leaders all over the world." All Might takes the phone and quickly begins to read. "Basically, it says that anyone who is proven to have any ties to me is to be arrested and extradited to Ireland 'to be questioned with excessive force, if necessary,' until they give up any information they have about me or my whereabouts."

All Might frowns, "Torture? The Irish Government plans on torturing anyone with connections to you? That's hard to believe. Besides I don't see any government handing over any of their citizens to be tortured."

"Ah, you may be a great hero All Might, but you are extremely naive when it comes to politics. There have already been several people who have been arrested and extraditedto Ireland...most of them women who were spreading lies about sleeping with me or one of my men. Luckily, for all of those women one of my inside men managed to free them before they were tortured. That's why it's extremely important that no one finds out about Ichigo being my son and why (F/N) was afraid to tell you." Shanks looks into the hero's eyes, a completely serious look on his face for once. "I want to ask you to keep their connection to me a secret. I don't care if you inform the police and the other heroes of my presence here in Japan, as a matter of fact, I expect you to. But, please,keep (F/N) and Ichigo out of it."

All Might looks down at you as you look up at him pleadingly. He sighs, "I will keep their connection to you to myself, but I AM going to alert the other heroes and the police that you're here...After Ichigo's birthday." A wide grin appears on Shanks' face and All Might points a finger at him, "I am doing this for Ichigo, not for you. And if I come across you out in public, I WILL apprehend you."

Shanks laughs, "You can try! But I will not be caught so easily!" He says in a carefree manner.

Toshinori looks at the red-headed man and his eyes narrow, "Rest assured, I will bring you to justice." He then looks back at you, "How did you even find yourself in this situation, (F/N)?" All Might asks.

You sigh and tell him, "You might as well change forms, Toshi. It's a long story and I don't want you to waste all of your time." You see him hesitate before you turn your attention to Shanks and glare at him. "You are NOT to speak a word about what you are about to see to ANYONE. Not even to Benn. Understand?"

Shanks shrugs nonchalantly, "A secret for a secret...seems fair to me."

You look over at All Might, but he is stubbornly refusing to change back into his true form. "You can either stay in your muscular form the entire time and risk not being able to save someone when they need it later...Or you can trust my judgement and save your time for more important matters."

Shanks holds up his right hand, "I give you my word, All Might, that I will keep your secret as long as you keep (F/N) and Ichigo's. And it's easy to tell that I don't have my fingers crossed behind my back because I only have one arm!"

You groan, "That was lame, Red."

Shanks pouts, "You wound me, Luv."

"Clearly, I'm not the only one."

Shanks burst out laughing, "Dahahaha! There's the feisty hellcat that I remember!"

All Might snorts, "The word of the most wanted criminal in the world has very little value."

"It has more value than you think, Toshinori."

All Might frowns at you, "Why do you trust him so much, (F/N)?"

"Because he saved my life. Along with countless of others' lives."

Toshinori stares into your eyes for several moments before he is surrounded by steam. When the steam clears Toshinori is back in his true form. Shanks' eyebrows shoot upwards toward his hairline in surprise. "Well, I'll be damned. This answers why Ichigo was just as surprised to see All Might as I was."

Toshinori let's out a huff of air before pulling out one of the chairs at the small kitchen table then sitting down. "Tell me everything."

Shanks picks up a small plate of pancakes and bacon, "I'm going to take this to Ichigo. Go ahead and start the story without me."

You nod at Shanks, "Thanks." You take the seat across from Toshinori and begin to tell him about how you and Shanks first met. "It was eight...no, almost nine years ago now, when Shanks and I met for the very first time. I was a very popular hero in the UK at the time and the hero agency that I worked for decided to send me to capture Shanks..."
