Time skip 3 days
As I travel the bottom of the Pacific I learned from my system, which I name Tron what information it can give me about this new world I live in. Apparently, In this world's timeline the heroes of earth Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern(Hal Jordan), Shazam, Batman, Cyborg, Aquaman, Flash, Ironman, Captain America, Hawkeye, Black Widow, Thor, and Hulk came together to defend earth from Zod's invasion.
The heroes came together to form the Avengers, but about two years later the portal opened above New York and the incident took place. But after the council had fired a nuke into the city DC's superheroes left the Avengers and formed The Justice League no longer directly under S.H.E.I.L.D but working alongside the U.N.
'So we're after Avengers one and man of steel in the timeline, but it seems we're in a weird mix between both universe and cannons because we have a Green Lantern and Shazam as members of the Justice League.' I thought to myself trying to get a timeline for possible future events.
Traveling the ocean floor I start to get a headache and I sensed multiple beings coming toward me, as I turn to meet them I see a small group of soldiers behind me and a man in purple-grey armor with a silver trident pointed at me.
POV Orm Marius aka ocean master
'I can't dominate its mind so it's not of the ocean' I think as I try and fail to control the creature.
???: "what is it?" I turn to see my commander who slowly swims back as the creature starts to make its way over
"It's a possible asset to my cause to retake my rightful crown that's what it is," The creature stops in front of my small host and looks us over before its eyes land on me. 'why is it looking at me like that?' but it suddenly turns and heads back on its original path.
Commander: "How so my king"
"How are you in command when you ask such stupid questions?" I don't get an answer but the look of confusion on his face annoys me but I keep my composure.
"If we have a creature that Aquaman can't control like that on my side we could gather support from other rebel factions and overthrow the half-born even if he summoned the Kraken!" Then I notice the creature speeding up and f going deeper into the ocean.
"Quickly you fools put a tracker on the creature!"
A scout rush forward and shot a harpoon with a tracker on the creature, but the harpoon simply bones of the scales of the creature and it disappeared into the depths.
POV Max
'Great I met my first villain and it was ocean master', after meeting the group of grunts and their master left to go back to talking to Tron about my situation and what he should do but it was mostly me talking to myself as I swam and hunted the sea creatures nearby.
'Hey Tron do I exist in this universe before I got my powers'
[Yes but as of now you are thought to be dead]
'Maybe I should go back I do feel homesick and I do want to claim my family's stuff but how to do it?'
(POV 3rd person)
(20 minutes later)
Max arrived at his destination in a fishing town on the west coast of the United States
so after dark he made. His way to the shore and began his plan he sucked in as much air as possible before letting out THE LOUDEST ROAR he could muster, it shook the earth and the shock wave broke some glass and houses and cars before he changed back into his human form and waited inside the giant footprint of a monster.
(Some time later)
News spread like wildfire a kid thought to be dead was found in the footprint of the creature near the sinking ship, Max became famous overnight every news station wanted an interview. With him from the Daily Planet to the Daily Bugle were at the hospital he was staying, for now, constantly asking for information about his condition and what he has to say about the creature.
Max on the other hand was exploring the system more now that he could lay back and relax you might wonder why not do it while hidden under the sea well max was trying to hide from S.H.E.I.L.D, The Avengers, The Justice League, and Aquaman's brother that might be planning the conquest of the world.
So now that he's in a bed with semi-good food looking over the system and finding all of its functions.

I'm about to continue my chat with Tron when my hospital door opens revealing my doctor and a man behind him who I recognize on sight 'Phil Colson!'
Doctor: "Max this is special agent Co-"
Colson: "Special agent Phil Colson with S.H.I.E.L.D I'm here to get a statement about your experience of what happened on the day of the ship sinking, and the past two days leading up to you arriving at the beach" he looked exactly like his Netflix service self.
"all right the day for the sinking was a normal day until a storm hit use out of nowhere and caused it to sink then I fell in the water the last thing I remember is a large shadow coming over me"
Phil and the doctor listen to my story with no clear signs of their emotions must be because I didn't give them my experience with zilla yet wich I've made up and flourished to make zilla look good
"When I woke up I was in a large cave"
Colson: "Where was this cave?" he asked quickly taking notes rapidly.
"Coudn't tell you the most I could tell is that it was close to the ocean thanks to the entrance of the cave being a large pool of salt water"
Colson: "hmm. . ."
"And thanks to there being a bunch of junk in it I was able to start a fire and light up the cave and befor me was the biggest Lizard I have ever seen."
Doctor: "Could you describe it?"
"Definitely it had huge spikes on it's back its eyes glowed green in the cave it must of been the size of at least twelve school buses and..."
Colson writes down my description of myself and my estimations on Zilla's size, weight and other physical attributes.
Colson: "So how did you survive those days with the beast from your description its clearly a carnivore?"
"That's easy he eats fish and sea creatures and has a huge mound of the stuff, he eats in the morning so i took some and cooked it over my fire"
Colson/Doctor: "He?" they both said simultaneously.
"Had to check to give him the right name"
Colson/Doctor: "you named it?" they said again simultaneously.
"yep"
Colson: "Whats its name then?"
"Zilla"
