Dragon Land Search - Part 2:
Freeing The Dragons
After arriving at the Dragon Lands and meeting more new friends, Applejack and Dragon Lord Ember, Twilight and Spike have decided to help them free the other Dragons who were forced to work for Slash and his forces. Applejack volunteered to help them release the dragons too. So Applejack led them to where the dragons were being held, and when they found one, Twilight used her magic to whack and break the crystal chaining the dragon, setting them free.
Twilight, Spike, and Applejack have had a few encounters with the soldiers of the Dark Army. But they were handled by Twilight as she used her magic to light a few barrels of dynamite as they exploded, scattering the soldiers. When she, Applejack, and Spike were surrounded by the Captains and Commanders, Twilight saw this moment to rise up and unleash her Magic Fury Attack on them, defeating them in the process. Applejack was very surprised to see Twilight do that.
After dealing with Slash's forces, Twilight, Applejack, and Spike managed to free more dragons from their chains. When the job was done, they returned to Ember who was very thrilled and relieved that they managed to save her people, and to that, she owe them a thank you.
"Thank you so much for freeing my people. I don't know what else to say," Ember thanked.
"It was nothing we can't handle," Twilight said.
"Yeah, we do pretty much do what we can," Spike added.
"Well, since you three did your part, I'll do mine. See, I've heard that the two Alicorns you're searching for are being held up at the center of the volcano, just past the labor camp where Smolder and her brother Garble are being held," Ember instructed them.
"So we just have to find them and let them know we're friends, and they'll tell us how to proceed?" Twilight asked, hoping she got what Ember said correctly.
"Well, even if we do find these two, how will we know them?" Twilight asked, wondering how they will know these Garble and Smolder characters.
"Yeah, I mean some of the other dragons looked pretty much the same to me," Spike backed up.
"Do not worry, you'll know them. Just trust me on this one. Remember, they're my most trusted dragons of the Dragon Lands. But whatever you do, don't get on Garble's bad side," Ember explained and warned them.
"Don't worry, Ember. You can count on us. We're experts on not getting on anybody's bad side," Spike assured with a shrug and gave her a smile.
"Well, if we're going to the labor camp. Applejack, do you think you could take us there?" Twilight asked, turning to Applejack, hoping that she could lead them to where this large labor camp is.
"I sure can, Sugarcube. But we have to be careful, this place is crawling with more of those Monkeys around these parts," Applejack accepted with a nod as she began to lead the way.
"Right behind you, Applejack," Twilight said as she and Spike begin to follow her while Ember waved at them, wishing them good luck on their search.
