7. Chapter 07: Feral Screams - Part 2

Greetings dear viewers, it's been a long wait but now it's finally here. The part 2 of the beginning of the Transmetal 2 event. This took me some time since I had to decide who was gonna appear, would I introduce ALL new surprises on both Maximal and Predacon side, and the biggest challenge…was how to describe some new Transmetal IIs on appearance, forms, and of course…NEW POWERS! And a little something extra good to prepare for when I work around the next chapter. And something tells me, it's a special surprise that will just make you want to see it even more. Chapter 07: Feral Scream – Part 2

INSIDE THE MAXIMAL FORT

LOCATION: CHEETOR'S QUARTERS

The scene slowly opens to reveal what looks like the Axelon ship, but more of a small model on a pole. There other things like a sun with a solar system model with planets. A large futuristic model of a city, as they were on a high table. Near was a gold trophy with a plate with a Predacon symbol: most likely an award for besting the enemy. A tiny model of what looks like the Mini-Sub Rattrap used. And lastly a picture frame of Cheetor and Optimus Primal with an arm other the other's shoulder, and back before they got their Transmetal bodies. Another stand had some old Cybertronian books and some old antic stuff. Then by a wall plank, was what had a potted plant, a picture of Blackarachnia, and hanging on the wall were the Cheeta Whip-Clubs used for a decoration of the room. We learn the area was Cheetor's Quarters, as it was place by some bedrock of the mountain. And the cadet himself was heard snoring with his belly to his bed, and above him was what appeared to be a Cybertronian clock ticking with the motion of rotating planets around a sun.

"Are you sure we should do this?" Optimus' voice had concerns about this.

"It's just to check, we've be quiet the whole time with the others." Jeremie's voice states their reason to perform this task in silence.

"Cheetor's the last on our stops, please Optimus if you could…" Aelita's voice request they do this manner.

At this moment, the slide door was opened to reveal who was peaking in on Cheetor who's face was to the wall: was Optimus, Jeremie and Aelita. While it appeared that it was a normal check in on someone recovering, the Maximal Commander had a narrow firm expression about this whole situation.

"Anything?" Optimus looked to the children as they used scans to determine anything, but…

"Same as the others, damaged in areas while just maintaining function. Sorry, that's all we can find?" Aelita explains while apologizing for the lack of more info.

"We done what we can, let's let them sleep." Jeremie stated that their devices aren't picking up anything and let those here rest.

Optimus signed, knowing that he should not push it when one who's recovering a slow paste needs rest. So Optimus closed Cheetor's sliding door and the Maximal Commander's group left. Zooming away from Cheetor's quarters, reveals a security camera watching that spot along with five other monitors showing CR Chamber, the outside door into the volcano, & some outside walls into the canyon. On a bigger monitor nearby showed what was a digital map showing the landscape of how it is. And we see someone kicking back in his seat with arms up to watch the monitors on a console screen was…Rattrap. With Rattrap turn out to be Noctorro, Salvage, Lynxa, and Terra-Lock. Which at that time, everyone in the command room turn to notice whole came up at the moment, was Optimus, Jeremie and Aelita.

"Hey Optimus! Jer…Aelita! Heh…" Rattrap replied off in getting the attention of his commander and kids with a light positive chuckle. "Hey, how's our boys and gal?" Rattrap asked off in sounding a bit worried about those under the weather.

"Hugh, they're all finally asleep." Optimus signs off to say about Cheetor, Cybershark, Larkshot and Jackrabbit having taken the time to rest. "Despite the damage they each suffered." He stated on knowing that it's hard for any bot to sleep with so much damage that it hurts.

"Aw….a couple of battle damages won't ruin one's goodnight sleep." Noctorro brushed off the topic like folks are getting worried over nothing.

"Says you, we had to haul your tin can off the battlefield thinking you were in Stasis Lock when instead, you were snoring!?" Lynxa rolled her eyes, remarking the manner of how whenever Noctorro fights and is damaged, he either gets up to fight more or take a nap while worrying everyone.

"Heh, I fought hard, so I got a chance to rest hard!" Noctorro grins to boast about the toughness of being a warrior.

"Yeah, but considering the state of the others, I don't think they could sleep through it like you do." Salvage felt like the damage seen on who came back, they were lucky not to have gone offline…permanently.

"Very true, very few bots that are made of tough stuff can hardly feel alright from small battle damage. But the heavier the damage, the more they realize they need help." Optimus states from knowing that some bots are built for combat and don't feel pain so quickly until it goes pass what they can endure. "Even still, I don't understand why Cheetor won't use the CR Chamber? And that Cybershark, Larkshot and Jackrabbit also agreed?" Optimus shook the head in being lost, any serious damages would be fixed with the CR Chamber; but the patients refused the offer.

"They even turn down getting help from Dive-Bomb, the other medic bots, even Volpex who could heal them just as quickly?" Terra-Lock felt concern that they have good medics, but why not get treated is a puzzler.

"Well, ugh…maybe Cheetor's…trying to prove something?" Rattrap shrug off to simply say this in a usual tone of what the young cadet is trying: saying he'll toughen it out and not whine over such things. "Heh, maybe the others don't wanna seem weak if the young bots sticking out longer then them. And sadly Jackrabbit doesn't like to fall behind and shows what she can do." The rodent explains that perhaps, Larkshot and Cybershark didn't want to appear weak if the younger bots held out longer.

"Hmmm…I think it goes deeper then that?" Optimus shook his head off: something else besides trying to 'prove one's effort for the team' is not what's going on.

"This has us all very concern, why don't they want to be healed?" Aelita held her left arm, worried about what's happen to their friends.

"I wish we knew Aelita, I wish we knew…?" Jeremie shook his head from being unable to answer.

"Let's leave that subject for now until morning." Optimus stated to put all concerns on hold after maybe a day's rest. "Scan report?" Optimus change the subject on how things are looking right now.

"All grids quiet." Rattrap turn to the monitors to point off that everything is as calm & undisturbed.

"Lets hope it stays that way." Optimus stated off, hoping they can have some peace & quiet for the time being. "See you in the morning." Optimus replied off to the metal rodent and crew keeping watch for the night.

"We better get back to the others and rest up." Jeremie stated as he and Aelita had to return to their friends waiting to hear back from them.

With that much said & done, Optimus turns to head off to get some rest. Jeremie and Aelita slowly head out afterwards. Noctorro sets up some cards for a good old fashion Cybertronian Poker game with Salvage, Lynxa and Terra-Lock as the playing opponents. We then see Rattrap turns to lean back in the console chair seat to the monitor screens. The rodent put up his feet and swung his arms behind the head to kick back and relax.

"Quiet enough for a little…rat nap. Yaaaawwnnn…" Rattrap exclaim this while a yawn escaped him, as he prepares for a zap to recharge himself.

MEANWHILE

IN CHEETOR'S QUARTERS

Back in Cheetor's room, the same planetary clock displaying the movements of three planets going around a giant sun. They were ticking to count the minutes and hours that were passing. And just beneath it, Cheetor lay on his backside, trying to sleep.

"Uuuagh…uuuagh? AAAaughh-Uuugh?" Cheetor was heard making some weird moaning cries while he slept; but they sounded bad. "Ugh, Waaughh…Uuuagh?" Cheetor was swinging his head around, as if having a nightmare with whispering voices. "Hugh…HAaaaughh!?" Cheetor was somehow struggling within his sleep, as if something was happening.

Suddenly without warning, a bright green energy was emitting from the cadet's chest plate. A strange mixture of cyber tech and cheetah spotted organic material emerge from the chest with a grapple. The entire scenery began to change from Cheetor's room to dark skies, even the bot himself beneath faded out. When the strange tail stood upwards, the eight grapple claws released while a large foggy mist emerge around the base. We find what was in the center revealed to be what looks like the CR Chamber as it opened it's hatch. The stranger thing was that from the fog, Cheetor was seen badly damaged, being cornered to the device by those around: Rhinox, Rattrap, Silverbolt, Blackarachnia, Salvage, Noctorro, Terra-Lock, Dive-Bomb, Quick Fix and Volpex. It's as if Cheetor was being forcefully cornered to coward into the CR Chamber by the others.

"This Won't Hurt A BIT!?" Rhinox replied as his face seem almost blurly and twisted.

"Porcedure is ready to begin!" Quick Fix issue with a warp creepy expression.

"Get in the Chamber, kid!" Noctorro issue with a threatening tone while wielding a deadly weapon charged and ready.

"Just gonna see what makes yah TICK?" Rattrap remarked to lean face in with a remark comment.

Then Rattrap held up what appears to be a Spark on his right index finger. It's as if that was Cheetor's Spark the rodent was playing with. As Rattrap wave his hand around it, the Spark began to emit a weird noise reaction, the center particles grew darker…as if something unnatural was happening.

"NO…PLEASE?!" Cheetor cried out, begging from a mixture of fear. "LET ME OUT?!" He cried out as it looked like he was inside the CR Chamber, but it was bluer then it should be.

"What's wrong, don't you trust us?" Terra-Lock remarked at the scaredy bot afraid of a little checkup.

"I think he's Afraid?" Blackarachnia remarked Cheetor being afraid to go through the procedure.

"No…I just don't WANT To?!" Cheetor shook his head, trying to protest that he doesn't need this. "Optimus? Where's Optimus?" Cheetor looked and called out for those to help him, but there was no sign of any to rescue him. "Jeremie!? Aelita?! Aquarius? What about Jackrabbit, Cybershark and Larkshot? Where are they? ANYBODY?!" Cheetor tried calling out for those to help him, but no one showed up.

Then a flash of purple lightning occurred in the darken skies. "CLASP!" And soon the hatch to the CR Chamber closed down shut: as Silverbolt was seen peaking through the window area.

"ZAP HIM!" Silverbolt glares with firm emotionless tone to begin things.

"Beginning repairs – now!" Volpex proclaim as her once gentle energy of light to heal turn emerald green when entering the CR Chamber's compartments.

"Biizzz…/AAAaaaaaahhhh!?" Then a strange surge bolt occurred in the CR Chamber, followed by Cheetor's scream of torture.

"Eeeeeeeuuuuhhh!?" Rhinox peaks in the window, but yelps at the disturbing…results. "Look at that!?" He issued as everyone else is seen looking at the window: all witnessing the work being done inside.

"Urgh!?" Rattrap covered his mouth, as if resisting the urge to throw up at what was making him sick.

"Woah! That's just…wrong?" Terra-Lock exclaim from shock after seeing such a disturbing sight.

"Someone here forgot to carry the TWO in the Calculation? Now look at the mess we have to clean up?" Dive-Bomb looks to put blame on Quick Fix for the fault.

"Oops, must have made an error on how it's suppose to go? My bad!" Quick Fix admits his guilt but didn't seem to take it to heart.

"Ohhh, it's hideous!" Blackarachnia exclaim disgusted by what was being done now. "Oh…?" Then she fainted in the arms of Silverbolt who caught her.

"Fear not my love! I'll protect you from that…" Silverbolt spoke like a noble knight wanting to protect his love… "UGLY CREATURE!?" Then he showed an nasty narrow eye expression from addressing Cheetor. "MWUH-Hahahahahh-Hahahahahh.…" And from a flash of lightning, Silverbolt began to laugh manically…

"Bizzzz-Brizzz…/Gugh-Ugh…AAaahhhh!?" Cheetor was still yelping from the zap treatment in the CR Chamber, as if undergoing a strange change. "ARRRru-AAAaurrghh!?" A flash change Cheetor to appear as something different, like a more beast-like feline head with sharp fangs. "GRaa-REOOOwwww…" Then a loud cat's roar was heard, as flashes in the chamber reveal a shadowy figure of the body undergoing a change…a disturbing change in effect.

That's when after more flashes, the scene focuses on the CR Chamber as the hatch opens up. Then something began to walk out in a limpy way, it appears that Cheetor's body has become completely mix-match in a disturted state that's almost like a Frankenstein monster. The lower half was human legs but with rear legs for feet, the top half had a strange techno of machine and cheetah theme with claw right hand and left hand was the two finger but without the split-head frame. The back top part seem to hold the front legs sticking upwards. And the beast mode head was actually on top of the robot body. But then the beast head split open, and out came a spring which had the robot head of Cheetor!?

"RREEOOAAARRRRRRRWWWW!" The distorted mutated head of Cheetor revealed sharp beastly fangs and strange marks on the optic eyes: he's truly become like a monster!

"AAAAahhhhh!?" Blackarachnia was seen screaming with a flash of lightning: revealing the horror of witnessing Cheetor's change.

"AAAaaaaaahhhh!?" Volpex was seen screaming followed by flash images of many other fembots that Cheetor knew.

"REEEEOOOAAARRRRRWWWWW!" Mutated Cheetor roared again, behaving like a beastly monster that he's become.

"REOOOWWW-AAARRRRRRHHHH!" Then a beastly roar cry was heard, changing the scenery back to Cheetor's room.

"GEeeough!" Cheetor suddenly woke up to find himself still in his quarters, as if what he saw was a weird nightmare. "Just a dream?…" He signs a bit from realizing that what he saw, was only a dream he dreamt up: he was not turn into a disguising monster. "Not real…pant…Haahh…?" Finally coming to his senses, Cheetor begins to lie down to sign in relief. "Hugh!?" Cheetor makes a sudden gasp, as he saw something…

There was a strange emerald glow of energy emerging from the chest plate, wrapping around the right hand area.

"Hooough!" Cheetor yelps from this strange unexplain action, the energy was reforming his metal cheetah-face plate hands.

But then during the motion, the energy began to change, converting what was once two finger hands…into FOUR SHARP FINGERS! Then more unknown green energy emerge from the chest, starting to wrap around Cheetor's entire body.

"GRRruagh-ARRRrughhhh!" Cheetor lets off a scream as the unknown emerald caused his voice to be mix into two: one bot and one beast. And soon the entire Maximal was covered by the raw energy that he could not stop or fight against…

MEANWHILE

THE COMMAND CENTER

The scene reopens to where at the Command Center was. Rattrap was seen still napping at this time while Noctorro, Salvage, Terra-Lock and Lynxa pulled up chairs by a small table and held cards. Everyone was still playing a poker game or snoozing when…

"GROOUARRrughhh!" A loud feral sound was heard of a wild feline at this moment.

"GYyyaaaaagh!?" Lynxa yelped as she lean too far back to kick everyone's cards out of their hands.

"Wooahhh!?" Noctorro, Salvage and Terra-Lock yelped when the fembot kicked their cards I nthe air.

"GEeeugh-Guuuagh-Hah?" Rattrap yelps himself wide awake after hearing a scream that woke him up. "Oh, what the cold boot is that?" He asked off, not knowing what that sound was, but it did not sound good.

"Whatever it was, it just ruined our game!" Noctorro complain as they recovered to see the mess of scatter cards.

"You sure your not mad because you were about to win?" Terra-Lock asked which Noctorro replied with a low growl.

"It sounded like it was close, like it's inside the fort? How?" Salvage ponders how there's something that got into the fort when the system never alerted them.

"Ehhh…give me a minute to find out?" Rattrap got to work checking the system, it can't be a Predacon cause they would know. "Ehh?" The rodent yelped from having found something odd.

"What is it?" Lynxa asked what Rattrap discovered.

"The system's saying something is damaging…from inside the Crew's Quarters area?" Rattrap exclaim to reveal where there's a problem located at.

"Which ones?" Terra-Lock asked since there are different quarters in different sections.

"You'll never believe it? Where those still hurt are resting?" Rattrap revealed the location was from where current, Cheetor, Jackrabbit, Larkshot, and Cybershark had their quarters close to another.

"Then let's go pay the little house crasher a visit! And then afterwards, get back to our game!" Noctorro issue forth in raring himself to get going now.

QUARTERS AREA

Soon we see an evaluator heading to the level of where the quarters are: on it was Rattrap, Salvage, Noctorro, Terra-Lock and Lynxa.

"REOOW-REOW-REOW, REOOOOOOWWW!" But just as the evaluator came down, a loud sound of a feral tiger could be heard within the room that…lead into Cheetor's Quarters. "ROOOOEEEWWWW!/STAB-STABvhmmm…" Then loud noises of something trying to breakdown the down was heard along with loud feral noises behind Cheetor's door.

"Um, that doesn't sound like Cheetor?" Lynxa held her Lynx Laser Blaster, feeling a need for some protection.

"How can you tell?" Terra-Lock ponders as he brought out his Ox Axe now.

"I've been around to know the sounds of his beast mode's cat-like roars. And that, does not sound like him." Lynxa express her knowing Cheetor's roars like second nature.

"Whatever it is, we better check on it!" Rattrap took out his blaster, gearing himself up.

Soon Rattrap and the others slowly began approaching the feral screeching noise behind Cheetor's door: something was fighting inside it but no one knew what it was. "STAVvhm…STABvhmm…/REOOW-REOOW-REOOW, REOOOOWWW!" The metal door was almost sounding like it was gonna bust out of the spot, something ferocious must be happening. Then suddenly, the sounds seem to cease…

"Hmmm…it's quiet? Maybe a tad too quiet?" Noctorro proclaim as he wields a hand-held axe and charge wrist generate blasters.

"If I recall what William showed me about Earth films, it's that when something goes silent…it's never a good sign." Salvage exclaim as he brought out his Feather Wrist Blades, and lighting up his Central Chest Beam for any ill surprises in situations like this one.

"You know, I'm starting to not like watching those horror films, especially when we find ourselves in such a state." Rattrap remarks their situation was matching up as one has seen in scary movies. "Better load up a charge, for whatever we got?" Rattrap got his blaster locked and loaded, ready for anything.

Slowly the group was approaching the door to Cheetor's quarters. Soon serious faces were seen on Rattrap and Noctorro, others like Salvage, Lynxa and Terra-Lock had worried expressions; they don't know what they will find. Slowly moving to the door, unaware of what was going on. "BASH!" But that was cut off from when something powerful bust down the door.

"GRROOWWW-RUUOOArughhh!" That's when something that was acting all feral had bust down the door to appear in the light. It was a saber-tooth tiger, a type of big cat that was somewhat yellow with black shaped spots of fur, the other part was revealing metal, it seem to have a large rocket engine grafted into it's back. It has a sharp tail, a portion of the face is a bit metal except for his nose, had red eyes, & a clear-colored ball with a vacuum metallize'd faction logo inside, plus it's on the left hind leg. It was truly like some sort of mutation between cybertech and exo-skin from a beast, like a real Cyber Mutant!

"GAaughhhh!" Rattrap yelped backwards with wide eyes, never seeing such a beast like this before.

"WHaaaah!?" Salvage, Lynxa and Terra-Lock gasped in fear of the beast while Noctorro stared firmly in silence.

"GRooourrraaaughhh!" The saber-tooth tiger snarls to growl, as if looking at something to wonder…if it's foe….or prey…

"Op….Holy Slag!?" Rattrap yelps off in wide-eye fear of what he was bear witnessing in front of him: is a cyber beast like nothing he's seen.

"REooowwooo!" Just as Rattrap was about to shot at the wild feral creature. "REEOOWWWW!" It leaped up to pounce the metal rodent.

"Dough!/CLASH!/WAAaughh!" That tackle knocked Rattrap into the others as it smack them into the wall. "Guuwaaghhh!" Their aching pains are heard, as the wild feral beast soon snarls & growls at all spots.

"Rattrap!?" Salvage, Terra-Lock and Lynxa called out when the metal rodent was attacked.

"Okay fella, you wanna play rough…let's play!" Noctorro issue to approach the Cyber-Mutant Tiger Beast…

"Crrreeee…" But then another noise was heard, as everyone saw….teeth puncture through a metal door. "CLUNK!/POW!" Then the metal door was pulled off to land inside another quarters as something came out. "GRRUUUUARRrrrrhhh!?" Then what came forth looked like a Great White Shark, only more silver metal frame with dark blue on the back with fins and emerald platting underbelly with two left and right tail fins, and had bright orange-red color optic eyes with beady black pupils. It was like seeing Sky-Byte's Beast Mode but way more dangerous looking.

"WHAT THE!?" Noctorro yelps from surprise, but didn't react as the Cyber-Mutant Shark leaps to it. "POW!/GRRRAaaaaughh!?" Noctorro yelps again before holding his ground and used his weapon against the sharp teeth.

"GROOOUUURRRHH!" The Cyber-Mutant Shark roared to lift the heavy Maximal and toss him across the hallway.

"CRASH!/AAAuurrrgh!?" Noctorro cries out when he was thrown and crash into a wall that collapsed on top of him.

"Holy moly….there's TWO of them!?" Terra-Lock yelps upon seeing more then one of these things.

"We gotta help out!" Salvage stated as they brace for a brawl in two against two.

"SLICE!/BASH!" Then another metal door was slashed across before something bust it down, causing everyone to see something swoosh in. "SCREEEEAAAAKKKK!" That's when a strange creature resembling a metallic feather blue bird with dark grey upper neck-chest puff and bird ankles with yellow talon blades, light blue feather edges, and yellow feather puff shoulders between the body and wings, plus crescent blades acting as additional feather features. The bird head had a sharp yellow beak, light blue back feathers for style headwear, a yellow horn on the forehead, and had clear emerald optic eyes with white pupils. It the very short means of understanding it, it resembles a Blue Phoenix bird but more dangerously metallic.

"SLICE!/AAAAaauurgh!?" Salvage and Terra-Lock yelped when the Cyber-Mutant Phoenix flew so quickly, it dealt a slice damage to both bots chestplates.

"REEEAAAAAeeeeee!" The Cyber-Mutant Blue Phoenix let forth a monstrous screeching squawk noise that was ear-piercing.

"Oh boy…" Lynxa looked around to find herself surrounded by such deadly predators. "Lynxa to anyone…We need…" Shew was trying to use her com-link to get help…

"FFfuusss…" But the fembot yelped when the metal door she back into emitted heat that melted down a small hole near the waistline. "HHhiiisssss!?" Then something emerge from the melted door that nobody and I mean NOBODY was expecting that made an hissing fury sound. It looked like a Flemish Giant Rabbit except appearing all metallic tan fur skin with a white-silver tail with two crescent points, had clear red-orange chrome plating armor around the rear toes, neck and top triangle edge ears, along with yellow chrome plating beneath the rear feet, inner ear design style, a mark on the face. The face was rabbit-like with two furry cheeks sticking out, a red-orange color nose and optic color eyes with white pupils. It may resemble like any other rabbit at first, but…. "HIiissss!/POovfuhmmm…" It LITERALLY ignited it's self on fire while hissing like a dangerous rabbit with rabies.

"You GOTTA Be KIDDING ME!?" Lynxa exclaim from not believing what she's dealing with here. "POW!/AAAaahhh!?" Because of a lower guard, the Cyber-Mutant Rabbit leaped to bash like a powerful fireball impact on the fembot. "CRASH!/AAAAuuughh!?" Lynxa crashed against another wall side, as she moans to fall unconscious.

"GRUUARRugh-OOARRrughh!" With another roaring sound, the transmetal type saber-tooth tiger looked around the entire area. "REAOORROO-ROOEEEWWWW!" It made a loud savage-like roar to the others before dashing off. "GRRUUARRGHHH!/SHRREEEAAAKKK!/HIIISSSSS!" The shark, the bird and rabbit

"UUuuogh…Ooogh…Ooouuagh!?" Rattrap was heard moaning & groaning in what hit him against the wall while sliding down slowly. "Ooouuagh!?" Rattrap was pretty much in a dizzy state from what attack him.

Soon loud stomps are heard before we spot Optimus Primal approaching the crew quarters area.

"Geeeh…Rattrap!? Salvage!? Noctorro!? Lynx!? Terra-Lock!?" Optimus squash down from his huge size to check on those slightly injured. "What Happen?" He asked from not knowing what happen that such results occurred.

"Ehhh, some kind of…Cyber-Mutant nearly dismantle my BUTT! That's what happen!" Rattrap got off slowly to rhetorically state of what knocked him out of the loop. "And Optimus, it was BIG! It was UGLY!" Rattrap reported off the stuff of what was witness was something too horrible to describe alone.

"Just the one did all this to your four?" Optimus asked if one creature did all this when Rattrap had backup.

"Ugh, no sir?" Then Noctorro pushes his aching self out of the hole in the wall. "There were three more? And one nearly bite off more then I could handle that it smash me through?" The guy admits from rubbing his aching neck from the beating he took.

"Hmmm…at least you didn't get cut by razor blade wings?" Salvage clutch the side of where he and Terra-Lock got cut.

"Or get taken down by something that looks innocent, but is a real firey devil?" Lynxa exclaim as she limps a bit from what hit her by surprise. "I don't know what's scarier, a flying shark, a bladed bird, a burning rabbit or that tiger thing?" She was at a lost for words over what just happen.

"And it all started when we…" Rattrap was about to state how things started from checking up what was happening by the quarters when… "Heeehh…" Rattrap gasp when something dawn to him as he turns away slightly.

Then without warning, the bots look into Cheetor's Quarters, to notice that it was in a messy state; as if some feral creature was wrecking all over to attack anything while trying to get out. It left claw marks everywhere, and dent marks on hard metal wall frames from wanting to bust out. The creature was not normal that it could have such strength that hard materials didn't make it flinch in pain. But the worse of it all was…there was no one else left in Cheetor's quarters when the beast left.

"Oh no, that Cyber-Mutant…It…Got Cheetor!?" Rattrap exclaimed off with a soft whisper tone in witnessing that…the Cyber-Mutant had taken their cadet.

"Ohhh, not just Cheetor!?" Terra-Lock stated from looking at three open quarters. "Cybershark….Larkshot…even Jackrabbit!?" Everyone came to inspect, and found the mention rooms of each crewman was in the same wreck state. "They're not in their quarters." Terra-Lock couldn't believe it, three more bots are gone.

"Where did the other Cyber Mutant Beast come from?" Optimus asked the important question here.

"Hmmm, well ugh, not from Cheetor's room?" Noctorro scratch his head from knowing those four beast came from different areas.

"They each came, from the other injured members rooms?" Salvage stated on knowing the rooms had one of each of those Cyber-Mutants.

"Optimus come in?" Longrack's voice was heard on the com-link system.

"What is it?" Optimus taps n his com-link to hear a report.

"We just got our team that came back near Pred Territory after scouting for any movements, but when they got in…" Longrack's voice reports about some units of their group return however… "Four fast moving things zipped into the Warp Gate before we could shut it down." The guy reveals that something came by and went through to enter Pred Territory.

It was not a pretty picture to hear that not only were some Cyber-Mutant Beast on the loose and somehow broke into the Maximal's Base, but slipped out through a Warp Gate. The scene goes dark here, as no one knows what will come next…

MEANWHILE

BY THE PREDACON BASE

The scene slowly opens to a stormy night around the volcanic area of the Predacon ship. Things appear to be undisturbed at this time…

"REOOOW-REOOWW, REOOOW-WWWOOOOHH!" Until a loud battle cry of a screeching wild beast was heard in the distance.

The scene focuses closer at the Predacon base while the beast's cries echo in the distance. And inside we find some Predacons gathered around the Command Center area: Waspinator, Q-Bee, Knock Out, Fractyl, and Dinobot II. Megatron sat in his Command Chair while hearing the sound of something close to their territory.

"Hmmm? That sound?" Megatron held his chin to ponder what he's hearing. "I've heard it before?" He issued from recalling a sound he heard sometime ago.

"GRAAAUURRRGHH!/SCREEEAAAKKK!/HIiiiiisssss!" Then there were other wild beast battle cries mixed into the air.

"Hmm, those sounds are all very familiar like the first one? Interesting?" Megatron muttered from what he's heard to become curious.

Megatron rotated his chair to tap on a nearby console screen. On the monitor screen, a green arrow rotates like clockwork. And on the screen were blinking pattern of dots was moving at a fast paste.

"Well, someone's out for a little moonlight stroll? And leading a pack as well?" Megatron exclaim curious that anything would be near their turf at this late hour. "At Mach 2?" He narrow his eyes, feeling that's not a speed of any ordinary creature can make: unless it was not a normal animal. "And that someone…" His eyes drift down to his chest plate, where the claw damage he got from a mysterious beast left it's mark on him. "Is familiar…" Megatron gently rubs the wound mark, it may heal but he has questions about the attacker. "Zoom In and Magnify!" Megatron leans in to give the order to his system.

Then on the console screen, a picture appeared on the fast blur pattern dots, and a magnified picture of a camera showed something. Around the Pred territory in the stormy night, a strange beastly creature was running fast with what seem like a jet-pack on the backside for more speed. Behind it were others blending in to follow closely. Then red digital marks took a picture to zoom in on the mysterious image to reveal something. It resembles a saber-tooth tiger with black claw nails, exposed metallic machine skin armor that isn't covered by cheetah type fur, a crescent bladed tail, and had light red color optic eyes with white pupils. The interesting facts were dark magenta platting on the left rear leg, and a rocket pack on top of the back. The others that came into play were the metallic Great Shark that's underbelly glowed and allowed it to move across like it was swimming in the air like water. The next was the metallic Blue Phoenix that was quick enough to fly in the air like a blue blur. And lastly was what was a half frame metal version Flemish Giant Rabbit which emitted flames from the feat to boast speed. In full view, these four truly resemble creatures that are Transmetal, but an advance version like…

"A TRANSMETAL II!/SLAM!" Megatron proclaim as he smack his right hand on the console, recognizing the technology. "As I suspected!" He issue from sensing there was a meaning behind such things having that much power and capability to defeat his forces while being unprepared.

Then Megatron rotates his command chair to face his troops present.

"That medaling feline destroyed my system…And Improved himself along with his friends in the process!/Slam!" Megatron explain what's happen to Cheetor, Cybershark, Larkshot and Jackrabbit as he smack his right hand on his arm chair: it's finally come together.

"I have to admit, this does explain a few things?" Knock Out rubs his chin intrigue by a development far beyond their original intentions.

"We assumed that we needed to take our troops Sparks out and put in Blank Protoforms to acquire Transmetal IIs. But it seems that's no longer needed if any of us can get the improvements?" Fractyl felt this new discovery could be a bypass for anyone to get a Transmetal II body.

"Hmmm, improved?" Waspinator remarked the idea to look at Dinobot, recalling he was a Transmetal II so how could he lose so easily to some newbies.

"GRRRuuuuarrrrghhhh!?" Dinobot II glares to snarl and his left optic eye glows, preparing to fire in rage at that remark.

"DEIIIIH!?" Waspinator cowers and yelps to move his hover platform to hid behind Megatron: afraid of being blasted by an angry Dinobot II. Waspinator clutch Megatron's right arm for comfort, but he pulled it away with a disturb look.

"So why are they here? Are our own missing troops among them?" Q-Bee ponders this since if these Maximals survived, then perhaps Sky-Byte, Raid Jango and Igaunus have as well.

"That can be found out later." Megatron issue to stay focus on one subject at a time. "Those creatures are MINE!" Megatron clutch his right hand, proclaiming that what Cheetor and his group has become is from his own effort to make Transmetal IIs.

"GUUOWwwhhh!?" Waspinator yelps as Megatron grabbed him by the neck to bring him up to the face.

"BRING THEM IN!" Megatron yelled this order to have his troops capture Cheetor, Cybershark, Larkshot and Jackrabbit.

OUTSKIRTS, UNKNOWN LOCATION

The scene changes to where it was raining around some forest area and it's pouring down hard at the late hour.

"REOOWWW-REOOW!" There was a loud roaring sound, as something was seen within a cave structure. "REOOWW-GRRruuuurrhmmm…" It was none other then the Cyber-Mutant Saber-Tooth Tiger that was walking around, as it snarling & growling at anything that moves with glowing red eyes. "REOOoooowwww!" It's loud & metallic screech sounds of it's roars could scare the living daylights out of anyone that approaches it without a plan.

"GRREEEaarrughh!" Inside the cave one saw the Cyber-Mutant Shark roaring against another creature.

"CREeeeaakkk!" Turns out it was the Cyber-Mutant Blue Phoenix, as both bird and shark seem to roar from some dispute.

"GROOUUURRughhh!" The saber-tooth tiger lashes out at something, as if about to attack anything that moves.

"HHHiissss…." Then the Cyber-Mutant Rabbit leaps onto the scene, hissing across to get attention.

"REOW-REOW, REOOOOW!" The Cyber-Mutant Saber-Tooth Tiger lets off a snarling sound, before shaking it's head to gaze down at the ground. "ROOUURRMMM! REOW-REOW-REOW!" It lash at something as if thinking something was about to come from the storm.

The storm continues with a slight flash of lightning and booming thunder. Then the Cyber-Mutant feline began to cease acting wild, as if behaving…differently? And it was not just it, the other creatures of the blue phoenix, shark and rabbit started acting strange too?

"I…I must…" The Cyber-Mutant Saber-Tooth Tiger spoke with Cheetor's voice, as if almost in a struggling point to regain his senses.

"Ugh….my head…hurts?" The Cyber-Mutant Rabbit spoke with Jackrabbit's voice, as she held her head and was thumping her left foot in a struggle moment.

"What's…wrong…here…?" The Cyber-Mutant Shark spoke with Cybershark's voice, he was trying to move but felt sluggish and slow to move right.

"Can't…maintain….will…?" The Cyber-Mutant Blue Phoenix spoke with Larkshot's voice, he was gripping his talons in the ground trying to regain control.

"Ugh-Aaugh-AAArrugh!?" Then Cheetor began to react, as if in pain to struggle against what's happening to him.

That's when something occurred that we hear a turning mechanical dial sequence, and we focus on the back left hind leg. What appears to be a Spark Chamber pops upwards, revealing a bright glowing emerald light. There we see the Spark, but that Spark which had a blue color was wrapped around a strange green energy. It began to spread out it's influence over Cheetor…

"GRUUARRRrughhh!" Cheetor let off an inhuman wailing screech roar, as the saber-tooth tiger was yelping from an unknown effect happening to it. "REOOowww-REeeooowww!?" It almost seemed like the rocket pack was merging and un-merging into the beast's backside. And it almost appeared that Cheetor was about to transform to Robot Mode when standing on the hind legs, but failed and landed on the ground.

"GRAaaarrrrgh!?" Then we spot what appears to be a Spark Chamber opening located on the belly of Jackrabbit as she screams. "HHHiisssss!" She lets off wild feral hisses as she was shifting a bit back and forth from emerald energy wrapping around her by the Spark.

"GREEEUURRRRGHHH!/SCRREEEAAAAAKK!" We spot Spark Chambers on the shark forehead and top backside behind the bird beneath neck area, as Cybershark and Larkshot scream. Emerald energy was wrapping around them, as if transforming but unable to achieve.

The reaction of the emerald energy cause Cheetor to stand up on the hind legs, almost like it was mutating into a Robot Mode, but couldn't. "Grugruaguh…REOOOWW-REOW, REOOOOOWWW!" With a low growl, the beast lets off an agonizing wail as the unknown emerald light force entraps him with little resistance.

The camera began to zoom away from the sight, as nothing was left but the screeching cries of wild beasts in the distance. Whatever was happening, it was far from over…

THE NEXT MORNING

The scene slowly begins to open around the forest area, and zooms around a familiar cave entrance. It was there we spot Cheetor, Cybershark, Larkshot, and Jackrabbit lay out around another. But these Maximals appear back to normal and in Robot Mode. And once more, the bots appeared to be fully healed of the battle damage from the exploding Transmetal Tower incident.

"TRIIsssh!/GAAAAHHH!?" Then a weird twitch glitch sound cause Cheetor to yelp himself awake. "What?" But upon waking up, Cheetor was uncertain of what's happen.

From where those that lay on the ground, saw the exit out of a cavern cave that was used as shelter from the storm.

"How did I get here?" Cheetor pondered about waking up in such a location.

That's when Cheetor looked down to his hands, seeing the metal cheetah split head-hands. But from what the young cadet recalled, one piece was busted off.

"Repaired?" Cheetor muttered surprised, he recalls he never went for a CR Chamber repair work so how is his damage body fixed.

"Uuuugh?" Then nearby, Jackrabbit was slowly waking up with a major headache. "Chee…tor?" She muttered to see Cheetor nearby.

"Jackrabbit?" Cheetor yelped in remembering he was not alone, as two others were waking up. "Cybershark? Larkshot? You're here too?" The cadet forgot that he had some company with him the whole time.

"Hmmm…what happened?" Cybershark clutch his noggin to rub the pain away.

"Hugh, our injuries?" Larkshot came around to notice their damages were gone.

"Yeah, I just woke up and I don't know what…" Cheetor was about to go into details…

Then something happened that caused those to gasp, as the camera zooms around the eyes. Flashes of memories were flooding in without warning.

"GRugraarrughh!" Cheetor's transformation into a Transmetal II beast growling on the scene.

"Ugly Monster!" Silverbolt's voice was heard as images of Cheetor's freak twisted self appeared roaring which flash to a different head.

Then the scene shows Cheetor in his Transmetal II Beast Mode whacking his stuff off the shelf in his quarters.

"Mwuhahahah-Wahahahahh…" Then an image of Silverbolt laughing manically at the cadet's condition.

"BASH!/REOOOWW-OOowww!" Then Cheetor busting down the door, roaring as the Cyber-Mutant beast appeared outside the quarters.

More flashes of Cheetor appearing scared, then being trapped in a CR Chamber, and growling sounds of a beast. Images of Cheetor in Beast Mode moving around, then of the young cadet fearing of what will happen to him in the CR Chamber.

"GROOWW-OOowww!" Then Cheetor having leaped to attack Rattrap.

"BASH!/Guuuaaagh!?" Rattrap yelped from being attacked to hit against the wall.

"Guuuaaaah!?" That's when Cheetor screamed to shake his head: returning back to reality. "No…didn't happen?" Cheetor narrow his eyes, trying to deny such events didn't occur as what his delay memories show him. "It couldn't have?" He shakes his head, trying to deny any possibility it was real. "What am I?" The young cadet pondered, uncertain of what he's becoming. "What's happening to me?" Cheetor looked up, uncertain of what he's becoming that can be described as…a monster.

"Che-Che-Cheetor!?" Jackrabbit looked completely shaken with fear. "Wha…did I just see?" She clutch herself, almost scared out of her mind. "I saw, myself…I wrecked my quarters, and then I hurt Lynxa? Was that really me?" The youngest cadet was truly afraid of such an answer.

"Wha?" Cheetor was stump to hear it, so it was not just him that had weird visions.

"I saw myself, but I looked like I almost tried to bite off Noctorro and threw him into a wall?" Cybershark expressed his concerns firmly on having done something that almost destroyed a friend.

"Terra-Lock and Salvage, I attacked…I wounded them?" Larkshot recalled everything he did and became concern. "Why….what are we becoming?" The guy did not know what any of them were suppose to be feeling now.

"Are we…a danger now? Like what happen with Protoform-X?" Jackrabbit expressed concerns in realizing they could end up just like Rampage. "What if we attack the others again? What if we hurt Jeremie, Aelita, everyone else that they…won't come back? That we killed them? Would that mean we have to go offline…indefinitely?" She was sounding more scared of doing that to her friends and paying for such crimes as being destroyed.

"No…No way! We can't let anyone else know. We'll figure this out." Cheetor exclaim to try to encourage those that were having such negative thoughts.

"HOW!?" Larkshot shouted with himself looking very worried about them staying functional. "The moment they saw us what we…BECAME….they might realize and put two and two together?" It wouldn't be hard for anyone to know what attack their friends checking up on them…were those that turn into Cyber-Mutant Beast.

"We-Well we'll just say something like we been taken, nobody really had time to see us in our rooms." Cheetor stated on thinking up the perfect excuse.

"Your forgetting the security cameras. If anyone looks over those and saw nothing else came out…" Cybershark reminds Cheetor of their security recorded everything, if anyone looks over the footage then their story is a bust.

"They'll probably send out a search party if they're worried about us. Look, let's approach this carefully and then nobody has to know." Cheetor states from trying to put together a plan that will not lead to any suspicion.

"Do you think, we can pull this off? What about our repairs?" Jackrabbit asked how they can getaway with this.

"Ahh, say we were near a Pred outpost with a CR Pool and fell in while the Predacons dealt with the monsters." Cheetor tried to come up with another plan and blurted it out. "Trust me, we'll get by…we gotta….right?" Cheetor tried to help keep everyone together, at least so they don't look suspicious.

The scene fades out of those still having many questions of what's going on within themselves…

BACK BY THE MAXIMAL BASE…?

The scene opens around to where we see Silverbolt flying down towards the Maximal Fort's front side, as the Blast Doors opened. As Silverbolt lands on the ground to transform, he joins Blackarachnia walking up to the doors to enter the mountain.

"Any signs of our tabby and friends?" Blackarachnia asked off if Silverbolt has spotted those still missing.

"No, not so much of a whisker? Or feather or fish scale?" Silverbolt sadly shook his head off to state there was no luck on his part. "Hugh, your concern does you credit." Silverbolt signs from how while he's sad about the lack of results, he's surprise that Blackarachnia showed concern for those missing.

"Hah…Well I'm full of surprises." Blackarachnia issued off slyly smile and gave a wink to Silverbolt about her part.

Blackarachnia soon turns to walk into the fort base, leaving a puzzled Silverbolt to watch her: finding this act to be very strange for the she-spider's side. Afterwards, everyone went inside to the Command Center where others were waiting: Optimus looked over Rhinox, Longrack, Jack-Tool, Trans-Mutate, Taros, Quick Fix, Volpex, Noctorro, Salvage, Lynxa, Terra-Lock and Rattrap present. Along with the human children members of the Lyoko Warriors group: Jeremie, Aelita, Odd, William, Ulrich, Yumi and Sissi.

"You found nothing?" Rhinox sternly exclaimed off in surprise shock; that there was no signs after the group went off to search.

Silverbolt sadly shook the heads; they came up with no results of what they were searching for: their missing Maximals Cheetor, Cybershark, Larkshot, and Jackrabbit.

"We each searched the four corners around the mountain." Trans-Mutate revealed on where they went to help narrow the search

"And yet there's no signs or clues of whatever took our friends?" Taros shook his head, confirming they haven't found a trail to follow and find those missing.

"Aquarus went off to inform those not present to keep their eyes open. She's worried the most." Salvage

"Ugh, I was up Close & Personal with that…Freak-Bot and it's Freakshow Crew!" Rattrap pointed to himself with the left hand & then wave the hands off in mentioning the nature of the 'Cyber-Mutant' that attack last night. "And I am Telling ya…" He pointed a finger in wanting to make this very clear. "Spots and the others…Is Spear Parts." Rattrap lightly grasp his hands, stating the fate of what happen to those during Cyber Mutant Beasts attack.

"You know that's not encouraging the situation, right?" Salvage exclaim from knowing that the more they believe their friends are gone, it will sink in.

"Yeah, well it's better ta face the truth then deluding ourselves." Rattrap protest on how he sees the reality of the subject.

"Don't give up so easily Rattrap." Optimus spoke off in trying to discourage the doubt on one's minds of the situation. "So far we found nothing?" He shook his head to lightly speak about the case of having found nothing to back up their theory of what happen to those missing. "What that means is open to interpretation." He issued off that for some reason, it may mean that there is something else they're not seeing that they haven't filled in the blanks yet.

"Well if you got a theory, I'm sure we all like to hear it?" Blackarachnia exclaimed on liking to know what Optimus believes can explain the situation.

"No, not till I'm certain?" Optimus regrettably stated in being unable to say much without much certainty.

"Certain?" Noctorro raise an eyebrow after having heard this.

"Certain about what Optimus?" Terra-Lock asked from being curious about the topic.

"Let's just say, I need more time to piece it together." Optimus slowly explain that in due time, he may have an answer.

"More time?" Quick Fix replied a bit puzzle by that claim.

"Do we even have enough?" Volpex asked if there was enough time to spare.

"We will, we just have to believe it." Optimus issue to say this while trying to keep everyone together. "Now get some rest, all of you." He stated that those that did so much searching should rest up. "We'll resume the search in 2 Cycles." He issued off that they will begin the search a bit later.

"Well, guess that answers that. Let's go…" Longrack stated that they best get their energy up before searching again.

"Wait, I actual want Jeremie and rest of his group to stay here for a moment." Optimus request that the children stick around a bit longer.

"What for?" Lynxa asked her leader why only the human children.

"Something I may need help to clarify and get a second option." Optimus expressed his words on how to proceed things. "As for everyone else, recharge and be up in 2 Cycles precisely." He ask the rest of his crew to rest up.

Everyone was still concern about the situation when some bots vanished, but without any leads; they can't yet tell if they're still functioning or not. It was hard to make such a tough call. So as the Maximals were leaving the Command Center spot, Optimus seem to turn his attention towards…the center console table. Jeremie's group looks to Optimus with puzzled and curious expressions.

"Optimus, what are you doing?" Jeremie asked what the bot was up to.

"Checking the system's security." Optimus stated on his actions during this time.

"But the base never alerted of anything having broken in?" Ulrich raise an eyebrow from knowing there was no breach.

"Yeah, it's not like we brought home some Cyber-Mutants, we would have know. Right?" Odd scratch his head to ponder about what chances seem very slim.

"That's what we're about to find out, each of you check the other monitors." Optimus request the children's help, to which they firmly nod their heads to help find what the Maximal Commander needs. "Computer! Replay Security Hologram, Section 0058, to 0063." Optimus spoke off to the system while typing to access a function for something.

After much typing on his own console for his giant fingers that displayed a digital layout of the fort and security cameras, the center console table began to lit up. Showing a hologram of the quarters area around the area of what was recorded footage by security. We soon see Cheetor's quarter door that was knock down by the Cyber-Mutant saber-tooth tiger, as it acted in a wild manner before running into anyone.

"Freeze Hologram!" Optimus issued off with a serious face in having saw something.

The system heard the order and freezes just as the Transmetal saber-tooth tiger's head face the direction of a footage of it's face. Optimus began to study the image, as if noticing…something about the creature, where it came from, and it's likeness matching that of Cheetor's Beast Mode but altered. The possibility of Cheetor vanishing and the creature's appearance seem more then a coincidence.

"Optimus…" Aelita called out to get Optimus attention. "We found something you have to see?" The girl stated on what she and the others discovered just now.

Soon the console displayed three screens depicting the events that happen next. The emergence of the Cyber-Mutant Shark, the Cyber-Mutant Blue Phoenix, even the Cyber-Mutant Rabbit. While playing the videos, in slow motion and finally freezing a certain screen…everyone saw the beast faces. And it was very surprising on seeing and believing the reports on these Cyber-Mutants.

"They're exactly like what Rattrap and the others describe?" Sissi states on confirming the identities of these beasts.

"Yeah, but…doesn't something seem strange about where each one came from?" Yumi held her chin to ponder something that stuck out as weird.

"A Tiger, a Shark, a Bird, and a Rabbit? They're almost like the Beast Modes of those missing?" William confirmed, each different Cyber-Mutant Beast could match the order of Beast Modes from Cheetor, Cybershark, Larkshot and Jackrabbit.

"You wanted to see me?" Then a voice was heard with footsteps as Optimus and the human children turns to see Depth Charge pass some crates to meet up with the Maximal Commander.

"What happen to Cheetor and the others on that mountain top?" Optimus expressed his thoughts concerning about prior events that occurred. "And I Mean What REALLY Happened?" Optimus had a very firm and angry expression: wanting the whole truth of Depth Charge's strange report.

"You hauled me here to ask THAT?!" Depth Charge narrow his eyes with a harsh tone when he heard the reason of being called in. "I don't have time for this." The bot turns around to leave from this waste of his time. "If the kids didn't brief you enough…Ask the CAT?!" Depth Charge turns to remark if Optimus wants answers then he should get them from Cheetor who was on the scene.

"Rude much?" Sissi raise an eyebrow after seeing the bot care nothing but his own issue of revenge.

"Depth Charge, you can't just….hugh?" William was about to say but he stopped when something else was moving.

Depth Charge was about to leave, but loud stomps were approaching behind him…

"Guuuagh!?" Depth Charge yelped as he was force to turn around by Optimus.

"I'm Asking YOU!" Optimus firmly glares at Depth Charge, wanting more information from the bot that's holding back.

"Then your wasting your TIME!" Depth Charge remarks and snaps back at Optimus, refusing to go along with being ordered around.

Then without warning, Optimus held his left hand out before a puzzled Depth Charge and…

"CLUNK!/GRAaaaahh!?" Depth Charge yelped as he was shoved backwards and hit some crates by Optimus. "Nrruagh!?" The guy recovered to look at Optimus, the bot was not pulling any punches.

"You Listen, Hardhead!?" Optimus leans down with an upset expression and tone. "Cheetor's gone, so are Cybershark, Larkshot and Jackrabbit, and I think you may know something!?" Optimus issued to get the full truth out of someone who's not telling him everything. "So you will TALK! Or I will Rip out your Core Processor and extract the information…PERSONALLY!" Optimus gave a very grim and gritty attitude of wanting answers or he'll extract the truth in a crueler way: and boy he's not kidding around.

"Yikes, remind me never to get on Optimus' bad side?" Odd yelps from fearing this could be a bad situation if they cross Optimus the wrong way.

"Yeah, I think we all better take that under careful consideration." Ulrich lightly nods to agree, never get on someone's bad side when it comes to the safety of friends and crewmates.

"Well, since you asked so nicely?" Depth Charge replied in a sarcastic tone, a bit surprised that Optimus was capable of such things but he did push him over the edge. "Your little kitty cat ripped some kind of alien gizmo off of Megatron's Organic Transmetal Unit." He revealed the truth about an important device Megatron used to create Transmetal IIs.

"Did it succeed?" Optimus asked off curiously if this explanation holds some important answers.

"Yeah…" Depth Charge replied that Cheetor managed to take away the Transmetal Driver at the time. "But the unit was already activated." He waved out an open right hand, stating that when Cheetor took the driver it was in an active state.

"Hey, that's right? It's coming back now…" Odd held his head from just recovering some memory that was forgotten when caught in that explosion. "Aelita tried to take the weird alien gizmo, but it reacted weirdly for her?" The boy explains what occurred that was a bit important to recall.

"I do, perhaps the alien design caused myself to lose control?" Aelita express her thoughts over something as important of what she encountered. "It was almost the same from the Quantum Surge, but different?" She mentions that the impact was similar to something else that happen long ways back.

"Then maybe those pods became active, and that's why we can't find them?" Jeremie states on how this explains why the pods that were on the sight have become active on their own and not by the Predacons.

"What happen after that?" Optimus asked from what else occurred during that time.

"From what I saw, Megatron blasted your kitty cat friend right where he yank the Driver was." Depth Charge expressed the topic on an enemy shooting someone when they weren't paying attention. "The others tried to help, but three other Preds got in the way, and by some accidental fluke they all got stuck. Maximal and Predacon." He reveals everything, not leaving any details out on how the scene went down.

This information provided some important details of what everyone present already learn about Megatron's experiment to create new powerful Transformers. The Transmetal Driver was the key to create Transmetal IIs, and the first experiment success was affecting Protoforms that yet to become active and gaining their Beast Modes. Megatron used the Half Spark of Rampage and DNA of Dinobot together to create new life which was Dinobot II. But what happened when an already active bot with a Beast Mode, got caught during the activation of the Transmetal Driver in process of creating Transmetal II lifeforms. And if there was a sudden disturbance of an active machinery that was not processing due to interference and loads of energy collected, would equal one result…

"They were caught in the overload?" Optimus express his worries in realizing the truth: the experimental overload blast that destroyed the Transmetl Tower and knock everyone away from the site. But it didn't destroy those within the blast…it change them instead.

"So that explains everything, why Cheetor and the rest came back when we thought they perished?" Aelita felt concern, perhaps the strange behavior was because their friends hid something they wish to not go into detail.

"Maybe if we study the Driver, perhaps we can understand what error happen and fix them." Jeremie tries to think about a solution that may help those suffering right now.

"Won't work. I already destroyed the gizmo." Depth Charge looked down to the floor when revealing another matter about the driver. "I'm sorry…" He spoke to apologize without warning. "I didn't know that was what they become." Depth Charge was never aware that the Cyber-Beasts that saved him and Taros during capture, was in truth those he believed perish in the explosion.

SOMEWHERE

NEAR THE JUNGLE WOODS…

The scene opens where we see Waspinator, Q-Bee and Fractyl flying and Knock Out and Dinobot II following behind. They were in Beast Mode, and appeared to be on the move looking for something: no doubt the Transmetal II Cyber Mutant Beasts group at large.

"Duurrgh!?" Then Waspinator yelps to stop himself short when near a certain area. "Sniff, sniff-sniff…sniff?" He sniffs the air before looking at a certain cave entrance.

"What are you doing?" Fractyl asked for the sudden stop by the wasp bot.

"Ooooohhh…Wazzpinator detects the ZZZTINK of unnatural Transmetal, heh?" Waspinator gloats on having determine this area was where ones that became a Transmetal II once lay to rest up.

"Grrrr-Aarrrrgh!?" Dinobot II roars in rage from that comment about what he is.

"Gulp…" Waspinator yelps to swallow hard, forgetting Dinobot II was also Transmetal II and took offense. "Wazzpinator exclude present." He sheepishly apologize from speaking out of term there of present company.

"Does that mean they are close?" Q-Bee ponders if maybe they found who they are looking for.

"I will Subdue and RETRIEVE the Targets!" Dinobot II issue that he will take point to find and capture their prey. "ROOaarrrrugh!?" He leans down to roar, then immediately transforms from Beast Mode to Robot Mode.

Slowly Dinobot II prepares to walk to the cave entrance to apprehend who's hiding out…

"WAIT!" Waspinator flies in front of Dinobot II with waving insect arms. "Need Plan? Ohhh, Wazzpinator in Charge!" Waspiantor reminds the new guy that he's in charge and they need a plan before going in.

"I AM…the Plan!" Dinobot II coldly remarked that he's the plan: to take down a Transmetal II, one needs a Transmetal II.

Then Dinobot II raised up his Raptor Claw Blade index fingers, and instantly moved so fast…

"DRUUUOOo-OOORRrrwwwwwhhh!?" And Waspinator yelps as Dinobot II was apparently performing hack and slash motions so fast they were a blur to the wasp bot. "Gurburburburaarrrugh!?" Waspinator was being used as a test subject for this before the attacks halted. "Crack…" There was a tiny crack sound, and then… "Buurrarrrghmm…/Bunk!?" Then Waspinator mumbles before shredded paper-like parts of the bot fell along with the wasp's beast mode head along with insect legs. Pretty much Dinobot II shredded poor Waspinator down to such a state and so quickly: as expected of a Transmetal II's power and capability.

"Ohh, I best get first aid?" Q-Bee slightly yelps upon what has happen to poor Waspinator.

"Knock Out, please fix him while I scout the area from above." Fractyl request what should be done so they are all at full strength and not caught unprepared.

"Huuuugh, a doctor's work is never dual?" Knock Out signs how the first injury was done by their own, a typical thing in the life of a Predacon.

Soon we see Dinobot II walks to approach the cave, stops to look around. His left optic eye emits a red glow as if trying to light up the area. All over the cave was nothing but empty space, no signs of anything or anyone being here since earlier.

"Grruarrrgh!?" Dinobot II growls lightly when seeing no signs of the target. "Targets have FLED!" He issue that whoever was here, is long gone. "Grugrugruaagh….For Now!?" He snarls to proclaim that while the targets are out of reach, they will soon hunt and find their prey.

The camera zooms in around the left red optic eye before the entire scene fads out here.

LATER THAT DAY…

The scene opens around the Maximal Fort, where the Blast Doors were opening up. We spot Optimus was coming out while approaching those that waited him outside. The Maximals: Rattrap, Jack-Tool, Trans-Mutate, Noctorro, Salvage, Volpex and Silverbolt. Lyoko Warriors: Jeremie, Aelita, Odd, Ulrich, William, Yumi, and Sissi.

"Rattrap. You, Quick Fix, Lynxa & Silverbolt will take Grid Alpha 2." Optimus pointed off to show two fingers in what the mention bots were gonna do in their search effort. "Then I want Jeremie's group to search Grid Alpha 1 and 3, and the rest search Grid Alpha 4." This was a busy time, they have to deploy their search parties to find those still missing.

"Having a picnic without me and the rest of us?" A voice was heard making a cool & sly statement of what everyone was doing which caught attention.

Everyone stares at who was just on the scene to come before the search party was…Cheetor! The young cadet had his right hand on his waist, as he presented a smirky smile to all. And more then anything, the battle damage appeared to be all gone like it was never there.

"Don't forget about us!" Then Jackrabbit was heard as she popped from behind a rocky side, accompanied by Cybershark and Larkshot. Everyone that was missing had appeared and join up with Cheetor, and were looking fixed up good as new.

"Heh-Heh…SPOTS! HAREBALL! Even Finny-Boy and our Blue Bird!? Heh-Heh…" Rattrap laughed off in feeling joyful to see who's back. "Eh, you're looking good. Heh…you know…for a couple of Dead Bots?" Rattrap made a wise-crack in seeing how Cheetor, Jackrabbit, Cybershark and Larkshot seem alright, all battle damages are gone and not dead which was a plus side.

"How was that even possible?" Volpex raise an eyebrow: they heard that this group refused to get fixed without any explanation.

"Fell in a bath of CR Pools by a Pred base, go figure?" Larkshot shrug off the shoulders to admit it was just dumb luck that they fell into what fix them.

"And…you were okay with this? Then I'm at a lost for why you didn't get fix the first time?" Quick Fix was completely baffled, first these guys said no, then they were fine getting fix: so confusing?

"Cheetor! Where have you and the others been?" Optimus sternly gazes at the cadet to question where Cheetor and the rest were this whole time without notifying them.

"Sorry, Big Bot? I was…ugh…" Cheetor shrug off to coolly say this while lightly kicking a pebble to not appear as if anything was wrong. "Taking care of that…monster that tried to Recycle me?" He issued off to say this as a fact of what happen with him and the Cyber Beast.

"You weren't the only one. We each were taken by those different Cyber-Mutant Beast." Cybershark express firmly to sound sincere about having been taken away.

"You all were taken?" Jack-Tool asked from hearing such a thing, were those beast thinking the weaken bots would be a food supplies for them.

"Yeah, we were still out of it before they got into our quarters, wreck everything, and attack our pals before dragging us away." Jackrabbit explains what happen to be exactly as it sounds like.

"Really now?" Optimus cross his arms over his chest to lightly tap the fingers as he gave the 'oh really' expression: wanting to hear more of this so-call explanation.

"Oh, yeah-yeah! Yeah! Huh…" Cheetor was slowly saying for those to take the story to heart. "It and it's pack won't be bothering us again!" He waved off the left arm in stating the Cyber-Mutants were dealt with. "You can count on that!" Cheetor waved off his right arm in declaring that the beast infestation will not bother anyone ever again.

"Are you guys sure?" Jeremie asked with a hint of knowing the truth.

"Yeah, did you all take care of it?" Odd asked with a sly sarcasm from knowing a lie when he hears one.

"We wouldn't be here if that weren't the case, right Cybershark?" Larkshot eagerly elbows the bot next to him to play along.

"Hmm, yes…we got away when a Pred Camp caught their attention, we managed to recover, and…finish things from there." Cybershark firmly expressed to sound certain of what's happen: clarifying their story was…true.

"Hmm…" Optimus had his narrow eyes on sights to keep his focus about this 'report' given by Cheetor and the others, as a believable subject. "Well, since that's taken care of, no point in keeping you all." Optimus smiled off to undo his cross arms to stare at the other Maximals to dismiss the earlier order to continue the search. "Cheetor, Cybershark, Larkshot, Jackrabbit & I will be in after I examine each of the four Cyber Creatures….remains." Optimus slowly stated this off while on that last statement, it sounded…very firm about what to check and be confirmed.

Cheetor showed a light yelp gasp expression, as if finding this suggestion of what to be done as an 'uh-oh' kind of case. The truth of the matter about what's happen may soon become unraveled…

"We'll also tag along." Ulrich spoke up to assist in this manner.

"Right, more eyes the better." William nods to confirm they should partake too.

"That's not a problem, bet you guys love our company." Odd smirks slyly when having to mention this.

Now pretty much that had Cheetor, Larkshot and Jackrabbit worried with concern. Cybershark tried to keep a firm expression, but he too seem vaguely worried if their secret…may have been exposed after all.

OUTSIDE, FURTHEST FROM MAXIMAL BASE…?

The scene changes to where over a forest jungle area, Optimus in Flight Mode was above a sight before descending down to land. Cheetor was seen flying down in Vehicle Mode with Jackrabbit riding on the back in Beast Mode before landing and transforming to Robot Mode. Larkshot flew down in Beast Mode carrying Cybershark in Robot Mode before they landed with the former transforming to Robot Mode. We see the Lyoko Warriors flew on their Over-Vehicles before descending to the ground as well. Optimus made a big stomp upon landing on the ground in Robot Mode. As Optimus gaze around the area, he soon shift transforms into his Beast Mode, as the ape model showed him scratch a spot under his arm from the left hand.

"Why the sudden moment to change into your Beast Mode?" Yumi asked from have not seen Optimus go into his Beast Mode so often after setting up the fort with the Ark.

"Why wouldn't it? You need to know that as Transformers…we control our different forms: be it Bot, Vehicle or Beast." Optimus expressed his thoughts that Transformers feel at natural home of who they are be it bot one moment or another form they can change into which is who they are. "Now, let's see where the remains are?" He address the focus of their reason of being here.

"Which way?" Sissi raise an eyebrow of where they need to go.

"Ugh…this way…I think?" Larkshot exclaim to point in a direction facing north.

"You think? Or know?" Odd raise an eyebrow from finding that highly suspicious.

"Ugh, well we were in pretty deep surviving, so…everything looks the same?" Jackrabbit sheepishly stated they didn't pay attention of what was going on.

"Then let's get going then and see if we can find them." Optimus instructs everyone to begin their search immediately.

We soon see the Maximals and children group were walking around the forest area. They were seeking out the Cyber-Mutant Beasts that was reported to have been dealt with, and to study it's remains to better understand it's situation. Everything was quiet during the search, no one made any sound or conversation when they began…until, someone broke the ice of silence.

"Ugh, I don't see why we have to do this?" Cheetor signs in frustration of this dull mission while Optimus looked to almost grab….a stack of bananas: probably the ape part of the Beast Mode habit. "Don't you trust me? Trust us?" Cheetor shrug off the shoulders, asking why his commander and human pals don't believe that the problem with the Cyber Mutants was settled.

"Normally, yes." Optimus replied off to honestly say, that he trusts Cheetor because of one's character and good nature. "But at the moment, I think your hiding something?" His eyes narrow down to look firm & serious, in knowing…there's something he knows but those before Optimus refuse to come clean.

"Why…do you think that, sir?" Cybershark asked cautiously, trying to not let it be known that they are hiding a dark secret.

"Let's just call it a feeling?" Optimus firmly issue that his gut feeling, told him something was off the moment he put the pieces together. "The reports and descriptions along with what you said, something isn't adding up. Which means the stories are off and whatever it is…you're all trying to hid it." The big bot was firm to the point, he's learn what the true story is from putting the clues together.

"I'm…We're not hiding…" Cheetor shook his head down in trying to plea there isn't anything to hide. "ANYTHING!?" He looked up to yell this out to Optimus while unknowingly; his optics glowed a brighter emerald glow. "Grrrughh-Grrr…URRrugh…Uuurrraugh?" Suddenly, Cheetor turns away from Optimus, as he clutch his chest as the strange emerald energy was almost warping his arms while a growling noise is heard.

"Cheetor, what's wrong?" Jeremie asked after noticing the weird reaction and behavior.

"Oh, ugh…it's some bad motor oil? Hmmm…?" Jackrabbit expressed with worry before she along with Cybershark and Larkshot started to feel weird affects too. "Yeah, you wouldn't believe what we came across…was really expired?" She exclaim as the same bright emerald glow appeared around the optic eyes but the bots face away.

"So bad that it's affecting you guys?" William raise an eyebrow, finding that to be untrue.

"Um, yes…sorry?" Larkshot gritted his teeth to apologize that they felt a bit…unwell.

"Hmmm…" Cybershark made a light moan sound, as he kept the urge in check.

"Yeah, I doubt it's that." Ulrich rolled his eyes, knowing this was all an act as everyone present knows.

"Guagh…" Cheetor let off a sign after finally managing to retain control of himself: slowly the same thing happen with Jackrabbit, Cybershark and Larkshot. "Why is everyone giving me…giving US such a 'Hard' time?" Cheetor turns around to glare and snap off that everyone is making it harder to trust him lately.

"Because we care." Optimus stated off that the reason is concern for those that are struggling. "And because I think I know the truth." Optimus stated off that he already has a good idea of what's really going on. "I just want you to trust me enough to TELL Me." He issued off that he only wants those to place their trust in him rather then hid it away.

"The same thing could be said for all of you. We also know the truth." Aelita reveals the truth that took those by surprise. "No matter what happens, you have to trust in your friends. If not, then who else can help you when you're all alone?" The pink haired girl was not wrong, it's best to have trusted friends help when one is in a jam.

With everything said & done, Optimus and the Lyoko Warriors began to turn to continue to move along: continuing the ploy of searching for the Cyber-Mutant Beast pack remains.…Thus giving those time to think things over on what is the right thing to do.

"Cheetor, I don't think we should keep this act up any longer?" Cybershark whispered to the cadet, feeling the jig is up and should confess.

"Hate to admit it, but maybe we DO need help." Larkshot muttered to the cat bot that they can't keep pretending any longer.

"Come on Cheetor, we gotta tell them!" Jackrabbit asked that Cheetor just admit the truth already. "If you won't, then I will!" The rabbit girl was gonna reveal everything but…

"Alright…ALRIGHT!" Cheetor was heard saying this before yelling this out in sounding furious in giving into defeat; as Optimus and the human kids stop for a brief moment. "Hugh….it's like this…?" Cheetor signs in about to say something in what's been kept a secret.

Optimus and everyone turned to hear the confession of what was going on with those involved with the Cyber-Mutant issue…But then a twig was heard snapping behind the bushes, causing Optimus to respond with a cautious action. Optimus brought down some large oval optic specs of the same color as his optic eyes, as they made beeping sounds as if, scanning for anything in the area. Then a bright red light was seen behind the green tree leaves…

"CHEETOR! LOOK OUT!" Optimus yelled out to say, as he rush in front of the yelp cadet to shove him out of the way. "PRrisivhmmm…/BOOM!/GRRUUuuaughhhh!" Then the red beam line impacts Optimus followed by an exploding sphere shot, causing him to screech in pain… "Uuuuaugh…/TRUpovhmmm…" He aches from the pain, before an implosive impact afterwards knocks him across the area.

"Big Bot!" Cheetor called out in shock of what he saw. "CLOpvhmmmm…/NOooooooo!" As Optimus' huge body smacks across the ground, Cheetor's voice is heard screaming this out in horror.

"Optimus!?" The human children cried out in shock and horror.

Upon closer examination, Optimus Primal suffered a blow hole in his right chest-plate, as something burn through it as sparks were seen. Everyone was seen rushing up to Optimus that was in need of help from taking a blow…for Cheetor.

"How bad is it?" Yumi asked if the damage was as bad as it seems.

"I'm not sure? We need more time to examine the damage?" Jeremie shook his head while studying how much was done by the blast.

"He took it pretty close to the chest, it might be deadly serious?" Sissi felt concern that the shot was awfully close to where a Transformer's Spark would be located.

"Our commander?" Cybershark was in shock when seeing Optimus in this state: bad memories of when losing the leader appeared.

"Is he…?" Larkshot muttered with worry: flash images of Optimus' demise in space replay once more.

"No way…?" Jackrabbit sounded frighten: the memory of the Alien's Planet Buster's destruction with Optimus having been in the center of it.

"NOOOOOO! OPTIMUS!?" Cheetor yelled out in shock & horror, seeing what has befallen his close friend & commander: he couldn't lose Optimus…not again. "Grugrugaarrughhh…./Hugh!?" Then a snarling sound is heard, as Cheetor yelps from it as his optic eyes glow.

"Greeeaaa!/SCreeeeakk!/Hiisssss!/UUuagghhh!?" Then we see Cybershark, Larkshot and Jackrabbit yelps from beastly snarling sounds were heard followed by glowing optic eyes.

"Ugh, guys…I think things are about to get much worse?" Odd exclaim from looking away from Optimus to see something else.

"How much worse can they get?" Ulrich remarked as everyone was focus on treating a patient.

"Oh, I think you'll believe me if you turn around?" Odd issue to say which caused the human children to look and be surprised at what the guy was talking about.

Suddenly, something began to happen to Cheetor as he clutch himself, as if feeling the metal on his body was bending or being crunched. During Cheetor's struggling aches & growls, the front metal cheetah hand was breaking off with some razor sharp metal claws. The same metal edges began to come out of Cheetor's elbows too, as Cheetor had now three metal claws off his hand.

"GRROOOEEWWW-REEOOOOW!" The savage beast feral cry was heard a distance, as we see Dinobot II behind tree cover to hear their target's voice.

"NRrouuagh…Lizard-Bot zztand aside now!" Then Waspinator was seen flying in Beast Mode, covered in bandages and cloth wraps: due to being slice and dice earlier. "Wazzpinator will take kitty bot and friends to Megatron!" He proclaim as he flies off to apprehend their targets.

"Should we help?" Q-Bee flies up near Fractyl and Knock Out to ask this.

"I have another idea." Knock Out proclaim with a sly smirk.

"GRRARRroguh…GRRugurgraaaughh…" The snarling of a feral beast was heard, as Cheetor was struggling from a strange emerald energy enveloping him as he clutch his head. "PUSSFruvhmmmm…/AAAAruughhh!" Then without warning, Cheetor's entire structure seemingly was blown up in a bright flash of light as he yelps.

"REOOooooowwww!" The sound of a raging saber-tooth tiger's wail sound was heard, before something was seen in the presence of where Cheetor once stood. "GREeeeaaaahh!/SCReeeaaaakkk!/Hiisssss…./AAAAAahhhhh!?" The same occurred with Cybershark, Larkshot and Jackrabbit as beastly sounds and their yelping cries were mix with the strange emerald energy enveloping their bodies.

The Transmetal body frames & platting, etc. of what was once Cheetor, Cybershark, Larkshot and Jackrabbit were broken & scatter apart all over the area. Now something else was seen in place of the Maximals, as they seem to be….checking out their current selves.

First up, Cheetor had gone through a major change now. Appearing just like the Saber-Tooth Tiger of a Cyber-Mutant but in Robot Mode, different from what Cheetor use to look like. He maintains the standard 'stand up'-style transformation, for which the robot mode is essentially the beast mode standing on it's hind legs. The rear legs convert into robot legs, the chest plate was half cover in fur but showed more metallic frame plus a red gem center in the left side. The arms were the front legs but converted into arms. Behind the bot was the beast mode's tail which acted like he could move it freely, and on the backside was the rocket pack. The head had a helmet style of a beastman look of a cat with a mouth, nose, and light orange-red optic color eyes. Cheetor seem to give off a new stylish smile in seemingly….liking his new look: it's like he's become a Robot Beast-Man Warrior of the jungle.

Second up, Cybershark undergone major changes. Appearing like some mechanical-organic Great White Shark of a Cyber-Mutant but in Robot Mode changed Cybershark's entire figure. The robot body had much of the mechanical components of the underbelly converted to form the legs, chest and right arm side. The body had a silver theme on the feet, legs, upper chest, shoulders and right hand while the emerald green was made into knee-pads, waist, and shoulder pads. The entire shark head was flipped upside-down on the backside and the top portion split behind into crescent features. The right gauntlet has a fish fin and the left was entirely the shark tail made into a switchblade with the tail-fins acting as claws. The head was style with a silver samurai style with a crescent upper fin facing outward, and had a green metallic face with glowing red optic color eyes. Not to mention on the chestplate appeared to be a Spark Chamber. Cybershark firmly studies himself to be somewhat intrigue…by the new look: some would say the Robot Mode is very much closer to Sky-Byte's appearance except with color difference and being a Transmetal II.

Third up, Larkshot underwent some minor to major changes. Appearing somewhat a mixture of a Blue Phoenix of a Cyber-Mutant but in Robot Mode with slight redesigns to Larkshot's original look. There was a black robotic humanoid body portions for the legs, waist, stomach, neck, elbows and hands. There were Beast Mode blue phoenix theme features like the talon legs convert into knee-boot wear, the crescent feather cheek blades appeared on gauntlets, the chest-plate was converge from the beast feather chest with crescent split beak shoulder pads, and a Spark Chamber located around the center chest. On the backside were the wings converted to become apart of the backside. Lastly the head had a custom made biker helmet bird beak feature, two yellow feather streak ear wings off each side, and had a metallic aquatic face with emerald optic color eyes. Larkshot seem to study his new appearance and theme…were very excellent: it's like he's become a Robot Mask Superhero Warrior of justice.

Lastly, Jackrabbit went through the most change out of anyone. Appearing like at first a Flemish Giant Rabbit of a Cyber-Mutant but the Robot Mode completely is different. She resembles a bipedal, rabbit-like Beastman standing on the hind legs as apart of the robot feet except more black bootwear. Around the lower body converts into red-orange with black belt and the upper chestplate was more female style with black triangle line around three fur pointed shoulder strap pads. The arms were the front legs but converted into robot arms and with four fingers. On the backside, the same rabbit tail is located on the rear side from the Beast Mode. Lastly, the head was completely change looking like a rabbit helmet beast theme but with two whiskers and long ears, and has a yellow crown on top of a red-orange tuft on hair sticking out from the forehead. The face behind the helmet is white-silver and had a rabbit-like nose and had red-orange pupil optics with white irises under deep navy pattern fighter marks. Jackrabbit looks at her new appearance to feel…wonderful: She appeared as tall as Rattrap in height-wise and was like some Robot Rabbit Mask Fighter Hero.

"Woah!?" William yelps upon seeing such a new look of their pals.

"Yeah, double woah!?" Sissi exclaim from agreement on what everyone felt.

"Um, hey…guys?" Odd sheepishly smiled to wave to the bots. "How you feeling? Heh, just out of curiosity?" Odd asked from not knowing if the four are the same or not.

"I think in the words of Optimus…Prime?" Jackrabbit exclaim from feeling pretty confident about how they never felt better.

"Uaaugh-Aaagh?" Optimus was heard moaning from his pain, but soon noticed; the NEW Cheetor before him. "Cheetor? Watch Out For The Other Bots!" Optimus forewarns Cheetor that there was more then one enemy here.

During which, the strange location of where the Spark Chamber was kept on the left hind leg admitted an emerald energy flow. "Grugraorrgh-GAaaaoorr…." A snarling growling beast sound came from the light, and rotated around the object on Cheetor's back. Then at that moment, the rocket engine on the back pops out & is caught in style, as it looks like a spring-loaded Missile Launcher in Cheetor's left hand.

"Which bot?" Cheetor asked this off in sounding a little more, mature then the a young cadet about that topic. "Oh, you mean this Bot right here?" He shrug off to easily say this before simply aiming his Missile Launcher behind him.

"POwfruvhmm…/KABLAMvhmmm…" That's when Cheetor fired the shot in back of him when Waspinator almost approach him. "DURGH-DUuuurrrrh!?" Waspinator easily yelps in pain while being knocked around from pain. "DUuuoowww?" Waspinator hits the ground crying in pain, all while Cheetor made a cool finger gun pose in saying 'bang' all of a sudden.

"Or maybe he meant…these bots?" Jackrabbit exclaim to kick up some stone with the feet and grab them: before igniting them into flames.

"FOOooo!" Without warning, Jackrabbit threw the stone that became a fireball near a bush area. "BOOM!/GAAaahhh!?" Then what came was an explosion that revealed Knock Out's location.

"A little more control next time Jackrabbit? At least save some for the rest?" Larkshot issue to say that the youngest should be more careful while not wanting all targets taken out at once.

"Hey, Be glad I didn't use this!" Jackrabbit suddenly pulls out what appears to be a cannon with flame swirl and crescent design: it shock the kids to see the once small Maximal wield such a heavy weapon. "Might have burn down the whole lot of trees?" She grins from sounding cocky that she held back for a reason: if she could turn tiny rocks into a strong exploding fireball there's no telling how much stronger her REAL deadly arsenal has gotten.

"Speaking of use…" Cybershark issue to say while his sharp eyes saw something, same with Larkshot's eagle-like eyes.

"POW!" Then Larkshot and Cybershark brought out a triangle-disc ray blaster and a torpedo launcher before firing them in two directions.

"BOOM!/AAaahhh!?" Then from the explosion, came Fractyl and Q-Bee, exposing those that were hiding.

"O-kay, those are fast reflexes?" Jeremie felt like what they witness, was like straight from some action pack movie.

"Hugh…" Aelita suddenly felt something nearby when a twig was heard snapping. "There's still one more coming out!?" Aelita warns that the enemy still had some more troops.

Suddenly, there was some noise heard from some cover in the woods, as Cheetor managed to hear it to look back at…who was near.

"You hurt my friend, Freak-Bot!?" Cheetor exclaimed off with a cool, macho, maverick kinda approach on who harmed Optimus.

Soon coming onto the scene after moving the overgrown plants away, was Dinobot II. Apparently he was the one who attack and injured Optimus.

"Yes…& Now…I shall Neutralize You!" Dinobot II exclaimed off to say this in what he will do to the new & improved Cheetor.

"POWvhm…" Suddenly, Dinobot II's left eye focus a red light beam & then followed by…firing a charge sphere shot at the target. "BOOM…" The attack explodes on contact, but Cheetor just easily steps aside to his right as the attack destroyed a small rocky structure.

"NOW! Attack!" Knock Out yells after recovering to give the order.

Then Knock Out, Fractyl and Q-Bee each tried to fire their attacks at the targets distracted, but the Maximals time the attacks right to dodge with ease. This continued to puzzle and amaze all those witnessing the advantage of those present. Wasn't long before a sudden gust of wind force blast away the clouds and cause the Predacons to cease firing. As the dust cleared, Cheetor, Jackrabbit, Larkshot and Cybershark were completely unharmed. Cheetor wipe the dirt off his shoulders, Jackrabbit shook some dirt off her ears, Larkshot moved his wings of extra dust, and Cybershark clean his teeth with the right hand for anything in the mouth. Witnessing such a thing would make anyone doubtful that normally pulling off such moves was difficult. Apparently being a Transmetal II gives one plenty of capabilities to become formidable.

"I don't think so?" Cheetor remotely said this off with a cool liner in response to Dinobot II's earlier threat. "The same goes to you lot!" He addresses the other Predacons that were baffled. "In fact, I think it's time to SHRED Some Pred." He was seen clutching his right hand into a fist, knowing it's time to dish out some payback.

"Hmm, this does not look good, right?" Q-Bee exclaim from detecting they are outmatch.

"It would appear that tactic failed. At this point, we're clearly outmatch if they work together?" Fractyl states that even the smart ones can tell that the other side has the stronger advantage.

Dinobot II study the actions from the actions of new Transmetal II Maximals. Apparently the enemy has become accustom to newfound abilities and may pose as a challenge. "GRrruaarhh!/POWvhm…" He grunts before firing another attack but away from Cheetor and the other bots.

"KABLAMvhmmm…/Ugh!" An implosive force happened that caused Optimus' lying body to yelp from that attack.

"OPTIMUS!?" Aelita cried out in shock when that shot hurt their friend.

"Huuuuugh!" Cheetor was seen making a big gasp, from seeing his close friend was hurt once again.

"Well, I say that got their attention?" Knock Out exclaim from the cruel tactic helped to remove the confidence once present.

Soon all eyes fell on Dinobot II and of what he did…

"GRaassssii-AAaarrr!" That suddenly caused Cheetor to glare at Dinobot II to snarl & growl in a robot mixture; sounding more beastly now.

"GReeeaaaa…./SCRreeeeeekkk!/HHiissss!" Cybershark, Larkshot and Jackrabbit exhibit snarl growls of robot beast mixtures: like they lost sense to go feral.

"Warrrughh!" Dinobot II let a low growl and wave the right metal claw hand with a smile to say 'bring it' to the Maximals.

"GRAAOOoorrrrh!" Then without warning from another angry growl, Cheetor suddenly transform into his Beast Mode. "REOOOW-REOOOW, REOOOOOWW!" The same Cyber-Mutant version of a Saber-Tooth Tiger, as he snarls off at the target.

"GREEEAAAAHHHH!" Cybershark transforms with a loud shark roar into his Beast Mode. "GREEAAAAHHH!" The same Cyber-Mutant version of the Great White Shark was seen roaring at it's foes.

"SCREEEAAKKK!" Larkshot underwent a screeching transformation into Beast Mode to fly upwards. "WREAAAAAAKKK!" The same Cyber-Mutant version of the Blue Phoenix soared the skies letting off a mighty bird cry.

"HHHiisss…" Jackrabbit was last to transform to Beast Mode while letting off a hissy snarl. "WRIIiisssss!" The same Cyber-Mutant Flemish Giant Rabbit appeared but it's feral noises made it more terrifying.

"GROOUURrrrooohhh!" Dinobot also reverted to his Beast Mode, as he lets off a snarling roar sound.

Then Cheetor and Dinobot II were ready to rumble as they leaped forth against another. In slow motion, their bodies twirl around to claw the other's underbelly. At this moment, the others began to react strangely. Jackrabbit produced fire around the feet as she charged first. Larkshot flew fast with the wind forming around before dive-bombing. Cybershark even surprised many that his fins acted like plane wings, and revealed a function to make it look like a flying shark.

"Uh-oh!? I think we're about to join Waspinator soon?" Q-Bee yelps upon seeing this will not be a pretty sight.

Now the other Preds had to deal with the other Cyber-Mutants, but as they endured this….a more savage clash continued from two predator Transmetal IIs.

"Gauurrgh?/REOOOOwwww!" Dinobot II landed on his feet to let loose a low snarl, & Cheetor landed to about face while roaring at the enemy. "POwwww…/REooooow!" Then Cheetor's rocket pack on his back lit up, as he roars to launch himself to tackle Dinobot II. "GUUArrrrrugh!?" Dinobot II roars as he struggles to hold out against such a bizarre tackle maneuver.

"Optimus, can you hear us?" William called to see if the commander could wake up.

"Hmmm….?" Optimus slowly was coming around, much to Jeremie's groups relief.

"He's still there, the blast didn't hit where the hole was made." Jeremie express his thoughts that the second shot was not as fatal to hit where there was an open wound.

"Ugh…this is Optimus." Optimus regain himself to reach for his wrist com-link to speak to those from the base. "We need back-up!" He issued off that they need backup here, posthaste.

"Yeah, Optimus?" Yumi felt a little skeptical to point at something about that backup.

"Guaurgh-Uuurgh!?" Suddenly, Optimus saw Dinobot II groans from the battle damage by Cheetor that came around. "GRruagh-Arrrrugh!?" Then Cheetor managed to leap up to pin the raptor down to try to claw at him as Dinobot II yelped each time.

"No…NOT THE PAINT JOB!?" Knock Out cried out as many saw Cybershark chomping around the enemy's leg and tossing him around: but he's more concern about his looks.

"Rabbit girl on fire!?" Q-Bee cried out as she flies to escape Jackrabbit chasing her like a hare in a flaming ball of fire.

"This one exhibits faster flight with the wind and his feathers are too sharp!?" Fractyl exclaim as he was flying to escape Larkshot who's flying and causing different cuts faster then the Pred could predict where he'll come next.

"At least…I think?" Optimus quoted off about if they need backup or not from this development.

"Grruargh-Aarrrgh!?" Dinobot II was growling with annoyance as he struggles. "REEooww-Reoooww!" Rhe snarling Cheetor was on his foe him as Dinobot II tried to toss him off. "GRruaaghh…/REEeooowww!" But Cheetor was not letting that happen when wrestle across the ground. "REeoowww!/WAaaauurghh!?" Cheetor roared against Dinobot II, as the wild cat was clawing away. "WAaauurghhh!" Then Dinobot II finally kick the cat bot off him. "REOooooowwww!" After landing on the feet, Cheetor let off a loud snarling feral cat sound, as Dinobot II set himself up to continue.

Just then, something was seen coming onto the scene that made a loud engine noise. It was Rattrap, Jack-Tool, Quick Fix, Trans-Mutate and Salvage in Vehicle Mode while Terra-Lock, Lynxa and Volpex ran on their own four legs. Followed by Silverbolt and Noctorro seen flying above in Beast Mode. Reinforcements had come to help the Maximals out. During the time, the other Predacons managed to escape fighting the other Cyber-Mutant Beast, looking a bit spent.

"Arrugh…unthinkable? That Metal Shark scratched by shiny platting!?" Knock Out groans to feel more shame over the paintjob then having lost a leg.

"We have biggr concerns, we need to fallback. This mission ended in failure." Fractyl issue from knowing a lose when he sees one.

"Ugh, I got Waspinator. I'll contact for a Warp Gate exit." Q-Bee was seen picking up a dizzy Waspinator.

"Nrruaarr….This…Is NOT Over!?" Dinobot II pointed off the left claw to say this before Cheetor.

Afterwards, Dinobot II had decided to leave the scene to not deal with the Maximals. Followed by a limping Knock Out, a wounded Fractyl, Q-Bee and Waspinator as a Warp Gate appeared for them and disappeared soon after they entered.

"Reooww-Reeoow!" Cheetor let loose a savage beast cry, as the predators left and soon the 4 Cyber-Mutant Beast focus was on…something else. "REEOooowww!" Cheetor let off a roar, as it walks towards Optimus and the children.

"Uuuaugh…ugh?" Optimus struggles to get up, but was still injured while Cheetor and the beast pack approaches…

"Ugh, nice…savage beasties…we're all friends, right?" Odd sheepishly smiled, hoping their pals will not attack them.

"I think they see us more as desserts then friends?" Ulrich remarked what he sees is happening that they can't take any chances.

"And Optimus is the main course?" William stated that if they don't do something, these Cyber-Mutant Beast might try to devour the Maximal Commander before coming after them.

"Grugraarrrhh…" Cheetor lets off a loose growl at what could be prey… "Reeoooww!?" But then Cheetor let off a feral roar when Silverbolt and Noctorro was flying towards the area. Silverbolt and Noctorro immediately transform to Robot Mode to aim Feather Missiles and a Mace while the other ground units transform with their respected weapons out.

"Grrr…." Silverbolt growls in seeing a target that was going after Optimus.

"Okay kitten, first you, then the rest…it's PAYBACK Time!" Noctorro proclaim from wanting to dish payback for the stunt earlier.

"Silverbolt! Noctorro! Everyone! No!…That's Cheetor and the others!" Optimus called out to warn the Wolf Fuzor that the Cyber-Mutants…was actually one of their own.

"Cheetor?" Silverbolt replied off to put away his weapons in being shock by Cheetor's sudden change: everyone else lowered their weapons in response.

"Jackrabbit!?" Jack-Tool yelped surprise in seeing the little rabbit Maximal…grew so much.

"Even Cybershark and Larkshot!?" Lynxa looked at the new beast forms of their comrades.

"Heh, yeah…Looks like Pussycat used up his First Life…" Rattrap quoted off in how to state what Cheetor use to be from the before hand. "Now he's on his Second." The rat exclaimed that now Cheetor has a new look after coming back to them but all different now.

"But how?" Salvage pondered how this sort of thing came to be.

"It's a long story, but they need help!" Jeremie cuts the discussion short to focus on helping their friends.

"Guurrrah?" Optimus struggled to push himself upwards from the battle damage he took, before transforming back into his Robot Mode appearance.

"Grruoor-Rrooouurrrrgh!?" At this moment, Cheetor was seen moving & growling off like a wild animal that's gone feral. Cybershark, Larkshot, and Jackrabbit assume positions in studying the new foes silently. Many were looking at this to ponder how they can help.

"Optimus, what in Chronos' Name is this?" Volpex asked from not sure how any medical bot can diagnose this strange transformation.

"A sign of Megatron's experiment to create Transmetal IIs were contacted by Cheetor's group. It's change them the same way the Quantum Surge did for many of us." Optimus explains the circumstances of this unexplained change that's turn four of their own into such different creatures that they almost didn't recognize.

"Woah, that sounds really serious? And this is what happened?" Terra-Lock was surprised to learn such a thing even happen.

"Yes. The transmission's been rough." Optimus stated off in what has happen that Cheetor, Cybershark, Larkshot and Jackrabbit experienced what was a freak accident from becoming a Transmetal II. "Right now their Beast Modes are still feral." The guy stated that at this moment, Cheetor is still in a feral state while in Beast Mode.

"REEoooowww!" Cheetor let off a snarling roar, keeping anyone away from approaching.

"GREAAAAARH!/SCREEEAAKK!/HHiissss!" Cybershark, Larkshot, and Jackrabbit made their own beastly snarling growls, threatening those to keep a distance.

"Feral, no wonder they didn't recognize us?" Terra-Lock stated that this explains when they saw their pals, they got attacked instead.

"Eh, yeah…It looks like neither can't get out of it." Rattrap stated in understanding this while noticing, that their guys can't seem to get out of Beast Mode while not in the right mind.

"Grroour-Grroarrghhh!?" Cheetor was growling & snarling off at those around him, as if not trusting them.

"They'll learn. They just needs a little guidance at the moment." Optimus issued off to approach the others in Beast Modes in looking down and theorizing the behavior while unable to overcome the feral actions.

"Ggguoorrh-UUUoorrrggh!?" Cheetor continues to snarl & growl off at the others.

"If I could just…reach one of their Sparks?" Optimus issued off in slowly kneeling to reach out to where Cheetor's Spark Chamber was on his back left hind leg.

"GRREEOOOoooowww!?" But Cheetor responded to that action to almost claw Optimus' suspicious actions. "HREEOOoooowww!" He was truly acting like a feral beast refusing to cooperate.

"Easier…said then done?" Silverbolt lightly stated in seeing this was not going to be easy with a feral beast behavior to deal with.

"Grrourraghhhh?" Cheetor let loose a low growl, acting all defensive here.

"Yeah, if we can reach one of them, how can we help the rest?" Lynxa if it's this much for one feral beast, imagine trying to help four of them.

"Cheetor was the first to make contact, perhaps the others are linked to him? Maybe by helping him…it could help the others?" Jeremie theorized what could help them undo some error that's making the bots be all feral-like.

"Easy….Easy Cheetor." Optimus held up his hands to try to gently calm Cheetor down, as the saber-tooth tiger lets off low growling sounds. "Use your spark. Get control." He issued off for the cat bot to use his Spark's will to gain control of himself, fight the feral side in control.

"Yeah, hey….nobody's going to hurt you." Rattrap tried to approach to give a friendly wave for Cheetor to know, they are not gonna hurt him at all.

"GRREEOOWWW! REOW-REOW, REOOOOW!" Then Cheetor takes a few swipes at Rattrap who yelps back before almost having a slash on or a loss of his hand.

"Us!….I'm not so sure?" Rattrap tap his chest in having a feeling their own safety against Cheetor's uncontrollable feral side, is another story.

"Yeah, would be a Cat-astrophe at this rate?" Odd proclaim to make a little joke on the spot.

"No time for corny jokes Odd." Ulrich rolled his eyes that now's no time to make humor puns.

"Grugrua-Groraaurrghh!?" Cheetor continues to let off snarling growls in looking between those here, as if awaiting for a moment if they approach him and when to attack.

"Aelita, can I ask for your assistance?" Optimus turns to the pink haired girl with a request.

"With what?" Aelita asked curiously of the request and how she can help.

"I'm going to try to pour the pure energy from my Spark. It should help remove what's holding our friends in this state." Optimus explains his plan to help fix their friends. "But I may need the Key to help succeed, can you help?" The Maximal Commander asked which surprised Aelita, but she needed only a moment to give such an answer.

"Yes! I want to help…I want to save my friends." Aelita expressed what she wants to do, she wants those here to be free of what's keeping them in their feral state. "I'm ready." She announced as she stood by the giant Maximal.

The four Cyber-Mutant Beast were preparing for anything that was to come next as Cheetor took point…

"We're here, Cheetor. All of us. Your friends." Optimus spoke off in trying to help speak calmly & gently from tapping his chest & wave out the hands in exclaiming they're here for those in need. "Please trust us, you all must trust us. We're here to help you." "We know you can do it." Optimus spoke these words as if being calm, & open, to help relax those feeling on edge.

"Grourh….Uummm…?" Cheetor was growling in not appearing so trusting, but then….he started to calm himself. "Grugruarrgh?" Low calm growls from Cheetor, his gaze at Optimus was making him feel, not so resentful when someone before him was…not an enemy at all.

"Greeeurgh…Uuummm?" Cybershark began to lose the fierceness and became more docile like a well train animal.

"Screeak-Aaarrkk?" Larkshot began to cease squeaking, as he drop the wings to fold them with a calmer expression.

"Hisss….chipchip…?" Jackrabbit slowly cease her growls to calm down and bites down her chopping teeth to stare puzzled.

"They've calm down?" Trans-Mutate address the manner that everyone was not behaving in a feral way. "Yes, but the REAL challenge comes next." Artemis spoke through Trans-Mutate, realizing what comes next is the hard part.

Then suddenly, Optimus lets his left hand touch his chest spot, that in turn caused a strange glowing light blue aura of energy to come forth. Aelita in turn, began to focus with an angelic voice as she focuses the same blue energy as well.

"Grrroorrrrr?" Cheetor was growling at the moment, unknowing what to do from this action. Cybershark, Larkshot, and Jackrabbit moved back silently, as if this action seem…to frighten them.

Optimus was reaching out with his right hand that began to glow in the same light blue energy stuff. Aelita wave her hands forward and release the same blue energy. They began to interact with Cheetor's, Cybershark's, Larkshot's, and Jackrabbit's Spark Chambers that reacted as an emerald glowing form. Optimus and Aelita began to let off glowing light blue sparks, as they began to interact with the emerald sparks.

"Do it, Cheetor...Jackrabbit…Cybershark and Larkshot…MAXIMIZE!" Optimus issued forth in wanting his comrades to do it, to overcome the feral effect & transform.

"GUUURRrrr-REeooowwrrr!?" Cheetor was seen struggling with low growls & snarls: as if feeling himself fighting against something that was keeping him lock in place.

"MAXIMIZE!" Cheetor's struggled mix voice was heard yelling this off to transform. "Reeeooww-Reeeooow!/Guagh-uuugh?" Then finally, Cheetor began to transform from Beast Mode to Robot Mode with loud wild cat roars in the process. "Guagh-Huuuugh!?" Cheetor appeared out of breath & exhausted from having to overcome his feral state: at the same time, the emerald glow on the Spark Chamber completely faded away…

"GREAAAAAR-AARrruughh!?" Cybershark's voice roared as he too struggled between what he's fighting. "MAXIMIZE!" He suddenly roared out this activation code with all his might. "GREAAAARrughh!/Guuagh-Pant…pant!?" He lets loose a mighty shark roar, as he transforms to Robot Mode while exhaling from exhaustion: the Spark Chamber's emerald glow faded afterwards.

"SREEEEAAKK-AAARrrrrkkk!?" Larkshot's voice unleashed many screeching cries as he flew up struggling to maintain control. "MAXIMIZE!" Suddenly he let out a shouting voice of his own activation code. "REEEAAAKK!/Huuuagh-Ugh, woah!?" With a final bird screech, he transforms before landing on the ground spent and nearly dizzy: around his Spark Chamber, the emerald light faded away.

"HHhiii-RRrriiaaarrrh!?" Jackrabbit's voice seem like she was trying, snarling, trying to overcome what held her. "MAXIMIZE!" But with all her strength, the rabbit yelled her activation code without a second later. "Wooah…Hugh-hugh, few…!?" Course Jackrabbit yelps to rebalance herself, but rest her hands on the knees really spent: now her Spark Chamber's emerald light of energy faded as the last thing that kept the bots feral.

"YES!" Optimus praised to cheer for the young cadet on breaking through. "You All Did It! "Optimus cheered as his giant hands hold Cheetor up as if giving him a hug for having regain himself.

"Huurgh-Uurrgh!?" Cheetor however yelped and groan from the sudden hug treatment.

"You did it Cheetor! You helped Freed yourself and the rest!" Optimus exclaimed that now Cheetor is cured of his feral action, & is back to normal.

"Amazing? Helping Cheetor severed the link and that cured everyone." Jeremie was truly amazed by this work.

"Yes, they're all back to who they were." Aelita signs with relief to smile that their hard work paid off.

"Ahhhh!? Optimus…Back off, okay?" Cheetor groans a bit in having some sort of attitude from what was going on. "You're embarrassing me?" He looked down to muffle this off in feeling like this action was embarrassing for others to see him like this; like a little kid being held up by an adult.

After a moment, Optimus lets Cheetor go and lands on the ground. With that settled, Cheetor begins to check himself before resting a left hand to his waist with a cool guy feel theme. Then he notices that Silverbolt, Rattrap, the other Maximals and children were nearby in having seen the entire scene.

"You looking at something?" Cheetor pointed off to make a remote comment of those that having seen what played off.

"What's dat suppose ta mean?" Volpex raise an eyebrow of the young cadet having a rude attitude towards them.

"Cheetor, you sure your okay?" Salvage felt a bit surprised, Cheetor was usually more…

"Never better, just don't stare at us that long. We're not that different…RIGHT!?" Cheetor exclaimed with a little rebel tough guy attitude.

This sort of tone was somewhat surprising for the others. Cheetor maybe back and is no longer a feral beast, his personality seems to have changed.… Not as a youthful positive get-go teenage cadet, more like a young man going through some rebellious stage. Silverbolt and Noctorro smirked to Rattrap, Quick Fix, Terra-Lock and Jack-Tool in knowing what this action was for any young male bots to go through. Though the fembots and the other human children were puzzled by what this was until…

"Oh, joy. Cyber-puberty!" Rattrap sarcastically spoke to shake his head with glee. Seems someone has reached their 'puberty' state that the foolishly eager Cheetor…has grown up a bit.

"Hugh, of course….it was only a matter of time?" Volpex slapped her forehead, seeing it's the only explanation that makes sense that the once youthful teen just entered young adulthood.

"Wait, you guys have your own puberty period?" Sissi asked a bit shocked and surprise, this subject was something they never went over or discuss about.

"Ten to one, it's probably something you don't hit twice or three times as long as a normal human teenager?" William shrug off the shoulders to guess how long it takes a Transformer to undergo such stages.

"Jackrabbit, are you at least yourself now?" Jack-Tool asked concern, besides Cybershark and Larkshot being older, the only cadets were Cheetor and Jackrabbit.

"Hugh, yeah-yeah…I'm still me?" Jackrabbit exclaim that she was feeling fine. "But man, do I look way cooler!" She issue from checking herself to then leap and kick a branch off with ease. "I bet'cha I can take down Predacons way easier now!" She was feeling extra eager for the next time she fights: she grabbed stones to ignite, throw them and made them explode like fireballs.

"You got to be kidding me?" Jack-Tool muttered under his breath in doubt: Cheetor's personality might be at the rebellious stage and now Jackrabbit is showing signs of reaching her pre-teen stage.

"Hugh, this…is gonna take time getting use to?" Lynxa signed that while they got their friends back, they got abilities to watch out for.

"Well, at least we're back to normal. And stronger for it." Larkshot issue as he creates wind as he flies up, never feeling so free and one with the wind. "Wait, are we the only ones?" He looks down to ponder something that cross the mind.

"Yeah, besides the Preds that fled. Why?" Quick Fix replied while puzzled about the question.

"We along with three other Predacons got affected by the Driver device, if they are not present…" Cybershark stated on recalling it was not just the four Maximals turn into Transmetal IIs. "Then that means they might be under the affect of what had us? I believe it was Iguanas, Sky-Byte, and Raid Jango?" He stated about those that may still be at large, running around as feral Cyber-Mutant Beast.

"So your saying we got a Cyber-Mutant Beast problem of a new dangerous Lizard, a Feline, and a Shark!?" Odd expressed his thoughts that if the bots here had scarier and tougher Beast Modes, imagine what the other enemies are like. "Great, like that wasn't all we needed?" He signs from knowing this will make things harder for them.

"We'll discuss all that and more once we return back to base and inform everyone of what's happen." Optimus explain that this matter seems best saved when they return home for now.

"So any of you need a left?" Odd asked considering it's a long way back.

"Hey, don't sell us short. After all…" Cheetor grins with a cocky tone about needing help going anywhere. "We might leave you all in the dust." He issued to Jackrabbit, Cybershark, and Larkshot in showing everyone…how they'll keep up.

Then the four Maximals transform with their Beast Modes seen, and soon everyone saw the Transmetal IIs jet off with faster speed then a normal animal and even those with Vehicle Mode. Deciding not to be left behind, Optimus and the rest of his crew transform to help keep up and the Lyoko Warriors summoned their Over-Vehicles to keep up at the rear. But unknown to anyone, something used Cybertronian binoculars to zoom in to spy on the events that happened. Apparently it was a giant Transformer hiding among the shadows and only the emerald optics of the eyes were seen.

"Base Command, listen up!" The mystery giant bot spoke into his com-link with a deep male voice. "I think we may have found ourselves something…that may provide us a means of control on those loose Transmetal IIs." When that was spoken, the camera zooms away to focus on the Maximals and Lyoko Warriors leaving. "Prepare to send in our 'special' units for a little surprise I like to call: Key To Success." When these words were spoken, the camera zoomed in to take a glimpse of someone: Aelita.

Afterwards, the mystery bot made a roaring sound before transforming. Then something slipped through the forest that showed three strange dinosaur figures: a Landsaurus, a Seasaurus and a Skysaurus. The scene goes dark from new mysterious are slowly rising up without warning of what's coming next…

SOMETIME LATER

AT THE MAXIMAL BASE

The scene changes back to the Maximal Fort base, where we see Cheetor was wiping some smog stuff off some metal wall to which…he saw his own reflection. Cheetor began to examine himself after coming back to the base when his feral state was cured. While Cheetor did that, Jeremie and his pals watch their cat bot friend look himself over.

"Hey Cheetor, surprise by how you have a cat shape headwear to go with the rest of your jungle savage cat look!? Cause I think you'll have a ROARING time." Odd asked this while making a joke about how wild jungle cats roar a lot.

"Heh, laugh it up Odd. Comparing our feline-likeness…I say mine's the best." Cheetor boast to not let the joke get to him, he's being too grown-up to fall for such kiddy ploys.

"Aw gee-wiz, so much for yanking his furry chain?" Odd pouts a little, Cheetor's really letting himself be more mature now.

"Was that before or after he beats you with more facial hair and upper developed body." Ulrich comment about a difference between Odd and Cheetor.

"Hey! What's that suppose to mean?" Odd protest on having heard such a statement.

"You can tell when someone's become a man when they grow facial hair, it's proof will be seen on a beard or a mustache." William states another thing that all males like to show off their fully grown facial hair.

"Really, does that mean if Jeremie hits puberty, he'll grow facial hair?" Aelita raise an eyebrow to ask this very curious topic.

"Ugh, well I….suppose, I don't know about that?" Jeremie yelped a bit, unable to really answer that which the other boys grin at how bashful the genius was to the girl he likes asking such a thing.

"I'm curious, how can you tell you hit puberty?" Aelita ponders to ask another question out of the blue.

The boys suddenly stopped what they were doing, as they felt like they hit a wall by that question. Discussing something like that was, well…more complicated then it sounded.

"Aletia, I think it's best that such things be best discuss without the boys involved." Sissi exclaim to let Aelita learn such things when it's just the girls.

"Especially since we each have our own…um, let's say…differences. Boys for boys, and girls for girls…" Yumi expressed her thoughts to clue in the girl that did not know much about human customs.

"Ohh?" Aelita lightly gasp that she did not know about such things.

While the human children were lost in their own chats, Cheetor shrug off the matter thinking it's just kids being kids: like he was not long ago. Unknown to Cheetor, someone was eyeing on him as he was fiddling with a chunk of his Beast Mode's fur that was in the form of a tiny chin beard. And those that were watching him were shown to be…Blackarachnia.

"So, this is the new and improved Cheetor?" Blackarachnia asked off in having seen what has become of Cheetor in becoming a Transmetal II; much to the cat bot's surprise to the reflection show that he had an audience.

"Blackarachnia?" Aelita address who came out of the blue.

"What are you doing here?" Jeremie ponders why the she-spider was visiting them all of a sudden.

"What, can't a girl check up on who's been missing, and then comes back. New and different I must say?" Blackarachnia proclaim that she came to see Cheetor and the changes he has undergone.

"Yeah, well this is it? Heh…" Cheetor turn around to display himself of him having a new body and appearance look while sounding like an older bot compared to his young self. "Teach me to pull the plug on Meg's machinery, hugh?" Cheetor quoted off to say this about what he experienced while placing his hands from the waist and cross his arms; appearing like an older and cooler bot.

"That and get caught in a huge explosion." Ulrich pointed out what else occurred that was not mention.

"Make it out with severed battle damage and wounds that would need major repairs." William mentions another fact that seem impossible to journey back from.

"And then all healed up afterwards while being affected by some kind of BEAST VIRUS!" Odd proclaimed and wiggled his hands to make the last part sound scary.

"Come again?" Cheetor raise an eyebrow, puzzled by what he heard just now.

"It's something Odd came up with that describes what made you and the others go feral. Rhinox and the others are looking over the others now to understand it." Jeremie explained the topic on what it was that cause the bots to go feral.

"Ger-hum, yeah…well, at least it's over. And I'm myself, but newly improved." Cheetor cleared his throat to change the subject during the presence of someone else that was here.

"Hmm…speaking of new and improved?" Blackarachnia rubs her chin with the right pincer arm, studying the new developed of an advance form of a Transmetal body. "It's got some nice features?" Blackarachnia quoted on liking how the appearance gives one such a unique standing compared to the first Transmetal form. "I could get use to it." She smirks from thinking the Transmetal II form is a thing she likes very much.

"Yeah!?" Cheetor replied off in feeling surprise & eager to hear Blackarachnia say she likes his new features. "I mean….ugh, whatever?" He shook the head lightly in remotely stating this with an attitude, trying to not sound interested by such compliments as if still was his young kid self from before.

"Ugh, I don't know if he's gotten over the fact…Blackarachnia has Silverbolt." Sissi rolled her eyes in seeing this sorry state.

"Even when boys mature, their crushes are entirely different." Yumi shook her head from knowing the type of behavior most boys experience at first.

"Who-Who says I have a crush?" Cheetor yelped to protest against what's said about him liking Blackarachnia.

"Ugh, don't let it go to your processer blondie?" Blackarachnia rolled her eyes, seeing someone getting a bighead on receiving compliments. "I'm just saying that a Transmetal II body doesn't look…to bad." She slowly approaches to state her interest lies on the new Transmetal II body Cheetor gain along with other unique abilities that comes with it.

"Hugh?" Cheetor yelped from the she-spider's sly approach to admit she digs what he's become while processing the odd situation. "Like I care what it looks like?" The guy stated off in not sounding like he cares that much for looks that Blackarachnia seems attracted to. "It Shreds, Preds, okay…" Cheetor issued off with a smile that he likes his body that can help him fight off against the Predacons, looks are second on the mind.

"Ah-huh…" Blackarachnia lightly laughs off while raising Cheetor's chin up. "That's the spirit." She gently wiggled Cheetor's little chin beard feature from having this bot understand her intentions.

"You think this'll go to Cheetor's head?" William whispered this to the others about how this might turn out.

"Knowing how that she-spider works her magic with male bots, it's anybody's guess." Ulrich exclaim from recalling that Blackarachnia using her cunning and charm to get men to follow along.

"I think when Aquarius gets back, she's definitely gonna be feeling jealous." Odd stated on who will be taken most surprise by this.

"Of Cheetor having changed like last time?" Aelita exclaim on thinking this will be the second time Aquarius has to get us to Cheetor's new look.

"I think it's more around something else Aelita?" Jeremie stated from feeling this goes a little deeper when it's between those two cadets.

After a while, Blackarachnia slowly turns to leave, leaving a stump Cheetor puzzled to sign a bit down: not exactly a moment he was hoping for. Cheetor looked back at the mirror to study his new appearance more. Then the cat bot saw on the reflection, Blackarachnia was apparently checking him out…and had a sly smile to nod in liking the new Cheetor. Once that was done, Blackarachnia turns to walk away, but it seem to cheer Cheetor up on realizing something…the she-spider likes his new and better bad boy self.

"Oh yeah! Heh…" Cheetor made a sly smile to laugh off from feeling proud of himself now. "I think I like it." Cheetor compliments that thought his Transmetal II form is not just strong, the new look makes him popular to boot.

While further away from those by the CR Chamber studying the new Transmetal II appearance, Blackarachnia overheard everything. About how those that experience becoming Transmetal IIs may like the new versions and how much stronger they are.

"So do I, kitty-cat...So do I…" Blackarachnia proclaim with a sly smile on finding Transmetal IIs to be very nice indeed.

That's when Blackarachnia secretly held up a familiar red glowing Transmetal Driver. The she-spider knows it's from this device that gave birth to new Transformers and it can even turn a bot into a Transmetal II. Blackarachnia may have come across something that may work to her greatest advantage. With that, everything goes dark as the events of the Beast Wars begins to enter another stage of whoever is the strongest….wins the war…

NOTES: In the original, it showed only Cheetor gain a new Transmetal II power. In this one, it displays more Maximals undergoing the same transformation.

The power Optimus used to cure Cheetor is explain a bit. And as a second bonus, Aelita learns how to help cure Transmetal IIs under the Cyber Beast Virus affect. This will help during other future OC Transmetal II encounters yet to appear.

BONUS: Transmetal 2 Profiles and abilities. While seen on the cartoon series, decided to make profiles of the next OCs to appear. Now as many will see later that Dinobot II had a Healing ability. But what about Cheetor, did he show off anything as cool before it came to Blackarachnia and Megatron, and then Tigerhawk? Base on what can said, Cheetor's Transmetal II ability is Agility. Now seeing that he has a rocket pack in Beast Mode to boast speed, and fast reflexes could be a sign of his fast speed work later seen in Beast Machines.

TRANSMETAL II MAXIMALS:

*Cybershark

Function: Maximal

Transmutation: Transmetal II

Beast Mode: A Transmetal II version of a Great White Shark, only more silver metal frame with dark blue on the back with fins and emerald platting underbelly with two left and right tail fins, and had bright orange-red color optic eyes with beady black pupils. It was like seeing Sky-Byte's Beast Mode but way more dangerous looking. It's Spark Chamber is located on top of forehead area.

Robot Mode: The robot body had much of the mechanical components of the underbelly converted to form the legs, chest and right arm side. The body had a silver theme on the feet, legs, upper chest, shoulders and right hand while the emerald green was made into knee-pads, waist, and shoulder pads. The entire shark head was flipped upside-down on the backside and the top portion split behind into crescent features. The right gauntlet has a fish fin and the left was entirely the shark tail made into a switchblade with the tail-fins acting as claws. The head was style with a silver samurai style with a crescent upper fin facing outward, and had a green metallic face with glowing red optic color eyes. Not to mention on the chestplate appeared to be a Spark Chamber. Cybershark firmly studies himself to be somewhat intrigue…by the new look: some would say the Robot Mode is very much closer to Sky-Byte's appearance except with color difference and being a Transmetal II.

Weapon: Shark Torpedoes: Wields a torpedo missile launcher capable of firing torpedoes with shark painted faces on front, and deal explosive damage. Switchblade Claw: Using the left switchblade claw arm can grab targets, slash or even pierce through things.

*Ability: FLIGHT

-Ability Info: Due to a random nature of becoming a Transmetal II, Cybershark acquired a new mysterious power by chance: Flight. It's possible that because of a shark's unique skill to swim through ocean and sea currents to reach their target before they can escape, but felt there was a limitation of being restricted in the water. Channeling the power, the fins can act like plane wings to allow an aquatic creature to hover about, soar through the air and winds like a fish in water, and given zero restrains for a flying to deal damage to targets with more force impact.

Those that survived the blast underwent strange trans-mutation of an unstable course, changing them into Cyber-Mutant Beast. During the course healed those of their damage, but had to maintain control when the later known Beast Virus was taking affect. Within the final stage of mutation, soon cause a new transformation of discarding the old outer shell frame of the bot and fully embrace the transformation into a Transmetal II. However the affects of the virus still remain and would become active at a sudden sign of action, turning one into a feral beast and force the bot to take their natural state in Beast Mode. NOTE FACT: Cybershake's Transmetal II Beast Mode/Robot Mode is similar to Sky-Byte from Transformers: Robots In Disguise TV Series, but in a different color theme version. Not to mention have the same ability as Sky-Byte for being able to move around as a FLYING SHARK!

*Larkshot

Function: Maximal

Transmutation: Transmetal II

Beast Mode: A Transmetal II version of a metallic feather blue bird with dark grey upper neck-chest puff and bird ankles with yellow talon blades, light blue feather edges, and yellow feather puff shoulders between the body and wings, plus crescent blades acting as additional feather features. The bird head had a sharp yellow beak, light blue back feathers for style headwear, a yellow horn on the forehead, and had clear emerald optic eyes with white pupils. It the very short means of understanding it, it resembles a Blue Phoenix bird but more dangerously metallic. The Spark Chamber is located on the top backside behind the bird beneath the neck.

Robot Mode: A black robotic humanoid body portions for the legs, waist, stomach, neck, elbows and hands. There were Beast Mode blue phoenix theme features like the talon legs convert into knee-boot wear, the crescent feather cheek blades appeared on gauntlets, the chest-plate was converge from the beast feather chest with crescent split beak shoulder pads, and a Spark Chamber located around the center chest. On the backside were the wings converted to become apart of the backside. Lastly the head had a custom made biker helmet bird beak feature, two yellow feather streak ear wings off each side, and had a metallic aquatic face with emerald optic color eyes. Larkshot seem to study his new appearance and theme…were very excellent: it's like he's become a Robot Mask Superhero Warrior of justice.

Weapon: Feather Disc Ray: A triangle-shape disc ray blaster capable of firing feather projectiles that explode and deal damage account to target. Sonic Wave: The wings emit a powerful force by unleashing wind once resembling a cyclone to blow away targets and deal damage to opponents.

*Ability: CYCLONE

-Ability Info: Due to a random nature of becoming a Transmetal II, Larkshot acquired a new mysterious power by chance: Cyclone. It's possible that due to the nature of having a Beast Mode type of bird, capable of soaring through the skies and narrowing through the use of the wind currents became acceptable. Using the wings can create wind cyclones to blow away enemies, form defensive columns around the user, and travel at greater speed to break the sound barrier.

NOTE FACT: Larkshot's Transmetal II Beast Mode is based on Falzer from Beast but in a blue theme. The Robot Mode is base on the Spout Beast which is a cross between and Beast Cross from Mega Man Battle Network series. The ability is pretty much what bird type opponents can do, like Falzer as a boss or even image Storm Eagle from Mega Man X during a battle stage.

*Jackrabbit

Function: Maximal

Transmutation: Transmetal II

Beast Mode: A Transmetal II version of a Flemish Giant Rabbit except appearing all metallic tan fur skin with a white-silver tail with two crescent points, had clear red-orange chrome plating armor around the rear toes, neck and top triangle edge ears, along with yellow chrome plating beneath the rear feet, inner ear design style, a mark on the face. The face was rabbit-like with two furry cheeks sticking out, a red-orange color nose and optic color eyes with white pupils. The Spark Chamber is located on the belly area.

Robot Mode: She resembles a bipedal, rabbit-like Beastman standing on the hind legs as apart of the robot feet except more black bootwear. Around the lower body converts into red-orange with black belt and the upper chestplate was more female style with black triangle line around three fur pointed shoulder strap pads. The arms were the front legs but converted into robot arms and with four fingers. On the backside, the same rabbit tail is located on the rear side from the Beast Mode. Lastly, the head was completely change looking like a rabbit helmet beast theme but with two whiskers and long ears, and has a yellow crown on top of a red-orange tuft on hair sticking out from the forehead. The face behind the helmet is white-silver and had a rabbit-like nose and had red-orange pupil optics with white irises under deep navy pattern fighter marks. Jackrabbit looks at her new appearance to feel…wonderful: She appeared as tall as Rattrap in height-wise and was like some Robot Rabbit Mask Fighter Hero.

Weapon: Pyro Ball: Igniting a handful of small stones, can be capable of launching each one as a fiery ball at the target. Combustion Cannon: A cannon with flame swirl and crescent design, capable of firing a large spiral fireball of energy which upon impact, deals major damage to a field where the enemy stood.

*Ability: COMBUSTION

-Ability Info: Due to a random nature of becoming a Transmetal II, Jackrabbit acquired a new mysterious power by chance: Combustion. It's believed that due to the nature of a firey spirit that burns inside of Jackrabbit, maybe the spark of a young warrior who's eager to unleash the explosive energy within. Channeling an ignition can cover the body in flames for a burning tackle, fire around the legs for a burning kick, even igniting stones from small little fireballs by the number. Not to mention channel the fire-power through a weapon to create a bigger and more powerful damage explosion effect.

NOTE FACT: Jackrabbit's Transmetal II Beast Mode is base on Scorbunny from Pokemon but in a more normal rabbit-like appearance. The Robot Mode is base Cinderace which is the final form of Scorbunny from Pokemon. Pretty much the ability is similar to what only a Cinderace can perform.

Well this was very exciting, and now it's about to become more exciting. Next chapter is gonna be an Original, and a two-part to boot. As the Maximals begin studying the effects of those that have become Transmetal IIs, Aelita encounters a group of animals that don't register as Maximal or Predacon? While wishing to better understand them, Aelita falls into a trap. Soon it's learn that there are more Transmetal IIs that have become victims of the Beast Virus and become feral. However there exist some high power that seems to have gain control of the situation, but what is it? Or rather, who is it? For now one needs to brace themselves, for there now exist another Predacon faction that has enter the war. What will happen, and can anything be done at this time when a large army could turn the Beast Wars? Stay tune to find out…
