Next morning

Florence went to the castle later than her husband, for she had to organise some things at home before going to spend the whole day at Hogwarts.

When she finally flooed into her husband's private quarters in the dungeons, he had long gone to his morning class, so she went to his lab to see if he needed anything to be brewed or marked.

Around eleven, Florence was finishing brewing some Wiggenweld Potion for Pomfrey, when she heard the door of the lab being opened and Severus walked in, looking annoyed.

"'Morning, Prof. Snape," she greeted him, "You look a little angry, sir."

He stopped, slamming the door behind him and looking at her; he had forgotten that Florence would start working there that morning – he had nearly forgotten about the surprise he had planned for her at eleven-fifteen.

"Actually, Mediwitch Delacour," Severus drawled, feeling his annoyance leave his body completely, "I just walked out of a double class with fourth-year Slytherin and Gryffindor students. What do you suggest as a stress relief?"

Florence smiled, "As soon as I finish here, I can share with you some ideas, professor."

Severus moved towards her, putting into action what he had planned for her first day at work.

"Remember that day when you walked in here after seeing Lupin?" he said, stopping right behind her.

"Yes, you were a real arsehole that day."

"Was I?" he whispered, rubbing his nose down the curve of her neck.

"Sodding jealous of Remus," she continued, "refusing to talk to me, spewing insults."

"Well, in my defence, you had this sweet smile on your lips and were thinking of another man. I just wanted to show you that you are mine."

"And how would you have done that?" Florence closed her eyes briefly, still stirring the potion in front of her six times anticlockwise, but feeling her body tremble in desire.

He put his lips near her ear, whispering: "I'd have pressed you against this table and reminded you of all the things only I can do to you."

"Hmm... and what are those?" she pretended innocence, but she was suddenly surprised by the door being opened, "Remus?"

Severus smirked, "He's here to watch."

She gasped; Severus had called Remus there to watch them fuck - she knew she should be mad at him, but in reality she was excited by the thought of being watched.

"She's mine, Lupin," Severus growled after making his wife climax a couple of times and having orgasmed himself as well.

"No doubt about that, Severus. You're a fucking lucky bastard," Remus walked to the door, his eyes never leaving the naked woman still trembling on the table, "Call me whenever you want an audience. Florence is a fucking dream," he eyed her hungrily.

"Get the hell out of here, wolf!" Severus growled.

And they heard the door being opened and closed again.

Florence put her hands on the table and slowly raised her upper body, breathing faster than normal, "I can't believe you called Remus here to watch you piss on me."

"I came in you, not piss," he replied, helping her stand.

"Thankgoodness, for my kinks do have a limit!"

Severus chuckled, "You said once that you'd be interested in fucking in public, and Remus's mentioned more than once that he'd like to watch us fuck – and I admit that I wanted him to watch, I wanted to show him that you're mine!" he kissed her lips, "Are you mad at me?"

"No," she shook her head, completely drunk in sexual satisfaction, "That was fucking hot. We'll have to do that again."

He held her chin up, smiling smugly "You're absolutely perfect, wife."

"All yours, husband."

And he carried her to bed.

Snapes' family home

December 25th 1981

Their first Christmas together as a family was wonderful and beautiful, with the twins running through the house, playing with their dad, and the whole family enjoying delicious roasts, cakes and cookies that Tiffany and Melody had prepared for them.

There were a lot of presents for the kids and also some for the adults. It was a fun and happy day, just the five of them together: Florence, Severus, the twins and Eileen.

Or so they thought – little did they know that there was already a third child on the way.

Hogwarts

Florence walked into the Hospital Wing to begin another day of work, her heart light and filled with love for her family – life was good, she was married to the love of her life and her sons couldn't be happier now that they had their dad with them every day.

"Married life agrees with you, dear," said Pomfrey, smiling.

"Good morning, Poppy! It sure does!

"Well, I already know the answer, but I'll ask you anyway: did you have a good Valentine's Day?"

"I did!" Florence sighed happily, "Eileen took the boys on Saturday, so I had my husband all to myself the entire weekend!"

"It's so good to see you this happy, Flor. I still remember worrying that Severus would never get his head out of his ass."

"I know. It seems like it all happened so long ago, but it's been just three months," Florence walked towards her, putting on the white apron she usually wore when working in the infirmary, but frowning once she saw the tray filled with potions on Pomfrey's desk, "What are all of these for?" she pointed at the vials.

"Well, in here I have everything that we'll probably need today."

Florence seemed even more confused, recognising the vials on the tray, "That's a lot of potions to cure depression and anxiety, Poppy. What are you expecting to happen today?"

"As you know, yesterday was Valentine's Day, so you can be sure that today we'll have at least ten students suffering from temporary depression, headaches, stomach-aches. All sorts of symptoms. All caused by misused Amortentia."

Florence looked at her, "I don't remember it being such a problem when I was a student."

"That's because it wasn't," Pomfrey pursed her lips in annoyance, "But the young Potions Master who took the position after Prof. Slughorn makes sure to brew a batch of Amortentia the week before Valentine's Day and then he suddenly forgets to properly lock the lab door that same week!"

Florence gasped and covered her mouth with her hand, chuckling, "That's a very wrong thing to do- and I can totally see Severus doing that."

"He says that, considering it's important for the students to learn how wrong it is to force someone to love them, he'd better teach them with a properly brewed potion than risk them poisoning themselves."

"Now, that's not wrong," Florence tried to defend her husband's actions, "Amortentia can have horrible side effects when not properly brewed."

Pomfrey stared at her with a knowing look, "Sure, Florence," her voice dripped sarcasm, "Severus is just doing the students a favour."

Florence laughed, shaking her head at the childishness of her husband's.

And as if summoned by the mention of his name, the school's Potions Master walked into the hospital wing.

"Talking about me?"

"Good morning, Prof. Snape," Florence smiled at him.

He winked as he walked towards her.

"How much was stolen this year, Severus?" Pomfrey asked, her hands on her hips.

"About a cauldron and a half," he replied nonchalantly.

"Of a full recipe?" exclaimed Florence, trying not to laugh, "But that makes about fifteen vials!"

"Kids got to learn," he shrugged, leaning to speak in his wife's ear: "And I think you gave me some Amortentia, love, 'cause I can't stop thinking about you," he pulled her face to his, stealing a kiss.

Florence slapped his arm, "Stop being silly, Severus! You know we shouldn't be kissing here."

I keep thinking of what I did to you yesterday. He sent her, making her blush as she remembered the soreness she had woken up with - she had even needed to take some potions to relieve it, for the feeling was making her uncomfortably horny.

But before Florence could answer, the first patients of that morning arrived; four students carried other two who seemed to have passed out.

Severus put on his usual teacher-scowl, saying to them: "Hope you learn that love hurts."

Florence had to hide her laughter with a snort, We should make you stay and take care of the students who were given Amortentia.

He just looked at her with an arched eyebrow before going to the door, glaring at the students on his way out.

Great Hall

Florence and Pomfrey walked to lunch on time, luckily out of the six sick students they had treated that morning (two fainted, and four suffered some memory loss due to an allergic reaction to the Amortentia they were given) none had had to stay in the infirmary for longer than a couple of hours.

All was going well, according to Pomfrey.

Florence sat at her usual chair at the high table and looked at the food already in front of her, feeling her hunger being unexpectedly replaced by a wave of nausea – which had her frowning.

She tapped her glass with her wand, saying: "Cold ginger ale," then she sipped it, nearly moaning in pleasure when the drink filled her mouth.

Whatever's in your glass, get rid of it. I'm jealous. She heard Severus' playful voice in her head, as he sat beside her.

"It's just ginger ale. But it's so good!"

He seemed surprised, "I didn't know you liked ginger ale that much."

"I don't, not really, but, when-" she stopped. When I was pregnant, it tasted like the best thing ever.

OH!

Florence stood up, "I have to go, I-I forgot to tell Poppy something."

She immediately closed her mind, in case Severus tried to pry, and walked towards whete Pomfrey was sitting, forcing her legs not to run.

"Poppy," she leaned down when reached her friend, whispering in her ear: "I think I'm pregnant."

"What?" Pomfrey replied in a sharp whisper, looking at her in surprise, "And you realised it now?"

Florence nodded, "Nausea. Can't eat."

The Mediwitch quickly stood up, and the two of them left the Great Hall towards the Hospital Wing.

"I always have pregnancy tests here," said Pomfrey walking into the empty infirmary and going to her storage room, "One never knows when a student might get pregnant, you know," she gave Florence a teasing pointed look.

"Yes, I know very well how that is, Poppy," Florence said, smiling nervously.

"Here, dear," Pomfrey gave her a small vial with a whitish liquid, "You know what to do."

Florence nodded and put it on a table by the foot of a bed, using her wand to prickle her finger, letting a drop fall into the vial.

And the liquid turned-

"Yellow," they heard Severus say from the door.

After a second, he walked in, locking the door and running towards Florence, taking her in his arms.

"You're pregnant."

"Yes, it seems all your hard work these past months has paid off," Florence said, smiling, but unable to hide the hint of nervousness in her voice.

Severus looked at her, sensing her fear, "Hey, love, what's wrong?"

"I'm afraid- and I know it makes no sense! But... I still remember the last time I learned I was pregnant, and how that ended."

He held her chin up, kissing her softly, "It's alright, Flor, I understand your fear. But nothing like that will happen this time. I'm here. We're together. Safe."

She nodded, looking at him with teary eyes.

He kissed her lips once more and touched a hand to her lower belly, kneeling in front of her, "I can feel the baby's energy," he sounded surprised.

"The baby can feel yours too," Pomfrey said, standing beside them, "Do you want to see your baby?" she offered.

Florence hesitated, still fresh in her mind the last time she had seen her baby in that infirmary.

"Flor," Severus spoke, "I'm here with you. I've never seen any of our babies inside of you, I'd like to see this one," he finished in a whisper.

She caressed his hair and pulled his chin up, kissing him lovingly, telling him: I love you.

You make me the happiest man in the world, my love.

He stood up and she looked at him, nodding, "Let's see our baby."

He picked her up, making her laugh, and laid her on a bed.

Pomfrey walked towards her and cast: "Vide utero."

Then the three of them stared at the image of a peanut-like shadow inside the round amniotic sac.

"Let's hear their heartbeat," Pomfrey touched her wand to Florence's lower belly and immediately the sound of a fast heartbeat filled the infirmary.

Florence gasped, looking at her husband with tears in her eyes, seeing that he was crying.

"Everything looks fine, dear," said Pomfrey with a sweet smile, stopping the spell, "You know all you have to do. Don't forget your daily Vitamix Potion, no drinking. And no playing Quidditch."

Florence laughed at her joke, and looked at Severus, who looked back at her as if she was the most precious thing in the world.

He wiped the tears off her face and kissed her lips lovingly, whispering: "I love you, Flor."

"And I love you, Sev."

He brought her left hand to his lips, kissing the ring he had put there, something he had started to do whenever he wanted to show her his devotion.

But their sweet moment was suddenly interrupted by knocks on the infirmary door.

"More reckless students in love," he said, shaking his head; then he looked at Florence again, frowning, "You didn't have lunch. "I'll ask Tiffany to bring you something to eat. She certainly knows what you like to eat when pregnant," he smiled as he spoke.

"Yes, she does." Florence nodded.

Then he kissed her once more, before leaving through the Floo Network.

"You know," said Pomfrey, with a sweet smile, "Remus is a sweet man, but that one... Severus can be even sweeter."

"I know," Florence sighed happily, touching her belly.

"Flor," continued Pomfrey before unlocking the infirmary door, "You must know that there's a minor interference of this baby's magic with your own – something I didn't detect when you were expecting the twins. According to what I've been reading about hybrid human-veelas, this time, it's a girl."

"A girl!" Florence exclaimed excitedly.

"Yes, you must warn Severus, though, for you might get... a little out of control as the pregnancy progresses," Pomfrey made a face as she spoke.

"Is it a problem?" Florence worried.

"For you? No. But for those with the tendency to annoy you? Yes."

Florence chuckled: "I'll let him know."

Then Pomfrey opened the door to let their patients enter.

That evening, Florence went home before Eileen arrived with the twins, for she had an important question to ask her godmother and didn't want to risk missing her.

"Mummy!" the twins exclaimed as they flooed in and saw her on the sofa in front of the fireplace.

"Hello, my loves," Florence opened up her arms to hug them, "Did you have a good day?"

"Yes, mummy!" they exclaimed.

"Good! Now, go upstairs and get ready for your bath, your dad will be home soon."

She waited for them to be out of earshot to speak to Eileen: "Can you stay for a while, godmother? I'd like to talk to you."

Eileen frowned at her request, but nodded, "Sure, dear."

"Please, sit."

"You're making me nervous, Florence. What happened?" she asked, sitting on the sofa.

"I just want to ask you something..." Florence sat beside her, holding her hand, "Eileen, would you allow me to name my daughter Elizabeth?" she asked, touching her own lower belly.

"Your... daughter?" Eileen looked at Florence's hand, a smile beginning to form on her lips, "You're pregnant?" she whispered.

"Yes. And I want your permission to call this little girl Elizabeth – like her aunt would've been."

Eileen seemed shocked for a moment, then she pulled Florence into a hug and exclaimed: "Oh, my dear! Congratulations for another baby!" she had tears running down her face as she touched her goddaughter's belly, "And, of course, Flor, you have my blessing to call this little princess Elizabeth," she looked at Florence, smiling, "Thank you for thinking about doing that."

In that moment, Severus walked out of the fireplace, finding his wife and his mother on the sofa, crying.

"Has something happened?" he asked, worried.

Eileen got up and walked to him, pulling him into a hug, "I've just learned that I'll be a grandma again. Congratulations, my son!"

Then Florence explained it to him: "I've asked your mother for permission to name our daughter Elizabeth."

"Daughter?" Severus stopped, "We're having a little girl?"

"Yes, love."

"Why?" he asked, deeply concerned.

"What?" Florence laughed, walking to him. "What do you mean, 'why'?"

"I little girl..." he touched Florence's face, "Beautiful like you... and one day she'll find herself a boyfriend and-"

Florence rolled her eyes, "Severus! Stop! She's not even been born yet! It'll be years until that happens!"

He kneeled in front of her, touching his forehead to her lower belly, "Elizabeth. Little Liz."

"Yes," Florence whispered, touching his hair.

He looked up at her and stood, wrapping her in his arms, "I love you, Flor."

"And I love you, Sev. Pomfrey did tell me to warn you, though, about the possibility of me being a little out of control during this pregnancy. Due to Liz's magic interfering with my veela's."

"Is it dangerous?" he worried.

"For me, no. For you, probably," she replied, smiling.
