A/N: Well, this chapter will sure feel like a montage. I'll try to make it good. I wonder if I'm getting bored?

Sundown at Iki Town, and everyone has having lots of fun. Hala welcomed back Ash and his friends along with all the other Trial Captains. Hau congratulated his grandson on how much he accomplished on his journey. At some point, Ash, Hau, Misty and Lillie were picked up by everyone, including his mom. Gladion watched from behind a tree at his sister, and smiled in pride for his younger sister before leaving.

Team Skull had six of its members talking to each other on what to do in the Po Town mansion when their two superiors appeared in the middle of the stairs. With his back turned to them, the skull on his back was x'ed out, and Plumeria was wearing a new headband.

"Yo Guzma, what's with the covered back?!" One of the grunts said.

"You have a problem with that?" Plumeria questioned him, which made the thug flinch.

"N-not at all! I was just curious!"

"Then get out of here. Team Skull is disbanded. Scram." She swiped her arm to dismiss them and they all ran. She turned to Guzma whom shook his head. That is until the thugs came back wearing more neutral clothes.

"Sorry, but there's no way we can do that! Guzma gave us a home, so we're staying with you all the way!" Seeing their flunkies still commit to their ex-leader so loyally, the surprised woman merely smiled sharply and shrugged. While they couldn't see it, even Guzma smirked.

In the Aether Foundation gardens, Captain Phyco and Soliera were approached by Colress and a couple of scientists. Talk about some new findings of Ultra Wormholes.

Gladion was about to get onto a boat, when he was found by Wicke and some of her employees.

"Gladion! Where are you going?!" The purple haired woman asked, out of breath since she had to run.

"Hmph." Gladion did his dramatic pose as he replied.

"Ash has beaten me, a foreigner from the Kanto region. I know you partook the Indigo League too in the day. I just wonder... what I'll learn by going there. The fact Ash has beaten me shows that I can still become stronger, so I need to expand my horizons and understand his home better. But, I guess it was good timing you found me just now. That means I can give you this." He handed Wicke a new Pokeball and a box of memory drives. "Give these to Ash when you see him next. He's earned them."

"I hope you find what you're looking for." The woman nodded. Gladion returned the gesture and went to board his boat. When he looked back, he saw as much of the Aether staff as they could waving goodbye, with Wicke waving and smiling the most fondly. He gave them one more dramatic pose, before freezing when he saw Lusamine come up from behind them. She gave him a simple goodbye, though he was too far away to see a tear roll down past her smile. Regardless, he smiled and waved back.

Everyone was following Hau and Acerola as they ran down the Manalo Bridge to where the ruins are. There, Ash and Hau stood at the alter of the ruins where Hala was saying his thing, and once that was done and were leaving, Ash thought he heard Tapu Koko's voice, and turned to the alter.

"Hey cousin, don't get too far behind!" Professor Kukui called to him, and the trainer left, only for the legendary island guardian to appear out of thin air. Fireworks filled the night sky, where everyone was entertained by the explosions of colors and celebrated for Ash's victory.

"Congratulations Ash." Lillie told her boyfriend before kissing his cheek.

"Woo, what an awesome day!" Hau laughed. Misty put an arm over his shoulder.

"So, what are you going to do now, champ?" Before he could answer, Professor Kukui called him over.

"Hey Ash, there's something I'd like to tell ya!" Going over to where he, Hala, his mother And Llima was, the tanned teacher spoke to him.

"Look at this! Everybody's so fired up! Woo! We've got Alola's strongest ever trainer to celebrate! Hau, what do you think?"

"Even though I lost, I'm going to keep working hard to be totally in sync with my partners and pull out their full power! Then I'll come after you Ash!"

"Better be careful champ, now that you're the strongest trainer, everyone will be gunning for your position." Delia stepped forward to talk to her son.

"But don't worry Ash, no matter what happens, you're always going to be the champion in the hearts of all your friends! You've always been my little champion even after you left Professor Oak's lab that day!"

"Oh, that's right!" Ash gasped. "I forgot to ask Professor Oak if Pikachu is okay!"

"Don't worry Ash." Kukui told him. "He's actually showing signs of waking up. Soon, your first buddy will be back to tip-top shape." Ash smiled.

"Awesome."

A/N: Alright, so once I took a look at HeroVoltsy's Ultra Moon walkthrough, I realized that I misplaced the Kukui battle. Gonna have to come up with a way to postpone it in the story. Anyway, I know this one's short and is just the victory lap montage, but it was interesting giving it more of a voice than in the game. Also, I know I took a prolonged break from writing, but for now I've sort of gotten bored of writing this story. I'll cover the post game after I've worked a bit more on my Let's Go Ash! story, but with the main game wrapped up I'm just about feeling tired of this. I'm going to wait until the compulsion to complete this wins me over. Let me know what you thought of this story as a whole, because I'm marking this as complete either way. Oh, and to that guest reviewer who asked about Charmander who was left on that rainy road, I'm sure one of the random trainers of whatever Route its on would adopt it. If Ash and friends randomly found it, it's likely someone else did too. So no need to worry about that detail. Review now please if you would so choose.
