Chapter 15: Special.
Bell and Aki sat beside each other, basking in the comfortable silence surrounding them as they watch the beautiful night sky.
They were just smiling enjoying each other's company as well as the cool breeze of the night.
Finally, Aki decided to speak, to break the silence that surrounds them even though she loved how comfortable and calming it is.
"You know, I noticed something the time we arrived here, you look kinda sad. Is something wrong in this place?" She glanced at the white haired boy beside her who returned her gaze before answering.
"This is the place where Aiz-san and I trained before your expedition to the deep floors, this is also the place where we became close and see each other as a friend. I think this actually became my special place since then. But when I found out that what I felt for her is something else, it sometimes bring me sadness." He gazed at the moon with a passive expression.
Aki just smiled as she hummed softly while swinging her feet at the open air. Since they are sitting at the end of the concrete before she spoke up.
"I see. I also noticed how much you've changed ever since our training, you didn't only grow in strength but you've also matured somehow. But you know what, I still find the you before a lot more attractive than the you right now." She put her index finger on his cheek as he starts to blush by her comment.
"U-Um! I don't think I've matured, I-I just have a more appropriate priorities now than before, I-I mean, you can't really call something as 'risking your life for your crush to notice you' a proper motivation to become stronger...!"
A light giggle escaped from the cat girl before silence envelop the two of them again.
A second later, they decided to move to the more flatter surface because it's a little bit late and who knows if they fell asleep here, it would end up disastrous for both of them because of the height of it if they fall from here.
"Bell?"
"Yes?"
"This feels like a date isn't it? Ehehe..." She's not really teasing him but it somehow feels like she is. And she's expecting this to kind of throw off Bell but what happened is the exact opposite of what she's thinking but, never the less. She's quite happy about his answer.
"I think so too, feeling each other's company and sitting side by side, talking about anything, enjoying the moment we spend together, this feels like a real date."
"Yeah... By the way, isn't your hair a little bit too long especially your bangs?" She reached out for his hair which caught him by surprise, he was about to lean to help Aki to inspect it but he fumbled on supporting his weight with his arms and accidentally pushed down Aki on the ground.
Bell's POV.
"Soft..."
That's the only thing I could think of aside from her fragrance. As our lips met during my fall.
Then, I was snapped back to the reality after noticing how long we've been starring at each other with our lips joined.
"U-Um...!!! I'M SO SORRY!!!" I stood up and did a dogeza immediately.
According to Kami-sama, dogeza is an ultimate technique used for asking a person a favor or for apologizing and it is the key on how she got the Hestia Knife from Hephaestus-sama for free. And now, I'm doing it to ask for forgiveness in front of the person I accidentally kissed just a second ago, hoping to get the same positive result.
Aki's POV.
"So gentle"I felt that feeling as soon as our lips joined.
I stared at him with wide eyes and red cheeks as I realize that he was also looking at me.
It lasted a few seconds until he pulled out and kneeled in front of me.
I could hear and feel my heart thumping so loud.
I placed both of my hands in front of my chest and clenched my fists to try and calm myself down but it didn't work.
I couldn't even hear what he was saying.
All I could here was my own heart and how it's screaming to get close to him again.
"A..." I tried speaking but words won't come out. Like I was punched by a goliath through the stomach and knocked out all the air I've got inside my lungs.
Normal POV.
"What's this feeling inside my chest?"While kneeling. Bell suddenly felt his chest tighten and could hear his own heart beat getting louder and louder.
"This feeling, it's somehow familiar but not at the same time... What is this?"He continued to ask his self in his thoughts.
A few seconds have passed and it didn't die down instead, it got worse as he could literally hear it like a drum they use during the monsterphelia.
"This is bad...!"
He looked up and was about to dash off until he saw Aki's expression.
Her very beautiful face now looks more beautiful than usual for some reason and it stunned Bell so much that he literally froze.

""I want to do/feel it again""The two said in their minds.
They unconsciously closed the gap between the two of them little by little until it was only a hair's strand gap before their lips could meet each other again.
But a very loud metal noise interrupted the two of them.
"It looks like you two are enjoying yourselves huh?" The High Elf princess appeared out of nowhere and stole both of their attention.
"R-R-Riveria-san!? W--WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!?" The rabbit boy panicked and started to back away but the wall behind him didn't let him get away from the furious high elf.
"AAA... EEEH... UUUUHHH..." Aki on the other hand couldn't mutter a single word out off her mouth because of the fear of getting burned up by Riveria's magic.
"SHUT. UP." A golden sword with a gold guard and blue handle suddenly appeared on her hands.
"RI-RIVERIA-SAN? WHEN DID YOU GET THAT SWORD!?"" The cat girl screamed in panick as the sword's light grew brighter and brighter.
"YOU TWO... AREN'T YOU ABOUT TO KISS EACH OTHER JUST NOW...!?"
"T-THAT'-"
"JUST YES OR NO!"
""Y-Y-YESSS!!!"" As they see that lying isn't the best option to do. They just admitted it hoping to end this as peaceful as possible.
"THEN... DISAPPEAR!"
"SSSSOOORRRRYYYY!!!!" Bell did a perfect Dogeza in front of her but it did nothing to ease her anger.
"PREPARE YOURSELF! EEEXX-!!!"
"WAIT! I KNOW YOU AND SABER HAVE THE SAME VOICE ACTRESS BUT..!!!"
"CAAAALIBUUUUURRRR!!!!!"
(Just joking... HAHAHA! Let's go back to the real story).
After getting interrupted by Riveria who saw them climbing up the wall earlier from her room. They decided to bid farewell to each other.
With some awkward conversation after what happened, they went back to their respective places.
Bell went back to the pub since they still haven't talked to Gobniu about the renovation and who wants to sleep inside a home full of Apollo's face everywhere.
Aki went back to the twilight manor and tried to sleep but couldn't so she stayed up the whole night thinking about what happened while trying to calm herself down.
Bell also couldn't sleep so he decided to move everyone who've fallen asleep to the tables to some vacant rooms inside the pub.
After carrying them around, he took a peek at the backyard and saw Mikoto still wide awake and just sitting at the small stair.
Mikoto noticed his pressence and called out to him.
"Bell-dono? When did you came back?" The eastern beauty stood up.
"I just got back and I also moved everyone to the vacan rooms and since they have limited ones, it will be shared by everyobe else" He walked towards her side.
"I see..." They sat down and basked in comfortable silence.
"By the way, where is Aki-dono? I saw you two going out earlier and also, why is your face red? Are you perhaps tired or sick?"
"N-NO! I just remembered something EHEHEHE..."
"I see... Then, if you'll excuse me. I'll take a rest now since I'll be helping Chloe-dono and the others clean the place early in the morning!" She smiled gracefully before waving and leaving Bell alone.
Twilight Manor.
Morning came and both Bell and Aki didn't manage to sleep.
That's why both of them looks so dead early in the morning.
Aki went downstairs to meet up with her cooking buddies with huge black rings around her eyes, this alarmed the two since she never had a sleepless night even before.
"Aki!? What happened to you!? It looks like you didn't sleep at all!" The red haired lady exclaimed.
"SSHHH!! Be quiet Narvi, everyone's still asleep aside from us, captain, Gareth-san and Aiz...!" Alicia whispered.
"Oh yeah, I forgot sorry."
"Anyway, the 4 of you went to that Bell Cranel's celebration right? Then why are you here already last night? Did something happen?" Alicia inquired.
Aki couldn't answer the question. Because everytime she remember what happened, she always remeber how it felt and how she almost went for another kiss with Bell until they got interrupted by Riveria who surprisingly didn't saw what they almost did.
Narvi and Alicia wondered why she's blushing this much but since she won't answer, they just shrugged it off.
"Let's just prepare breakfast for everyone." Alicia started to prepare the ingredients while Narvi and Aki are preparing the tools they need.
Hostess of Fertility.
"Bell? What happened to you? Don't tell me you didn't sleep last night?" Welf asked the zombie like rabbit who's sitting and eating his breakfast very slow.
"I'm okay... I just... No it's nothing..!" Remembering what happened last night, he started to cover his face with both of his hands as he felt the heat rising up to his face.
"Oh! I forgot to ask! What did you and Aki-dono did last night when both of you went out?" Being ignorrant on the matter. Mikoto just asked Bell carelessly.
After hearing Mikoto, Bell couldn't help but fear for his life as he felt the killing intent of 2 girls from his familia and one waitress from the pub they are in.
"T-T-This isn't what it looks like!?"
"Bell-san, you have a lot of explaining to do...???" The always smiling and radiant aura of Syr suddenly disappeared and was replaced by a smile that if you say something stupid in front of her. She'll kill you in a heart beat and the aura of a very dark aura.
""Waitress-kun/Syr-sama, explanation means nothing to me...!!!" Hestia and Lily chorused.
"Well then. You have any last wish?"
"PLEASE SPARE ME!!!!" Bell started to run for his life. Giving it his all to run as far as he can from both Hestia and Lily.
The two chased him and even though Hestia doesn't have any kind of power while Lily is still just a level 1, they still closed the gap between them and Bell within just a second.
THUD.
Bell suddenly bumped into someone who's seemingly strong because she kept her balance while holding Bell in her arms.
Noticing the orange battle dress and deep blue short hair. Bell looked up and saw Shakti starring at the two lady who's chasing him around.
"What's going on here?" He asked as her voice had a mix of both irritation and anger.
A/N: I'm sorry if this is a very short chapter, I couldn't recover my files since the hard disk took a lot of damage from the explosion.
This chapter was a lot different from what I really wrote but atleast, I managed to pull the important parts from it to here.
I planned to extend their little date for a whole chapter because that's what I did before but I didn't managed to.
