Author's Note: It won't be long folks, this story is almost over, and after that me and Lord Primeval are going to take a break from GXT and focus on other stories.

But don't worry we won't abandoned it, just giving us some time away and work on other stories we've been meaning to tackle.

But enough about that, lest get on with the next chapter!

Chapter 15: Attack on Infant Island pt. 2

This would normally be the moment that Eren would transform and protect the larva…

He should transform.

At this moment, the holder of the Beast Titan, his own brother, has ordered a horde of enhanced Titans to dog-pile on Kong while the rest headed towards the young goddess.

And right now, he would be able to free himself from Gabara's hold and transform….and yet he hasn't.

He even stopped thrashing. He just stood there. Watching the Titans approaching Mothra, ready to rip her apart…..and he was smiling.

As the Titans came ever closer, Mothra raised her head and opened her mouth, letting out a loud screech that echoed across the jungle.

CHHHEEEEERRRNNNNT!

To the forces of Marley on the island they covered their ears at the sound while the Elias prayed and released tears of joy. To the creatures on the island, each one stopped their hunting and foraging to listen.

Jean, Randy, Armin, Mikasa, Sanda, and Gaira all covered their ears at the loud echoes of Mothra's call.

"What the hell is going on now?!" Jean shouted.

"WHAT?!" Randy shouted, his ears ringing.

At the same time Mikasa, Armin, and Sanda noticed that Moll and Lora started running in the direction that Mothra went to, with Dayo running close behind them.

"Come on!" Armin shouted as he and Mikasa ran after them.

"Here we go again!" Jean shouted as he and Randy ran after them.

Sanda was going to follow but Gaira held onto his right arm, clearly afraid to let him go. Like a child not wanting to leave his parent's side. Seeing his brother's sacred face, he didn't want to leave him alone, but he was worried about Moll.

'Don't worry.'

Sanda was startled after hearing a male voice in his head. He frantically looked around to see who said it.

He relaxed as the elder of the other Elias, along with the rest, were climbing down the great steps.

The old man placed his hand on Gaira's, causing him to fall asleep.

'We will look after him. Now go, join your friends.'

Sanda nodded and ran after them.

Zeke, Eren, and Gabara covered their ears until finally Mothra stopped. When they looked back at her, to their surprise….the Titans all stopped.

'What? How could..?' Zeke was dumbfounded.

The Titans that just a second ago were charging for the kill, were now just standing. Even the abnormal ones that were running on all fours were standing upright.

Zeke glanced at the ones that were holding Kong, noticing that they stopped moving as well. But their expression was what surprised him.

The Titan's frozen expression that they kept before they changed were gone. Now they look like they've woken up from a horrible nightmare, tears and all.

"Attack!" He bellowed his command.

They didn't move.

"I said attack!"

Still the Titans would not move.

The Beast Titan clenched his right hand as a crystal object started to form.

'If you want something done right...'

The object took the shape of a crystal ball. He moved his left arm to cover his right hand and aimed straight at Mothra, whose head was looking right at him.

"Then do it yourself!" he growled.

Rapidly he hurled the crystal ball straight at the kaiju.

With the force of the throw the crystal ball would pierce her head and dig deep in her brain, killing her.

That is, if one of the Titans hadn't jumped up and took the hit itself.

The force of the blow launched the Titan over Mothra and landed just at the edge of the graveyard. Mothra turned her head to where the Titan fell.

Zeke was dumbfounded. His Titan form's expression matched his own.

'It…it took the hit.'

Even Gabara and Eren were shocked at this, all thinking the same thought.

'Is it controlling the titans?'

At that moment, Mothra turned towards the fallen Titan, moving towards it. Zeke watched it leaving, wasting no time he started creating another crystal sphere.

But before he was about to throw it the Titan in front of him turned around, it's face nearly caused him to drop the orb.

For the frozen expression of the Titan, this one in particular, who's face once showed sadness now shows a look of fierce determination.

The Titan then spread its arms wide, ready to shield Mothra from Zeke's attack like its former.

Soon enough the rest of the Titans behind it followed, each one sharing its expression and pose.

And the surprise didn't stop there.

"End. The. Suffering."

The Titan... spoke.

"End. The. Suffering." It said it again.

"End. The. Suffering." It repeated and then one by one, all the titans started chanting it.

As the Titans continued their chant Eren covered his ears, trying not to hear them, but their chanting continued until Eren screamed and ran off into the jungle.

Zeke tightened his grip on his weapon as he snarled, their chanting unbearable to him. As if every word they spoke was cutting the last strain of his sanity.

Until it finally snapped.

"YOU WANT ME TO END THE SUFFERING?!"

Zeke raised his fist, ready to toss it through them towards the insect.

"I'LL END YOURS!"

Then suddenly The Beast Titan was tackled at the left side by Kong, causing him to drop his weapon as Kong knocked him down.

In shock Zeke looked to where Kong once was, the Titans that held him down were just standing. No doubt they were effected by Mothra's call as well.

Before Zeke could make a move, Kong immediately wrapped his left arm around The Beast Titans chest along with his right arm, grasping his neck with his hands.

Zeke immediately knew what was going on; if he tried to move, Kong will squeeze his neck. But there was no way this creature could know about the actual Titan Shifter in nape of the neck?...could it?

It was at this moment that Mikasa, Armin and the others arrived as the first thing they saw was the downed Titan that jumped in front of Mothra.

"Crap, Titans!" Jean was ready to grab his sword but felt Moll grab his right shoulder.

"They won't harm us," She said calmly while Lora nodded in agreement.

"What?!"

That was all Jean could say at this.

"Moll, we are not dealing with Kaiju, these are Titans!" Armin argued. Then he and the others noticed its face.

The Titan was showing multitudes of expressions; a mix of pain and sorrow, but then it's face showed joy as Mothra neared it. They watched as she opened her mouth and released a wave of silked webs upon it.

Sanda finally caught up with them as he watched Mothra cocoon the Titan.

"She's do-do-doing the same th-thing she did to m-m-m-me and Gaira!"

The Titan didn't fight it and did not cry out. It just laid down as the webs covered its body.

Gabara didn't move at all since the Titan jumped in that worm's defense. He watched as the Titans that Zeke had full control over just turned on him and allowed that ape to be tackled by another ape. Not only that, but he watched as the worm started spraying some silk on the Titan…and it seems to be melting it.

Slapping himself out of this stuper, Gabara raised his left hand to his mouth.

'There is no way that worm is going to get rid of me!'

Just as Mothra closed her beak a flash of light shined behind her. She turned as Gabara's Titan body stood over her. Without giving her time to react Gabara grabbed near the end of her tail with both hands and let out his electricity attack.

Mothra screeched in pain as the electricity coursed through her body while Gabara used his strength to lift her up in the air and bashed her down on the ground.

"Hey!" Randy shouted. "That counts as child abuse, kaiju style!"

Mikasa was about to activate her 3d gear when Jean grabbed her left shoulder.

"Wait, we can't attack him!" He said.

"He's right," Armin added. "Gabara has electric powers. We won't be able to do anything to him without killing ourselves."

Sanda moved froward while raising his left hand to his mouth.

"I-I-I'll do it."

Moll turned away from the fight to see Sanda about to bite his hand.

"Sanda wait!"

But Sanda bit down hard on his hand and winched at the pain and then….nothing.

"Wh-what?"

Sanda bit down harder, but nothing happened. He was about to bite his other hand, but Moll grabbed his hands in hers.

"You cannot transform anymore," Moll said as Lora joined her.

"What do you mean he can't?" Randy asked being just as confused as everyone else.

Lora nodded. "Yes. Neither he or Gaira can ever transform again."

"But how?" Armin asked.

"Isn't it obvious?" Dayo looked at Sanda and he knew instantly.

"M-mothra," he said, making everyone look back at the fight. "She di-did it."

"So, wait, she cured him?" Jean asked.

"Well, she picked a bad time to do it," Randy said wincing as Gabara continued shocking the larva.

"Where is Eren when you need him huh?"

At that moment the Titans turned towards the attacker and immediately ran towards him, but were knocked away as Gabara used the Larva like a bat, knocking each Titan away.

Kong kept his grip on the Beast Titan, but as soon as he saw Mothra in distress the primate shook in his tracks. He looked at his prisoner and with a roar he pounded the Titan Shifter's head into the dirt and charged at Garbara.

The sadistic shifter slammed Mothra hard on the ground in front of him. He was ready to raise his right foot to crush the bug's head, but then he felt the ground shake behind him. He was about to turn around when his face made contact with Kong's left fist, knocking the Ogre Titan down.

Gabara landed on a pile of bones while Kong, not waiting for the shifter to stand, landed on his chest and started beating him with both hands.

Zeke watched as Kong continued to beat Gabara down. He was surprised to see the larva Kaiju still alive as it moved away from the two and turned to face his former Titan horde, which started to gather around her. Some were facing her while others stood guard, in case Gabara tried to attack again.

Zeke watched as Mothra raised her head and let out a stream of silk webs all across the Titans in front of her. He watched as the steam came off their bodies just after the silk made contact, as if the webs were melting them. Yet the titans did nothing as she continued.

'This kaiju can not only control pure Titans, but it can also produce a substance that can melt their flesh. It's still alive after being electrocuted and pummeled with brute force, despite it's lack of armor. Just what kind of creature is it?'

Zeke pondered that while this kaiju is focusing on the Titans, he could attack it right now and-

GO.

Zeke paused, that deep voice again.

Leave.

Much like before, Zeke didn't feel like questioning the voice, he simply obeyed. He emerged from the nape of his Titan form's neck and carefully ran back towards the jungle. After all, Eren ran in that direction, now more than ever must Zeke proceed with his plan.

This escape did not go unnoticed as Gabara, despite the constant barrage of fists, managed to see his 'leader' leave the area.

'THAT BASTARD!'

With a loud roar filled with hate, Gabara managed to grab both of Kong's fists and push him off his body. Kong tried to strike again as Gabera stumbled back on his feet, but Gabera caught both of the ape's fists. Their hands locked, both trying to bring the other down.

Kong snarled as Gabara thought his strength would push the ape down, while Kong wasn't going to give this foe the satisfaction of beating him.

Using all of his strength, Kong pushed Gabara and freed his hands and readied a strong left hook, only for the Titan Shifter to dodge the attack, allowing Gabara to slash Kong's face with his claws. This time it was Kong that was knocked down and Gabara was on top of him.

With a wicked grin, Gabra grabbed Kong by the neck with both hands and preceded to choke the primate while the members of the Corps watched helplessly.

"We've got to do something!" Mikasa said. She didn't enjoy just watching while doing nothing.

"Why isn't the worm doing anything!" Randy said to the twins who just looked at Kong with a shared look of concern.

Gabara laughed as Kong tried to rip the grip off his neck, but Gabara kept tightening his hold. The lack of air was starting to affect the King of the island, as each attempt he gave grew weaker and weaker.

'Now to give this beast a real shock!' he thought and as horn glowed Gabara unleashed a torrent of electricity through Kong.

Seeing this attack brought a smile on Dayo's face

"What are you smiling about?!" Jean shouted. "He's electrocuting him!"

Dayo looked at everyone oddly, "Have you forgotten what my people call him?"

Gabara let out a laugh like roar as he gave his victim a full charge of his electricity. How he loved to hear their screams of agony as they die and...

wait…where was the screaming?

He looked down as Kong stared back at him with fury in his eyes as electricity danced around his fur, teeth and even his eyes. The Thunder Guardian's muscles tensed up, the electricity boosting his adrenaline levels. Casually, Kong used both hands to grab onto his attacker's arms and without even a show of effort, pulled them off his throat and off Gabera's arms.

"HOLY SHIT!" Jean cried.

His reaction matched everyone else, minus Dayo and the twins, who looked at Kong happily.

Gabara roared in shock and pain as he stood away from his foe, but wasn't given a chance to react further as Kong quickly jumped up from the ground and punched Gabara right through the stomach.

"Man, the ape got jacked!" Randy cheered.

Gabara roared only for Kong's other fist to deliver a punch that ripped off his lower jaw. Gabara stumbled back just as his hands started to regenerate and allowing Kong's arm dislodge from his stomach. Kong shook the blood off his hands and started beating his chest; each pound causing sparks to shoot out.

'No…not again!'

Gabara glared at Kong. First those aliens, then Godzilla and now this ape?!

'NO! I. WILL. WIN!'

Gabara let out a loud wail despite his lower jaw ripped off. He charged straight for Kong, only for the ape to push Gabara down hard. As the Titan Shifter fell on his back, Kong grabbed his legs with both arms and with great strength lifted Gabara up and started to spin him around. After the tenth spin Kong released the Titan Shifter and all watched as the Ogre Titan yelled through the air and into the deeper parts of the jungle.

"And. He. Is. OUT OF THERE!" Randy cheered.

Kong started beating his chest and roared in victory.

Cheernt!

Kong stopped his victory cry as he turned to Mothra and the nearly webbed Titans. The larva started chirping at him, causing Kong to kneel before her like a knight to his queen as she continued.

"What's going on now?" Armin asked.

All eyes are on the twins, the group accepting the strange connection between them and the larva kaiju.

But before the twins could answer Kong stood up, let out a large roar, and headed out of the graveyard in the direction the group came when they first entered this area.

As Kong was out of sight, Mothra started spraying her webs on the last five Titans.

"She told Kong to head to the Marley base," Lora said.

"She asked him to attack it?" Mikasa asked.

The twins shook their heads

"She asked to defend it from an attack," Moll answered

"Why does she want him to help those Marley bastards?" Jean asked

"Remember that the rest of my people are there," Dayo said. "And not all Marleyans are bad.

Jean rolled his eyes. 'Like we ever meet ones that didn't want to kill us!'

"But wh-what's going t-t-to attack it?" Sanda asked

"We don't know," Moll said as Lora finished. "But something is coming.

"So…should we go and help them?" Randy suggested

"What about Eren?" Mikasa said, "With whatever is happening to him he could be in great danger!

"Zeke w-was here," Sanda added. "He of-often talked a-a-a-about capturing E-e-e-eren for some time.

"Give me a break!" Jean butted in, "This is Eren we're talking about, he wouldn't let himself be captured again. No doubt when Kong came here Eren must have gotten away. I bet soon enough we'll see that familiar light somewhere and Eren will come charging in at the last second."

The group nodded knowing that is what Eren would do. Soon enough Mothra finished and the entire group of Enhanced Pure Titans were all cocooned. She started her way to the direction that Kong went.

At that moment the cocoon that held the Titan the gang saw started to deflate as something small started to emerge from it, just like what had happened to Sanda and Gaira.

The group were cautious, but Moll, Lora, and Dayo walked up to it. Dayo started to pull some of the webs off, revealing an old man around his 50's. His bald, bearded face the same as the Titan that was once there.

Dayo started to pull the man halfway out of the silk prison just as he opened his eyes. He started shaking and gasped for air like he was holding his breath for a long time. Moll and Lora placed their hands on his cheek in a soothing matter.

"You're safe now," The twins said softly. "Your suffering is over."

The old man looked at his hands, then his body. Touching and pinching himself, checking if it was a dream. Then he started laughing, tears fell from his eyes. Tears of joy.

He turned his attention to Mothra, now nearing the edge of the graveyard. He slowly started emerging himself from his spot and tried to walk, but only managed to stumble and fall on his knees.

"Hey, easy old guy," Randy said, as he helped Sanda with the old man. "You've just gone from Titan to human, must have taken a lot out of you."

But the man didn't respond. He just stared at Mothra. His tears of joy fell freely from his eyes as he smiled for the longest time.

"Thank you!" He cried out to Mothra, his arms raised up in prayer. "Thank you!"

Soon enough all the cocoons started to disintegrate, steam escaping from them. The group watched all this happen, and it was then they found out the answer;

Mothra was curing the Titans.

The sun was high in the sky on the docks of Infant Island. Elias continued loading crates with more scraps of metal freshly mined. Higher and higher the goods were stacked, waiting for the next ship to come in.

Watching from above, two soldiers stood inside the communication tower, keeping an ear out by the radio.

"Have you received the message from that ship yet?"

"That's a negative," the second soldier responded. "And we are two hours past report time."

"They should have made it halfway by now."

"It does seem like there's a storm on the horizon, perhaps they're just caught in it."

"Let's just hope so, otherwise-"

GAAAAROOOOOO!

As if the universe was confirming his answer, a loud roar echoed in the distance. The two immediately turned to the window, seeing a large thing far out in ocean. It drew closer and closer, the soldiers could see it's spiked, domed back.

Angiurus has finally arrived on Infant Island.

"Alert! Alert!" One of the soldiers shouted into one of the microphones. "Large creature incursion in sector 3! Repeat: Large creature incursion in sector 3! Request for defense, code 14! Code 14!"

As the alarm sounded, Anguirus climbed onto the docks, causing the workers to scuffle in panic. The gargantua continued onto land, carelessly stomping on man-made structures as he made his way forward. The watchtower knocked over by his tail as he passed.

Moll's message came from here. He could feel it.

In no time at all, the beast found his way to The Elder wall. The guards along the wall took notice of the massive dinosaur and began to bombard Anguirus with cannonballs. Most of them shattered on impact with his skin, not even warranting a response.

Anguirus stopped for a moment and stared at the barrier in front of him. He was figuring in his head if he should burrow under it, or jump over.

But time was of the essence. He'll just have to barge through.

The massive reptile took about four steps back. Before the cheering soldiers knew what was happening, Anguirus began to run. He curled into a ball as he picked up speed, ramming through the Elder Wall, causing ancient wood and humans to fly in the air as his body just kept rolling into the jungle.

After demolishing sections of forest and inadvertently terrorizing the local wildlife, he uncurled. Anguirus sniffed the air, trying to catch a scent. After around a minute, he found it.

Deciding to go on foot for now, he went forward to search for his lost human ally.

Back where the docks once stood, a dark cloud made its way towards the shore. A bright blue light from the ocean shone below it. A gigantic, sharp-toothed head emerged from the ocean.

The Islanders and military men had never seen or heard the likes of The Great Predator, but the sight of him making his way to land filled them with dread. Godzilla opened his mouth and let loose a beam.

"Captain Gordon, we've just detected a high discharge of radiation!"

Gordon slammed his fist on the captain's chair.

"That's it! Make way to the other side of the island, we're going ashore!"

Miyuki walked next to Captain Gordon.

"At least we've confirmed that roar; Anguirus was one of the creatures we detected."

"What the HELL is he doing here?!"

"No clue," she responded. "Maybe the group was able to send a signal somehow?"

Gordon nodded, his stern face showed growing signs of worry.

"Yeah, but what about the source of that radiation?"

"Perhaps it's Godzilla?" Miyuki guessed.

Gordon gave a sarcastic look.

"Are you serious? Nothing could have survived that explosion, no matter where it ended up."

"I know," she said. "But the signature is too close. Maybe it's a parallel version? One that's been hiding in this universe? There's still too much about this world we don't know yet."

Gordon thought on that for a moment.

"Maybe," he said.

"Sir!" cried out one of the crewmen on the monitors. "Our scans have detected an object flying towards the island!"

Gordon gripped his seat hard after that.

"Great, what the hell is it this time!?"

Author's Note: Looks like infant island is going to have a big kaiju rumble coming up! Hope the gang can get out of this one, and what is going to happen to Eren you might ask?...well….I like….suspense.
