In Ninjago City, Spitta is running away as he's being chased by the ninja. He is first stopped by Zane with his shurikens at the ready and his eyes were silted as if he was ready to pounce. Zane threw his shurikens on the ground and it froze the ground and Spitta couldn't keep his balance. He slid down the ice and saw a big blue ball of lightning slowly going to the ground. It was Jay with his nunchucks.
Spitta ran down an alleyway to escape from the ninja, but he tripped over some boxes. However, Kai was there with fire surrounding him and his sword at the ready. 'I've got to get out of here!' Spitta turned around to leave the alley but Cole was there.
Spitta fell to the ground after running into Cole and Cole asked, "Going somewhere?"
"Uh-oh!" The Ninja surrounded him and held their weapons at his neck to prevent him from escaping.
"Thought you could joyride through town and not be noticed, eh? Where's the last Fangblade?" Jay demanded from the Serpentine.
"I don't know what you're talking about," Spitta said hoping to come off as a stupid grunt.
"You know what it is. The fourth Fangblade. When Pythor finds them all, he plans to unleash the Great Devourer," Kai told him.
"Oh, that Fangblade. Haha, you're too late. Pythor's already there now. He's probably already digging it up. If I were you, I'd start preparing for the worst, because when the Great Devourer is awakened, there will be nothing it won't consume!"
"I've talked with other snake hybrids who know of the Great Devourer. They have told me a lot about it. They have said the same thing, it will consume everything, including you and all other Serpentine."
Spitta took a moment to absorb this knowledge then began freaking out. Hysterically, Spitta begged, "Ah! Please, you have to stop him. That snake is crazy. I don't wanna unleash the Great Devourer. I'm a snake, not food!"
"Is it really too late to stop Pythor from getting the last Fangblade?" Kai asked him.
"You're days behind him. There's gotta be something else you can do!" With the information they gained, the Ninja decided to leave Spitta alone since he didn't seem to harm anyone.
On the Bounty, the Ninja returned, reported everything they learned to the rest of the team, and are locating the location of the last Fangblade.
"The Venomari's right. By the time we cast sail clear across the other side of Ninjago, Pythor will have already beat us to the last Fangblade," Nya told them as she was showing them a map of where they need to go.
"Oh, come on, guys. This is the last one. We gotta get it. We gotta think of something," Jay nearly shouted.
"Hmm," Cole thought to himself.
"Hey," Lloyd said getting everyone's attention. They turned to the young ninja to hear what he had to say. "All we have to do is just get one Fangblade to stop him. What if we take back the other three? Pythor wouldn't risk having them all on him. He's probably hidden them somewhere while he goes for the fourth."
"It's so simple," Cole said.
"Huh, why didn't I think of that?" Kai asked.
"It can't be that easy," Jay concluded.
"Easy? Taking the other three would be far more dangerous. Animals will have their treasures or pack protected by some of their strongest warriors. Pythor would undoubtedly have them protected by his top generals."
"Ha, finally. I don't have to hold back," Kai said ready for a fight that he didn't have to hold back for.
"Even if you could steal the other three, you don't even know where they are," Garmadon told them bringing them back to reality.
"He's right. For the past few weeks, there have been almost no Serpentine sightings. How are they moving around? It's like they're ghosts," Wu said agreeing with his brother.
"Or snakes. Bridge, give me a sonar sweep of Ninjago," Nya said realizing the answer to their problem. The computer showed no activity.
"See, nothing. It's just like Sensei said," Kai told her.
Nya turned to her brother and said, "But what if they aren't traveling above ground? They're snakes, right? Snakes burrow." She turned back to the computer. "Bridge, now give me a sonar sweep of Ninjago but twenty feet below surface." The computer shows them the tunnels the Serpentine created and used throughout Ninjago. It showed that the tunnels were connected together.
"All the tombs have been interconnected," Kai noticed.
"To make one massive underground fortress," Cole added.
"And all this time, right under our noses," Jay said, noticing this as well.
"Or rather, feet, claws, paws, and talons," Zane told them.
Kai looked at the map and saw an intensely fortified area. "There, that's the most protected area. The Fangblades must be held there."
"Then what are we waiting for? Nya, set the course," Wu told her.
"Already on it. We'll be there by sunup," Nya told him.
The next day, the ninja prepare for battle against the Serpentine. "There is no room for error. The Serpentine have shown that they have great powers, and to combat them, you must turn their greatest strengths into their greatest weaknesses. Kai, how will you defeat the Hypnobrai?"
Kai pulled down a blindfold to cover his eyes. "Their hypnotizing powers are useless if their opponent can fight without relying on his eyes." Kai fought against an imagery enemy with his sword.
"Good, Jay, the Fangpyre is fast and his bite sharp."
"But if he can't bite through your skin..." Jay tapped the armor on his arm with his nunchucks. "...he can't turn you into one of them."
"Yes." Wu turned to Cole. "Cole, the Constrictai are strong." Wu pushed a button on his remote and trapped Cole in a net. "And they will not let go."
"But instead of fighting back, one must try to loosen up." Cole loosened up and was able to free himself. "And a little soft shoe doesn't hurt." Cole kicked the net away once he finished talking.
Wu turned to Zane. "Zane, the venom of the Venomari can make you see things. Cloud your perception."
"Then I will use my sense of smell and hear. Like Kai, I don't need my sight to fight."
"Very good. I have trained you well. You are all ready," Wu told them, proud of how far that they have come.
"What about you, Sensei? Will you fight? We need all the help we can get," Kai asked, hoping Sensei Wu would join them.
"My concern is that my old bones cannot keep up, but I will be there in spirit," Wu told them.
On the intercom, Nya told them, "We're arriving at the Mountain of a Million Steps. You all might want to see this."
The Mountain of a Million Steps had changed, there were more dirt piles in and around the mountain."Look at all those piles of dirt."
Nya parked the Bounty by the top of the mountains. "Wonder what those snakes are up to?" Kai asked.
"Wait for me," Lloyd shouted as he ran down the stairs.
"This is not your fight. The Green Ninja is too important for a future destiny. You shall stay with me," Wu told his nephew.
Nya came down in her Samurai X mech suit and said, "Well, he's gonna have to look after himself, because we made room for you." She points to a seat on her Mech that she created earlier.
"Well, you said you were concerned that you couldn't keep up, so Jay and Nya rejiggered the design so you could come along. Well, what do you think?" Kai asked him.
"I think...shotgun! Haha!" Wu jumped onto the seat with glee.
"I will stay back with Lloyd. I don't enjoy saying this but...good luck," Garmadon told them.
The team climbed down a rope and once they reached the bottom, there was no one there except the drawings and dirt surrounding them.
Jay whispered to Zane, "I thought you said this place would be heavily guarded, Zane."
Zane smelled the air around them. "There were here. The scent is faint but not for a while. I imagine that they haven't been here since Cole and I were here last.
Cole noticed a few drawings of them on the wall. "Hey, check this out." They walked over to the wall and saw one of them with a mustache on their face.
"Pfft." Jay scoffed. "That doesn't even look like me."
"Ugh, they're gonna pay for that," Kai said annoyed at the drawing of them.
"I mean, at least give me a decent mustache." Cole went to rub the drawing, but the wall opened, revealing a secret passageway. "Uh, I meant to do that." They ran inside to enter the inner sanctum where the Generals are. They saw the four Generals at a table having a conversation while the other Serpentine surrounding them were having their own conversations.
"So, what happens when the Great Devourer is unleashed? Will it really consume everything?" Fangtom asked.
"I hope so, if only to teach the surface dwellers a lesson for locking us underground for so many years," Skalidor answered.
"Who knows if the legend is even true? I for one am curious to see what happens," Acidicus told them.
Skales slithered to them and reminded them, "Keep alert, Pythor should be back soon."
"There's too many to deal with at once. I say we travel by shadow," Kai told them with the others nodding in agreement.
"Right behind you," Nya told her brother.
"And I'll be right behind you," Wu told Nya. The Ninja proceeded to sneak their way down to take the Fangblades without being discovered.
Back on the Bounty's bridge, Lloyd walked in on Garmadon typing something on the computer. "Transferring files."
Lloyd gasped at what his father was doing. "You're stealing?" Garmadon turned around to see his shocked son. "Dad, my friends are risking their lives to save Ninjago, and you go behind their backs to gain an advantage?"
Feeling guilty, Garmadon explained to his son, "I'm sorry, but I can't help it. Ever since the Devourer bit me, evil runs through my blood."
"You left me for so long. Where did you go?" Lloyd asked hoping to get the answer to a question he's had for years.
"Son, there are places in this world void of any good. Dark places."
"Is that where Sensei found you?" Lloyd asked him.
"You know how I've always wanted those Golden Weapons, well, this place allowed me the power to possess them," Garmadon told him.
"But why didn't you take me with you?"
"Every boy has a choice to grow up to be whoever they want to be. But I never had that choice. Because I was bitten, evil runs through my veins. But you still have a choice. You don't need to be like me, Lloyd. Your uncle has a plan for you, and even though it may be to stop me one day, we have to follow our own destiny. And after I help the ninja stop Pythor, I'll need to leave again," Garmadon explained hoping Lloyd would understand.
Angry, Lloyd shouted, "Then why don't you just leave now!?"
"Lloyd..."
"No, really! Go back to whatever evil place you came from."
On the computer, Nya called in with an emergency call, but each time Nya spoke a sentence, static came through. "All right, Operation Stealth was a total bust. We're gonna need reinforcements. Anyone there?" Garmadon reached for the computer but was stopped by his son.
"We don't want your help, and we don't need you here. Maybe it would've been better if you hadn't come at all."
"If...if that's the way you feel," Garmadon said with sadness in his voice. 'I'm sorry, Lloyd. I didn't mean to hurt you.' With that, Garmadon left Lloyd alone.
Lloyd pressed several buttons to help Nya but nothing worked. He turned on a coffee machine. I'm trying to help, Nya. Just hold on."
In the fortress, the Ninja were getting surrounded by snakes. They were climbing up the chains and running to them on the walkway that they were on.
"Lloyd, can you hear me?" All of them were soon surrounded by all the Serpentine and were ready to defend the Fangblades. "Ugh, I'm not getting anything," Nya told the others.
A Venomari climbed up the Samurai X suit to attack Wu, but Wu used hot tea to force it off of the armor. "Forget them. We need to fight back. Ninja, show them what you've learned."
"Always wanted to make you my main squeeze," Skalidor said as he gripped Cole with his tail.
"Must relax. Think loose." It took Cole just a few seconds to free himself from Skalidor's grip.
"What?!" Skalidor said shocked. 'Impossible! Our grip is stronger than titanium.'
"Haha! Triple Tiger Sashay!" Cole then knocked out Skalidor, a Constrictai, and a Venomari with no issues. 'The plan is working!'
Kai was surrounded by five Hyponobrai and one of them was Skales. "You're surrounded, young Fire starter. Perhaps you can now do our bidding," Scales tried to hypnotize Kai but Kai had a plan. "Ugh. Must not look." Kai closed his eyes to stop the attack. "Ninja, go!" Kai used Spinjitzu on the Hypnobrai trapping them all at once. "I wish I could see me now, because you all just got Kai'd."
Jay was attacking the Fangpyres with his nunchucks. From behind Jay, one of Fangtom's heads tried to bite him on his armor but screamed when he got hurt. Jay turned to Fangtom and said, "What's wrong? Don't like the taste of defeat?" Jay tapped his armor to show that they couldn't turn him. "Well, get used to it."
"Looking good," Nya said to Jay as she landed next to him.
"Thanks. You look great too," Jay said in a loving voice.
"Don't mean to interrupt the lovebirds, but we do have Fangblades to capture," Zane told them as he was getting surrounded by the various tribes of Serpentine and he attacked two of them with the ice from his shurikens. A Venomari used his venom on him causing Zane to hallucinate. In Zane's eyes, all of the Serpentine were turning into various fruits and vegetables like bell peppers, carrots, and apples. Jay, Kai, and Cole came to help but they turned into a shrimp(Kai), a cooked chicken(Jay), and a large sandwich with everything on it(Cole). "Use your sense of smell and hearing, none of this is real." With that, Zane was able to fight the Serpentine surrounding him. He kicked one away and punched two that were behind him with ease. 'It pays to be a hybrid, especially one with an excellent sense of smell and hearing.'
The Ninja began to back up closer to the Fangblades as more Serpentine started to surround them. They used their weapons to fight against the oncoming Serpentine. Zane threw his shurikens and kicked a Serpentine away then his shurikens came back and he caught them with ease. Cole hit a Serpentine on the head with his sytheEventually, Kai noticed the Fangblades out in the open. "Look, the Fangblades."
"I'll let you have the honors," Cole offered to Kai.
"Oh, no. After you," Kai told him.
Cole ran towards the Fangblades, but his hand got trapped. "Aah! It's a trap!" A cage surrounded the Ninja, Nya, and Wu.
The situation got worse once Pythor came in with his scouting party and the last Fangblade in hand. "Come, come, can this get any better? Seriously, they fell right into my trap."
A claw came up and pulled the cage up into the air and Kai asked, "Oh, this isn't good. Where's Lloyd when you need him?"
Lloyd tried pressing more buttons but nothing worked. He couldn't get back contact with Nya nor any of the other Ninja. 'Nothing's working! Why didn't they tell me how to work this thing?' Lloyd was at a loss at what to do. But then got an idea, he ran to his uncle's room and changed into his ninja gi. "The Green Ninja is here to save the day."
Lloyd ran back to the computer and put his hood back on to see if he could do anything to get contact back with Nya or the Ninja. As he was running though, Nya came back up. "Lloyd? Lord Garmadon? Is anyone there?"
Static was coming through as Nya was speaking but Lloyd responded to her, "It's me, Nya. I'm here. But my dad left. How are you guys holding on?" Lloyd noticed the static coming through.
"Nya? Hello?"
Nya threw a rock at the radio and it seemed to fix it. "We're fine, but we're a little held up at the moment. Our weapons have been taken, and we're locked in cages."
"And Pythor's returned with the fourth Fangblade," Cole told him.
"Lloyd, where did your father go?" Zane asked him.
"I-I told him to leave. He was trying to steal secrets."
"Oh, big surprise there. I told you about that guy, but you guys wouldn't listen," Kai told the others but they ignored him
"My dad's going back to where he came from. But don't worry, I'll save you."
Once Wu heard that he went to the edge of the cage and told Lloyd, "You're not ready, Lloyd. Your destiny is too great to risk."
Cole then told Wu, "I hate to break it to you, Sensei, but if we don't get out of here before Pythor unleashes the Great Devourer, I think this will be the end of all our destinies."
"Ugh, I'll get you out of there in a jiff." Lloyd went to the weapons cabinet and tried to take a weapon, but they fell on him. "Ouch."
At the bottom of the cave, the Serpentine were yelling at the captured Ninja. They had finally defeated their greatest enemy. They quieted down once Pythor started speaking. "Together, we have taken back the four Fangblades. When we return them to the City of Ouroboros, together we will unleash the Great Devourer!" Everyone cheered at the sound of that. "To the City of Ouroboros!"
Chokun, a Constrictai warrior, walked to Pythor hesitantly and said, "We spent so much time digging this underground fortress, it'd be a shame not to use it a little bit more."
Acidicus agreed, "At least let us celebrate in capturing the ninja." Snappa, a Fangpyre, nodded in agreement.
Skales then whispered to Pythor, "Give them this victory, and tomorrow we will return the blades to Ouroboros."
"Fine, but I don't want anyone here to let down their guard, you hear me?" Pythor whispered to Skales who nodded in agreement. "Then tonight, we celebrate with a Slither Pit!" The Serpentine cheered loudly and prepared the area for a Slither Pit. A Constrictai and A Venomari approached each other with swords and began to fight.
Nya and Wu sighed as the battle went on below. 'Please, Lloyd, do not come. I fear you could do more harm than good. Your destiny is too important.'
Zane sat down and meditated. His tail flickered behind him and his ears flickered every so often. Kai paced back and forth. He sighed in frustration. 'I can't just sit here and do nothing. Once they leave, Ninjago will be in great danger.'
Jay and Cole created a checkerboard and used rocks, a pencil, and hair gel as the pieces.
"Ugh, so all we can do is just wait? This is killing me," Kai complained.
Wu turned to Kai and told him, "Patience. Lloyd will figure something out."
Even though Lloyd was the Green Ninja, Kai still had his doubts about him. "We're putting all of our trust into the son of the greatest villain Ninjago has ever seen. Uh, is anyone else having doubts about this plan?" Kai went to the edge of the cage to get closer to the Sword of Fire. "Just because we don't have our weapons doesn't mean we can't use our powers. We just need to focus." Kai closed his eyes and concentrated on getting his sword closer to him or having it melt the chain that it was in.
"The chamber was built out of Vengestone. Our Elemental Powers are rendered useless. Patience."
Kai sighed at what Wu told him. 'Maybe I can slip out of the cage with something.' Kai walked over to Jay and Cole and took the tube of hair oil from their checkboard.
"Hey, that hair oil was just about to be kinged," Jay told him a bit annoyed he took it.
"Yeah? Well, I'm just about to get us out of here." Kai went back to the edge of the cage and spread the hair oil on his gi.
"Whoa, greaseball. How about warning us before you do that?" Cole said a bit grossed out.
"Unh, you can make jokes all you want, but I don't think we need our special powers to get out of here. Just a little ingenuity." It took a bit but with the help of the hair gel, Kai managed to slip through the bars of the cage with ease and none of the snakes noticed.
"He made it," Jay said with glee.
"Look at that," Zane commented.
"All right, slickster. But now what?" Cole asked.
"Now, we quietly do a little ball and chain." Carefully, Kai wrapped the chain around one of the bars of the cage and climbed down the chain. 'Careful, Kai. I need to do this as quietly as possible.'
Fang-Suei, a Fangpyre announcer, said, "Let's change the game, shall we?" He pulled a lever that spun a wheel until it landed on a picture of a pool with smoke coming from it. "Vat of Venom!" He added venom to the arena. It made a sort of spiderweb pattern. "Next two fighters!" A Hypnobrai and a Constrictai started their duel as Kai started to swing on the chains.
"It's working, keep going," Nya told her brother as the cage started to slightly swing back and forth.
"Come on, everyone. Let's see if we can throw our weight around," Cole told the others. Zane, Cole, and Jay started running back and forth causing the cage to swing, but it made a loud creaking noise as it did.
"Come on, more speed," Jay said and they started to run a bit faster. Unbeknownst to the Ninja, Pythor heard them moving the cage. He slithered up to their level to catch them.
"Next one and I've got it. Push." Now, everyone was running back and forth to help shake the chain that Kai was on. 'Okay, one... two... three!' Kai jumped and grabbed the edge of the rock and tried to climb up but Pythor was there waiting for him.
Pythor grabbed Kai's wrist and said, "Uh, uh, uh. Trying to escape, are we?"
"Heh. I bet this looks kind of bad, doesn't it, huh?" Pythor not only puts Kai back in the cage, but he also chained the team's wrists to the bars. They also chained up Zane's tail so it couldn't pick the locks or free them with it.
Cole then said sarcastically to Kai, "Great, we're in such a better place than we were before."
"And now we can't even play checkers," Zane commented. 'I was hoping to play the winner after Cole and Jay's game.'
"I was gonna be kinged, Kai," Jay told him.
Nya turned to Wu and told him, "Don't worry, Sensei. I have faith in Lloyd."
Lloyd was climbing up the Mountain of a Million Steps. "Whoosh. Ninja roll." Lloyd rolled on the ground but not like the Ninja would. "Flying Drag..." He tripped over his feet but recovered quickly. "Ninja recover! Whoosh. Ninja roll." Lloyd rolled down the mountain as if he was rolling down a hill then once he recovered, he went down the rope.
Zane smelled the air and noticed something different. 'That smells like...' Zane stood up and Kai noticed this as well. "Hey, look up there. It's Lloyd."
The others stood up once they saw Lloyd. Nya smiled at the sight of him and was nervous but relieved. "Come on, Lloyd. You're the Green Ninja. You can do this." Lloyd ran down the stairs but as he was running, he failed to notice a rock and tripped on it. "That one hurt. Ow!" The Ninja, Nya, and Wu watched him continuously fall. After hitting his head, Lloyd rolled into the army of Serpentine near the spinning wheel. The Serpentine looked at each other with confusion and shock. "I really gotta grow into this thing." Lloyd stood up dusted himself off then stared at Pythor. "Well, if we don't meet again, Pythor. Unhand the ninja, or suffer humiliation against the Green Ninja!" Instead of feeling threatened by Lloyd's threat, they just laughed at him.
"Oh, yeah? You and what army?" Pythor asked between laughs.
Lloyd whimpered a bit in fear. 'Maybe this was a bad idea,' Lloyd thought to himself. "Uh, how about my army of fists?" He asked hesitantly. He punched the air, but almost fell again. The Serpentine laughed at him once again.
"Or this army?" Garmadon asked. Garmadon had returned but with the army of Skulkin.
"Dad!"
"Lloyd, you helped me realize I do have a choice. And if there is anyone who is going to threaten Ninjago, it better well be me."
Pythor was shocked to see the Skulkin army with Garmadon again. "The Skeleton army? But why would they fight beside you? You betrayed them and Samukai long ago."
"Because everybody hates snakes and not snake hybrids!" Kruncha shouted back with the rest of the army laughing.
"Attack!" Pythot shouted.
"Attack!" Kruncha shouted. The two armies ran at each other and began to fight. As the two armies fought, Pythor grabbed the Fangblades then pulled a lever that made the cage descend into the vat of venom.
"Hey, we're moving," Jay noticed.
"Yeah, the wrong way," Cole told him seeing that they were going into the venom below them.
Skales was fighting against the Skulkin when he turned, he saw Nuckal blabbering him. Skales just laughed at his stupidity. "Are you serious?"
Kruncha came from behind and hit Skales hard with a bone sword. "He never saw that coming."
"Uh, saw what coming?" Kruncha sighed disappointedly with Nuckal then hit him causing his head to spin.
The cage that the Ninja were in was now in the acid. The Ninja climbed the bars of the cage so they wouldn't touch the acid. "Lloyd!" Nya shouted
Lloyd ran through the fight and pulled a level that freed the Ninja and their weapons. "Told you I'd save you."
"Go, ninja, go," Kai said. Then the Ninja grabbed their weapons and Nya got into her Samurai X suit with Wu getting into the seat they made.
"Ninja, go!" The Ninja used their Spinjitzu to clear a path and help the Skulkin fight the Serpentine. Pythor tried to escape but Garmadon stopped him. The two engaged in a brief battle before Pythor slithered away.
"So long, sucker," Pythor slithered away but he wasn't looking at where he was going so he bumped into Cole.
Cole turned around and the Ninja were ready to fight the purple snake. "Going somewhere?" Cole asked
"Oh, dear." Cole took the Fangblades, but before they could do anything, Pythor disappeared.
"Where did he go?" Cole asked as he looked around for Pythor.
"Who cares? We have the Fangblades. Let's get out of here," Kai told him.
"Ninja, go!" The Ninja used their Spinjitzu to fight off the remaining snakes at the exit with Nya, Garmadon, and Lloyd following from behind.
"Don't worry about us. We'll keep fighting the good fight," Nuckal shouted at the escaping Ninja. Kai stopped doing his spinjitzu and saluted the Skulkin army.
"I never thought I'd be saying this, but go, ninja, go!" Kruncha shouted.
The Ninja got on the Bounty then left the Mountain of a Million Steps.
Later that evening, Lloyd, back in his black outfit, went to find his father and found him packing up. "You're leaving?" Lloyd asked in a disappointed voice.
Garmadon turned to Lloyd and told him, "Now that you are safe, and the Ninja have the Fangblades, there is nothing else I am needed for."
"I need you," Lloyd told him. Garmadon looked sad and Lloyd sighed. "I know you have to leave, but know this: when we meet again, I'm gonna do everything in my power to defeat you."
Garmadon chuckled a bit then patted Lloyd on his head. "I wouldn't have it any other way." Garmadon grabbed his suitcase then opened the door to leave. "Oh, and, son? You're a good boy. Soon, you'll be a great man. Although we're now on opposite sides, I'm still very proud of you."
"Wait, I can get you one of Jay's gliders. You probably don't need it, but it..." Lloyd walked to the cabinet by the Ninja's bed to get one of Jay's gliders but when he turned back, his father was already gone.(He sees that he already left. "...might help. So long, Dad."
On the bridge, disco music is playing over the speaker as the Ninja celebrated their victory over getting the four Fangblades. Lloyd, in his Green Ninja gi, walked into the room with a sad look on his face. Nya noticed him walking in alone. "He left, didn't he?" She asked him. Lloyd nodded confirming Nya's question. "Then have some Snogfruit Punch. Cole made it, and it's actually not bad." She handed him a glass filled with the yellow drink. She raised her glass in a toast, grabbing everyone's attention. "To Lloyd's dad!"

Everyone cheered and continued to celebrate but outside, Pythor was watching them through a window. Pythor dropped his invisibility then said, "You're going to miss more than him when I get through with you, Ninja. He laughed evilly as he made plans to retrieve the Fangblades once again and prevent Zane from smelling and hearing him.
Zane's ears flickered at the sudden noise outside the ship. He looked outside the window and saw nothing. Thinking it was a bird, he continued to party with his friends.
