Today was the day that Lana Loud and Carl Casagrande have been waiting for since they were 12 years old. With both of them now 23 years old, they were going to officially become a married couple. Lana had to wait until all her older siblings got married at 23 years old until she could get married herself, per the agreement in place for years.

Lana would not be the first member of the Loud family to get married to a member of the Santiago-Casagrande family. She wouldn't even be the second Loud to marry a member of that family. Lana was preceded first by eldest child Lori, who married Bobby Santiago, and then by her only brother Lincoln, who married the former Ronnie Anne Santiago.

Many expected that Carl would hook up with Adelaide Chang, who was the younger sister of Sid Chang, now known as Sid McBride after marrying Clyde. To everyone's surprise, Adelaide preferred Carl's older brother by two years, CJ, who had Down syndrome, while Carl hooked up with Lana, figuring Lola would want a prince-type as her husband, which turned out to be true. When they were 12, Carl and Lana began interacting with each other more as they began a long-distance relationship.

It would no longer be a long-distance relationship after they graduated high school. This was because they would be attending college together at the University of Michigan, where every Loud kid starting with Leni attended college. Coming out of college, Lana wanted to start a chain of auto repair shops, citing her experiences often repairing Vanzilla for her father.

The biggest thing attracting Carl to Lana was the fact that she was a tomboy, and Carl felt he could make a better connection with Lana than with Lola, given Carl and Lana turned out to have some of the same interests.

Almost everyone from previous Loud kid weddings was in attendance to see Carl and Lana tie the knot. Lynn Sr. and Rosa teamed up once again to cater the wedding, and once again, everyone in attendance expected Lynn Sr. to have an extreme emotional breakdown. Meanwhile, the Moon Goats once again served as the musical entertainment, doing so for free once again, given that lead singer Luna Loud was Lana's older sister.

By this time, every Loud kid from Lori to Lincoln in birth order had at least one child of their own, while Lucy was expecting her first with Rocky. Luna and Sam had their children through the former getting impregnated artificially. Luna volunteered to be the one to do it every time, given she was bisexual while Sam was a lesbian.

Lana would receive the funding to start the chain of auto shops from her father, who ran the successful chain of restaurants, Lynn's Table.

The priest who officiated previous Loud kid weddings except that of Luan, due to her having a Jewish wedding after having converted to Judaism, would also officiate the wedding of Carl and Lana too.

The priest began to speak. "I understand that the groom, Carl, and the bride, Lana, have written their own vows." Writing one's own vows had been the standard for most Loud kid weddings.

Carl spoke his vows first. "When I first met you at age 7 upon my family temporarily moving to Royal Woods thinking we were cursed, I've considered you to be very important in my life. But our relationship really started to evolve when we were 12 years old. By that point, we were old enough to start video chatting with each other online. From there, our friendship turned into romance. I wasn't able to attend school with you until we both went to college, but it was worth the wait. I relish the opportunity to spend the rest of my life with you. So I, Carlino Casagrande, take you, Lana L. Loud, to be my lawfully-wedded wife."

Lana spoke her vows next. "That time your family and mine lived together was short, but at the time I knew we would interact again. My twin sister Lola wanted a prince-type to be her man, and now she has one. And I'm glad it worked out that way, because you complete me. I've been waiting for this day since we were both 12 years old, not quite teenagers yet. And as I prepare to launch my chain of auto repair shops, I couldn't have a better person to help me run the chain of shops than you. So I, Lana L. Loud, take you, Carlino Casagrande, to be my lawfully-wedded husband."

The priest then said, "if there is anyone here in the room who objects to the union of this couple, speak now or forever hold your peace." As was expected, nobody spoke out against Carl and Lana getting married, as it was clear they were meant for each other.

The priest followed up with "with that out of the way, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride." Carl and Lana engaged in their first kiss as a married couple after this declaration. From this moment forward, the elder of the Loud twins would now be called Lana Casagrande. As was expected, Lana's father Lynn Sr. had an extreme emotional breakdown.

At the reception, wedding guests enjoyed tasty food made by both Lynn Sr. and Rosa. As well, people danced while the Moon Goats performed classic rock love songs.

Next month would be the fourth wedding of a child in the Santiago-Casagrande family. Carl's older brother with Down syndrome, CJ, would marry Adelaide Chang, the younger sister of Sid McBride (nee Chang). Adelaide learned all about Down syndrome in the years leading up to this wedding.

Since a member of the Chang family was getting married again, Stanley would join Lynn Sr. and Rosa in catering the wedding. He had done so for when Sid got married to Clyde. This was done at the insistence of both Sid and Adelaide, who really enjoyed their father's cooking.
