"This is kind of pissing me off."

"Well what did you expect, a lot of people got kidnapped." Porno stated as the entire base shook. A few heroes had stormed their base after tracking them down, and Naruto seemed annoyed by who had been sent.

Was he annoyed their base was invaded?

Nope.

Porno had an idea of what he was annoyed about, but the fact was that at the moment the Top 3 heroes in Japan were all inside of their base and defeating the minions. Scientist-san was out on an errand at the moment, Eggmaam was holed up in her own area, while Loremaster said she was going to hell for materials and that she would be back once she got what she needed. Eggmaam, unless the heroes invaded her personal workshop, was not going to lift a finger to defend the base. That was not one of her duties though, so it was fine.

It was Scientist-san who was suppose to make defenses for the base.

"Endeavor seems pissed."

"Oh, I wonder why." Naruto rolled his eyes, before lightly pushing Porno. The one who humiliated the man on national TV.

When the next Hero Rankings came around, he was damn sure the Endeavor was not going to be in the Top 10 anymore. The Hero Rankings were not who was the strongest hero, it was a combination of many things. Hero Efficiency, Hero Popularity, Public View of the Hero, Number of Crimes Stopped, and many other factors. Public view and popularity were going to plumet with what happened to Endeavor... and funny enough, Naruto could see Mirko becoming even more popular among adult audiences after her humiliation.

Sex sells.

"Seems we have a privacy link... one of the new minions posted about their new job on twitter... ah..." Porno's cheeks gained the slightest amount of pink when she looked at which General the Minion who leaked belonged to. She looked away from Naruto for a second, and he raised an eyebrow.

"Ah."

"Yeah... it was Minion #7... she got... a little too excited about her new work friends." Porno just numbered her minions so that she wouldn't have to remember their names. She saw Naruto staring at her, since it was one of her minions that wasn't trained up to secretive standards.

Naruto just sighed.

"None of these guys have that hero protagonist feel to them... I just can't get motivated. The big bad is suppose to be revealed to the hero protagonist near the start of his journey, during a stressful encounter with a mid-boss..." Naruto groaned as he watched the heroes trashing his base.

All Might: Top Hero, but he just didn't give off the aura of a upcoming hero who needed to get his licks in to be the best. He gave off the aura of a genius hero, who had already finished his journey and was passing his mantle.

Endeavor: The Asshole who would learn to have a heart of gold, somebody who had almost no redeeming qualities, but when pushed would protect those who needed protecting. Somebody who had a glimmer of good in their heart, but needed the help of the protagonist and friends to guide them.

Hawks: Clearly, the character who did things in the dark so that the heroes would not have to sully their hands with blood.

"They are heroes."

"But they are the hero... they aren't the hero who I should be revealed to. A big villain needs to either announce himself to the world, or show himself to an upcoming hero first... and even if I kill these guys, it won't push any heroes further... this is so annoying." Naruto complained.

Nobody knew who he was, and if he just killed these guys, then he would inspire nothing but fear of him in everyone. He would crush the people's will to resist him, so all three of them needed to remain alive. All Might needed to remain alive so that he could pass his torch down to the next hero, and Endeavor needed to stay alive so that he could serve as an example of somebody the hero needed to NOT become. Finally, Hawks was the most important, so that the hero would not need to bloody their hands until the time was right, and their morals were firm.

"Plan B?"

"Plan S... bring me my button." Naruto stated to Porno as he waved her off.

Porno came back with a big red button.

Naruto pressed it.

-With Eggmaam-

"What!?" Eggmaam was shocked when suddenly she was teleported out of the base by something, and she ended up in a completely different space. Half of her lab equipment had been teleported with her, as well as her secret weapon she had been working on.

One second the heroes were invading, not that she cared, and the second she was in a different place. That was something she did care about. She looked at saw dozens of minions were being teleported as well, along with many other random things they needed to run a base.

Porno appeared next.

"Plan S... is code for Self-Destruct... it is when Naruto presses the bases Self-Destruct button... because-"

"Every good villain has a self-destruct button somewhere. That way heroes can't invade out bases, or use our things against us in the future. Without a self-destruct, heroes can claim your base as their base... it puts you in a horrible position... so-" Naruto and everyone else felf the ground shaking around them. The bases were close enough that the act of blowing up the other base could be felt from their current base. "... come on Porno, punishment time." Naruto grabbed her by the wrist and dragged her along with him.

"Now she gets to be humiliated." Eggmaam laughed at how Porno seemed to be pale at the knowledge she was about to get punished.

Porno gave her a quick glare.

"Go collect Scientist-san... I will be handling Porno's punishment myself."

-Hours Later-

Porno was suffering.

Pure suffering at this point as she was fitted and had a special piece of tape places over her vagina. She wanted to cry, because with the tape in place, she would be unable to have any sex.

"3 weeks."

The tape was placed at the perfect position so that she could still pee, but the hole she needed for sex was blocked off, and even her clit was covered by another, smaller, piece of tape so that she couldn't stimulate that either. The tape had a numbing effect, so she got no pleasure from her vaginas at all. Not even rubbing herself over the top of the tape would allow her to feel any pleasure or reach a climax. She had to accept the punishment, because the tape was only going to be able to be removed after the span of time stated for the punishment.

"Also... honor system, but no anal." Naruto told her.

She took a deep breath.

"... How am I suppose to do my job... have you forgotten... that I'm not just a General... I'm also a whore?" Porno felt the need to remind Naruto that without sex, her ability to do her job became 10 times harder. She could still do handjobs and blowjobs, but the fact was that the hero agencies that she infiltrated as a sex worker wouldn't be too happy if they couldn't have sex with her. The dark side of hero society that she took advantage of, the heroes who used their status to get away with hiring prostitutes are what made her job so fruitful.

Naruto make a jerking motion.

"Fair point... guess you better get creative for 3 weeks... I'm sure you will manage to do just fine."

"Bullshit, this is her punishment... no sex!?"

"Well... duh... not letting me have sex, actually hinders my job abilities. That puts me in the position to face more punishments. Now excuse me... but I'm going to go and funish Minion #7... I might not be able to have sex... but I can still give out a punishment." Porno seemed annoyed, but she didn't let it show on her face. She had a minion to punish, so she strapped her bondage gear suit around her body once more, and put her eyepatch over her eye.

Despite how revealing her suit was, how little it actually covered, the tape on her body was hidden.

"So what are you going to do about the previous base... are the heroes dead?" Eggmaam questioned her leader.

Naruto laughed.

"They aren't dead... heroes like that will manage to get out in time, though they may be a bit roughed up. Either way, we're going to have to enforce stricter rules on the minions." Naruto could see that flaw to their security now, in that minions were being allowed to use their phones during work hours could pose severe risks like before.

Eggmaam just scoffed.

"You could have just killed them."

"I could have... but I didn't want to." Naruto didn't explain his reasons to the woman.

He wanted to rule the world.

But he also wanted to rule the world... playing by the most amusing set of rules for himself possible.

He was a villain for fun.
