Story Start!

"Hmmmmm... yes... that is the spot..."

Loremaster loved this assignment.

She had a man with octopus related quirks giving her a shoulder massage, while his brother and sister were giving her foot massages. The Innsmouth crew who were a smuggling villain group, the ones who were smuggling a ton of drugs into Japan. She loved how easy the assignment was when it came to intercepting them, though she would still have to deal with the heroes.

Her Mirio clone came in handy.

The Mirio clone, Morio, had killed one of Innsmouth's brothers, leaving only 1 brother and a sister alive. Naruto told her that the lives of villains were a dime a dozen, so she could kill them if they became any sort of problem for her. She had Morio dressed in a metal suit of armor with blades attached to his fists, the armor forged with his blood, and the color of blood itself, with the only thing of his body being visible being his blue eyes under the helmet.

'This bitch... kills my younger brother, and makes me massage her shoulders... but...' Innsmouth looked towards Morio, who glanced at him

"Demon Clones... using a little demon blood in the cloning process, my clones had a natural desire for human destruction... of course, you might not want to try anything." Loremaster could sense the murderous intent facing her. She already had all of the drugs under her control, and the gentle rocking of the waves was nice for relaxation. "Lets see... and the heroes on the job are the Oki Mariner Crew... no threat to Morio... the training downloads finally paid off." Loremaster laughed at her great success.

She didn't finish training her Mirio clone in time for it to complete her assignment, but now that she had it finished... she could use it for other stuff.

'Once the heroes arrive... I'll use the chance to snap your neck-' Innsmouth started to think, before Morio punched him in the head, and splattered his brains across the deck of the ship. The Innsmouth siblings remaining yelped in horror at seeing their elder brother killing in front of them, before they got back to massaging Loremaster's toes with their skilled hands.

They were subdued and quiet, not offering any protest at all, even less while Morio stared down at them from his position.

"Mistress Loremaster, heroes are approaching."

"Let them, according to data Egg-butt collected from UA's security system bugs, the student Tsuyu was sent here... and this crew only has 5 members... with a student that is still like... 5.5 people." Loremaster looked at her drones screens, and saw there was a ship approaching. She could see the hero Selkie was on the front end of it, meaning he planned to approach them via swimming in the water. "Humans... be they heroes or villains, all fall prey to sins... which is why I am so curious about how Selkie will react."

Loremaster stood up.

She pressed a button.

Nothing happened at all, but Morio didn't say anything about the button that didn't do anything visible. Loremaster just blushed a little, before she sat back down and coughed into her hand.

"... That was suppose to teleport the crew members and student to the ship... guess I failed there. Guess we do this the old fashioned way." Loremaster saw her drone footage showing Selkie jumping off of his ship. She snapped her fingers, and gave the orders to Morio to do what he was programmed to do.

Fight.

He sank through the floor of the ship, and she watched from her screen as he glitched onto the hero ship. She didn't know how to explain it, but she ran over 3,000 training simulations in Morio's mind to program him on how to use his quirk. She didn't know how he used it, just that now he knew how to use it.

While Selkie swam closer to the ship, Morio tossed 3 knocked out men into the air.

Her drones caught the men and started to fly them towards her ship, before she watched as an adult woman was thrown off the ship, unconscious as well. Her drones caught the woman as well, flying her towards their ship. Finally, the teenage student who was doing her hero studies with Selkie's crew was tossed off the ship, knocked out cold. She was the final member of the crew that her drones brought back to her ship.

Morio shot out of the floor of her ship, appearing back next to her.

"Heroes on the ship Neutralized, Selkie remains swimming this way. I have no underwater combat abilities to take him." Morio informed her. With his heavy armor, and lack of water based breathing or fighting abilities, Selkie would be impossible for him to easily defeat. Loremaster watched her drones bring 6 people onto her ship, and she was satisfied with the knocked out heroes.

"That's fine... we just need to tie them up... give poor Selkie a choice to make."

-10 Minutes Later-

"YOU FIEND... Spiral... How did you capture them... and you killed Innsmouth, and..." Selkie was angered when he saw his entire crew were all chained up, together and being hung over the side of the ship, and on the other side of the ship, a knocked out Tsuyu was also tied up in chains. He looked up the chain and saw that there were generators attached to them, and mechanisms to lower the chains into the water.

Electocution.

"Hello! My dear mutated human, Selkie the hero... marine crusader of justice... I, Loremaster, General of Spiral... bring to you one of three choices!" Loremaster made a SHOW of it, and she had Morio standing next to her. Finally she had the still alive Innsmouth siblings standing and filming her, broadcasting it live.

Selkie kept his calm and didn't attack, observing the situation.

'Gotta think carefully... if she drops them into the water, they are going to get electrocuted... at most, I can save one side quickly... I don't think I can move fast enough to save both Tsuyu and my crew, not with them fighting me.' Selkie observed and hated the situation that he found himself in.

He caught on quickly.

"Behind me are drugs, the drugs that you were tasked with stopping from entering the country... your hero's mission... to my left, your crew, to my right... your little Froppy." Loremaster was giving him a choice.

"Save one."

"Save... one..." Loremaster noticed that her knocked out captives were waking up, good thing they were gagged, otherwise they might come up and tell Selkie some plan to save them. "... in 30 seconds after I hit this button, the chains holding Froppy and your crew will drop into the ocean. You can only save one side... the other side will die... or you could chose to save neither, and attack me... stopping the drugs." Loremaster hit the button.

She started the countdown.

Selkie froze when a countdown screen floated behind Loremaster, and the woman tossed the button onto the ground. At this point, electricity flowed through the chains at non-lethal levels to start with, and everyone was wide awake and aware of what was going on.

"You horrible demon!"

"Angel... but thank you." Loremaster stated, bowing in confidence.

The chains dropped, and Selkie made his choice to jump into action. He rushed towards his crew and grabbed the chains on them. Tsuyu watched as she fell towards the water, her life flashing before her eyes.

She stopped just before hitting the water though, and the electricity stopped as well.

"Tsk tsk... he chose to save his crew... I bet he loved them like family, a natural choice to save them first." Loremaster wrote that down. She looked over the side of the ship, and she saw Selkie and his crew floating on the water.

They were all knocked out.

They were electrocuted in the water when the chains touched the ocean, knocked out cold but not killed. Tsuyu's chains were brought towards Loremaster, who touched her cheek.

"Mistress Loremaster, Selkie and his crew are all unconscious... will we return to base?"

"Yes... leave them alive, and we return with our prize... we have a huge supply of drugs, and I've got myself a cute... pet... frog... you see Froppy... Selkie didn't chose to save you, meaning... whoops, the heroes failed... you got captured. Don't worry, I treat my pets a lot better than my research experiments." Loremaster snapped her fingers, and the boat started to move across the water once more. Now they were heading back to base.

She had a great report to give.

-After the Report-

"Mmmmm... you're lucky we're villains... otherwise the kidnapping and slavery would be a problem... then again... make sure you take care of her. I'm talking three good meals a day, make sure she stays healthy and clean... and don't let Cerberus chew on her." Naruto looked at the stripped naked girl that Loremaster dragged via a chain around her neck. "Girl... how old are you?"

"15..."

"... Also, you have to provide feminine product needs for her our of your own pay, but for your success you will recieve more funding." Naruto explained to Loremaster, who saluted Naruto with a wide smile.

Tsuyu was just... defeated.

"... Take her to re-education room 3." Porno stated.

"Not room 1 or 2?"

"Room 1 is for Minions, Room 2 is for Prostitutes, and Room 3 is for Pets... also Room 4 is for the mentally broken." Porno explained the different re-education rooms for Loremaster. Tsuyu just looked down at the ground, her arms forced behind her back. She couldn't even try to escape due to the Quirk-inhibiting drugs injected into her, preventing her from using her quirk factors. She couldn't stretch her tongue out or anything, and she doubted even her enhanced body could let her escape the base.

Loremaster started to leave.

"... Wait... what happened to Egg-butt?"

"Oh, she went to UA... and there were no students for her to kidnap there, so she failed. She is currently painting her ass white, and we're going to have a crack the egg competition." Naruto informed Loremaster, much to her great pleasure. "Porno... stop smirking." Naruto nudged the smirking Porno.

"... She forgot to check when the students would get back from their hero studies... and there were no hero students at the school when she got there... she failed on a technicality... again." Porno was very serious, but the fact that Eggmaam kept failing her assignments purely because of a small mistake, or a technicality, were hilarious.

Only Scientist-san's failures were more amusing.
