Chaos.

"Woah... being an Evil Scientist... Mad Scientist... sure is rough work." Scientist-san stated as she worked hard for what she always enjoyed. She was going to REALLY enjoy seeing if her creation to cause chaos would work. She just needed to make a few adjustments to the machine, and then she would be all done and ready for a test. "Hmmmm... hm?" Scientist-san questioned as she tilted her head, looking under her armpit from her current bent over position.

There was Loremaster.

There was Loremaster... leading a naked high school girl by a leash, as if that was normal.

"Scientist-san... just taking my new pet for a walk... how is your mission coming along, do you need a hand... maybe I could help." Loremaster rubbed her metal hands together, trying to appeal to the scientist in front of her.

She REALLY wanted that Punishment Card so that she could use it for her own purposes, and the only way she was going to get it was if she got to Scientist-san at this point. The woman who had done an outstanding job at both being a failure and a success. While also being the ONLY General who had a pleasant relationship with everyone so far. She wasn't enemies with anyone, including the egg that got on her nerves.

"... Good thing we're an evil group, or there would be a moral problem with you having a naked teenager on a leash... actually... what is her Quirk?" Scientist-san was curious, because from what she could see, the girl had some type of animal-based quirk. The way she was squatting like a frog or a toad in complete comfort, and her facial features were pretty flat. "Frog... Toad... Lizard..."

"Go on, tell her." Loremaster gave Tsuyu a quick yank.

"Fr-frog." Tsuyu made eye to glasses contact with Scientist-san, who clapped her hands in a happy way, seeming to be very pleased with the outcome. '... She doesn't seem strong at all... I think... I think I might be able to escape if I use her.' Tsuyu flinched when she heard the sounds of three pairs of footsteps walking.

Right, no she couldn't.

If she tried to escape, then she would get murdered by Cerberus with no hesitation. If Cerberus so much as caught anyone walking around without a card, they would be killed on the spot. The only people who didn't need an ID card were Generals, who had their scents memorized by the dog womans.

Women... woman... womans... because she was 1 woman who had 3 bodies.

"Well, my creation here is a machine that will turn animals into monster-ized animals... I tried adding human DNA... but it has a low success rate. But if I inject a Frog with the DNA of a Frog Quirk Human... I might be able to make an entirely superior evil bad guy monster minion... it would be super cool right?" Scientist-san was extremely happy with the idea that she could make something like out of a comic. She grabbed a blood needle and stuck it into Tsuyu, before drawing a bit of the girl's blood.

Tsuyu just watched as Scientist-san injected her blood into the machine, before she followed up with going towards a fish tank that was filled with frogs. She took all of the frogs in the fish tank and threw them into the machine, before she closed the door.

"I see... and how does this work?" Loremaster was now genuinely interested in the DNA manipulations.

"My Big Dangerous Spiral Monster uses DNA I supply it, to mutate the DNA of everything inside of it. This is the machine I used to give the Quirkless GG-chan her Cockroach powers... by injecting cockroachg DNA into the machine, it turned her into a monster girl... but the reverse is harder... making humanoid humanized monsters is harder... and it is hard to get strong animals for the entire process." Scientist-san was very happy to explain the workings of the machine.

"Oh... and how does it work?" Loremaster was very interested.

"I create genetic modification frequencies and rays, which mutate DNA and cause hard shifts in, well... everything... watch and learn." Scientist-san pressed a button. Loremaster watched as lights inside of the machine turned on, and the room started to heat up as the machine became to put out steam. Loremaster could hear strange sounds coming from the inside of the machine as well.

Tsuyu gulped as she watched a mad scientist work.

"Hmmm... I see... I work on Demonizing Human DNA, but you enjoy the process of Monsterizing DNA in general... I use the growth process via cloning, but you are more fond of the process of mutations." Loremaster was impressed. "... and how do these rays and frequencies work?" Loremaster would take notes on the process.

Scientist-san just gave a cocky smile.

"Heheheh, I was hoping you would ask... you see... I thought it would be fun to use a giant machine, and when the machine opens up, it releases a bunch of steam so the monster creates is a mystery... you know, cool villain cliche stuff... oh... the process I use is... well... I guess the easiest way to describe it is... super cancer that mutates the body, keeping the cancer stable, and then curing it." Scientist-san tried to explain it, but it was harder.

Loremaster was eagerly taking notes.

'... This... this evil scientist knows the cure to cancer?' Tsuyu was shocked, since the woman just admitted that she gave all of her subjects cancer and cured it.

"So... the steam... mist... smoke..."

"Yep, that is the final stages..." Scientist-san stated with a grin.

*PFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF*

-The Next Day-

"AHH... GROSS! It covered me in puke!"

"Beware, the power of the Spiral that extents into infinity... we test the reaches of what is possible... go on heroes! Fight them!" Scientist-san shouted as she stood on the edge of a building. She laughed at the top of her lungs.

Tsuyu.

4 Tsuyu, or rather, 4 Frogs that mutated to look like Green Tsuyu with no nipples, and even more pronounced frog traits. All of the frogs had taken on a humanoid form that were practically clones of Tsuyu, but more frog-like. To tell them apart from each other, she named them all and gave them colored headbands.

Red, Purple, Orange, and Blue.

'I could have gone with a Battle Toads reference... but I feel since they came out looking like teenagers, and the only way to tell them apart is by colored headbands... the TMNT reference might be a better fit.' Scientist-san saw her frog force causing problems for everyone.

Puking, jumping around buildings, confusing heroes, and being as chaotic as possible. Also, throwing up extremely loud, and extremely brightly colored flash grenades from their stomachs. They were just causing a huge problem for anyone that got too close to them. They were just being as destructive and annoying as possible.

"General of Spiral... you're going to have to come with me."

"Ah... Hawks... Number 3 hero... maybe instead of capturing me, you should..." Scientist-san looked at her frog force, before she realized that none of them would be able to match Hawks at all. She didn't have the skills that Porno had to get herself out of the mess she was in now either. "... ah... time to shove bottle rockets up these frog butts then." Scientist-san stated.

That was it.

All off the frog force started to jump towards the side of the closest building.

*BOOM*

"Crap." Hawks cursed under his breath, and he flew into action, scattering his feathers around to save as many people as possible. The building the frogs blew up against was starting to collapse slowly, meaning he would have enough time to save everyone in the building... but not if he attacked the scientist who made them blow up.

-Later at the Base-

"Hah... did it... I created a lot of chaos... a ton of chaos... frog puke and naked mutant girls everywhere. Though, I sacrificed my Teenage Tsuyu Frog Force to make the escape." Scientist-san saw Eggmaam walking down the hall.

"Scientist-san."

"Hey... you okay?"

"I got literally... literally fucked in the ass by a dildo machine for 7... fucking... hours... I don't even like anal." Eggmaam was pissed that she couldn't really get anything out of it. Now all she knew for certain was that she hated anal. Also, all of the muscles in her ass were as sore as possible thanks to how often she would clench them together.

*Emergency*

"Hello Citizens of Japan, it is I... General of Spiral, Porno... and I have important news for everyone."

"No way."

Porno gave a slight smirk, only a slight one, as she leaned forward.

"After very careful, and very detailed detective work... I have discovered from sources personal to All Might... the nature of his Quirk. All Might, real name Toshinori Yagi... was not born with a Quirk, but he was given a Quirk... via the woman named Nana Shimura, who was given the Quirk to her by En, who was gioven the Quirk to them by Daigoro Banjo." Porno explained as she showed the two tied up heroes behind her.

She had learned from their capture.

"How... how did she do this?"

"One for All, the ability to store power, and pass on the Quirk to the next user. They stockpile the power, and pass it on to make the strength of the quirk stronger... yes... All Might was given his Quirk as it's 8th user... he is the 8th generation of the Quirk, and has inherited a lot of power... but he doesn't have it anymore... All Might is growing weaker now that he has passed the Quirk onto it's next user... and unnamed, U.A. student." Porno explained as she stood up.

She politely bowed.

"... Thank you for your time Japan, you may now go back to your daily news."

The channel changed back to what it was before Porno took over.

"... How... wait... is that what she kidnapped an old man and Sir Nighteye for... to question them?" Scientist-san had thought she had witnessed Porno having 2 tied up men brought to the base, and then later drugged and escorted away from the base.

"OH COME ON! She was suppose to fail!"

"Seems Lore-asster found out the news." Eggmaam stated with a grin.

She was glad that she wasn't the only one that wished Porno would fail.
