World Terra(Hime), The Kingdom of Nokanatika, Royal Palace's bathchamber#23, July 21st, 9 pm R.H.E 1256 multi pov
She had a lot of things passing through her mind and inside her heart. Same with the clashing of various emotions within that had for a time kept her awake. Things didn't turn out the way she wished and spired out of her control.
Despite how before her marriage or even crossing over she had a swell of a tie and enjoyed it. She smiled and felt happy being able to hang out with Hajime as they used to. Yet things kept on getting from bad to worse and she ended up making the only person she trusted and childhood friend.
The person she had complicated feelings in was love and heartache her hero. Now King, ring hero, and husband at the cost of him turning cold towards her and to an extent if not worse her guardian Alabaster.
They didn't believe her when she said this wasn't what she wanted. Yet after being able to let her mind think she could slightly see why they didn't believe her plea. Yet didn't refute completely being in love with Hajime. Yet such emotion and attraction for him have been demoted to a simple crush by the very person himself. Along with the reasoning why he said such a thing.
As well him saying that fact when things are settled here Hajime's other original financees. And harem he was in a genuine relationship with before coming here. She felt for the first time in her life fear when Hajime spoke to her and the gaze she'd given her.
Something she'd thought impossible much less him treating her like a child despite being the same age. She would be lying if only for a bit was happy and internally laughing. In being able to pull one over the vixens who stole him from her.
Only for it to be replaced with disgust and shock at herself, she felt such a thing or even thought such a thing. She'd truly felt unclean and didn't think she could feel or think such a thing.
Especially knowing and being on the receiving end of what for most of her life was like living in Japan. With mostly Hajime being her brightest of light able to move on day by day.
Yet as she lay on her bed alone despite the sun being up her consciousness fades away from the mental fatigue. As well body being tired from the constant wave of emotions. It was only then when she woke up on her own that she noticed night had descended once more.
Biting her lip in slight frustration yet guilt she knew her next course of action. Was to speak with Hajime soon as possible but even that wasn't above bathing. More so being all sweaty and feeling a bit disgusting after not taking a shower or bathing before going to sleep.
As such once leaving her room and getting the maids on shift stationed outside her door. She had asked where the closest bath chambers were so that she could bathe. The maid's question gave her a knowing yet respectful girn and directed her where to head to.
On the way, she greeted other staff and nobles still around within the palace. Yet after turning the corner she ran into a person if be honest didn't want to meet. Mostly for a different reason of not being jealous or hating her. But out of slight fear and felt unsafe around her as Yuka who was surprised like her. Soon narrowed her eyes in a slight serious yet bit annoyance at her as she spoke up. After she crossed her arm under her breasts staring at her with a slight smirk but a bit of a frown.
Yuka "I see you finally awake your Novelty-san..."
Hime (At least she isn't calling me by titles yet I know that doesn't mean much)
Hime "Um yeah kind of knocked out about the events that transpired earlier today haha" she laughed a bit weakly yet flashed an unsure grin and put on a slightly brave front. Since now she's the queen of the Kingdom and all that sadly entailed considering people were still around.
Yuka (This pathetic bitch!... Calm down since she isn't like you or Hajime...after all, it's not my call to end her life or not)
Yuka (That being said I guess I'll need to reveal something to this vixen. After all, I don't want her to come to me later about saying I have no right when she can't admit her feelings. Much less than the painful request Yue and the others made of me knowing it wasn't something they wanted in such a fashion. And likly Hajime when the time comes to do such a request. Things we do for the ones we love and in that regard we're just as foolish as this vixen if only for a bit)
Yuka "Right...Okay, Novelty-san I'll have a few things to say and be very blunt about it. Since it's unknown for how long Hajime and I will be staying here and I don't want you saying unfair later on," she says while they walk towards the chambers where Hajime was at. Though she was pretty sure Hime didn't know that tib bit of information after asking the maids. Who gave her directions where Hajime was bathing since they were husband and wife. And the reason why she knew where he was was beacuse she asked her maids where he was. Another thing was she sure wasn't as hell going to leave Hajime and Hime alone in such a situation. Hajime for some reason was a bit soft on Hime despite everything that happened. Were it a different person then this kingdom and its people would be destroyed and perhaps the world if she was being honest.
Hime "Um Okay go ahead I guess?
Yuka "Don't know if you picked up on it or didn't care. However, I do love Hajime and declared it much to him after the events happened. Or rather he painful discover so not wishing it these events that caused him to know I love him" she said clearly and bluntly making sure no error was said
Hime "WHAT?!" she slightly yelled out in shock yet feeling a bit of jealousy and anger within her heart not liking such a feeling one bit
Yuka "But he turned me down saying he didn't feel for me as such and didn't wish to accept me into his harem. Saying and knowing it was wrong to simply accept me into his harem in such a way. Escpeacaliy not when he holds no love for me(At least not yet anyways). But that doesn't mean I'm going to give up and know he's fine still having me around. Not minding now my attempts here on out to gain his attention or love no matter what I have to do." she continues to say as they are close to reaching the aforementioned chamber while having passed a quite of few people
Yuka "The reason I'm saying this to you now is that I will not care for your feelings. I will do what I must in getting the chance to earn his love during our time in your world. And by that extension, you should know full well that if I couldn't get him to accept my feelings(Yet). There is no way in hell that you, a girl who doesn't even know or acknowledge her feelings. Will ever gain his attention much less regain the trust he once had for you? Thus if your not going for his heart, then from here on out no matter what I or any of the other Ring bears do. You will not interrupt or make a big deal out of it for you don't have that right. And just know that regardless if you do or don't. You will be hurt by either me, Hajime, or the other girls during our time together." she continues to say in a serious voice having stopped in front of the camber doors to the bath chambers.
Yuka "This is your only warning and declaration as a maiden in war. See you inside if you wish to say something or you can leave." she says a bit coldly yet bluntly staring down at her while pressing a finger to her chest. Before opening the doors catch the nice scent of water and floral fragrance for a brief moment. Before it closes behind her shut leaving a standing still Hime outside the door.
Hime just stood outside the door for a good five minutes or so processing what Yuka had said to her. As well as claiming down her feelings a bit before getting a bit annoyed and irritated at once. Of everyone just mouthing off and painting her as the villainess of some fantasy game or eroge. Of wanting Hajime for herself and that is why she tricked him into coming to see her wedding. When that wasn't the case at all or the part about her still having feelings for him(Subcocuionsly she knew was lying to herself as something within her/mind sighed yet had a slightly crazy grin). Thus glaring at the doors she spoke up
Hime "You know what I've had enough of this bullshit. Don't think I'll just let you end this since I have a piece of mind to give you mistress-san!" she slightly whispered loudly under her breath with her hands forming into fists. As she pushed the doors open and two walls lined filled with racks to place her clothes in and saw a white curtain. Cut down the middle so that people could easliy go passed it into the streaming bath as she was undressing her clothes and undergarments.
Yet missing the other pair of keta she's familiar with. Besides Yuka's considering she knew who they belonged to but her mind narrowed the focus on proving a point and perhaps correcting that mistress of Hajime's. Had an unjust and wrong image of herself compared to the person she truly was and Hajime knew all too well.
Going back in time a bit despite everything that had happened and the punishments he'd accepted that his finances gave him once he and Yuka returned. He first did a phone call to Kousuke (Endou Kousuke) and Kouki(Amanogawa Kouki) and had them on the line. For a very long time explaining everything that had happened within the past 24hrs. Call what their relationship is like but Kousuke and Kouki had become his closest of friends and comrades in arms over the years. As well them having harems of their own as well.
So once that was done he'd explained the justified and testing punishments given to him by his loved ones. They took it all in having a bit of worrying but serious expressions knowing the situation at hand. And when all was said and done with the punishments, he with a hard and painful expression asked both of them to be the two people for the second punishment. This obviously shocked the two in question from their expressions and looked at him with angry yet pained expressions not knowing what to say. Considering it was crazy to think in their minds that he was the most unreasonable, unbeatable, the Maou, and strongest person of their group.
Was asking such a painful thing of them even when 1st fiance of Kousuke Rana( or Lana Haulia) and 1st fiance of Kouki Moana (Moana de Shelt Synclea) were in the same room listening in half halfway about what was going on. Both have varying degrees of expressions and outbursts with Rana being part of the Haulia tribe wishing nothing more than to bring the Kingdom to the ground. For having put her boss and person that respects her in such a place, to begin with. While Moana is a former Queen of her kingdom in the Dessert World. Could understand logically what was going on but couldn't help but feel possessiveness and pain at hearing her other savior request of her fiance Kouki.
The call lasted a couple more hours after that making it close to 5 pm before everything had settled in place. And that with pained but understanding expression being held by their loved ones. To reassure the that both of them had their support and blessing to be there for them. To go talk with Liliana, Aiko, and Remia alongside Yue and the others. Having a real deep and serious conversation that needed to happen.
As well as get the full picture from their side than just Hajime's since Hajime had involved them. Being the two people he trusted to carry out the punishment towards him given to him by the aforementioned three. That Yue and the others had agreed to not that they blamed them a bit in this fucked situation. Ground rules needed to be made though that was for certain and one they'll call Hajime back with said ground rules. Since they don't know how long Hajime and Yuka were going to be stuck in that world.
Once that was done and with parting words telling him he wasn't completely at fault as well to be strong for everyone's sake. As well as saying they'll be getting the other request from him in motion. But made sure to keep it a secret from the returnee group for now till the time came to reveal what was going to happen. Before ending the call tell him good luck and finish his hero mission as soon as he can.
Leaving him alone in his room and for the first time in a long time weeping in anger, heartache, and frustration at not being able to prevent this. And having just asked and dragged Kouki and Kousuke into his problem. Before stopping a good ten minutes before knocks on the door informing him that he was needed for something as king. Thus the hours he was in the throne room.
Doing his basic duty and being brought up to speed on military affairs involving his kingdom but having an eye on one of the envoys that came with Marse. Having sensed hostility and feeling something off that sending alarming sounds in his head and so had called the meeting adjourned but not before calling his kingdom's generals and captain of the royal guard.
To speak in private to which once everyone left besides Alabaster who stayed since he'd been a major asset for the Kingdom and had the right to know. He spoke up in slight detail yet said to be on alert and ready to fight. Since it seems they have a mole from within and the attack isn't over. How else would you explain last night's attack when no one knew his wife was going to return. Thus taking his word or readying the forces they have available within the capital in secret he wished them good hunting and luck. In turn, they saluted before truing to Alabaster to have a getaway plan ready just in case things go south. He obliges saying he'll have it done before getting ready for the battle ahead.
Having a sigh yet annoying pain in his head about the enemy being hear already as it was flaring off a few of his senses. That flares in annoying intervals warning him about enemies around. He asked where the nearest bath was before being directed and politely declined the cute maids wishing to help him undress. Though easliy could sense and see them having ulterior motives in mind. He knew what he had and looked like after all but couldn't risk them seeing the red tattoo mana-like veins on his body. Thus after getting past the doors but making sure they closed, began to disrobe and fold his clothes nicely on one of the many racks. Before taking off the Keta and heading inside butt naked not bothering with a towel. Since he sensed and knew it was empty thus he could relax a bit before something happens.
Taken a look at the massive rectangular bath filled to the top with clear steaming water that flowed out from a lion's statute. With open windowless arches, you could look out into the sky or down below into the capital at large. Even lean against or sit on one of the arch ledges to look over everything since they had a 3ft barrier from the end of the rectangular bath that was end to end on the right side wall. And was 10ft wide being 4ft deep in water all around? All the floor and walls are white marble in nature with tiny water faucets lining the right side near the entrance. With drainers near them and a massive bath with the place illuminated by oil lanterns in silver lamp cases with clear glass.
Thus after cleaning and rinsing his body by scrubbing and washing down with water from the faucet. He did not need to worry a bit heading inside the nice hot yet warm water that competed for the cool breeze at night. As well as seeing a few stars in the pitch night sky with the moon in full view. Could easily use sake or two complete the relaxing atmosphere he head. And for a good ten minutes, more relaxing and not really thinking much letting his worries wash away in the steaming bath. He sensed presences coming towards his chambers and ones he was familiar with
Hajime (Surprisingly the queen is still in one piece despite being next to Yuka. Well, it was relaxing while it lasted since I highly doubt they aren't coming inside) he mentally sighs and prepared himself for the inevitable. Simply turning he faces towards the night sky reminiscing on times past of how he would blush madly with red or faint at seeing. Even if just a bit of accidental cleavage or panties of some kind. Ahh, good times being the innocent naive little otaku he was, sometimes it was before he heard the door open and close.
Accompany the sound of constantly flowing water from the lion statue also made of marble only in black as he heaved a sigh knowing who it was. Just entered and his Queen was still outside the door, didn't help because of his hearing he was able to hear Yuka disrobing putting him a bit uncomfortable. His son might disagree with that statement as it erected a bit from 7 to 9 inches. But not his full mast yet but he was sure that would change once Yuka passed those curtains.
He wasn't lying about her being an attractive woman for any guy or gal to catch. Not as much Yue and the others but still up there in her own right basis talking obviously. As he predicted when he'd gotten sight of Yuka's nude body in full display looking towards him a bit bashful. But covering her breasts and labyrinth with arm and hand each. But that didn't mean it didn't cause her to feel a bit pleased and stoke her ego a bit knowing what she had was arousing him. That was good since that means should it come to do the hard private request. From Yue and the others gave it to her and her accepting it after slight persuasion and her wanting to do such a thing. Will be no issue in that department when it does present itself. She'll tell him about said request given to her as well knowing she had the blessing of Yue and the others to seek out their fiancee as her lover. Even if this wasn't the form or time she wished she'd gotten it but it couldn't be helped.
Yuka "Um hi," she said a bit unusually shy yet a bit embarrassed
Hajime "Hello...Yuka-san...I'm going to be blunt as shy you didn't mistake this for the female's bath chambers?" he asks a bit more composed after a forceful cough to hide his slight blush. A is a bit self-conscious about his son being visible in the clear steaming water as he looked directly at her with his arms resting over the edge.
Yuka "No that isn't the case and it seems there is no separation of male or female for each of the bath chambers. It seems to be mixed or certain times said people come in, instead of having a private bath dedicated to each one. Doesn't surprise me one bit considering it was the same back then in Tortus."
Hajime "Ah figured as much...In any case what your doing here?"
Yuka "Don't ask questions you already know the answer to. Besides, even I know what this looks like at the moment presenting myself in such a fashion. In case you've forgotten, I did say I was going to get serious about pursuing you. More so now after knowing you might have four more princesses you'll be betrothed to at a minimum. But knowing your luck it could be more considering the harem you've amassed. And all love you no matter what, with you doing the same"
Hajime "*Sighs* As long you know the dangers then I won't stop you. Just know my heart isn't easily conquered as Yue could easliy do to me. Shea and the others struggled a year for me to finally love them"
Yuka "Ah but that when you only looked at Yue as your only sole mate and Yue being your number 1. Gave the others the go-ahead like me only this time I will make you give peace of your heart. A lot faster than what Shea and the others could, your heart is more accepting despite you thinking you don't have room other than Yue and the others" she says with a beaming yet bit mischievous smile while washing hair all this time showing her smooth back and ass to Hajime at the moment
Hajime "Then you do know your physical body isn't even going to be enough to win my heart. If I could Love when she had a goblin body then you know I'm a true man of my word."
Yuka "I know that story too since it's one Yue talks about you a lot and the love you have between you too to us girls. Really romantic and a bit envious not gonna lie when she tells that story from time to time. But like I said me showing you my body means I trust you to not lay a hand on me without my content and my will in winning your heart. Nudity isn't going to stop me from winning you for myself Hajime." she says in earnest and a bit loving tone having washed down all the soap and dirt, giving him a full view of what she had as water slid down her body with her hands on her sides. With her eyes containing warmth, love, a bit of desire(Since she saw what he had), and earnestly within them all in one.
Hajime "Bold of you to claim me for yourself but well. I accept this challenge and declaration from you Yuka, wish you the best of luck," he says honestly with a smile and respect
Hajime (This girl is really something...foolish as well knowing full well there are better options than I. Guess better steal myself since she isn't wrong about my heart while closed off. It isn't to the degree when it was Yue's only doctrine.) he thought warmly and fondly feeling his ego stroked a bit yet a bit ashamed in knowing this girl deserves all his heart. Like Yue and the others deserved and instead can only have a bit since he loves everyone equally.
As he saw Yuka soy step into the water and slowly walked towards him stopping just in front of him with a warm smile on her face. As she leaned down towards him being close face to face. So close they could kiss yet not as they were both now playing a very dangerous game. But that came to an end and the mood shift a bit hearing the door open. And judge by Hajime's expression
Yuka "Gotta give her some credit at least. Your queen of yours isn't to back down even if it took her a bit"
Hajime "Seems to be the case," he says a bit unamused yet sighing accepting the situation. Yet seeing as Yuka stinging next to him and leaning against his chest in turn, his left arm is allowed to hug her shoulder. As to pull her in a bit tighter and closer to him as they heard
Hime "WE aren'T DO...AHH! Hajime-kun! What are you!? Huh?" they all heard her shout in surprise and see her expression change. From a bit angered to surprised shock having quicker wrapped her body in embarrassment. And knee down with her smooth back facing the two of them knowing she was blushing
Hajime "It's pretty obvious what I'm doing here since I was first in here before you and Yuka showed up. Yuka already answered why she was in here but what about you my Queen? What's your reason or excuse as to why you've chosen to peek at my bathing?"
Hime "Reason nothing! I thought only Sonobe-san would be the only one here! Considering I wished to have some words with her since she was being very rude. If you were in here then I would've gone somewhere else!" she shouts in embarrassment and in shame
Hime "Also why are you calling her by her first name now? Without even adding the san at the end no less. Last time I checked she wasn't part of your harem or loved her for that matter. She even said so herself about her saying you've rejected her declaration of love" she pointed at him while still crotched down covering her breasts
Hajime "You know I can see it still right? As for why I'm calling her by her first name is beacuse she's earned it and allowed me to call her by that now. She isn't giving up on winning my heart despite my rejection of her. Considering my fiancees gave her the okay in trying to win my heart, I thought it was simply time to call her by her maiden name. I have known her for quite a while now after all, so her just being here knowing I would be waiting. Was simply her showing her determination and honesty in her declaration of her words. Knowing fully well he physical appearance or body won't be enough to win me over"
Hime "Bu...bu...But that THING!?" she squicked out in shame while pointing at his monstrous son in the water unable to say more. Among other things as well
Hime (What are those tattoos? They don't like it though) she also thought in her mind while thinking Hajime thing was too huge. Despite the many, she's seen during her alone times on the internet. And thick as well not knowing how the hell Yue and the rest of Hajime's harem were able to take something so ludicrous as that. Considering that thing was just intimidating for certain could break anyone. Probably kill someone too if used like a weapon considering how hard it looked.
Hajime "That thing has a name. But well this is just a normal physical reaction my queen, I'd say any hormnal man or boy in place would enact the same reaction as my son has. You would cause the same thing from me despite my feelings for you at the moment like Yuka did when she entered here"
Hajime (But not to the same degree as you did since emotions do play a little bit in causing such a reaction. Just making sure that is clear with you so that way you don't slice me up like sushi later) he says telepathically to Yuka in earnest
Yuka (Hehe, no worries I'm not jealous or petty when it comes to such things. But am glad at least I can get you at full mass compared to your queen let's be honest. She's way better looking than what I have) she says mentally with a giggle yet honest
Hajime (Guess that just proves even more about physical appearance means very little in winning my heart over huh) he says back in amusement yet flashing a mental grin
Hime "I uh...guess that's fair...But have to ask when did you get those live-like tattoos Hajime-kun" She asks unknown how to respond to his logical reasoning yet feeling just a bit happy. Knowing she would've gotten the same response if she entered first not feeling too much pain or jealousy in her heart and mind.
Hajime "These aren't tattoos Krystal-san but rather proof that I'm not human anymore. These are what you call mana veins something you should remember about telling you a bit about what happened in that year. That only monsters should have and that myself having such a thing makes me one of them though don't know what type of species. I could be classified since my status plate doesn't say only having question marks where the race section is." he continues to say
Hajime "Obviously, this is something everyone knows within my family, my classmate's families, my classmates/comrades, my friends, and my lovers. Even Yuka here knows about it but cares little about it one bit so then Krystal. The question now becomes can you accept me for what I've become knowing what I told you in that story?" He asks her simply yet honestly looking towards her. Not bothering or caring about the slightly pained expression when he called her Krystal instead of Hime like he used to.
That is something Yuka also turned towards Hime as well wishing to see her reaction. Since if she does fail this then in no way shape or form Hajime will ever accept her much less forgive her. Something that she hopes Hime fails that why she'll never be someone to worry about and knowing Hime's feelings for Hajime. Will forever be something shallow or just merely a crush even if it was feelings. She had for Hajime before he'd fallen into the abyss and become the Hajime she knows and loves.
Hime for the most part froze in place unable to respond at what Hajime had just said to her. And she knew it wasn't a sick joke to scare her off as well since she knew Hajime wasn't the kind of person to do that...person right he wasn't a human being anymore like her Yuka, Alabaster, or anyone else around her. She knew the abridged story he'd given her ment he needed to do what he did to survive. He mentioned before how he became a monster and was forced to abandon his humanity but she didn't think it ment literal as well. She thought it was a figure of speech of how cold he became close to a monster and the killings he needed to do and felt nothing from it. No remorse, no guilt, no anger, not even apathy he had in his killings of his enemies and those who hurt the ones he cared about.
Yet the hard evidence was staring her in the face in more ways than one. Would certainly explain the witness of his son since normal humans wouldn't have that or even longer. Not even the African Americans(research/internet purposes) had them that long and if they did it wasn't that wide. She heard alabaster say once that said son will grow on the last spurt in a man's thirties too. Meaning that things will get more intimidating when Hajime reaches thirty years of age. That would also explain his power and strength as well. It became quite like this for about a minute or so before Hajime sighed and spoke up
Hajime "Guess that answers that...guess it's time," he said before the mood around him turned serious as he looked up
But just before Hime and Yuka were going to ask. They heard the alarm bell sound off in quick succession before a maid opened up the door and go through the curtains to inform them
Maid(17yrs)#3675 "Princess! Minos of the Abyss king are attacking!..." she yelled in hurry and worry about her queen but stopped saying more being in shock at what was in front of her. Not because of the red mana-like veins on Hajime's body since from where she stood they look like tribal tattoos. That only enhance Hajime's appearance, no but beacuse of the beast, he was caring between his legs. Something that was intimidating and caused her legs to give out as unknown desire filled her body and was being shown in her eyes.
Something that Hajime and Yuka know considering they know that look. While Hime seeing such a look on the maid's made her possessiveness and annoyance flare up in such a girl able to see such a thing
Hajime "I thank you for the message in bringing this to use maid-san. You may head off now for your own safety, it would be a shame if such a pretty thing as yourself. Fell simply beacuse you decided to give us the message. It would hurt my heart too much if one of my own people died simply beacuse of doing their duty." he said and leid in a slightly husky yet tone while moving away from Yuka and Hime. Stopping in front of the maid in question while pushing her cheek and moving her hair a bit.
It obviously worked seeing as the amid became putty in his arms as she touched the hand that was on her cheek. Looking at him with desire and loving eyes thinking it was her king's genuine emotions. As well as holding her breath as her heart beat faster seeing his majesty in front of her. Making her completely blind to the fact that the red tattoos were indeed alive as they beat like a heartbeat. She was despite her training up bring a young teenage hormonal girl who would do anything to move up her place in the world. I mean what better status than perhaps being a mistress for their strong and devilishly handsome king in front of her? Her life would be golden as her children would be set in stone for nobility and even have a shoot of taking the throne.
Maid#3675 "Yes my king..." she said in a loving and awe voice with a great blush on her face not caring for the narrowed gazes of Yuka or her queen on her. As well as her legs wishing to give out and her body wanting nothing more than to be taken here and now
Hajime "Good go now and know you shall be rewarded once this is over. I promise that" he smiles yet lying as he breathed as he caressed her nape before turning his back to her. While ways away on one of the balconies was a high noble envoy of the Grisares Empire that came with Marse and the enemy in question leading the attack.
For its humanoid figure was covered from head to toe in a dark robe with black glass-like hands with the ends of the fingers looking like small dagger points. While on its face had a white skeletal mask with a large center hole in it. The lower half is cut showing the figure's pitch-black yet pale lower face and lips. Something very abnormal even for those with such skin color within their world. As well were pitch-back thigh-high armor boots giving it a more menacing and eerie look. However, if the sage saw this creature then he know it well as it was one that wields powerful magic. One that required Hajime and the others to escape the royal castle and country altogether for this one was called Knight of the Abyss.
Knight of the Abyss "Where is the one holding the ring of light?" it asked with a dark sinister tone unable to tell if it was male or female. As it slowly walked its steps echoed with sinister cracks. Yet nothing broke under its weight or steps towards the backed coroner and terrified noble
Grisares High Noble#2987 "I haven't the slightest clue! HIIII! My guess is that it's somewhere to the southern grounds honest! Can't say for certain since they're always on the move!" he shouted terrified and shaking in terror as it spotted a goof 12ft from him as he stared into the abyss creature terrified. Yet the creature made no move only stood there staring as more of the Abyssal Gargole Monsters started to show up in the skies behind it looking down toward him. With sinister growls and laughing in glee wanting nothing more than to tear him limb from limb
While the Knight of the Abyss simply stood looking towards the human benefactor that was helping its king and master.
Knight of the Abyss "Verywell then"it simply said in its dark sinister tone as it turned its back toward the noble as looked to its soldiers above it
As the sounds of battle and cries could be heard in not only the royal castle. But the capital as well as smoke and fires could start to be seen from the castle itself. Along with the defenders for some reason able to respond quickly enough. To the point of mitigating the damages and deaths to what they should be since they had the element of surprise. Or so its soldiers informed to it while still winning the fight there was more resistance than expected. Not that they minded since that ment they could kill more in one go. And have a little fun enjoying all the death and destruction.
Grisares High Noble#2987 (I think I may just live) thought a bit cheerful and happy that he was going to survive since they aren't attacking him. Only for then to see th Knight of the Abyss turn to face him with an eerie grin on its face. As black yet clear winds began to form around its right arm

With the noble in questing seeing the wind fly passed him and feel the slight hot breeze on this cold night. Only a second later and without warning Black clear winds enveloped its entire body. Only to pierce his body without having the chance to scream all at once. Causing his body to erupt and pop like a balloon as blood, bones, organs, and fat sprayed out or embedded over the entire balcony. As well as some blood splattering against its robes while having an eerie corrupted smile
Knight of the Abyss "Serch the castle for the Ring Hero and Ring of Light-bearer. Kill everyone else" it decreed to its soldiers
Only for said soldiers to let out horrible roars of glee and have horrible smiles before flying away into the castle itself attacking anyone in their way. With other of their comparing already attacking the castle in question. While the Knight of the Abyss itself began to levitate off the ground with its smile and flew to join in the battle at hand. And perhaps find the two while causing murder and death in its wake not wishing to fail its king.

The sounds of heavy fighting, pleas for help, battle cries, monstrous laughter and growls, explosions happening all around, ashy clouds of smoke. The toppings of budlings and the horrible sounds of blood splatter could all be heard from within the entire royal palace and from the capital city itself. Yet it wasn't just happing here but sounding towns, villages, and cities within the Kingdom itself in a surprise attack. Various battles or massacres were taken place much like a battle for the capital was happening here. Only in a more prepared fashion against the Abyss King's army of monsters having been giving orders of alertness and preparedness for battle. But their recent king himself perhaps saved many more lives and soldiers. Compared to what it could've been initially all were caught unawares much like the rest of the kingdom was.
Yet here they all were in the southern gate into the inner section of the royal place itself. Since the palace has an outer and inner wall for such measures but all have retreated within the inner sanctum. Haven took heavy losses yet was still able to fight with morale high since their numbers could've been less as they closed the gate. After being ordered two by their comrades on the other side. As well captain told them they'll hold them off for as long as they could till the Ring King arrived.
Yet they stood at the ready with swords in hand ready for anything breaching the gate with Alabaster taking command of the remaining to defend palace troops. Alongside the aid of the Empire's envoy escorts of 30 men. Who's proven helpful in reducing casualties being led by Marse following their prince
Doing the best they could in directing saving the noble or staff they could into the inner sanctum of the royal palace. It was then though a soldier coming running towards them from the opposite archway wall/walkway entrance yelled out.
Nokanatika Royal Gaurd#245 "HIS MAJESTY THE RING KING IS HERE!" he exclaimed with joy and hope while his armor has crapes with cuts on his face bleeding from the fierce fighting he's seen. As well as motions behind him directing attention from all the defenders including Alabaster as all let out war cries of hope and relief
All of them see Hajime in the middle with his Kimono slightly loose exposing a bit of his chest and a bit of damp wet hair. Yet in his hands were Donner & Schalg having a serious yet narrowed expression.
To his right was Yuka with her kimono also slightly loose exposing a bit of her right leg and cleavage. Her hair was also damp yet in her hands were two short black recurve knives(Think of Black Blade but dagger version minus extra functions since Yuka doesn't have the mana for them yet) floating behind her rotating in a circular motion. We're also black metal-like daggers with an ft length blade, with small one-handed handles. That you'll be able to easliy place them in between the fingers to use or throw them. They were the same daggers she use last night during the first attack. Also having a serious expression not really minding at the moment she was giving a bit of fan service to the men around in this serious situation
To his left was Hime who unlike the other two looked a bit tired breathing a bit in and out trying to fix her hair. Yet being a bit flustered and embarrassed how her clothes weren't filled fixed. Just happen to quickly put them on in hurry thus revealing her black lacy bra along with cleavage. Not having fully buttoned up her shirt as well shirt slightly slanted to her left revealing a pit of her white panties. Being a complete difference from the other two in terms of expressions and emotions.
Something that everyone noticed ut didn't comment on it since was overlooked. How reassuring their King and his female companion were. Able to inspire such confidence and charisma in everyone around that their King wasn't a weak man. Or a young unsure teen despite how he looks appearance wise something that Alabaster was grateful for.
Yet a bit concerned for his daughter all but in blood since she's supposed to be the Kingdom's queen. She should've been able to inspire and reassure her people much like Yuka was doing. But he understood why that was the case since she was still green and naive compared to Hajime or Yuka. Whose presence alone made everyone think they'd seen a thing or two in the world. Along with having the experienced air of a veteran in war more so Hajime compared to Yuka.
Alabaster "I see that you've arrived that's good since all of us thought the worse when the attack started"
Yuka "I'll be worried as well if my man here would be easliy killed by these attackers after seeing and knowing what he's capable of,"
Alabaster "Well guess that would be the case wouldn't it. In any case glad your alive and well as well hoped we didn't interrupt something between the lot of you," he says slightly amused looking at the state of the three. Having an amused grin as well as remembering the times he was young
Hime "Um no nothing happened! Nothing as ecchi your imagining in your head ero-oyaji!" she screamed out in a flustered tone looking towards Yuka and Hajime. While shuffling awkwardly in place knowing was Alabaster was insinuating.
Hajime "As amusing as that would've been I highly doubt we've could've continued in such a thing when interruptions abound. Much like what's happening now so sorry to say that wasn't it. Just a simple discussion between the three of us, taking a breather for a bit before the attack started again. That being said what's the situation Oji-san considering I don't see the generals or the head captain of the royal guard here." he asks slighlty amused yet serious turning his sight to the gate. Himself able to sense anything beyond the gate and everything within the royal palace grounds with ease. As well with little effort could sense everything thing within the capital city itself
Alabaster "We'll thanks to your instincts and predictions, the situation while bad. Isn't a total lost cause thanks to your orders earlier today within the throne room as such. The Generals and the head Royal Gaurd Captain were able to keep the loss of troops and life to a minimum within the entire capital. Alongside your brave guards here who as we can hear and speak. Fight on for their home, loved ones, and in your name saving many lives as they can. For the moment I'm in command of the Royal Palace defense as the others. Are outside the royal palace walls within the capital fighting till their last breath" he informs seriously yet respectfully with a slight smile
Hajime "Good enough to know my people actually listen to their newly crowned King. I know of many beacuse of uncertainty or ego wouldn't have listened to my words for the sole reason. Of being a foreigner or beacuse of my age thinking I wouldn't know of war and the like. In any case, better go out and take care of this so that we a could get some sleep"
All 27 Royal Guards "We'll be right behind you your majesty!" they all exclaimed and saluted with hope and respect in their eyes
Yuka "Before that though Hajime, perhaps it would be best to take out the ones on the ground first yeah? That way they'll be able to send reinforcement into the capital that way,"
Hajime "Might as well since I'm the current king I'll need to keep my(Hime's) citizens alive. They are the heart of this kingdom after all" he says with a grin before taping the ground with a foot. Causing a flash of lighting-like crimson light much like he did last night
Hajime {TANSMUTE} he thought having pinpointed all 120 ground abyssal monsters either outside or within the Royal Palace itself
Sure enough though in one move and the next instant across the entire royal palace grounds. Screeching deathly roars rang out in pain as many were either in combat or running away from one. Saw a dark thick metallic spear reaching 120ft tall appear underneath the abyss monsters. Only to pierce through the bottom and out of the spinal section of the abyss monster. Said the monster being taken with it as slid down the spike in a slow painful death that couldn't move as bled down the spear before letting out its last cries.
Before falling limp as it stopped unable to side down it hanging above 60ft before it slipt into two falling to the ground or floor below with a thud. Of course, that happened 10 seconds later as those flying in the air as well as the Knight of the Abyss could only look. In terror and helplessness feeling such feelings for the first time in their horrible lives.
Of course, while brutal or some of the staff froze in terror at the brutality and horrendous death they witnessed even though it was an abyss monster. The royal guard within the Royal place grounds could only let out grateful and joyful warcries of victory seeing their enemies slane. Not caring for the moment that there were still enemies in the sky that everyone could see. Of course, Hajime's group also heard the deathly cries only to be followed by the joyous cheers of the royal guards within the Royal Palace grounds.
Hajime "And with that, the men should be able to send some squads down into the city itself," they all heard him say with a simple grin as he made sure his transmutation spears de-materialized. Almost as if they weren't even there to begin with like an illusion
Yuka (Guess is a good time as any to show off) thought amused with a grin on her face looking up towards the remaining enemy
Hime (Holy shit!) she thought in awe yet stunned at what had happened within the few seconds. But soon composed herself knowing her Hajime was still in some form the Hajime she knew. Even if it was just saving the people around here
Alabaster "You're abilities seem to pleasantly surprise me Hajime even now. That being said you heard the King send some squads down into the city and open this gate. There may be wounded men that may need us" he ordered out with strength in his voice
All 27 Royal Guards "Yes sir!" they shouted and saluted in unison before beginning to unlock the gate. Or head off running in different directions to really their comrade and commanding officers current orders
Something that everyone saw them do but not before giving their brief words of thanks to Hajime as they headed off. Simply before Hajime turned to Hime's slight shuffling figure looking towards him
Hajime "Guess this is where we'll part ways now my queen till everything is resolved"
Hime "Um yeah guess so since I can't fight at moment like Sonobe-san or the other can," she said with a bit of a chuckle yet a bit sad understanding expression only to feel Hajime's hand on her head. Almost a bit stunned by his action yet oddly felt reassured by it as she looked towards him
Hajime "Hey don't make that expression since it doesn't suit you. Despite how the situation between the three of us is at moment there are strengths you carry that you can't see just yet. Maybe at the moment, you're unable to fight but that doesn't mean you won't be able to down the line. There are people inside the palace and outside that'll need a figure to reassure them. That everything no matter how bad things might be there will be morning light they'll see again. As the people alongside their King continue the fight, the terrors of the night will vanish," he says to her in earnest and sincerity as he pats her head reassuringly that everything will be fine
Hime "You've gotten very sly and confidant over the years haven't you Hajime-kun,"
Hajime "Was just one of the many things I needed to do considering the people I have under my command and need to protect,"
Hime "I'm sure you must have. Even so, there is something I can only do for you that others can't since it would make me feel at ease. If you allowed me to do so despite how everything is up in the air," she looks towards him with slighlty flustered but honest expression holding her hands close to her chest in a prayer motion
Hajime "If that's what you truly wished to do despite how things are then go headed. But not on the lips please since our talks haven't yet finished,"
Hime only smiles at him with a knowing yet happy expression as she kisses his forehead knowing anything else but this would push it. In turn, Hajime felt this new power within him swell in glee as his ring of light began to shine brightly. So much so that it illuminated the place in warm claiming light as he simply gave her a smile. Before turning to Alabaster and Yuka and speaking up
Hajime "Let's go since the enemy should begin to move again after becoming themselves," he says heading past Hime and moving towards the open gate with guards bringing in the wounded. Or ushering the fleeing staff and nobility into the southern-controlled area.
Alabaster "Be right behind you and good job Hime please stay here with the other. As well be the queen Hajime-kun said you could easliy be at this time for our people"
Hime "I will Oji-san," she says to him with a smile. Only to see Alabaster giving her a smile before following behind Hajime before her sights to Yuka who stopped briefly before her.
Yuka "There are many things I wished to say but now isn't the time. So I'll just say don't make Hajime-kun regret putting his trust in you," she says to her honestly yet with a narrowed gaze as she extended her hand to her
Hime "I know you don't like me much and I doubt I could change your opinion of me. But failing Hajime-kun is something I won't do, especially knowing that he trusted me with these people. I will not fail him" she said back to her in earnest and seriously taking her hand and shaking it
Yuka (I better hope so since you still haven't acknowledged your feelings yet. Hajime is way too kind for a person like you to have Nonaka-san) she thought seriously and honestly
Hime simply sees Yuka just give her nod before letting go of her hand and moving passed her to follow Alabaster and Hajime. With Hime saying a prayer hoping for all their return and feeling frustrated that's all she's able to do.
The Nokanatika Kingdom Royal Palace, central grounds flower garden, July 21st R.H.E 1256 10:30 pm multi pov
It was just a tad shame that the central flower garden is blemished in such a manner. Where servants, staff, nobility, and even royals would relax here enjoying tea. Or even being an open-air venue for parties and the like. The luscious grass lawn with a myriad of flowers lining the edges of the garden has multiple entrances. You could even enjoy your meals here for an entire day if you so desired. He knew this beacuse he'd done it many times in his years growing up and the company he'd kept.
Yet as his flame spell incinerated another Abyss monster he couldn't as the bloodied corpses littered the area. Human or Abyss monsters more the later since they came around and yet again. Saved many of the butler and maid staff with Hajime and Lady Yuka making their hearts swoon every time they did. I mean who wouldn't since not only they had the looks but the confidence and skill. To dispatch these monsters with ease much like he currently dodges and evades attacks from his next victim.
Lady Yuka with grace and skill evaded and moved like a beautiful fairy with her movements so smooth as she easily sliced the fingers of her next victim's left hand. Only to dodge and land on top of its arm. To run up it with a halo of daggers behind her slicing or pricing her opponent as it let out its last horrible growl. Before its head was armed through by multiple daggers making holes in it. Causing the abyss monster to fall with Lady Yuka not even batting an eye at it as she went to the next one that attacked her. Easliy avoided by a hair breathe landing a powerful kick causing a slight indent in its chest only to jump off it like a springboard. With all her daggers soon peppering that poor abyssal monster like a paper target.
Yet he knew she knew her limits as she always faced one of these monsters in one on one engagements. Though if she had no other choice or was forced to she could handle two at once with manageable difficulty. since it was taking her all just going against one of these monsters that if a hit landed on her. She'd taken significant damage compared to just dying outright.
In turn, Hajime like a simple stroll easliy dealt with them left, right, and center even making sure the abyssal monsters they faced. Weren't too much for them to take care of on their own as dozen upon dozens fell. In an instant, the booming sounds from Donner & Schlag in hands fired moving down 12 with every shot never seeming to reload as a dozen cartages seemed on be expunged from every shot she made with them. Alongside doing his gun-fu as he called his martial arts he'd decoupled to fight his enemies. Being practical in combat since it was made and created in real life experience within the abyss that was Orcus Great Labrytith in Tortus.
Always seeing his enemies flying with gaping holes in their shredded chests from his arms or feet connecting when they got close to him. Broken and sliced limbs from him just hit them all before their heads exploded into the fine mist from either Donner or Schlag's bullets. With him able to do trick shots with each making sure his enemies couldn't traject the line his bullets were flying if they could see them in the first place. He wasn't even trying really with these supposed monsters not even his special bullets for them nor any of his more flashy skills. Just his passive ones that were always in use no matter where he was be it in battle or just daily life so that he wouldn't be caught off guard.
Yet here he was making impossible shots through narrow or not even seeing his targets that he may as well be cheating or using hacks. The truth of the matter was there were no gunmen, gunwomen, or marksmen better than him in all the worlds he's gone or been summoned to. At least not yet since his daughter Miyu may as well give him a run for his money within a few years.
That against her he'll need to start trying against her using everything he'd got. His daughter was just much of a genius or prodigy in not only using his gun-fu art. But Tio's and the other's main weapons as well that it was pleasantly terrifying seeing her growth in training becoming more skilled than professionals. dedicated their whole lives to be in training or honed in battle. She'd easliy beat them with no effort approaching his and everyone else from his fiancees' levels. He was proud of his little gril much like her mother and everyone else was as well.
Yet it soon came to end with the last shot echoed followed by the black blood sprayed over the wall and windows from the abyssal monster's head. And hole through the wall the battle within this place and the Royal palace had ceased. As only silence reigned in this horrendous sight of corposes, served limbs and blood all around seeing into the ground below their feet.
Alabaster "It seems were done with this part of the palace Sonobe-san and Hajime-kun. Must say was a tad bit worried in the first encounter against ten but as always splendidly done," he says with simple awe and praise looking around the area and like mentioned felt a bit sad about this place looking in such a fashion.
Yuka and Hajime themselves had blood splatters all over their kimonos and bodies. Even hair and face dripping with their enemy's blood which couldn't be helped considering they lost count after the fifth encounter. Of how many dozens of abyss monsters they had to fight to save for Hajime knowing they'd killed more than hundreds of these abyssal monsters reaching a thousand soon. Just within or sent to the royal palace as reinforcements to add to the meat grinder. The same case with Alabaster's own clothing handing to pull up a chair(One of the ones not destroyed) and sit on it. As he let out a tired sigh having lost count as well of how many abyss monsters they'd killed. And that wasn't all of them as there was still fighting outside the royal palace.
Yuka "Looks to be the case since I'm not sensing anyone else nearby," she said honestly while flicking off the blood off her daggers. As well known felt more powerful and likly leveled up during this entire fight. Where she would've struggled against one but now could go up against two and still win. She's also certain she'd gained a few extra skills as well. She'll just have to check later when she has a chance.
Hajime "I would agree with you but there is one left coming towards us from above. Seems a bit stronger than these other abyss monsters we've faced so far"
Hearing him say such a thing all of them faced to look up in combat stances. While Hajime fired from Donner & Schalg
*BANNG* BANNG* as they heard long gunshots from both yet saw 12 cartages expended from them even though he shoot twice. Yet something not seen since happened as the unknown abyss monster. From Hajime's eyes anyways since he could see the unknown begin to dodge or move out of the way from the different trajectory of the bullets fired at it. But in turn, caused it to change positions as to where it'll land and sure enough landing just 100ft from them was the humanoid abyss monster itself. That if they didn't know any better they'd say it looked annoyed and enraged(It was). But Alabaster's eyes went wide as well his demeanor changed when he caught sight of who they were facing
Alabaster "WE need to leave! this monster is a very different league from what we've faced so far!" he shouted to them in a panicked yet honest tone as he cursed mentally
Yuka "Yeah from what I could see and feel that is something I couldn't handle even if I sacrificed a few limbs to do so. I highly doubt(at the moment) that even giving my life would even let me kill it," she said in agreement yet unlike him wasn't worried as she stood with arms crossed under her breasts. Knowing she'll need new clothes in addition this kimono is alongside Hajime's. Are lost causes from the amount of sweat and blood they've gotten on it. Doesn't help it's gotten a few tears here and there as well from just moving around. Shame but hopefully, Hajime won't mind fixing them with his godly transmuting skills.
Hajime "Seems to be the case since this one looks to be on par with an Apostle of God if not just slightly under it. That being said hey Oji-san considering how you look I assume you've faced these kinds before and have some intel you can share" he said compressed still having his confident grin on his face as crimson electrics began to show on Donner & Schlag. He's taken this a bit seriously compared to the rest considering he's going to put a bit of effort into this fight. But not much more than usual considering he's passed the point of the enemy in front of him.
Alabaster "I will on the way but we'll need to get out of here since this isn't something you can face currently," he informed yet slightly demanded they'd leave considering how much power this Knight of the Abyss possesses. As well as how troublesome it is considering it welds power magic and is able to put up layers of defenses with ease.
Knight of the Abyss "I found you at last bearer of light and king from a different place," they all heard it say in a sinister yet dark tone as it stood in their way. Yet didn't make the first move as it saw what was happening below.
Hajime "As much normally I would listen to you since you've been around here longer and have fought against these guys. This time I'm going to have to say you're underestimating my capabilities by a lot. If you think that monster could harm me at all much less even get close to me to try," he said before a slight flash of crimson lightly shine from under his feet alongside him firing his now electromagnetic Donner & schalg
Hajime {Transmute} he said mentally followed by *BAAAAAAAANG**BAAAAAAANG* as crimson flashes fired from Donner & Schalg yet not where he transmuted under the monster. But following its evading point and next landing area every time as he continued firing from the same spot. Or at least everyone assumed he was still standing in the same place firing
The Knight of the Abyss having senses the build-up of mana soon moved out of the way from the emerging black metallic spike. Only having to dodge much faster projectiles at it by the dozen at the time. As the Ring King fired from its strange yet powerful metal crossbows(Donner & Schlag) from its same position. Always looking to where he avoids and makes the projectiles bounce or ricochet off each other in mid-air. Making it more tedious and difficult to dodge yet somehow it felt off every time he looked to where the King was at.
Simply looking towards him yet that annoying grin of his like he's superior to it. Having to be on the back foot in this dance or death. Where even if he does get hit with these insanely face projectiles he could just see before avoiding them. Either just dogging or having to do mental wind spells last second to change their trajectory. Or having to take a hit losing a few of his magical layered defenses before having to reform them again. after to keep on dodging unable to go on the attack else it knows it wouldn't be able to shrug off multiple hits after four destroy his multi-layer magical defense.
Alabaster "As much impressed with how well you're keeping him at bay. Doesn't mean you can't beat him as you are now with how weak the power from the ring is!" he shouted at him where he thought Hajime was still standing. But they heard all from behind the Knight of the Abyss who much like Alabaster was shocked but Yuka only had an amused smile. Slighlty loving how Hajime just shut the old man's mouth with his display knowing "Hajime" on the ground was just a physical afterimage. That's what feels and could talk from Hajime's Illusion Waltz skill. With Hajime since the battle not been there at all since the minute battle started
Hajime "Like I said Oji-san you underestimate me way too much," he said from behind the Knight of the Abyss who was in midair just barely avoiding his electromagnetic bullets. That had already made sure his multi-layers of ten magical barriers were gone. As he swapped out Donner for Alvus a shotgun that shoots out needles with a wide spread to eviscerate enemies. Instead of using gunpowder, he packed the needles into miniature, disposable Treasure Troves which he'd made using Evolution Magic. By compressing them to an extremely small space, they shot out with lethal force when released. Furthermore, the needles were coated with a potent poison he had found in the abyss.
Said shotgun looked pure metallic black with a crimson outline, reminiscent of a modified HK512 yet wasn't. As such when he pulled the trigger point blank*explosive shotgun noise**Chruching bone, Blood splattering, open chest ripping noise*
Kight of the Abyss "GUHH!...you!" it said its final words bleeding heavily as black blood was dripping from its mouth. As it turned its head to face Hajime. Knowing it was dying yet unable to form the correct thoughts to casts spells

Considering both Alvus and his hand was covered by his Gale Claw skill winds/man he'd gained after eating a monster who used it. Much like most of his skills were gained in such a fashion. A few others gained on their own by honing, training, and using their base skills to get improved variants of them. Only for the Kight of the abyss last minute to move its head and weakly kick him to fall to the ground with a loud thud and ploop from 30ft in the air. How he's even standing in the air much less moving was beacuse of his Riftwalk skill. Being the final derivative of the original Air Dance/Airwalk skill he gained from a monster as well.
The battle no you couldn't even call it that as it was a simple beat down between heaven and earth between the two. As Hajime put away both Alvus and Schlag back into his treasure troves. By walking down to them from the air he spoke up again with a grin on his face seeing Marse alongside a few Royal guards appear to them. Likly coming as reinforcement but wasn't necessary anymore
Hajime "Now then Oji-san, along with Marse-ouji(Prince) and everyone else. Shall we go and retake my capital city considering the enemy's commander has just been slane?" he simply asked all of them as he stepped to the ground looking towards him with Yuka taking his right side As he was about to execute the monster only for the mask to slip off revealing underneath. Being some elf-looking man whose eyes looked corrupted yet turned towards him speaking up with tears falling from its eyes.
Knight of the Abyss/Elf? "I...tha..nk...yo..u...R..in..g...K..in..g" he weakly said with a smile as the black corrupted ring under its glove-like hands broke and faded into dust
Marse, Alabaster along with the other seven royal guards he came with could only look in awe and stunned. At what they have seen and what was within their sights as they heard Hajime speak up after kneeling to the elf. After looking over its body removing its clock robe showing indeed it was an elf body under that. Yet seeing on its left ring finger dark-like mana embers waved off it. Causing a frown on his face not having expected this sudden twist. Yet not regretting in doing so or going to change going up against these guys
Hajime "I don't know why you would thank the person who killed you...but you may rest now. Don't worry man we'll take it from here," he simply said to him moving his hand over his dull lifeless eyes. With the elf in question only smiled as tears fell from his eyes before finally passing

As Hajime closed the Dead Elf's eyes he got up feeling a bit more uncomfortable and angry having remembered something. He hadn't thought about in a long while about that dead. Psychotic yandere girl Nakamura Eri did to Meld and the others. As well was going to do to Kaori it didn't arrive when he did. As silence reigned in place with no one saying a word be it beacuse of being confused. Or beacuse to mourn the passing of this Elf who they didn't even know likly corrupted by the Abyss King Himself. Obviously, Yuka felt this situation was very similar to that day when she and everyone were rendered powerless by Eri that day. Feeling anger yet towards the Abyss King when she felt indifferent about him for obvious reasons. Before hearing Hajime speak up beside her, having grabbed her hand in reassurance. Almost telling to her to calm down made her smile a bit internally. Happy knowing that Hajime noticed how upset she was before letting go of her hand
Hajime "Let's go, we've got a city to take back," they all heard him say in a slighlty darker yet authoritative tone knowing the air around Hajime wasn't playful or indifferent anymore. But a vicious cold beast having been unleashed with his non-eyepatch eye showing untold coldness within it. Having had enough of everything sending shivers down their spine
Marse/Alabaster/7 Royal Guards "As you wish Ring Hero," they said in unison as they bowed their heads, yet understood why Hajime was this way as they turned their sights to the unfortunate dead elf. As the burning fire was lit within them as their hands turned into fists not going to let this injustice stand.
Thus Hajime and Yuka alongside everyone else proceeded out of the Royal Palace. With the remaining 120 royal Guards left to defend the Palace in case, more Abyss monsters came to the city. To join in the massacre that was to follow once their King entered the fray.
Within the next two hours, the last of the abyss monster slane as none were left alive or escaped. As the legend of the Ring Hero began under his command. Defended his capital within the next day of his assassination yet his citizens didn't see him rever him as their King or Hero. But oddly enough as their Maou yet that was in secret and that might have been Beacuse of Yuka herself. Who decided to take a page from both Hajime's and Liliana's book when it comes to the masses obviously making sure it remained hidden. Yet none would imagine how much traction such a thing would gain in Hajime being revered as a Maou.

? "It seems princess Krystal had returned from the other world where she'd been this past decade," one of the elven nobility said with a smile

King Jade Romca an elf by the outside world or wind folk as their properly called stands 190cm tall with short long blond hair reaching past his chest. With a minimalist yet engraved silver crown with a green emerald in the center of it. Long high elf-pointed ears, dark emerald eyes, slightly pale white skin with a slightly well-toned figure. With a long black robe with golden accents to it, as well as his trust black wood ornate longbow by his side of the throne. That he used to hunt or fight on the front in the past. Overall like every elf within the room he was a very handsome young-looking man in his late twenties. But obviously wasn't being a few centuries older yet still considering a teen in elf years
King Jade "None at all so it seems Marse did become the Ring Hero then. Guess that means he should come for my younger sister soon," he says in an amused tone with a smile on his face
? "No your Majesty it isn't the second prince of the Empire who became the Ring Hero. But a native from the other world whose a childhood friend of Princesses Krystal," said a different noble informing him and every else
King Jade "Well isn't that surprising. Huh didn't expect that one happening at all," he said slighlty shocked yet amused as well.
But everyone else was also surprised such a thing happened and curious about who this otherworlder might be.

They were attacked by the Abyss King's minions to assassinate them. But it seems launched an all-out attack on the King of Nokanatika as a whole as well. Yet it seems the capital was able to defeat and eliminate an army of 5000 abyss monsters. Being led by a Knight of the Abyss as well commanding the attack. With the Ring Hero, the new King of the Nokanatika Kingdom of Light led the attack. Yet responsible for more than half of the casualties in defeating the army alongside killing the Knight of The Abyss." he said and informed everyone
Causing everyone to yell out in awe and shock for a veraity of reasons before everyone became silent at the raise of Jade's hand.
King Jade "Well it seems this otherworlder seems to be doing his job of culling the enemy well. Though it seems his Kingdom is finished if the invasion of it is true causing a new front everyone will have to worry about. Well, the outside world that is since we're safe behind this barrier. That being said I doubt we're the only ones receiving such news from our spies within the Kingdom. In any case, raise the alert to the border gauds to be at the ready in case of Abyss monster slips past the wind Barrier. As well keep an eye out for princess Novelty and her King since I'm sure they'll come here for asylum. Or foolishly ask for my younger sister the bearer of Ring of Wind," He said in an authoritative tone before everyone in the throne room knelt down and speaking up
All 100 Noble Elfs "It will be done your Majesty" they all said in respect and in unison yet in the corridor point out her head that was behind the Throne.

After bravely venturing out of her room wanting to hear about the horrible beast coming to take her away. Or so her big brother had told her for decades growing up as she was Princesses Nefritis Romca. She stood 172cm with slighlty pale white skin with slightly dark short wavy oblong hair that reaches past her exposed shoulders. Having pointed high elf ears and dark emerald eyes. Having an hourglass figure with decent breasts( C cups) and a nice ass (E size) with her aforementioned white shoulder cut dress with golden accents and white strappy sandals. Overall a very cute yet attractive girl who looks in her early teens(16) but isn't being decades older.
Nefritis (...Oh no...the beast who married is coming for me to hold my hand...How Disgusting and Lewd!) she shouted mentally and terrified quickly running back to her room to lock herself in and cover herself with a blanket

Hi and hoped you'll have a good new year. Had planned to get this chapter out earlier yet but well here we are. Hope you thought the chapter was decent and hoped the character interaction wasn't forced in any way. As well did the character introduction a decent job as well.
That being said Next chapter will pick off with Hajime and the others in the throne room. And then go from there and see what happens, in any case moving on to the second volume now of the manga.
