TOTOROTOTOROT ANNOUNCEMENT TRAIN! IN TODAYS ANNOUNCEMENT WE HAVE

If you guys have any one shot ideas write a review or leave a comment! (Totally not out of ideas!) remember when I said I could get a way to include you guys? This is the best way I could think of. You don't have to of course but it would be very helpful.

Another thing! This does not count as a Rocky x Everest story. I just did it for fun!

The beginning might have an unnecessary amount of "I's" I write it in 3rd person and I couldn't be bothered to to change the entire thing I had so far. Bare with me it'll get better.

And this will be very similar to a part in chapter 2 of second chances don't come often. This is because I started writing this two months ago...look I'm sorry. I just didn't feel like writing and finishing them. I just held myself to stupid standards for each one but now I'll write what comes to my mind. Expect the length of these to drastically drop. But yes, this is a two month old one shot, along with the 15 other month old one shot ideas I'll start to finish up. It's almost been a month and I'm sorry to make y'all wait but there won't be any promises that a new one will be here any time soon. Anyways, hope y'all enjoy!

Poor execution

The pups stood in a circle standing over Marshall. "You good bwo?" Zuma asked. Marshall groaned and turned over. "Yeah I'm okay...how's Everest?" He sighed. At that moment Skye left the room. "Dude she's definitely mad at you, like for sure mad at you." Rocky said.

Everest sat across room facing away from everyone else. "Maybe don't go and mislead people!" Everest exclaimed. Chase looked at Marshall. "Mislead? What happened between you two?" Rubble jumped into the huddle. Marshall sat up. "Well...It's a long story but I'll cut it short...and...I'm sorry what you're about to hear." Marshall sheepishly said. Everest turned her head and walked towards Marshall. "Okay, it starts awhile back but I'll start from when things get interesting."

I trotted along lookout looking for the sponge to wash my fire truck with. The other supplies were already ready.

After awhile of looking I couldn't find it anywhere. I try calling back to the last person who used it...Chase. I pressed my pup tag and called Chase. Everyone else agreed to head to the beach since it was a sunny day. I was confused on why it was taking him so long for him to answer. "Marshall?" Chase asked through the pup tag. "Yeah, you know where the sponge is? I'm having a hard time finding it." I asked as he heard some laughing in the background. "Yeah, it should be in the closet where all the cleaning supplies...did you even check there?" Chase asks.

I knew there wasn't a way out of this one. "No...I was in a rush because-

-of Everest? I know we all know you're big plan on asking her out. You've been blaming everything on that and I'm getting tired of it as an excuse...but anyways like I said it's in the closet." Chase replied.

I hung up knowing his attitude wouldn't stop. I only told him and Rocky at first since they were the only ones I trusted. Then I realized that I didn't even like Everest like that.

"YOU WHAT?" Rubble exclaims.

Everest gets up and stomps out the door and everyone in the room is shocked. I looked to Chase and he seemed beyond furious with me. "I know it sounds bad b-

"What do you mean but. You completely mislead Everest into false hope! Do you know what you've done?" Chase was going to go on but now he had a bigger problem. He was genuinely getting tired to picking up after everyone.

"Look look look...I can explain but it won't be amazing." I offered.

Chase exhaled. "I can't, I need to find Everest before she does anything stupid. Anyone wanna come?" Chase offered to the group.

Nobody replied as Chase rolled his eyes and started to follow Everest's scent. "So you were lying for two months?" Rocky asked in amazement.

Marshall nodded. The group let out a gasp all together. "As I was saying..."

I wasn't into Everest like that. I washed my Truck so it was squeaky clean ya know? The reflection was gorgeous. You could see everything with a red tint! It was amazing. By the time you guys got back you were all tired and sleepy which left me a couple hours alone with Everest.

"What's the point of lying?" Zuma asked

Marshall let out a prolonged sigh. "One more interruption and I'm not finishing." Marshall threatens. The pups fell silent so Marshall could finish his story.

Skip forward a little bit to when y'all were asleep and Everest barely arrives. "Heyyyy Ev." I welcome trying to get her used to a name a bit more comfortable. "Oooh." She said playing along with it.

"You gotta be quite since everyone had a long day at the beach." I inform.

"Without you? What for?" Everest asks knowing they never leave me.

I wasn't nervous at all. It makes things a lot more difficult to ask her since I needed to pretend to be nervous. "I-I-I I've b-been meaning to ask you a v-very...important question." I said as I scratch the back of my head.

"Is it that you like me?" She asks me already knowing what I was gonna say. I nod my head and she squeezed me in a tight hug and jumps around.

I felt bad for lying to her but that's because...because well I wanted to get a reaction. "So you don't like Chase or Rocky?" I ask for the fun of it.

"I could never like Chase, too...I dunno I just don't think it would work out." She replied.

"That's a relief, he's into this girl at his work place. Sylvia or something like that. Real nice looking girl... no offense." I explained.

"And Rocky?" I added.

"He always seems busy with his thing and I feel like we'd fall out very fast. But you! This I great!" She exclaimed.

I nervously chuckled. All I wanted to do was see how Skye would've reacted.

"So...you're telling me that my chances with Everest are DONE because you wanted to get a reaction?!?" Rocky groaned and pawed his face in failure.

Zuma and Rubble weirdly looked at Rocky. "Dude he lied for two months and you're worried about Everest? Bro I wanna hear about him and Skye!" Rubble exclaimed as he sat down getting ready to listen to Marshall's story. Zuma sat down as well. Rocky couldn't stand to even be in the room as Marshall.

Marshall felt bad...like really bad. He decided to wrap up the story and try to fix his errors.

Outside of the lookout Chase walked back with a tearful Everest close by him. He could see Rocky sitting down looking very depressed. Chase knew exactly why. He knew everything about every pup. They trusted him like that. Now he had to mend broken hearts.

Chase attempted to leave Everest's side but she clung onto him like a magnet. "Everest please, I need to go talk with Rocky, look at him. He's just as sad as you are." Chase said explaining why it was a dire situation.

"How? How huh? He wasn't lied to for two months." She sniffled and released more tears. Chase groaned knowing he had only one choice. "Look...Rocky liked you since you got onto the team, he was devastated when Marshall first mention on asking you out. He sucked it up like a real dog and lived life to fullest even though he had a dark moment. So...I need to go make sure he's okay before he tries running off like you did. Got it?" Chase asks. Everest weakly nods and Chase casually walks up to Rocky. "Hey...get your head in the game." Chase whispered getting Rocky's attention.

"What?" He asked.

"Dude...everything I know is from you and Zuma. You two taught me everything about girls. How do you think I'm at where I'm at right now with Sylvia?" Chase started. Rocky was confused on what he was talking about.

Chase continued. "Look, one of you said 'You're best chance is when she's vulnerable.' Not tryna sound mean but this is you're chance to show Everest your true self. She thinks if you like a geek who is stuck in your room 24/7. That is far from the Rocky I know. You're almost as cocky as Zuma." Chase chuckled. He got quickly stopped and looked back at Rocky.

Rocky wiped his face off and confidently nodded. Chase smiled knowing he did an amazing job. He did not expect it to end that well.

"Dude...you awe sad." Zuma said as Marshall finished the two month journey.

Marshall dropped his head. "I need to apologize...what I did was wrong a-

"HELLO! WE AREN'T EVEREST NOR SKYE!" Rubble yelled scaring Marshall. Marshall nodded and walked outside to see Rocky and Everest looking out into the ocean. He could barely hear the faintest sounds of their voices talking. "Where are you going!" Chase said cutting him off.

"I'm sorry Chase...I messed up. I should've just asked Skye but not I've ruined my only shot with her! I ruined my relationship with You! And Rocky! And Everest! And Skye!" Marshall exclaims as he balls into Chases chest. "I'm still you're friend. I'll be by your side every step you take. Right or wrong I'll be there to help." He said offering Marshall a hug. He could see Skye listening in on the entire thing from a distance.

Chase released the hug. "I may still be here but I sure know Everest, Skye and Rocky are mad at you. You should start of with Skye." Chase suggested.

"I thought you would've said Rocky." Marshall said.

Chase laughed. "No, you basically said you're apology. Now turn around and repeat it." Chase ordered.

Marshall turned around and saw Skye standing there in all her beauty. He dropped his head to embarrassed to even look at her. "Oh Marshall...I liked you as well. But now I'm not sure what to think." Skye started.

Marshall sighed thinking his days are done.

"I'm willing to give you a second chance." She added.

Marshall snapped his head up. "Really?" He happily said.

Skye nodded. Marshall ran over to give her a hug. "No no! You still need to earn that hug. First of all fix the mess you made." She ordered. Marshall looked to Rocky and Everest who were having their moment. "Later?" He asked.

Skye rolled her eyes.

3 months later

The pups lined up at the beach picking teams for volleyball. Marshall managed to patch up his issue with Rocky surprisingly fast but with Everest...he needed to courage for that. Luckily Rocky isn't one to hate on some so he decided to give him a paw. They were joined by the twins and Sylvia. Chase was iffy about having Sylvia around Zuma since Zuma tried to shoot his shot when Chase wasn't around. Luckily Sylvia found his arrogance annoying.

Marshall got on his team which consisted of the twins, Zuma, Skye and Rubble. Marshall had been planning on re asking out Skye but the time never seemed right. The fear of rejection and ruining another friendship haunted him constantly. Not only did it affect him inside, it affected him outside. Zuma was quick to notice it and he called for a timeout.

"What with you? You'we a beast at this game and now you can't play? We are getting ouw butts kicked." Zuma said looked at Marshall who was clearly out of it.

Marshall want paying attention to his words when Skye slipped out. "Skye's bugging you?" Zuma asked.

On mention of her name Marshall snapped out of it.

He sighed. "I've been meaning to ask her out but I'm not sure if I should...maybe I need to wait 6 more months." He mumbled. Just then Chase yelled to Marshall. "Pay attention to your surrounding more!" He exclaimed.

Marshall looked back at Zuma who had a very nervous smile on his face. He could see off of his pupil.

"Skye...did you hear everything I just said?" Marshall quivered.

"Yep..." she simply replied.

Marshall starts to paw his face in embarrassments. "That's twi-

- he felt a quick yank on his collar before feeling and seeing Skye's muzzle attached to his muzzle. He closed his eyes and enjoyed it for the next 2 seconds. The pups cheered for Marshall and Skye finally tying the knot. When the kiss was let go Marshall felt as if he fell out of the clouds and back down to earth. "That was amazing." Marshall muttered.

Skye went back to being serious. "I swear if you pull another dumb stunt...I'm not sure. Hard to stay mad at you." She chuckled breaking the act.

"I promise to not do something dumb ever again" Marshall promised. Skye wasn't sure to believe it. "Come on before this gets any more awkward. Everyone is looking at us." Skye ordered as she headed back to the court where everyone stood. Marshall followed along.

I know it's short. The next ones I'll make are probably going to be short as well but once I get a great idea it'll be a long one shot.
