Differences in Strength and Heart
Dan jumps back after almost getting hit by a kick to the face by Menace and Claudette is standing next to one old pillar, she slashes it with her sword and the pillar starts to fall right down towards Dan who quickly saw this and defend against it with his shield.
"Now I can't believe I fell for that one." Dan cursed himself.
"Fire Dragon Iron!" Natsu threw his flaming punch right into Dan's stomach sending him flying.
But Dan made a surprisingly fast recovery and lands fine on the ground as he looks down at his stomach area for a second and let out a laugh.
"Is there something funny about this battle you find amusing?" Claudette asked.
"Yeah, this guy's magic power… it's so weak." Dan mocked.
"How dare you mock my beloved's strength when you're the one getting more beating than us." Menace angered.
"Well, it just I've been thinking about it ever since our last fight. Seems like your offensive power is more for show than anything." Dan said straight to Natsu.
"Say what?" Natsu puzzled as he starts to feel angry.
"You make it sound like you know about Natsu's strength grown stronger over the years." Claudette said.
"Actually, Samuel mentioned something like that like he was frozen in time on an island for sever years." Dan recalled the smart cat saying this before.
"(Guess that means the rest of the Legion Platoon knows about this fact as well.)" Claudette thought figured.
"I'd be willing to bet the farm that's the reason you'll never be able to beat me." Dan proclaimed.
"You wanna test that?" Natsu angered clutching his fists.
"You don't get it, do you? While you were frozen, I had seven years to improve my skills! I'm a completely different caliber of wizard. A seven-year-old fossil ain't got nothing on me!" Dan smirked.
"Are you done talking now?" Claudette asked confusing the knight of Platoon.
"I was wondering when was this winching brat who's pretending to be a man would shut up." Claudette insulted Dan making him feel hurt in the heart.
"What did you just call me?" Dan asked.
"While it is true that Natsu and some others were frozen in time for seven years, that doesn't mean his heart had stop growing." Claudette said.
"His heart?" Dan confused.
"When he woke up and saw the hardships his guild has been through, he became determined to help them get back on their feet. That determination along with that caring heart and dragon spirit is what allow Natsu to keep pushing himself to get stronger whether it's on a job or doing training with me whenever I ask him to help me and my sisters." Claudette believed strongly from the heart.
"Claudette!" Natsu shocked to hear this woman hearing such great things about him.
"She is right." Menace said coming into the conversation.
"Natsu is more man than you will ever be, even you had hundreds of years of training under your belt, that would never be enough to take down Natsu for his strength and heart are stronger than yours." Menace believed truly as she kisses him on the cheek.
"I know we only known each other for a short time, but I can already tell you're the strongest warrior I met." Setra complimented.
"Thanks, you two." Natsu smiled and looks back at Dan.
"You have gotten seven years of training ahead of me, but heart is what makes you truly strong." Natsu tapped his heart with his thumb.
"Now you're going to feel how strong that heart is!" Natsu charged at Dan with flaming fists.
"Oh yeah, well, I have a strong heart too! Proud of being a knight and love for the ladies that is unsurpassed!" Dan proclaimed as he holds up his shield.
However, Natsu threw his fist down at the ground to launch himself over the shield and right above Dan who is completely shocked to see that he didn't strike the shield, and that shock was the perfect opening for Natsu to throw that other flaming punch right on the top of Dan's head.
"This is what it means to be strong, to be a Fairy Tail wizard!" Natsu shouted in raging spirit.
Natsu send Dan crashing face-first onto the ground that also causes him to bounce off showing his shock and groaning in pain expression, then got sent flying in the air by Natsu again with a flaming kick on the stomach.
"Save some of the butt whooping for me!" Menace jumped high.
"Royal Kick!" Menace performed a strong kick on the side sending Dan flying in another direction.
"Thunder Knee Crack!" Claudette comes in with a knee-kick to the back sending Dan crashing back onto the ground.
"Now for the big finish!" Natsu readied himself with his Brilliant Flame attack.
"Claudette, let's join him! Royal Thunder!" Meance summoned a purple thunderbolt striking down and mixing with Natsu's attack.
"Very well, guess we can also show him that strength comes in numbers as well." Claudette pointed her sword upward.
"Thunderbolt Strike!" Claudette called forth the lightning bolt to also combine with Natsu and Menace's power.
What nobody knows is that they are performing a Unison Raid which is a very difficult magical technique that is said to be very powerful when different magic types are together, but most have never been able to do this because it is too difficult, and most have spent years trying to do the move throughout their whole life without success.
However, there have been a few who can pull off the Unison Raid perfectly just like Natsu and the girls.
"No way… a Unison Raid?" Dan shocked as he can only manage to move his head to see this.
"(Their lightnings are coming together with my flame, I can feel their hearts pouring in.)" Natsu thought amazed of this power, reminding him of something he has done seven years ago.
"Oh yeah, I can do that." Natsu smirked.
"Lightning Fire Dragon Mode!" Natsu unleased his second mode with lighting sparks emitting around his body.
"What the heck, did he just do lighting magic now? But I thought his main magic is just fire?" Dan confused.
"Alright girls, let show this wannabe knight how we do things in Fairy Tail!" Natsu smirked.
"Menace isn't an official member, but I'm sure the others will be glad to have her join us." Claudette chuckled.
"I'll join any guild to be with my beloved dragon man!" Menace giggled of excitement.
"Hold on, can't we talk this out?" Dan gulped in fear, hoping they would give him some mercy.
"Not a chance!" Natsu, Claudette, and Menace said at the same time.
"Dual Royal Thunder Flame Dragon Sphere!" They threw the attack right at Dan as it comes fast and fiercely close.
"N-No problem, I can just deflect it with my shield and…" Dan noticed that his left hand feels empty and immediately realizes that his shield isn't in his hand.
"What? My shield? Where's my shield?" Dan panicked as he looks around only to see the shield is about ten feet away from him.
"(Damn it, I must've lost my grip on my shield when I was being tossed around earlier.)" Dan thought gasped.
Dan tries to reach for his shield, but it was pointless right now as the attack came right onto Dan like a rampaging bull charging at something that is the color red and engulfing the young knight into the mighty electric-flame attack.
"(Well, at least I got to see some hot battle chicks in such awesome armor!)" Dan thought proud of his moments.
The attack causes a big explosion that shock everything like an earthquake for a few seconds which also alerted Lucy's group as they are still searching for the clock piece.
"What the heck is going on?" Lucy asked worry.
"It's like an earthquake just hit us!" Leina guessed.
"Hey, is this another trap you didn't tell us?" Elina asked glaring at Coco.
"Why are you looking at me for? I had nothing to do with this." Coco defended herself from being blame for this.
"Look out, I think something is coming this way!" Romeo alerted.
His words came true when Dan is suddenly blasted through the wall looking all burned along with the armor having some burn marks, and also tiny electric sparks zapping around him as well.
"What the… Dan? What the Hell happened to you?" Coco shocked.
"It looks like he was electrocuted and burned alive at the same time." Shizuka guessed from the looks on his body.
"Hey, you guys need help?" Natsu asked.
"Natsu!" Lucy surprised to see him coming into the church place.
"I take it you did this to that creep?" Lucy asked.
"Oh yeah, that guy won't be giving you trouble anymore, and I gave him an extra beating for you too." Natsu bragged a bit.
"Aw, you're sweet. Lucy smiled.
"So, any luck on finding that clock piece?" Natsu asked.
"No, we looked everywhere, but still no luck." Lucy answered sadly, then suddenly caught Natsu who just collapsed on her.
"N-Natsu, is something wrong?" Lucy asked blushing.
"Sorry, my body just feels exhausted of all of sudden. Like I don't have any strength left." Natsu groaned.
"Natsu used this mode called Lighting Fire Dragon to add more power into the attack we used to defeat Dan." Menace explained.
"Oh, I guess Natsu must've forgotten he can do that when he ate some lightning, he never really practiced in that mode much." Lucy said.
"Will he be okay?" Coco asked concern.
"Don't worry, he just needs to refuel himself with some fire and he'll be good as new!" Happy flew in carrying two torches of fire.
"Here Natsu, yummy fresh fire!" Happy held the fire close to Natsu.
"Thanks, Happy." Natsu chuckled and start eating the flames feeling better now.
"You know, I'm starting to think that maybe we're already looking at the clock piece." Shizuka said.
"What do you mean?" Romeo asked.
"I mean that maybe the clock piece is hiding in plain sight, behind something that could be big enough to hide an important object like that wall." Shizuka pointed at the wall with the Zentopia emblem.
"Wait, you mean it could be in that wall?" Elina confused.
"No, I think she might be right. The clock piece could be right here." Coco believed as she walks up to the wall.
"Oh hey, you're that dog girl we met too." Natsu just realized that Coco is here.
"Don't call me a dog!" Coco snapped.
"But how do we know for sure?" Lucy asked.
"Well, we could always try Natsu's way." Leina said pulling out her sword.
"Wait, what are you doing?" Lucy asked freaking out a bit.
But it was too late as Leina jumps right at the emblem with her sword glowing a bit gold and throws in a strong slash at the wall, but there is not even a tiny scratch on it until the wall started to glow and disappearing revealing the very object they have been looking for.
"No way, that actually worked!" Elina and Claudette gasped.
"Looks like she took a page from you, Natsu." Happy commented.
"Yeah, and she was right!" Natsu amazed of seeing Leina being able to find the clock piece.
"Wow, so this is the clock piece. It's bigger than I thought it would be." Coco surprised.
"And since Leina found it first, meaning this clock piece belongs to Fairy Tail and you can't do a thing about it." Elina smirked causing Coco to gasp.
"Hey now, that clock piece is the property of Zentopia meaning it belongs to me!" Coco argued.
"Like that matters right now." Elina shrugged making Coco angry again.
"Come on, you two. No need for fighting." Lucy tried to calm them down.
"It looks like you have completed the first step of your quest, my king!" Menace smiled.
"Oh yeah, now we can only hope the others got the other pieces too." Natsu said.

"Okay, I know this book should in this spot." Lacky B placed the book on one spot of the shelf.
"Hey, wait a minute, I was gonna put this book there." Lacky A complained.
"You snooze, you lose." Lacky B mocked a little.
"Can it, boys! Have you forgotten who's watching us right now?" The Leader asked whispering.
"Hey, do I hear talking?" Alleyne asked in a firm tone.
"No ma'am, we're still cleaning!" The Butt Jiggle Gang responded in fear.
"Well, at least they're cleaning up after their own mess though it is kind of funny at the same time." Wendy smiled.
"I cannot understand why you would defend those awful men for their future is anything but bright, there's no helping fools like them." Alleyne pointed out.
"I can't help it if I see something that could help make guys like them see the better in themselves, and you're one to talk since you're wearing the unitard." Wendy said.
Alleyne looks down at herself seeing the black unitard she is currently wearing because of some nonsense the leader of the Butt Jiggle Gang said about if they have to listen to their rules then she has to do the same for theirs, it was so stupid that she wanted to say no but they dare to attack her pride by saying she's a disgrace of a warrior.
"To think I would allow myself to be faulted by their words. I give myself 5 points." Alleyne muttered.
"Hey, I've been wondering. Why do you give out scores like what you did when we first met?" Wendy asked the question she wanted to ask Alleyne about.
"Because I'm a combat instructor, I have been training myself and trained others for the past 1,000 years as I have also been in countless battles. I do the scoring similar like a schoolteacher scoring her little students on their tests, to see how much the warriors I have seen have grown." Alleyne explained.
"Guess that means Nowa get scores too considered she called you master before." Wendy recalled that moment.
"I trained her in the art of combat to help protect the forest we lived in… But also, to protect her from the other elves as they hate her very deeply." Alleyne mentioned.
"They hate her, but why?" Wendy asked.
"Because she was born as a half-elf, the elves believe humans are nothing but brute idiots destroying everything they touch like cutting down trees and hurting elves as they've done in the past." Alleyne explained.
"What? But Nowa would never have been that, would she?" Wendy asked.
"Of course not, she's an innocent and sweet girl yet the villagers treat her poorly despite being named the forest protector." Alleyne smiled.
"But then she met Leina feeling inspired by her words and strength to become strong, I owe her for that." Alleyne said.
"Well, it's a good thing she's not alone because she has you and now, she has us to care for." Wendy believed.
"So moving!" The Leader cried upon hearing that story and the lackies are also touched by this.
Meanwhile, Nowa let out a sudden sneeze wondering if someone is talking about her right now until she stumbles back onto a bookshelf and suddenly fell backward showing a secret room.
"Nowa, are you okay?" Cana asked.
"Yeah, I'm fine." Nowa groaned, but then notice the room.
"Nice job, looks like you found where the clock piece might be." Cana grinned.
"Only one way to find out." Erza ran into the room with the others reaching the end and finding the giant clock piece.
"Booya! We found it!" Cana cheered.
"Guess you stumbling was a good thing." Carla complimented to Nowa who smiles blushing.
Back with Wendy and Alleyne, they heard the magic card seeing that it's blinking and the Cana picture is winking too.
"Alright, they found the clock piece!" Wendy smiled, glad that nothing bad happened to them.
"Did you hear that, boys? They found the treasure. Now it's time to make our move." The Leader smirked.
The Leader quickly leaps at Alleyne getting her face right between her butt cheeks before she could react.
"Point Blank Ecstasy!" The Leader unleased a powerful gas attack on Alleyne's face to knock her out with the stink.
"Alleyne, no!" Wendy cried.
"Now we go for the treasure!" The Leader laughed.
"Is that right?" Alleyne suddenly appeared right in front of his face.
"That the…?!" The Leader gasped before being grabbed by the face and throw at his lackies.
"I'll admit, you certainly surprise me with that sneak attack when my guard had down and almost got me had I not dodge at the last second. Congratulations, you score yourself 6 points." Alleyne glared.
The Butt Jiggle Gang starts shaking in serious fear knowing they just doom themselves as Alleyne blitzes toward the men and hit them with her staff so hard, they have been sent flying right out of the library.
"You haven't smelt the last of us!" The Butt Jiggle Gang shouted before disappearing in the distance.
"Hey! Master, we found a giant clock piece and-Ew! What is that smell?" Nowa asked, horrify of the weird, awful smell.
"It's best you don't know." Alleyne said, fearing how Nowa would feel if she got herself that stinky.
"Huh, why are you wearing that?" Cana asked as Erza is carrying the giant clock piece with two hands.
"That you don't need to know either." Alleyne said blushing of embarrassment as Carla nods, feeling her pain.

Natsu has finally put that pervert knight down with the help of Claudette and Menace along with some encouraging words and found a clock piece too! Same with Erza's team finding one and Alleyne avoid being in a stinky position, but she did look funny with the unitard one.
