One week later (the days prior are slow and uneventful), Max and Passos escort Marcelo, Fabiana and her sister, Giovanna to a nightclub as part of Fabiana's routine. During the trip, the trio are drinking and thanked Max for the rescue. Giovanna also mention about the missing people happening in the favela. Max once more bringing along Michael and the two follow after the other 3. Passos flies off once they all get off. Michael already was wearing his blue suit anyway, so just brought that one. Max has the same grey suit as Michael can wear.

Max Narration: Who would have thought the same Michael Townley who played me for a fool in Yankton would end being the only real friend I have left, well him and Passos. Besides, Michael is pretty capable in a fight, that much I know for sure, I always bring him if I can help it. He says Trevor's too wild, but I'm sure he'll come in handy later.. Anyway I already hated this rich Branco family, but we were hired to protect so I must follow them down to this night club or whatever,.. I hate night clubs.

They reach to the elevator to arrive in the club and introduced by the club manager. They have a small talk and soon arrived at the party floor. Fabiana and Giovanna went to the dance floor and partied while Max and Marcelo head to the bar. Marcelo got angry as his VIP seat have been taken by the star midfielder Claudio. He decide to drink instead and insult Claudio quietly. Max and Marcelo had a small talk before Marcelo finds another friend. Max narrates his hatred of the nightclub with the "fake music and robotic people" and orders a drink at the bar.

But this doesn't last long, as considering Max has a habit of bringing out chaos anywhere he goes, the CS have returned to try again, shooting up the place and grabbing Branco girls. Michael tries to intervene but the fleeing crowd causes him to lose view of them. "Fuck. Max!" Michael yelled.

Hearing all the chaos Max spins back around just as the bartender ducks down, Max sees a goon chasing Marcelo and Max tackles said goon right out the window, during the long fall he shoots any nearby CS before landing right on the now dead goon he pushed. While trying to get up and gunmen tries sneaking up on him, only to shoot right though the side of the skull and Michael runs over holding a Auto 9mm pistol while Max grabs his M1911 pistol, Michael pulling Max up. "They got the girls!"

"I know I know, come on." Max said, leading them up the stairs of the now empty club, still playing music. Unfortunately they find the doors have already been blocked. The gang the leader orders them to flank Max through the bar but Max despite not knowing the language had already figured their plan and prepares for them to come out to the other side, shooting them down once they do. Michael saying they can use the door they went though and leads Max to it. And they reach the corridor and find panicked people and the wounded manager, who Michael gives some aid too.

Max calls Passos to alert the danger and order the manager to lock the doors to prevent any escape.

Max and Michael kill every criminals on his way in the lounge as he track down the kidnappers Max reaching a bathroom while they breifly split up. Where he finds a retired American cop, Anders Detling, hiding out. Anders tries to talk about his kids and being retired, but Max just tells him to keep himself locked away.

Max Narration: Happy healthy ex cop? Give me a break.

Max and Michael rejoin each other at a club restaurant where they just merely miss Fabiana as she's being dragged away, and shoot all the goons in the resturant. They than reach a elevator but again miss her. Shortly after they rejoin Passos on the helicopter, Passos stating "I can't leave you alone for five minutes!"

They pursue the gangsters to find them boarding another helicopter, Giovanna managed to escape when the CS are distracted by Passo's one hovering over, as whereas Fabiana is nowhere to find. Michael grabs a sniper and covers her escape but near the end Max falls out and is left hanging off the land bars, where he shoots a misfired rocket and lands on the helipad (painfully may I add).

Max continues on foot from there, shooting his way though more CS, Mike doing his best to cover him with the sniper.

Eventually Max managed to find Giovianna after killing all the CS in the area. Giovanna displays anger Max let her get kidnapped but quickly calms down and it's reveal she and Passos are together.

Once back Max and Mike tell the others what happened. Seras comforts Max, who still blames himself even though he did everything he could.

Surprisingly enough Trevor actually displays concern about Fabiana. Who he barely even knows, and never showed any interest in.
