Mobs were sent flying by the explosion. "Open the gate!" the mysterious man shouted. The gates slowly started opening. "Alright let's go!" the mysterious man said. They began charging towards the gates and got in. The inside of Kvatch wasn't any better than the outside. SInce the blood moon didn't care about light there were mobs everywhere. People were fleeing, some were fighting, guards were trying to get everything under control.``Alright I think this is where we part ways, friend," The mysterious man said.``What is your name?" Steve asked.``My name is Javier and yours?" "My name is Steve." They both shake hands. Javier and his guards went on their way fighting the mobs. "Meat stay close to me." Steve said. Steve took out his sword and walked around Kvatch. He saw a girl begin to be surrounded by a group of mobs. "Stay away" she warned, waving her sword at them.'Let's help her Meat." Steve and Meat ran to the group of mobs and started sliced a zombie's arm off and then kicked a zombie to the ground. " Thanks for the help." The girl said. " No need to thank me it's just the right thing to do." Steve said. "Kind of cheesy," The girl said. Meat jumped on a skeleton and started biting it. The girl took the skeleton's sword and took a couple of shots at some zombies. She hit 2 of the zombies in the head. "You're good with the bow." Steve noted. "Yeah I know a thing or two, by the way my name is Alex." Alex said. " My name is Steve." At this point the blood moon was halfway over Javier and the rest of the guards were trying their best to kill as many mobs as possible and save as many people. "Come on, we need to find shelter, follow me." Alex said. Alex,teve and Meat ran into a building. Alex closed the door. "We have to wait here until it's over." Alex said. "How many people will die?" Steve asked. "Hopefully no one." Alex said next 5 hours were the longest moments of their lives. All they could hear outside were the mob's groans and the people's screams. Eventually Steve fell asleep. The next day Steve awoke.
