"Good morning to me." avoice said, belonging to none other than one Casey Raccoon, the younger sister of a certain Avenger and Guardian of the Galaxy, Rocket who'd adopted her asa baby while their mother, Jupiter was traversing the Galaxy having adventures, and had now grown into a healthy eight-year old female cub who happened to have superpowers learning to control them, with her brother's help and guidance.

The brown-furred and haired cub was getting ready for her day, getting dressed in her favourite black-hooded top which had a teal paw-primt on it with khaki-green shorts which she was putting on gently so she wouldn't pull her tail takijg deep-breaths as today was a huhe day, she and Rocket were movijg to the planet called Terra, otherwise known as Earth for Rocket had been asked to become vice-dean of Avengers Campus which made her nervous, meaning other kids like her adding to the anxiety since in the past, other kids had been afraid to be her friends because of her many powers thinkijg she was dangerous.

"Casey, you up, breakfast's ready then we Have to leave, alright." Rocket told her.

"Coming, bro, I was just excited to get started, you know." she said appearing from out of nowhere, which made Rocket jump a little then chuckled.

She'd used her cloaking-power to become unseen, so she could sneak into thr kitchen forfun guessing her brother was feeling nervous, leaving the Guardians wasn't an easy choice oly he was doing thisfor Casey so she'd be safer welcoming her prank, it was distracting him from his worry.

"That was funny kid, come eat alright." Rocket told her, seeing her sit down atthe table.

"Did you tell uncle Groot, we're goijg." Casey asked softly.

Rocket nodded, he'd been up all night with Groot, talking, laughing and playing video games while Casey had slept relieving the female-cub asshe'd packed her most important thijgs to take with her including her Raccoon Girl armour which Rocket had made for her only she'd made it look her own way, for patrolling New York grinnijg at that

Raccoon Girl was the hero name she'd hosen herself for the day when she'd become either an Avenger ot Guardian of the Galaxy one day eating up, making a mess seeing her brother handing her an napkin wiping her furry chin

"Thanks, I'm just excited, to get started." she said.

Hesighed at this as they finished up, getting onto hid ship, seeing Casey buckling herself into her seat getting excited, as it blasted off iinto space en route to Earth, only she was Whatsapping Crystal which made Rocket snirk, he was excited to see his Avenger friends, especially Thor hoping he wasn't on mission or on Asgard.

After a while, Casey had fallen asleep which made Rocket relieved, he was talking to Lylla on video-chat.

She was Rocket's soulmate and came to the house they'd lived in on Knowhere but had also hung out so Casey was used to her hanging out eith her brother.

"Date Night's gonna have to wait, pretty lady, just until Casey and I ger settled." Rocket told her sighing, hanging up, hoping the female-otter would understand .

He then unbuckled his seatbelt stretching, after piloting for many hours seeing Casey curious only she looked a bit nervous understanding, this was all new to her, compared to him stroking gently behind her furry ear, which was helping' her relax a little relieving him, it was a calmness thing his friends did with hiim, so used it with Casey when she was anxious.

"Hey, do't worry, everything's gonna be okay, have I ever steered you into danger." Rocket asked her making her in thought shaking her furry head in repky to his question .

This made her feel better realising he was right, ever since he'd adopted her taking a few deep-breaths, like her uncle Groot had taughth her for when she was stressed orher many incredible powers got out of control .

After taking some deep raccoon-breaths, Casey was feeling better, following Rocket out of the ship , she was using her super-strength power tocarry most of the boxes which their stuff was in unaware some of her brother's Acenger friends were watching, wondering who the kid with Rocket was noticing she was quiet ,she noticed they were staring.

"That's Casey, my sister I told you about, andthe reason, I accelted your offer, Princess Sparkle-Fists." Rocket told his best friend, Carol Danvers otherwise known as Captain Marvel whowas rolling her eyes at his comment hearing Casey softly giggle, at herbrother's humour

"Make yourself comfortable, explore." Rocket told her after she put the boxes down which made her unsure seeing Rocket following Carol into her office to talk forva bit

Casey's super-hearing picked up the sounds of young voices becoming unseen through her cloaking-power,seeing a group of youngsters around her age, one was wearing Asgardian armour, agirl thatvreminded her of Hulk, she had green-hair which Casey thought awesome, green was her favourite cokour in the universe.

"You think the new kid's from Asgard." the green-haired girl asked.

"I got a look at her, when she cane with Rocket, she looks like him but different, we'll ask my dad." Thrud told them.

Casey decided to wait until she felt comfortabke totalk to them,she felt overwhelmed deciding to hust get used to the campus , smelling around, unseen hernose itchy after arriving, smiling sitting under a tree after a while, wondering if it was like heruncle, Groot he was like a tree.

"There you are, I was worried after I left the office, did you talk to any kids." Rocket asked makingher quiet, shaking herfurry head, her bangs covering her eyes which had anxiety in them thinking about thise kids that had been talking about her and her brother.

"That's okay, take your time." Rocket replied.
