Our main group made it back to Kvatch. The sun was setting. They were approached by Varyana. "Steve, Alex I'm glad you're back and you bought new people." "Yes, this is Hiro and Gotoh, they're here to help us." Alex said. "How is Javier doing?" Steve said. "Well he's missing an arm but he's still alive so that's good." Varyana said. "I promise I won't hide anymore." Steve said. "You should tell that to Jesse, he blames you for what happened to Javier." Varyana said. "Where is Jesse?" "He's in the doctor's house with Javier." Just then Meat came up to Steve. "Meat! It's been awhile hasn't it." Steve smiled and petted Meat, Meat barked happily. "Come on Meat, follow me." Steve went with Varyana to the doctor's house. They entered the house. "Why did you bring him?" Jesse said. "He wants to apologize for what happened." Varyana said. "Apologizing isn't going to bring back Javier's arm, the best he could do for me is leave." Jesse looked at Steve. Steve stared back, "I'm sorry for what happened but I'm going to change I promise." Steve tried to apologize but Jesse got up and pinned Steve against a wall. "Jesse!" Javier shouted. Everyone looked at Javier lying in the bed. "Leave him alone it wasn't his fault, Darrius just got the better of me." Javier said. Jesse let go of Steve. Steve was still staring at Jesse. "Tomorrow we will help citizens and let them know what happened at the battle, then I will go look for Darius." Jesse looked at Javier, "You're in no condition to fight Darrius." "I know I'm not but I have to fight him, it's my fault for the way he is and I have to be the one to kill him, either it's me or him." "I understand." Jesse said surprisingly. Steve spent the night in the doctor's house and fell asleep in a chair, the next morning would be the start of the epic battle between Kvatch and the bandits.
