December 22nd 1987 Barnwell England

Harry stepped out of an obsidian lined fireplace and onto a marble floor. After banishing the ash and soot that was on his robes, he looked out of the fireplace and was immediately hit with the smell of old books and antique furniture.

"So this is the reception room," He observed as he made his way around the furniture towards a dark oak door. As he walked, he made note of all the different bookshelves and tables that had stuff on them. He knew that he would have to go through all of it, but it wasn't his biggest priority at the moment.

Once he reached and opened the door, he stepped into a large hallway with white walls and dark dark oak hardwood floors. He observed the many moving portraits on the walls which were, for the most part, leaving him alone. He also took time to observe the large hanging crystal glass chandelier which was being magically suspended in the middle of a large naturally lit atrium.

"Master Harry?"

Harry looked up and stopped walking before he ran the small creature over. It stood at a short 2'5 and had a long, angular nose with large pointy ears. The creature was slightly on the boney side, though, somehow, it looked healthy. It wore a black dress which hung off of its figure, and a pair of green slippers.

"Flossy," Harry stated evenly. "I was not expecting to see you at this time of day," Harry said while looking at the elf who bowed her head. "I thought you would be resting with the other elves since no one is here today."

"I was wondering why you were here, Master," She said while looking at the boy with worry. "You look like you're in a hurry." She observed as she stepped to the side.

"Unfortunately," Harry sighed while giving the elf a small smile. "I have some business that I need to take care of, so I will not be here for a few days or weeks." He explained as he made his way to the a staircase in the middle of the atrium.

"Where is the Master going?" She asked while watching the boy jog up the stairs towards the second floor.

"I'm not at liberty to discuss that with you Flossy," Harry said before making his way onto the second floor landing.

The boy then entered a much more narrow hallway which was also painted white. As he walked, he made note of the moving landscape portraits which hung on the walls, depicting scenes ranging from rolling hills to crashing waves of a beach.

After a few moments of walking, Harry found a large oak door which had the nameplate 'Harry' on it. After smiling for a second, he opened the room to his room and sighed.

Harry's bedroom was very large and painted a dark forest green. It had the same dark oak hardwood floors as the rest of the house, along with the same cream colored drapes. There were several tall bookshelves fill with books of all different sizes There was a large brick fireplace which dominated the left side of oof the room. On top of the fireplace was a a mantle with multiple photos on it.

One of the photos was a recent one with his adopted mother. Both of them had just left the Ministry with Amelia to get their adoption sorted out and were holding a certificate. The second photo was of much younger Harry and a blonde girl who looked around the same age as him smiling.

Facing Harry were two large white french windows which overlooked the grounds of the manor. Similarly to Professor McGonagall's office, there was a large writing desk and chair in front of the window so that he could see the gardens behind the house as he worked. On the desk there was an inkwell, a quill holder, and a few books.

On the other side of the room was a large four poster bed that had a black comforter and sheet set on it. There were multiple white pillows and even a bright orange blanket sitting at the foot of the bed. On the left side of the bed there was a small nightstand. On it was a wand polishing kit, a few candles, and some books with bookmarks sticking out of them.

Harry walked over the closet door next to his bed, and opened it. He then stepped inside and grabbed an extra set of all black robes. He folded them neatly and placed them on his bed. Once he had his clothes out, he closed his closet door and let out another sigh.

"Are you ready to go?"

Harry didn't need to look towards his door to know that his mother was standing at his door. He also didn't need to see the worry that was on her face.

"Yes," He said before placing the stuff he gathered into his magically expanded pocket. "I need to be there in a few moments, plus I don't know how long the Floo is going to take."

"And you can't tell me where you're going?" She asked while walking into the room towards her child, her lip lightly quivering with worry.

"Mother, we've been over this," Harry said as he looked up into her bright blue eyes. He sighed when he saw how worried she looked. "I'll see you soon." He said while walking towards the fireplace.

"Will you be home for Christmas?" She asked while watching Harry grabbed a handful of Floo powder from a small black cauldron on the mantle.

Harry stepped into the fireplace and looked at Poppy "While I can't make any promises," He said as he gave her a gentle smile. "I'll be home before you know it." He didn't wait to hear Poppy's response as he disappeared in a bright green flame.

Harry silently made his way down a dark and ominous hallway. He noticed multiple small tables that with small trinkets on them, golden candle holders filled with long narrow candles, paintings of intimidating wizards and witches, and even the occasional suite of armor.

After many moments of walking, the young boy stopped in front of a large brown door with an eloquent golden handle on it. He placed his hand on the door and took a deep breath before opening it and walking into a dark room.

"You are late Raven," Said the voice of a woman. She was standing in front of a large fireplace with a cocktail glass in her hand. She wore an outfit similar to the one Harry was wearing, a black hooded cloak with black boots and a black bird mask with a long pointed bill. The only difference between the two uniforms were the bills of the masks. Harry's mask had a light blue bill while the woman's bill was a dark crimson color.

The woman turned around to look at the boy who was kneeling before her and frowned. "When you submitted an application to live outside of The Covens walls, what was the one stipulation I gave you?" She asked while slowing pacing around the room, glass still in hand.

"To not be late Mistress," He said in a subdued, monotone voice.

"And do you have a valid reason as to why you are late?" She asked

Harry went silent and still. He didn't need to look up to know that the woman was now looking at him. He knew from countless experiences dealing with the woman that his life was now potentially in danger.

"No," He finally said after a few beats of silence. "I do not have one Mistress."

The woman hummed in disappointment before summoning her wand. She idly let it drag along the mantle, causing a soft scratching sound to fill the air. "You are lucky that you are one of my top performers," She said while turning her back towards the boy. "Do not let it happen again. Do you understand?" She asked the child who finally raised his head to look at her.

"Yes Mistress," He said earnestly. "It will not happen again."

"See to it that it doesn't," She said while walking towards a large black desk. "Rise!" She commanded. "You have an assignment." She stepped behind the desk and sat down in a large swivel chair.

"What is thy bidding, Mistress?" Harry asked devoutly

"You are tasked with finding, interrogating, and killing Tashiro Isamu. He is the head of the Isamu crime syndicate in rural Northern Japan. You are also tasked with whipping out one of his warehouses which is located in Hokkaido, Japan." She explained while placing a piece of paper onto the table in front of her.

Harry reached out and summoned the piece of paper from the desk, and started reading it. He immediately noticed the photo of the man and frowned under his mask. Since the photo was black and white, Harry had to rely on the physical description of the man He read that the man was in his mid forties, had light brown hair, tan skin, and green eyes. He also had a light scar on his right cheek.

"What would you like me to bring back as my proof of kill?" The boy asked after folding the piece of paper and placing it into his pocket.

"The client said that Isamu had a book full of the names of Japanese Wizards that controlled an illegal potion cartel," The woman explained to Harry who remained still. "You need to bring that back along with any gold or valuable material that are in the warehouse. This is all in addition to Isamu's head and hand."

"Yes Mistress," Harry said while bowing his head.

"May the Spector favor you Raven," the woman said while pulling out an ink bottle and quill.

"And may his Will be delivered justly," Harry said while clicking his heels and forming an upside down triangle and placing it over his heart.

"Dismissed,"

Harry bowed again and disappeared from the room leaving behind a black vapor where he was standing. He then reappeared in a sunlight stone hall.

Inside of the hall were about twenty stone fireplaces all lit with a bright green flame. As he walked, Harry saw multiple people, some of which were older than him, give him nods of acknowledgement. There were even some that gave him a full salute.

After walking down the middle of the hall for a few moments, he stopped in front of a fireplace with a blue shield in front of it. He sighed and was about to take a step into it, but was stopped by someone who flagged him down.

"Raven,"

Harry turned his head to see a man who was much taller than himself. He had on the same outfit as Harry, only he had a bright yellow tipped bill.

"Yes?" He asked the man who bowed his head at the child.

"I just wanted to say thank you for what you did for me on our last mission," the man said while reaching into his robe and handing the boy a vial containing a green potion. "It's a health potion I got from my most recent mission, and I wanted you to have it."

Harry looked at the vial and swirled it around. He then nodded to the man and placed it into his pocket. "Do not mention it Fledgling, I was merely making sure you survived." He said while stepping into the fireplace.

"But still," The man said while bowing. "H-how can I ever repay you?"

"Survive," and with that Harry vanished into the green flames, leaving the man standing in front of the fireplace dumbfounded.

"Papers please,"

A young boy with bright blonde hair and brown eyes looked up and walked towards the woman in the black booth who had just spoken to him.

She was of Japanese descent and wore a pair of dark brown robes, a black beret. She looked to be about middle age if the streaks of grey in her black hair was any indication, and had bright red lips and a button nose. She also had her golden International Magic Boarder Patrol Agency (IMBPA) badge on the left side of her chest.

"Hello little one," She said kindly in a heavy accent. "Where is your family?" She asked while taking a second to look behind the boy to see if any adult claimed him as their child.

"My mummy said that I could visit my grandma by myself," He said while placing his paperwork into the slot on the booth.

The boarder patrol agent raised an eyebrow, but nonetheless accepted the papers that were given to her. As she was about to look at the papers, a sudden wave similar to déjà vu hit her. She shook her head a few times in an attempt to shake this strange feeling she got, but it was no use.

"How long are you going to be in Japan, little one?" She asked the child who smiled at her.

"Mummy said that I would be here for a few days," He replied while maintaining eye contact with the woman. "You'll let me through, won't you?" He asked with a sad face. "My grandmum is very sick, and I want to help her feel better."

"Of course sweetie," She answered immediately with a smile. "I'll let you see your grandmother." She handed the boy back his paperwork. Even after giving the child his papers back, she couldn't help but notice the strange feeling getting stronger the me she looked into the boys emerald eyes.

"Oh thank you!" He smiled while walking past the booth. "I hope you have a good day Ms. Aki," He said before walking into a crowd of people with a slight smirk on his face.

It only took a few seconds for the woman's eyes to widen after she heard the boy say her last name. She had never said her name, nor was it displayed anywhere. "I didn't…what?" She mumbled to herself as she looked at her stamp which was sitting on her desk untouched.

"Madam?" A man asked with a heavy German accent. "Are you alright?"

She jumped a little in her seat, and looked at the man in confusion. Her eyes then widened when she felt the strange feeling wash away like rain washing away dirt on a house. She blinked several times and then focused on the man infront of her.

"Did you…was there anyone in front of you just now?" She asked while glancing at the clock and then back at the stamp that was sitting on her desk untouched by her in many hours.

"Yeah there was a woman in a red dress with black hair in front of me. Why do you ask?" He asked while raising an eyebrow.

The woman behind the counter was now even more confused. "That's impossible. I was just talking to a child…right?"

The man slightly tilted his head at the woman in slight confusion. "Madam, are sure you're alright?" He asked while stepping towards the booth to get a better look at the woman. "I've been trying to get your attention for the past few minutes now, and all you've been doing is staring off into space." He explained.

That really caused the woman to pause. "I…don't know," she mumbled while blinking a few more times. "I could have sworn that there was a little boy right here! Or was it a little girl?" She asked while growing more and more concerned. "I…I don't remember."

That was when a deep feeling of dread washed over Horiuchi Aki. She hadn't stamped the child's passport, or even looked at the documents that she had been given. Now that she thought about it, she didn't even remember what the child even looked like, or what he sounded like. She quickly glanced behind her into the busy commotion of the Hokkaido Floo Port to try and locate the child, but it was no use. The child was gone, leaving behind no traces that they were even there in the first place.

"Madame, should we be worried about something?"

Horiuchi turned back to face the now worried faces of those standing in her line. She took a deep breath and put on the best fake smile she could make and shook her head. "No, I'm sure it was nothing. Please present your papers so that I can process you as quickly as possible." She said as she gestured to the man in front of her.

Harry sighed as he walked down a dirt road in the Japanese countryside. He was dressed in a pair of black pants, normal shoes, and a bright red t-shirt. He also had on his usual glasses and his hair was under a straw hat.

He had been walking for what could only be described as an eternity; passing by many sakura trees and even the occasional merchant on a cart. He even saw a group of children playing with a black and white ball in a fenced in field.

He glanced up at the sun and sighed. He knew that his destination was going to be a long way away from the Floo port, but a four hour walk? Not that he was a stranger to long grueling walks, but even he didn't think it would take him this long to get to a simple warehouse.

"Are you lost young one?"

Harry turned his head and came face to face with a man in his late seventies. He had on the same style of clothing as him, only the man was wearing a long sleeve gray shirt that had buttons on it.

"No Sir," Harry replied kindly while sending a light legilimency probe at the man's mind. It only took the boy a second to figure out that he was talking to just a regular old man and not a wizard. "I was just trying to get to my father's warehouse." He explained while smiling.

"Oh, and who is your father?" The man asked with a raised eyebrow. "I have not seen you before, and I may be old, but I like to think that my memory is still good."

"Oh my Father is Ishida Kenji," Harry said with a kind smile while keeping eye contact with the man, who had started laughing.

"Oh you're one of his kids huh?" The man asked after calming down. "I should have known he was your father. It's like another one of his kids pops up every day." He chuckled while mumbling the last part.

"Yeah…" Harry trailed off while narrowing his eyes slightly. He thought he had sensed something moving behind the man, but couldn't see anything.

"Is something wrong?" The man asked while turning his head behind him, only to be hit in the face with a jagged red spell which severed the mans's head from his neck.

"Well, well, well, what is a British wizard doing in rural Magic Nipon?"

Suddenly and eire fog started to creep into the street where Harry was standing. His arrows narrowed when he noticed that the fog had traces of magic in it.

"Show yourself!" He shouted while pointing his wand in front of his body. He was just about to Humenum Revelio when a shadowy form appeared, and stepped out of the mist, and into Harry's line of sight.

He was a tall man with a rugged physique. He had on black pants that went down to his ankles, an unbuttoned white shirt, and a long open trench coat. He had pale skin with the occasional tattoo.

"You heard me," The man said while stepping over the body of the elder man. "What are you doing here?"

"I am here to find someone," Harry said calmly while observing the man who stood in front of him.

"Who are you looking for?" He asked while never lowering his hand to his side.

"That is of none of your concern," Harry stated with finality.

"Awww is the little boy embarrassed because he lost his mommy? " He spat while glaring at the child in front of him. He never for a second lowered his guard in front of the child. "Don't worry, I'll take you to your mommy!" He grinned evilly.

"Well too bad for you, Tashiro Yu, but I won't be the one needing help today ,"

"How do you-"

With that Harry launched into a chain of offensive spells. However, Tashiro was prepared for them all. He even was able to counter some of them. While Harry was shooting his spells, he was taking note of the environment around him.

He frowned when he discovered that there was nothing really that could help him end this fight quickly. He didn't want to destroy any of the buildings lest he draw more unwanted attention to himself. Thinking quickly, Harry decided that the best course of action was to end this fight as fast as possible.

"How are you able to do this?!" Tashiro shouted after rolling away from a particularly nasty looking jinx.

"It's simple really," Harry shrugged while levitating the rocks around him. He then transfigured them into sharp arrowheads. "I'm just better than you."

With that, he launched them all towards the man who was able to summon a brick wall to stop some of the massive onslaught of arrows. Once Harry was finished launching the arrows, Tashiro banished part of the wall and started launching as many spells he could think of.

"Bombarda Maxima, Reducto, Expelliarmus!" He shouted while trying to catch the child off guard. While the child was distracted, Tashiro launched an electric current at a nearby tree, allowing for him to escape. This caused Harry to sigh and also start running off down the path.

Harry chased Tashiro all over the Japanese rural landscape, their footsteps bouncing off of the dirt road as they leaped over stone walls and ducked under bridges. There was even a moment where the boy had to run through a pen full of sheep and cattle in order to peruse the older man.

"You can't keep this up forever!" Tashiro yelled while jumping over a stone wall, which was blown up immediately by a curse that Harry launched from his wand.

"What makes you think I need to keep this up?" The child asked before vanishing from Tashiro , and reappearing next to a tree that was in front of the man. "I just needed to get you away from that village."

That was when Harry decided that now was a good time to go on the offensive and finally put an end to the game of cat and mouse he had been playing for the past few hours.

He sprinted and then immediately dropped into a roll. While he was rolling, Harry started channeling magic into his wand which caused it to turn silver. Once he got out of his roll, he spun his wand around and launched a boulder at Yu. Once the boulder was in the air, Harry did a cork screw spin and launched a second boulder towards the man.

Tashiro saw the first boulder and laughed. He whipped out his wand and jabbed it forward, sending a blasting curse straight at the rock. When the curse hit the rock, it shatter it into millions of tiny piece while also causing a cloud of dust to form.

"You thought a rock was going to stop-"

That was when the second boulder came from behind the dust cloud, and slammed into the mans's chest causing a wet crunch to be heard throughout the clearing.

This, however didn't stop Harry from continuing his offensive assault. He flipped his wrist and a very powerful stunner at the man who, when hit with the spell, fell unconscious.

"Well that takes care of that," Harry mumbled to himself as he levitated the man and started walking further down the road.

A group of men were all sitting in front of a round circle playing poker. They were all of varying ages, heights, and weights, but they were all wearing the same outfit. All of the men had on a white button up shirt, and a black tie.

"Has anyone heard from Tashiro Yu?" a man with a salt and pepper colored beard asked while taking a sip of his gin.

"Yeah, it's been a week since he's reported in," a man with a jagged scar under his left eye said. "Did the Oyabun send him out?"

"No,"

All the men looked out to see a man dressed in an all black two-piece suite walk into the room. He was in his mid forties, had light brown hair, tan skin, and green eyes. There was also a scar on his right cheek. He walked with a long cain which had a silver dragon for a handle which symbolized his status as the leader.

"I didn't send him out on any assignments that would involve him being gone for this amount of time," The man said as he walked towards the table. He stood infront of the men—power radiating off of him like rays from the sun. "Where was the last place he was seen?"

"Obhiro sir," the bearded man answered after looking at a notebook that was left out. "He should have been back here after delivering that order of Widow's Draught."

The leader nodded his head and folded his hands on top of his cane. His face displaying no emotions as he thought about what the next course of action would be. He had always know that something like this could happen, but was interested as to why it was happening at a time like this.

"Have we sent anyone out to try and find him?" The man finally asked after minutes of tense silence. He looked out into the audience to see all of them shaking their heads. The man took a deep breath to try and calm the anger he was feeling.

"So you all have known that he's been missing and you've done NOTHING?!" His voice thundered, sending his magic crackling through the air and causing glasses to shatter.

The group cowered before him, fear etched on their faces. "W-we didn't want to overstep our bounds," one of them stammered, hiding behind his broken glass of rum.

"Sir, the wards have been breached," a younger man interjected, his wand drawn as he stood in the doorway. He wore the same outfit as the others, but blonde hair and green eyes set him apart.

The leader turned to face him, his eyes narrowing. "What do you want us to do?" a burly member spoke up, rising to his feet.

The air hung heavy with anticipation as they waited for the leader's response.

"I want half of you to secure the cargo while the other half of you secure the perimeter of the building. "He commanded as he flicked his wand into his hand.

All the men stood up, wands in hand, and saluted towards their leader. "Hai!" They all shouted as they made their way towards their designated locations.

As the others left the room, Tashiro Isamu, the group's leader, was left alone with his thoughts. He walked over to a nearby window and looked out, his expression pained. With a heavy heart, he lowered his head and let out a deep, sorrowful sigh. Deep down, he knew that his son was dead. Despite all his efforts and the resources at his disposal, he had been unable to find him. Tashiro had always feared that his son's involvement in their dangerous line of work would one day lead to tragedy, but he had never imagined it would end like this.

The weight of his grief was almost too much to bear, but Tashiro knew that he had to stay strong. He had a responsibility to the rest of the group, and he couldn't let his personal pain get in the way of their missions or ventures. Steeling himself, he turned to leave the room, his mind already racing with plans for their next move.

As Tashiro walked out of the room, his mind was consumed with thoughts of revenge. He clenched his fists, feeling the anger and pain simmering inside him. He knew that whoever was responsible for his son's death would pay dearly.

"I will have my revenge," he vowed to himself, his voice low and filled with determination. He would stop at nothing to track down those responsible and make them pay for their heinous crime.
