At the fountain, Aivenna has finally showed up. Rick was relieved that she didn't tell on him about the Mugic Museum incident. He was also glad she did not get captured by the Overworld police. He would never get the last scan if that happened.
"Took you long enough. Why did it take you so long?" Rick asked.
"Something came up." Aivenna said. "Give me the book." She reached her hand out towards Rick.
He pulled out the last library book and gave it to her. Aivenna looked at the book to make sure it wasn't damaged and then she put it back in her bag.
"What's next on your wishlist?" Aivenna asked, unhappily.
Rick began to smile. Aivenna had a bad feeling he wasn't smiling to be friendly.
"You'll love this one. I saved it for last because of how rare it is to scan." Rick said. "Best for last as they say."
"How rare are we talking here?" Aivenna asked knowing she wasn't going to like the answer.
Rick raised his hands and clapped them together blocking his chin. His smile widened to the point Aivenna didn't think it could get any bigger. "Very rare and very difficult to scan in Perim." He said. "In fact I only know of one other player who has gotten the scan." Rick's smile dropped as something came to his mind. He moved his hands down."You might know him. I hear he's helped out Intress before."
Aivenna was surprised at that information. She tried to remember if her adopted mother every said anything about a human helping her but she could only remember times where Intress was complaining about humans being too noisy and greedy for scans.
"His name is Tom Majors, or Major Tom for his screen name. Ring a bell?" Rick asked.
Aivenna shocked her head. "No, I don't recall hearing that name. What's the rare scan he got?" She asked, courious now to know more about the human who helped her guardian.
Rick grinned again. "It's Najarin."
