"No, let's do this now." Piper said.
The future kids were confused as to what was going on.
Piper grabbed Paige's hand who then grabbed Phoebe's as she had refused to help. But Leo had suggested that if they hold hands maybe the spell would work without her saying the spell with them.
" In this night and in this hour,
I call upon the Ancient Power.
Bring forth Future Leo. Send him back in one hour." Piper and Paige said.
Chris was in shock. 'No they can't bring that Leo here. He'll expose me for sure.'
The others weren't exactly thrilled learning what they were up to either. Although not for the same reason. They just felt it was a bad idea and could lead to Future Wyatt finding his way here.
Future Leo looked around confused. He spotted Chris and the others. But his eyes widened seeing Good Wyatt. "Wyatt?'
Then turned to see P.J. which was a surprise as he hadn't seen her except once a year after her mother's death. Even then he was unable to speak to her as when he approached one of Wyatt's demons took off with her. Then he shifted a glare at Chris. "What the hell is going on here? Is this some kind of game for you Chris?"
Wanting to help Wyatt said, "No dad it's not Chris' fault. I'm, we're from another timeline. I never became evil."
"You're not evil. Chris corrupted you."
"I knew it. I knew Chris was the problem." Piper said.
Future Leo turned and his eyes almost bulged out of their skull to see Piper alive and well again. Then he registered her words. He thought it was strange. Unlike him she never once blamed him. Often telling him he was wrong that he should love his sons equally. But he didn't want or need Chris. Wyatt was destined for greatness. He was twice-blessed and the world literally stopped because of him. Chris on the other hand nearly killed Piper while she was giving birth to him. Then because he never orbbed home. Always insisting on walking and then couldn't even muster enough love for her to heal her while she lay dying.
"Problem?" Was all Future Leo could muster. Still in shock to see his late wife and late sister in law's standing in front of him alive. As well as a clearly younger version of himself. Not to mention his wayward son whom he suspected meant he was plotting against Wyatt. Now finding him here in the past only proves it. He was here to hurt Wyatt. He was also curious as to why Piper had both her sons, her niece and some other girl locked in the crystal cage.
"Yes we suspect Chris has been lying to us and is the one who supposedly turned Wyatt evil in the future."
"Wyatt is a little out of control but I wouldn't say evil." Future Leo said in denial that Wyatt was to blame for everything.
"Yes, because ruling demons, killing people, witches and mortals alike are all things normal people do." Chris said sarcastically.
"He's not evil. The Book of Shadows even acknowledges this." Future Leo said.
Chris still didn't understand why the book didn't classify him as evil when the rest of the world does. He couldn't explain that.
"I knew he was up to something." Piper said.
Future Leo was still confused why his wife was like this. Wyatt had said alternate timeline but he was still in shock that his wife was like this. She and Chris were very close. "What's going on, why did you bring me here?"
"We wanted to find proof that Chris is the one trying to turn Wyatt evil. We also need to find a way to send him, Wyatt and the others back." Piper said.
"Chris refuses to tell us the truth about who he is and why he's really here. Then tells us that now we'll have to wait months for the truth. We are tired of waiting and tired of the games." Leo said.
"Why summon me? Why not ask the elders for help?" Future Leo asked.
"Piper doesn't want the Elders to know about Wyatt and the others. So she's forbidden me from telling them." Leo said.
"We summoned you so someone could tell us the truth and help us figure out how to get them home." Paige said.
"Wait, are you telling me Wyatt's an only child?" Future Leo asked, shocked.
"Since Chris made sure to break me and Leo up he's going to remain that way. Which I resent as I have been told I was going to have a second child and now I won't." Piper said annoyed.
"Wait, what? You broke up?" Future Leo asked, confused as to why his son would do that. By them being broken up, there was a short timeframe for Chris to be conceived.
"Are you saying that you two are still together in the future?" Paige asked.
"We were... until she was killed." Future Leo said, sadly.
"How did she die? When?" Leo asked.
"Future consequences!" Chris shouted.
It was then that Future Leo realized he had a chance to save Wyatt from what he perceived as the real threat. Having not even been conceived yet he wouldn't have to worry about or possibly feeling guilty about having possibly killed Chris in utero. He was convinced that Chris' presence had prevented him from ensuring Wyatt got the proper training and perhaps was the reason he turned rebellious and was doing the bad stuff he was doing. The only way he could be certain was to eliminate Chris.
Although he hated what he'd have to do. The idea of him causing Piper pain caused flashbacks to seeing her lying dead and him unable to do anything. But it was as he was always told. Sometimes you have to do things you don't want to and hate but must be done for the greater good. He turned towards her and said, "I'm sorry." With tears in his eyes.
Everyone was confused till he shot a low voltage lightning bolt straight at Piper's abdomen. She screamed and hit the floor. Future Leo used his telekinesis to temporarily keep Present Leo away. He would release him soon enough. But not before he himself heals her outer wounds and makes certain she won't be able to have any other children.
Phoebe ran to Piper and held her. Paige had turned to go to Piper as well when she heard, "No, Chris!" From the other side of the room. She looked over and saw Melinda on the ground crying with P.J. holding her also crying. Wyatt was also crying glaring at Future Leo. What shocked her was that Chris was gone. She looked around the room but he was nowhere to be found and the cage was still intact.
Future Leo had started towards Piper to heal her just enough that she'd never have any more children.
Wyatt looked at his well right now to Wyatt more like Chris' father as he didn't even want to think about this guy being the same as the father he knew and loved. He now truly understood what Chris kept trying to tell him. He kept thinking maybe Chris just didn't understand or misunderstood. Even seeing Future Leo in that vision ignoring Chris' calls for help when he found their mother dead. Berating him. He still somehow was looking past all that and didn't want to believe he was that hateful. Until now. He asked, "How could you?"
Future Leo was stunned by his words and stopped and stared at him. "I'm doing this for you. He's corrupted you, don't you see it?"
"I grew up with him in an alternate timeline where the real threat to me was taken care of. I'm not like that, that thing in your time."
"You are him." Future Leo said.
"No I'm not. He is the dark side of evil." He held up his hand. "Yes I heard you say that the book let's him touch it."
P.J. looked up tears streaming down her cheeks. While still holding a crying Melinda said, "Maybe since Chris is the only other one connected to the book and there's no longer a power of three it's connected to Wyatt. So even though he's now doing evil things the book accepts that?"
Wyatt frowned, "Yeah maybe." He wasn't sure about that but it was a possible explanation.
"That's ridiculous. There would be no reason for a power of three with your powers. Besides, Chris wasn't even close to being as powerful as you."
"Do you even have a clue as to Chris' power level? He may not be as powerful as I am but he's pretty close to it."
It struck Paige as odd. How and why would Leo know or care about Chris or his relationship with Wyatt? Then it hit her. Piper had mentioned having a second child. Wyatt's talk about having grown up with Chris. Then she looked over at Piper and realized Future Leo hadn't been aiming to kill Piper. Chris vanished the same time Future Leo struck Piper. She noticed he aimed for her abdomen. Paige realized then that he wasn't trying to kill her, just prevent her from having any more children.
