Just after Future Leo left the spell around the crystal cage went away.
"I think the spell is broken. Paige, try for the crystals." Leo said.
"Crystals."
To everyone's relief it worked.
"Well that didn't go as planned. I can't believe you attacked me." Piper said to Leo.
Leo frowned, "Yeah I don't understand why he did that either."
Paige thought about telling them her thoughts about the attack. But decided against it till she could talk to Chris and the others.
Just then baby Wyatt started to cry. "I'm going to run some errands. Phoebe why don't you come with me." Paige said as she saw Piper and Leo head to baby Wyatt's room.
"Do I have to?"
"Yes, you do."
Paige orbbed them to where Chris and the others were.
"Can we help you?" Chris asked.
"I just want to know why you didn't tell us who you were?" Paige said.
"Wait, you know? How?" P.J. asked.
Paige looked at Chris and said, "When Leo was talking to Wyatt he called you his brother."
"What? I don't remember that." Chris said.
"You disappeared after he struck mom with his lightning." Wyatt said.
"If that's the case I'm surprised Leo didn't hear it." Chris said.
"He was probably too focused on getting free and getting to Piper to pay attention to the conversation." P.J. said.
"That actually just confirmed my suspicion. As Leo was going on about you and Chris, I looked and noticed that he had struck Piper in her lower abdomen. So she wouldn't have any more children."
"I knew he hated me, but I never thought he'd go this far to get rid of me."
"Yeah I was going to check on Piper when I heard Melinda, right? I heard you cry out and saw Chris had disappeared. Now will you answer my question. Why didn't you tell us who you were?" Paige asked.
"Chris, tell them, maybe if they know they can help us." Melinda pleaded.
Chris sighed, he didn't want to but now knowing that it was not just an Elder but one Leo is close to meant it will be harder to get things done without their help. "Fine, P.J. cast the spell first."
P.J. looked at him and asked, "Which one?"
Paige looked at Chris then at P.J., "I thought you said you were a cupid?"
Without answering Chris said, "Secrets first then we decide what to tell them."
P.J. nodded, " Secrets must be kept secret. Those in this room are forbidden to speak any secrets outside those in this room till Chris is conceived or Chris himself reveals it at which time they are free to speak. Anything new discovered must also be kept secret till the spell ends."
"So wait, you're half witch?"
Phoebe, knowing she could now tell, was smiling like crazy and hugged a reluctant and squirming to get away P.J., "She's my daughter!"
"What? Are you kidding?"
"When I first got here, you asked me who I was. If I had said, 'I'm from the future. My name is Chris Halliwell, I'm Piper and Leo's son.' Would you have believed me? Would they have believed me?" Chris said changing the subject before she asked if she had any kids.
Paige remembered when she first found out about her sisters. She thought they were crazy. "No, not a first. But eventually we would have and could have helped you find out who we were looking for without hassle."
"I was already worried about screwing up the timeline as it was. Telling you could have jeopardized things even further. I don't tell you future consequences for laughs. There are some things I can't tell you. Even if you did believe me, you'd have eventually started asking questions I couldn't answer or honestly didn't know the answer to. Leo would probably still blame me if he even believed me about Wyatt turning evil."
"So he really is evil?"
Chris sighed, "Fine, I'll show you what I know of what happened in an uncensored, undoctored version of what happened the moment I returned with Bianca."
"No Chris, show them everything." Wyatt said.
"He's right Chris. Let me do this. Heart to heart, Mind to mind. From now until the hour ends, after which the spell ends. Those who are in this room, will freely share each others memories. Now you can show them everything that happened and we can throw in what happened on our end as well." Melinda said.
Paige was shocked by the time it was over. As was Phoebe as this was her first time seeing the undoctored version. Then they showed Gideon kidnapping Wyatt and killing Chris.
"Wait, isn't that Gideon?" Paige asked.
"Wow, I can't believe he'd do something like this? He seemed so nice. Leo even told us that he stood up to the Elders for him so he could marry Piper. Why would he do this?"
"He fears Wyatt might be too powerful."
"Well he's seen that Wyatt can be good. He can literally see him and talk to him." Paige said.
"She's right Chris. Maybe the future has already been changed just by Gideon seeing and talking to Wyatt." Phoebe said.
"Mel, what did your spell that got you here say?" Chris asked.
Melinda thought for a moment and said, "I asked for it to take us to where we needed to be in space and time."
He looked at Paige and Phoebe and asked, "Then why are they still here? Why haven't I changed or gone back? There should be something, some kind of change. Mel's spell sent her and P.J. here for a reason. If their mission is complete then why hasn't the spell taken them home?"
"Well maybe they just need to recast the spell. Maybe it would send them home."
"Maybe, but I won't do it. Not until mom has Chris." Melinda said.
"She's right. The risk that he won't still try to kill my baby self is too high to ignore." Wyatt said.
"I'm sure if we just tell Piper and Leo and we all sit down with Gideon…" Paige said.
"Gideon will see the error in his ways and we can all go live happily ever after. This isn't a fairytale Paige." Chris said.
"Chris is right. All it will accomplish is Gideon denying it and him speeding up his timeline." Wyatt said.
"I doubt Leo would even believe it. Especially when he asks Gideon and he of course denies it." Chris said.
"Exactly, 'Leo listen, sorry but, I have been plotting to kill your toddler. What are you going to do about it?' The other Elders won't do anything since Gideon hasn't done anything… yet." P.J. said.
"Yeah, and since he and dad are so close that he helped dad against the other Elders so he could marry mom. No way short of a confession would he take our word for it." Melinda said.
"But you have proof now." Paige said.
Chris shook his head, "Before we used the altar spell on the memory spell when we introduced Wyatt they'd have believed it. But now that they know we can alter memories they'll never believe this is real."
