Still not sure on who should get the Nightmare between Ruby or Blake. Reviews seem pretty split on it.

Ruby tucked her knees to her chest and lay down on her side. She was in her room; more specifically in her bed and under three stacks of blankets. She'd been here ever since the fight with Weiss. Combat Class was the last one for the day and that meant her lightshow was fresh on everyone's mind when the students were dismissed. Already there were rumors going around about how she had two Semblances, which was supposed to be impossible but the rumor mill couldn't think of any other reason on how she did it.

So much for being a normal girl with normal knees...

The rest of her team didn't help much. Weiss spent the last few minutes of the class glowering at her, Blake still didn't talk to her, and Jaune...well, he was off somewhere talking with his own passenger.

Speaking of passengers...

"I will flay the flesh from your bones and watch as the Nevermores peck out your eyes! The Grimm will ensure your torment is agonizing and everlasting! I shall-"

And then she finally overloaded and went quiet again. Ruby breathed a sigh of relief at the peace and quiet, though she knew it wouldn't last. The overloads - as she and Jaune called them - tended to last anywhere from fifteen minutes to a whole hour if they were lucky. Salem had been screaming at her for 'stealing' her magic and two overloads didn't slow her down at all. As soon as she got back she started rattling off about all the horrible ways she could kill her.

The cloaked reaper and groaned and looked up at the blanket covering her face. She wished she could talk to someone about this, but the only person who knew what was going on was Jaune. Yang had knocked on her door earlier asking if she was okay, but Ruby just pretended to be asleep. What could she tell her? That she had the voice of the greatest monster on Remant in her head and now she apparently had magic too?

She wouldn't believe her, and even if she did it wouldn't help. Yang would just get angry at herself for not being able to help and Ruby only feel worse about everything.

Again and again she wondered why this happened to her. Out of everyone on Remnant, why did she get stuck with the queen of all evil in her head? All she wanted to do was follow mom and dad's footsteps to be a Huntsman so she could help make the world better. Now the Grimm were ignoring her, one of her teammates hated her, and she had Salem's voice in her head with no way to get rid of her.

The door opened with a light click. Ruby debated looking on who went inside before deciding to just lay under her blanket coccoon. Footsteps drew closer and a weight settled on the left side of the bed, "Hey, Ruby." It was Jaune, "You, uh...you alright?""

"No."

"Yeah, dumb question..." He sighed.

They just stayed there together without saying a word. Well, they didn't. Salem was gonna be screaming in a few minutes and she had no idea what to do next. Talk to mom or dad? It'd be just the same as Yang. It was already awkward enough trying to explain it before without telling her the whole truth. Mom had enough problems without adding her daughter getting possessed on top of it.

Besides, as much as she loved mom and dad, what could they do? They had no idea about some evil Grimm queen.

"Ozpin talked to me about what happened with you," Jaune said eventually. Ruby made a small sound to tell him she was listening, "He said that was, uh, magic. Salem's the only person - well, kind of a person - in the world who can use magic besides Ozpin himself."

"...Can you use magic?"

"I'm not sure." He shifted slightly, "From what he said he doesn't have much magic anymore. He, uh, well it's apparently really personal so I can't tell you." Ruby hummed. She didn't disagree with Salem in her head, "Point is that he thinks it's worrying that this is happening. First the Grimm ignoring you and now this. He wants to know how you used it."

"I don't know how!" Ruby finally pushed the blankets off and glared up at the ceiling. Not at Jaune; he didn't deserve that, "One second I was fighting with Weiss and then when she was about to hit me I just..." She chewed on her lower lip, "It's like when I activated my Semblance for the first time. You don't see it coming, you know? It's instinct. You get what I mean?"

"Not really." He laughed under his breath, "So...can I tell you something personal?"

"More personal than the voices in our head?" Ruby joked weakly.

"Yeah." Another pause, and then... "I faked my transcripts."

...

Ruby blinked and tried to process the words. Okay, that wasn't what she was expecting. Granted it was a lot less surprising than them having disembodied voices in their heads, but it was still a pretty shocking thing to hear from her partner.

"Uh...okay," Ruby said slowly, "Is...it because of Ozpin? That you did that, I mean."

"No. I mean that's what I told the headmistress when she caught me, but I did it before he showed up." He looked down at the floor, "I...wanted to be a hero. My grandpa and great grandpa were heroes. Dad became a civilian instead, and I don't blame him for that, but I always wanted to do more with my life, you know? I wanted to help people and live up to what my ancestors did."

"Why didn't you go to a combat school?"

"I never got the chance. When I was the right age for it our business was in a rough place and we couldn't afford the tuition." Ruby hummed again. Academies like Beacon were free since they specifically trained Huntsmen and the entrance requirements were rigorous. Combat schools were another story entirely. Not everyone who went there ended up becoming Huntsmen. Many went on to become mercenaries, members of a militia, police officers or whatever job needed combat training. Important positions, but not enough to justify training every prospect for free.

"You still could've joined combat school now." Late entries were rare, but it wasn't unheard of.

"We're not exactly swimming in money even now. My oldest sister's getting trained to be a doctor and I have six other sisters besides her who are all attending schools or higher education." Ruby stopped to consider that. Seven sisters. She imagined seven other Yangs and got a headache, "The only reason they agreed to this was because I told them Beacon would be just like combat school but that it would be free."

"That's...pretty reckless." Not that she had a lot to say on that front, but she could just imagine how mad mom and dad would be if she snuck out to do full-fledged Huntsmen missions with a fake license, "Well...it all worked out, I guess. You have Ozpin in your head and I have someone else who gets what I'm going through." It was still stupidly dangerous, but he could learn. She skipped two years of her own education to be here but she wouldn't let that stop her; no matter what Weiss said.

"Yeah..." He smiled, "I just wanted to be honest with you cause...cause we're in this together." He held her right hand with his. She almost pulled back before she realized that the expected shock wasn't there. Ruby looked down and blinked at the sight of his entire hand covered in a comcially thick and oversized oven mitt, "I figured that since it's skin contact that causes the jolt it'd work if I put something to cover up. Guess it works."

"Guess it does." Ruby giggled and squeezed his hand in turn, relishing in the fact that she didn't get zapped in response, "Where'd you even get this?"

"It's mine." She looked up at him, "What? I'm pretty good in the kitchen! I have seven sisters and mom thought I needed more attention. Cooking, baking, gardening, dancing. I know it all."

"Someone sounds smug." Not that she could blame him. Ruby was good at making cakes and cookies, but anything else? Well, there was a reason the Xiao Long household had a fire extinguisher handy. It wasn't her fault she somehow managed to burn the fridge! "Well, I'm expecting cookies at the end of the week then!"

"What for?"

"Partner privileges. I also get all your strawberries for the next four years."

"That's not a thing!"

"Yeah it is. All aspiring Huntsmen know about it. You'd know if you went to combat school." The joke might've sounded mean-spirited from an outside view, but Ruby's joking smile was enough for Jaune to laugh along too. Sometimes the best way to deal with a problem was joking about it.

At least that was what Uncle Qrow told her. Sometimes he just drank, though.

"And hey, if you really did what you did then you're gonna stay up studying with me!" Not that she liked studying, but misery was always better with company. She had two years of studies to catch up on and he had four. They could work together to make sure they didn't flunk, maybe even add Blake since she let it slip once that she skipped combat school too in favor of taking the entrance exam.

"Sounds like a plan." He let go of her hand. It suddenly felt cold without the padded touch, "So...feeling better now?"

"I guess." She sat up so they were sitting side by side, "I just...I don't know what to do about this. Ignoring her doesn't work and the longer she's stuck in my head the more I'm worried that..." That something worse than being screamed at would happen. What if she could make her do things or take over her body? What if her personality changed and she didn't realize it?

"I'm pretty new at the whole 'voice in my head' thing too, but...I'll do my best to help. And besides, we're not the only ones. I told the headmistress about what happened earlier and she said that they're keeping an eye on things. They know you're not doing anything wrong, Ruby. You didn't choose to have this happen to you and, honestly, if even half of what Ozpin told me is true then you're saving Remnant just by keeping her locked up."

"Doesn't stop her from being a jerk about it." Ruby looked down at her hands. Magic. She'd used it on instinct and Salem seemed to think that she'd 'stolen' it, so could she use it again? She shook her head. No, that didn't matter. All she wanted was to get Salem out of her head. That was it.

She was about to say something else when her stomach grumbled angrily at her for skipping dinner in favor of moping in her room. The reaper's cheeks flushed slightly while Jaune laughed under his breath, "I'll take that as a good sign. Least if you're hungry you can focus on somehting else. Come on, the cafeteria should still be open. We can get something quick."

"...What are we gonna tell Weiss and Blake?"

"Same thing we've done so far: nothing. They're our teammates, but something tells me they're not gonna believe that we have voices in our heads or that you used magic."

"Weiss is only gonna get madder."

"There's nothing we can do about it." He shrugged in a 'what can you do?' gesture and stood with Ruby following him. He was right, but as much of a butt as Weiss was being she did still want to make friends with her and Blake. She didn't want team RABW to end the same way team STRQ did.

"-and I shall throw you into the darkest pits for where there shall be no escape!"

Jaune looked back just in time to see her smash her head against the wall hard enough to dent it. Thank the gods for Aura.

Jaune's eyes fluttered open slowly and he looked at the time on his scroll. Four AM in the morning, which meant he still had a couple more hours of sleep at least. He turned to the other side and saw Ruby sleeping snugly in her own bed. He didn't see them from his position, but he assumed that Blake and Weiss were sleeping too.

The mood in the room had gone from tense to absolutely smothering in the past few hours. Weiss had demanded to know just what exactly Ruby had used to beat her and wasn't much pleased when Ruby told her that it was personal. That had led to shouts and demands that, as her teammate, she had a right to know. She'd even insinuated that Ruby was being a bad team leader if she was keeping secrets.

That led to a whole different argument. Jaune tried to defuse the situation, but Blake (surprisingly) cut in that everyone was entitled to keep their own secrets. Needless to say that just made the heiress even angrier and had led to her accusing them of ganging up on her. They'd all gone to sleep that night without another word exchanged. What else could they say? Weiss was convinced she was right and nothing they said could change that.

"Wake up, Mr. Arc."

Jaune grumbled and covered his ears with a pillow despite knowing it was pointless.

"Time waits for no one, Mr. Arc. Up."

'It's too early for this. Headmistress Goodwitch isn't even awake!'

"This concerns you, not her." That got his attention. Jaune briefly debated trying to go back to sleep before deciding to just follow along with Ozpin for now. The guy could get loud if he wanted, "Your lack of training is obvious. Your swordsmanship is crude at the very best, and while your Aura reserves are surprisingly high it won't help if you simply take hits."

'You already told me how much I sucked. What's your point?'

"That needs to be changed. If we are to be bound together for the forseeable future then your current level of combat ability cannot remain. Tell me, how serious are you about becoming a Huntsman?"

'I wouldn't have come here if I wasn't willing to risk everything.'

"Hmm." Jaune rubbed his eyes and wished he had some coffee right now, "If you're serious then we need to start training. The lessons at Beacon won't be enough since they're made with the idea that the students already have experience, combat school or otherwise. Normally I would possess my hosts if need be, but given that it's not an option for us now we'll have to improvise."

'Hold on. You've been spending the past few days ordering me around and telling me how stupid I was, now you want to help?'

"Do you deny your actions were foolish?" Jaune didn't respond, "Regardless of your motivations, you have commited fraud and would've likely perished at Initiation if not for me unlocking your Aura. However, you also - eventually - followed my instructions to inform Glynda of our situation and it's clear that our state will persist for a long while yet. It's better if we cooperate and work together more cohesively."

'So does that mean you're going to stop being an ass?'

"That depends. Will you follow my instructions easier without me having to badger you the entire day?"

'Yeah, but only if I agree with them. I'm not gonna let you hurt Ruby just because of that Salem woman. Also, this is my body, not yours.'

"Trust me, Mr. Arc, the last thing I want is for Ms. Rose to be a casualty in this war or for another soul to become yet another incarnation. Too many lives have been lost already." Ozpin sighed, "It seems we have an accord. Now, change into running gear."

'We going for a jog?'

"Yes. The first thing we need to do is improve your stamina. Aura enhances the user's athleticism, particularly for those with large reserves like yours, but that benefit is made exponentially better for those with better physicalities. That's why Huntsmen are trained to in both Aura control and to push themselves to their physical limits."

'Guess that explains why there aren't any ugly Huntsmen.' It was a well-known fact that Huntsmen were some of the most attractive people on Remnant. At least a few doubled as models or plastered their faces on ads. Besides hunting Grimm, Huntsmen were known for three things: their good looks, over the top outfits, and even more over the top weapons. Jaune felt distinctly out of place with his hoodie, sword and shield.

"It's an unintended benefit, though not an unwelcome one." Ozpin chuckled. Jaune paused because of how alien it sounded. He'd never laughed before, "Now come on, you need to start your training as soon as possible."

"Right, right..." Jaune muttered. It took a bit of finagling to get all of his stuff without waking up anyone else. The room, to put it bluntly, was a cramp mess. Between Ruby's weapon parts and schematics, Weiss' entire fashion line of outfits, and Blake's comically large stack of books, they barely had room to move around. Ruby had suggested bunk beds, but Weiss had glared at her and the idea was put on hold.

Beacon had a different feeling in the early mornings. Jaune ran around the campus at a brisk pace with Ozpin giving him instructions the entire way. There were a few other students doing the same training, even that Pyrrha girl from their sister team, but apart from nods of acknowledgement none of them said a word. It was apparently an unspoken rule to not chatter or get in each other's way.

"It's been a while since I've personally taught anyone."

"Yeah...?" Jaune panted, sweat running down his forehead.

"Decades at least, though I've been teaching on and off across my various incarnations." Right, cause apparently he wasn't just the former headmaster, he was also apparently hundreds or thousands of years old. It sounded like the plot of an old comic book he read, "I'd appreciate it if you didn't equate my life to something so childish, Mr. Arc."

"Comics...aren't childish!" Oh Gods, his lungs were burning!

"We'll have to agree to disagree. And don't slow down. You need to push your limits if you wish to improve."

"Ugh...this sucks...!"

"You'll get used to it. Just imagine there's an Ursa chasing after you. It will make it easier when we actually use the Emerald Forest for our next training jaunt."

"That's just a joke, right?" Ozpin didn't reply.

The sun was coming up by the time he finally finished. Jaune put his hands on his knees and panted, practically dry heaving with every breath. It felt like he'd just ran through a marathon. He was never the most athletic kid, but he also like to think he wasn't a couch potato. He desperately gulped down the last of the water he brought and winced at the stench of sweat that clung to him.

And he was supposed to do this every day? Well...anything to be a Huntsman.

"Yo!" He turned to the new voice and saw an athletic blonde jogging towards him. Yang, Ruby's sister, "Jaune! Didn't expect to see you here!"

"Ah...yeah, just getting some exercise in." He would've cringed about how sweaty he was if Yang didn't look like she'd been through the wringer too. She handled it it better, though.

"Cool, maybe we can jog together next time." She smiled and crossed her arms. He did his utter best to only look at her face and not any lower at the orange tanktop that did little to hide her chest or toned arms. He always liked girls with a little muscle to them.

"Please tone down your hormones, Mr. Arc. Even if I can't feel it due to our separation, it's still unpleasant to watch."

'Shut up.'

"So...how's Rubes? She's been ducking me since yesterday."

"She's...fine." Yang's eyes narrowed, "Alright, she's not doing so hot. It's...It's our team." Technically not a lie. It was one of the things bothering her, "She's not getting along with Weiss. Weiss thinks she should be leader and she's taking it out on Ruby. Its only gotten worse after what happened yesterday." The magic, he didn't say. Ruby made it clear she didn't want Yang to know either.

"Yeah, about that. Her second Semblance." Her lips pursed, "You're her partner. Do you...know anything?"

"We've barely been partners for a week." It wasn't what she asked, but it was close enough to the truth that he didn't hesitate or flub the words at all, "If you don't know what makes you think I do?"

"I guess so." She sighed and brought a hand through her ponytailed hair, "A part of me just wants to punch that snooty brat in the face, but I know that won't help anything. Watch out for her, yeah?"

"Of course I will. I'm her partner."

"Good boy." She lightly punched his chest and winked, "Hit me up if you're going on another run. Maybe we can go together with Pyrrha."

"Sure thing." He waved goodbye as she went to do another lap. Jaune wondered where she got the stamina from as he made his way back to the dorm. The others were probably awake by now, and if they weren't then they would be soon.

"A decent enough start to our new training regime, I suppose."

'Please tell me we're not going to be doing this every day.'

"Not every day, of course. Stamina is only one part of Huntsman training. We'll also have to better your proficiency with your weapon. Luckily for you I've wielded numerous weapons across my years and a sword was one of my most commonly used ones. I would've prefered if you used a cane, but beggars can't be choosers."

'Great. The voice in my head is now my personal coach. My life's complete.' He spun his arm and winced at the soreness that came, '...Hey, I know you said that you didn't think it'd happen, but are you sure I can't use magic like Ruby?'

"My answer hasn't changed, Mr. Arc. I'm unsure. My magic was already weakened due to it being split across the Maidens. If our joining was complete then you would have access to it, but given how odd our connection is I can't be sure of anything. I can only hope that Ms. Rose's sudden capability isn't a sign of something far more dire.'

Jaune opened the door and saw that Blake was already awake. She took one look at him and wrinkled her nose, "...You take the shower first." He muttered 'thank you' as he walked past and let the warm water hit his aching muscles. Aura meant they wouldn't stay sore for long and that the tears would heal quick. At least it meant he'd get better quicker than before.

It didn't take long for Weiss and Ruby to wake up. A good night's sleep hadn't improved either of their mood. Weiss' face was set in a permanent frown and Ruby was too busy mentally arguing with Salem to pay her any mind, which only made the heiress angrier at being ignored. Jaune sighed. Was it too late to ask the headmistress to change their teams?

The rest of the team prepared for classes and Ruby lagged behind with Ruby so they could talk, "How you doing?"

"Better. Salem's stopped screaming about how she's going to boil me alive. Guess she got tired." She rubbed her eyes, "I think I might ask my mom for advice."

"Thought you didn't want to tell her?"

"I'll do the same thing as last time. Maybe she can give me an idea."

"Is this the same thing that led to us feeling like we were tazed for a minute straight?" He raised a brow.

"H-Hey, at least we learned we can touch if we use gloves!" A pause, "No, I'm not going to hold his hand again just so you can yell at Ozpin! I'm not going to- oh yeah? Well, you're a butt!" Blake looked back and gave them a questioning look. Jaune just shook his head, "Ugh...why did our voices have to be arch-enemies?"

"Poor Ms. Rose. One can only imagine the horror of having Salem with her 24/7. You'd think it was being dunked in the Grimm pool that made her like that, but no, it must made the ugliness more obvious."

'You sound like a bitter ex.'

Ozpin laughed bitterly.

Classes continued as usual despite what happened yesterday. People whispered, of course, wondering if Ruby really did have a second Semblance and if that was why she was allowed to attend Beacon to years early. Poor Ruby wilted from all the looks and did her best to ignore them. On the other side was Weiss who was gritting her teeth at the thought of being so obviously upstaged by her team leader.

The day was painfully awkward, to say the least. Ozpin told him that they'd start sword training when classes were done and he was looking forward to hours of sore muscles if it meant a distraction from how bad everything was.

And then he got a message from headmistress Goodwitch. 'Come to my office', it said. Nothing else. Jaune gulped and went up despite his nervousness. He knew he wasn't in trouble anymore, it was going to be about Ozpin or Salem, but he still remembered how close he was to being expelled just a few days ago. The paranoid part of his mind wondered if she'd find some other reason to kick him out.

"Calm yourself, Jaune."

'Easy for you say! You're not the one who shouted about how she's into hardcore BDSM!'

"Yes. In hindsight that was a rather rash thing to use as proof. Oh well." Oh, Jaune hated Ozpin so much.

Jaune took a deep breath and knocked on the door, "Come in." He grit his teeth and stepped inside. The headmistress wasn't alone. Standing nearby was a giant of a man that looked like he could snap Jaune look a toothpick. His dark hair was cut short and complimented his severe expression. At his side was an oddly familiar looking white haired woman who had her arms crossed behind her back. They both wore white outfits that were obviously uniforms of some kind.

"Mr. Arc, thank you for coming." Headmistress Goodwitch pressed her hands together, "I would like to introduce you to General James Ironwood and Specialist Winter Schnee of Atlas." A general? And wait, did she say Schnee? Like Weiss Schnee? Oh Gods, this was getting heavy.

"James hasn't a changed a bit."

"H-Hello."

"Mr. Arc." Specialist Schnee nodded at him.

"Are you truly Ozpin's new host?" the general asked.

"Uh...sort of." Jaune shrugged, "He can't take me over, but I can hear his voice and he's always here. If you have something to say then he'll hear it and I can tell what he says back." It wasn't the best way to communicate, but they didn't really have much of a choice.

"I'll admit I'm torn on how I feel about this. Knowing that Oz is still alive in some way brings me some relief, but I don't much like the idea of him being trapped. This is not a slight against you, Mr. Arc. I would feel the same regardless of who he inhabited in his current state."

"Tell James...tell him that it's better than the alternative. He understands what that means."

Jaune told him just that and the older man's severe expression relaxed slightly, "Typical Oz." He shook his head and let a small smile through, "Well...I suppose we'll be seeing each other for the foreseeable future, Mr. Arc. I'm pleased to make your acquaintance."

He offered his right hand and Jaune took it automatically. The two shook and Jaune made to pull back when the general's grip suddenly tightened. Not enough to hurt, but enough to be uncomfortbale.

"I also heard about how you convinced Glynda of the truth." His smile was wider now and Jaune found himself growing scared, "How...funny of Ozpin to choose that, of all things, to use as proof of his identity. How very funny."

"Uh...sir? Y-You're kinda crushing my hand."

"So I am, Mr. Arc. So I am." He still didn't let go, "Please do inform me if Ozpin ever finds a way to communicate more directly. He and I have much to talk about as two old friends."

"...I am never going to talk outside of your head, Jaune."

"Speaking of which. Mr. Arc, I would like you to stay after this meeting is concluded. I have some paperwork you could help fill." Ozpin gasped like he'd just been stabbed, "I think it also counts as a suitable punishment given that you did use fake transcripts to enter Beacon, and I think we both known it wasn't just because of Ozpin." Her smile was razor thin and her eyes shined with a malevolent gleam that wasn't aimed at him but rather his passenger.

"Of all the ingratitude. All those years I spent as a mentor, a friend, a confidant, and this is how she repays me? Paperwork. I'm not even the headmaster anymore and yet she still forces it on me. For shame."

'Uh...it doesn't sound that bad.' Honestly, if this was his only punishment for his transcripts being caught he'd take it.

"Tell me that when you've had to deal with it for hundreds of years. Oh, she knows exactly what she's doing. Glynda always was a vindictive one."

Jaune sighed and wondered how Ruby was doing. Hopefully his partner was having better luck on her end.

More Jaune and Ruby bonding and the start of Jaune working to improve himself. He's being taught by Ozpin instead of Pyrrha now, though hopefully Ozpin will be a better teacher given his years of experience.

I also had Ruby and Jaune's talk attempt to have Jaune justify why he doesn't attend a combat school. Tuition and age is an admittedly weak excuse, but it's better than the absolute nothing from canon since I have no clue why Jaune didn't go to Signal or another Vale equivalent. Unless he was impatient or something, but Jaune never shows that character trait. Any justifications people claim are headcanon near as I can tell.

Questions:

1. Do you guys want Jaune to have access to what magic Ozpin has? My current plan is for Ruby to get access to the magic and Grimm control, but Salem basically refuses to help her use any of it outside of rare circumstances. By contrast Jaune gets less from Ozpin but he is willing to actively help Jaune out using his centuries of knowledge. Jaune might even directly inherit Ozpin's varied skillset due to muscle memory.

2. Would you guys prefer if Jaune and Ruby loop Weiss and Blake in on their situation sooner rather than later? I'm torn on that or keeping the two ignorant for a while longer. Both have plot potential, particularly on Weiss' end if she finds out Ruby has honest to god magic and possible Grimm control in her skillset on top of already being a prodigy.

Review Answers:

Maou09 - I agree on the morality. Jaune's transcripts are really low on the scale, but I've also argued in the past that Yang absolutely should've gotten in trouble for her bar fight. Ditto the rest of team RWBY when they commit massive property damage in the first two volumes. Blake also walked away from being a terrorist, which other fics have pointed out.

Half agree. I don't think students would go out of their way to harass him, but he would be an outcast. Beacon isn't a community college; its one of the top Huntsmen schools. Imagine if students at Harvard found out one of their peers cheated their way in. Most people wouldn't take it personally or act offended, but they'd definitely avoid talking to said peer.

blueanimelover123 - It happens later, yeah. I mean Blake was able to enter Weiss' nightmare and IQ Weiss still kept her prejudice even after the Docks.

MogTheGnome - Ozpin didn't harp on him for being untrained; he harped on him for cheating his way in without even doing the minimum of research or having his Aura unlocked. There's a reason cops and soldiers don't want civilians running around with guns out in dangerous areas.
