A scene opens up with Atomsk and TME talking while looking over at some ideas.
"Feels good to be back." Atomks said.
"Yup, and this time I reread things from last time so we can jump in now if we want, however in case people just skip to the here and now after missing things from last time… want to make a recap?" TME said when he and Atomsk were going over the plan for the newest FTRR chapter.
"Yeah so last chap, Finn and co were at the tree fort. They met the water nymphs, which can lead something for Finn later. There's BMO and Neptr. Jake comes home and punches Finn. After some drama, they go to beautopia, find Susan and the underground lab where they find the still working head of the rogue bot. Though I'm confused since in the canon, Dr. Gross's lab was in Beautopia so… what happened to her in the story?" Atomsk said.
TME shrugged.
"No clue, could have one of three situations… A… she was part of the group that help make Emerald and the clones, either got killed or got out while Emerald was on a rampage, B is that she was with the group of humans and the Minerva bot but split away from the group to do her own thing, making a new lab elsewhere, or C, we just have Dr. Gross just getting lucky and missing the bloodbath and from seeing the damage, figured things were too far gone and like B, did her own thing more or less… Fanfiction man, can do what we want as long as it makes sense plotwise… we have the Island a pirate Island thing instead of a human protected place so maybe Dr. Gross is more adventurous in this one instead of stationary?" TME said when he figured that would be simple to use.
"Hmmm… that's true. So this chap, we're focusing on Emerald this time?" Atomsk said.
"Maybe, I think we altered between Emerald and Finn's group if I last checked and left off with Dark having fun with Heather, the altered name version of the damaged in many ways Minerva bot." TME said when he looks at last chapter to be sure.
"Yup. Now the two are going on a sinister journey to get to Emerald." Atomsk said.
"Well more like tailing Finn and Minerva's group to do that and stuff, so while they may get mentions, won't have much impact in the story till later." TME said since there were the pirate lords to deal with on Emerald's side and maybe Finn's side if they get on the wrong side of those lords.
"Again, true. So shall we get started on the chapter? You can lead this time." Atomsk said.
"You sure?" TME asked since FTRR was Atomsk's story after all.
"Well you let me lead in the last Chrono Jump chap so trying to be fair." Atomsk said.
"Hmmm… maybe?... I mean the last CJ chapter was all Cedric but if your sure, may as well go to Finn and the others."TME said as the scene shifts too…
Ooo/ Candy Kingdom/ Bubblegum's main lab/ Minerva, Kara, Fionna, Finn, Marceline, Bubblegum, Phoebe, Goliad, Stormo, Frost, Rose, Azure, Maite, Ice King, Jake
The scene showed many people while they were in Bubblegum's lab shortly after getting to the castle but Minerva was tight lipped about what she saw in the lab while some like Marceline were getting irritated by the silence and worried for Finn's mother since she looked a bit torn when she seemed to be contemplating something.
"Mom?… are you okay?" Finn said with a concerned look.
"Hmmm… not really… after going over the footage in my brain I'm… hesitant in showing any of you what I saw… it really gets dark in no time with how… messed up it can get." Minerva said while she looked worryingly at Finn.
Finn sees the concerned look.
"Whatever you saw mom, we'll get through it together. We have to help Emerald. Plus I've dealt with Dark moments before so not sure what you can show us will top that."
"Right… still you all took my advice and ate BEFORE what I do this showing because I'm not kidding… this won't be pretty for snacks… especially you Marceline, Maite, Fionna…" Minerva said as Marceline nods her head.
"Yeah, plenty of red and good eats… though brought some drinks if this takes awhile." Marceline said when she held up a pack of cans of red sugared tea.
Minerva nods her head as she looks at Maite and Fionna.
"Don't worry auntie. Maite and I can handle it. Pirates after all." Fionna said as Maite nods.
"Fionna… Maite… what you're about to see would make what happened to Maite and Azure when Reggie and his goons had their way with them and killed Emerald once on the Albatross a simple drama moment… I'm not kidding compared to that this stuff is sick enough to make me want to vomit if I had a normal body… why do you think I had Banana guards bring in trash cans for each person?" Minerva said with a half lidded look as she approached the computer as Banana guards did indeed set up a trash can for each person though that wasn't the shocker… what she just compared was what happened with Emerald was much darker than what happened to Azure and Maite by many times it seems.
Azure and Maite had awkward looks when they still remember what Reggie and his goons did as the rest of the group waited for Minerva to start the video.
As some grabbed some trash cans, many look on as Minerva pulled a USB-C cord from her body and plugged it into the computer… a moment later the computer booted up and a countdown starts from 3…2…1…
Flashback/ Under Beautopia/ Timeframe 15 years ago…
"...ate shows that we are a year after we got ashore onto Ooo, the landmass that the inhabitants call it… it's a matriarchal society of sorts with a Queen or Princess mainly the ones in charge unless there is a strong male with no loved ones involved like the Ice King and Flame King… heard he has his daughter in a lamp… whatever that means… still… not my business since my contact with the main Island ended shortly after we got to the landmass… still I need to do what my main mission is… investigate and see if this place is inhabitable by humans… unfortunately having humans move into Ooo will be… troublesome given the hostile locals around here… top 3 to watch out for are wolf like beings like Why wolves and Hug wolves… Dragon's occasionally though they are not like the ones in fairytales… and finally a guy named Ash… swindled some of the workers out of their items and left them for dead multiple times… I swear guys like him make males look bad…" Heather or at this time to the onlookers… a Minerva bot who had yet gone mad said when she was looking at a reflection in a mirror which showed that the flashback was from Heather's point of view.
Present/ Bubblegum's lab
Marceline groans when she heard Ash's name and knew he was a problem that helped started this.
"Glob dammit Ash." Marceline groans in annoyance as Bubblegum, Finn and Phoebe frown when the donks name was mentioned.
"I take it he's not well liked here?" Fionna said.
"Big statement of the year." Marceline said.
"No kidding, guy tried to get Marceline's memory of the breakup they had erased when he tricked Finn and I into doing that… gave him the big foot after Finn and Marceline kicked his buns good!" Jake said with a frown on his face while Ice King looks at him.
"Big foot?" Ice King asked while Jake changed into a large foot.
"Stomped him good!" Jake said as Ice King gave an ah noise as Jake returned to normal.
"Is there no one that Ash hasn't offended yet besides me?" Phoebe said when she heard a lot about Ash and thankfully didn't have the honor of meeting the donk of donks.
"Knowing his reputation… he probably messed with some royals as well." Bubblegum said.
"And why hasn't he been arrested?" Kara said.
"Two words… Ashicus… flyacus… sometimes he used that and used borders to keep himself from getting arrested by the law in some kingdoms from what I heard… main reason why he didn't go after Bonnie most likely is because she would use her head and actually negotiate with the Royals of other lands…. However one key issue is Wizard City and how she doesn't like their magic mentality and stuff… its a long story… point is while dumb with most things… getting around the Law must be Ash's strength… lets just watch the video and stuff alright?" Marceline said when she didn't want to talk about Ash more.
Minerva sweatdrops at this before she resumes the video.
Back to the video/ shortly after Heather or Minerva bot's rant about Ash…
"...Now than, after I vented about that Ash Bastard… I gained a report about some clones of interest… especially clones 362… 636… and 617… granted 617 died and stuff but…" The Minerva bot said in the recording and everyone was shocked to see the mangled body of Emerald on screen while he looked… really young… his chest cavity was blasted out like something exploded from the inside out… his legs were bent and broken in so many ways that bones jetted out from his body… and he was missing his jaw though a green mist was emitting from his body which soon after starts to pull his body back together with sickening cracks and crunches while the Minerva bot logs this.
"Seems the Lich chose his host it seems… granted he does move from host to host but is partial to this one… shame this clone is normally hesitant in fighting… may have to alter his brain in a surgery to remove some of the empathy in his brain… can't have a living weapon that can protect us feel pity for those monsters who pick the humans in the group off one by one… than there is the Clone designated 636 or Dark as some call him… has a slightly unhinged mentality but is able to channel the Lich's power without issue without the mind of the Lich inhabiting his body… at least thats what most believe, I think its because of how unhinged Dark is that he is able to overwhelm the Lich inside of him to the point that it doesn't have a chance of getting free… perfect counter to 617 in case there is an issue later down the line… as for 362… will need further testing since he is being stubborn… thinks he and the clones will get free one day but fat chance of that happening, even if that did happen, most likely the clones would be killed off because of how hostile the environment of Ooo is… I mean a pack of why wolves tore apart a poor human and just last week a woman was raped by some murauders or at least thats what they call themselves… name is pretty apt given how they didn't show her mercy after they had their way with her." Minerva bot said when she sounded irked at the end while images on screen showed a beaten and battered human woman who was well… not gonna sugar coat it raped and the mangled devoured body of a human male that was barely intact after why wolves go to them…
Present/ everyone in the lab
After seeing this… many were glad to have trash cans because many puked up a storm in their own personal can while some barely held their lunch down after seeing Emerald's body, the woman's state and the corpse of the human male and stuff… and if this was just the start when Emerald was seemingly made at a young age… than damn… this is just going to get darker.
"Warned you all." Minerva said as the group tried to calm down.
"U-Ugh… oh wow… how long does this thing last?" Phoebe asked while she wiped her mouth clean after she puked in a fire and lavaproof trashcan made for her as Minerva looks at the time.
"Well… about and hour and 30 minutes left… I can skip the important stuff but while its two events… well… just to warn you it won't be pretty… if you want I can give a nutshell like explanation of what happened if you want." Minerva said when she looks at the group with a worried look.
"Yeah… I don't speak for everyone but… might as well say the short version." Marceline said.
"Fair enough, in a nutshell for one, the Minerva had many clones fight to the death and used the remains of the weaker ones to take away weaknesses and reforge the clones into stronger versions that lacked the weakness and had them fight again and again… in a sick way she was forcing an evolutinary process that would have taken millions of years into more or less 10 to 20 years… Emerald was one of those reforged beings constantly with only the Lich keeping his mind intact between bodies… the other is more or less Emerald losing his mind and taking out many at the facility and leaving after he had his way with that Minerva bot and you pretty much know the rest… hard to say what he did after he left and met Finn but at that facility… you pretty much know all and how dark things got." Minerva said when she helped Marceline drink some red tea and same with Fionna and Maite who look shaken.
"Good Glob… what was that bot thinking?" Jake said with a shocked look.
"*Sigh*... in an nutshell Jake… she was doing things from a purely logical protective perspective thanks to the humans she was with dying off left and right… not giving her any kind of defense but… considering everything… while I despise her… I feel… bad for her… she was a Minerva bot like me but unlike her she was technically more or less alone with humans not ready at all for the continent of Ooo and pretty much threw away her humanity… and lost everything because of it… if you could protect Finn from harm Jake… wouldn't you do anything to do that?" Minerva said when she looks at Jake.
Jake was quiet for a bit.
"Well… can see where you're going with it."
"Indeed… I'm not asking for forgiveness with her… but… all I'm asking is that you understand that she wouldn't do this for no reason… she was at her wits ends… still this won't excuse what she did… or the lack of action from my main self… I am so sorry Fionna… Maite… because of me more or less… Emerald pretty much lost it again…" Minerva said while she looks really regretful as she looks at the two carrying Emerald's kids.
Fionna and Maite calmed down a bit as Fionna sighs.
"Well I can't get mad at you auntie. All I want is to find a way to help Emerald."
"Well… thats just it… I'm looking at the data but… I'm having trouble working out a way… I'm sure I can come up with something if I dig deep enough but from what I'm gathering I'm not getting much… Emerald was made to contain the Lich and aside from Emerald, as far as we know other clones are dead and what not… so we can't transfer the Lich to a new body… oh if only we could do something… if I had more knowledge of Ooo I maybe able to work with something not on the Island… Bubblegum mind if I connect to your main computer and gather as much info as I can?... could help with getting the Lich out of Emerald and sealing the Lich in something harmless." Minerva said when she looks at Bubblegum who finished a drink of tea to help her with her recent puking moment.
"Y-Yes of course. You'll find all that you need in there." Bubblegum said.
"Thank you, I'll let you all recover and if you want to know more in details, I'll be OK with showing the videos but know it won't be pretty… in the meantime, we should split up and stuff so everyone can recover." Minerva said when she looks at everyone.
"Probably a good idea. Could check in with everyone on the Albatross before doing some sightseeing." Maite said.
"Great, at best, we have 3 days before we leave… Fionna, could you let the Albatross crew know about that and invite them here?, I'm sure Bubblegum wouldn't mind letting them hang around the Candy Kingdom while things are fine tuned." Minerva said when Bubblegum nods her head.
"Yeah, that can work…. Just as long as they know not to startle any candy people… many have a habit of… exploding after they are excited too much." Bubblegum said while she rubs her head.
"Wait seriously?… and you never once tried to fix that?" Azure said.
Bubblegum blushed and rubs her head as Fionna pinched the bridge of her nose.
"Azure… one morbid moment at a time, for now lets just try and calm down and stuff." Fionna said as she and Maite dragged Azure out of the room by her arms comically.
"H-Hey?!" Azure said as most sweatdrops.
"Okay… despite that… I do have a question for you three." Finn said as he looks at Bubblegum, Marceline and Phoebe.
"For starters… how did the sharing thing started? I mean for one… I know Marceline and I had a bad moment before but knowing she's carrying my kid it's obvious I need to be there for her. Granted, it helps rebuild our friendship… and I can't deny that maybe we will fall in love… once I'm older. Then there's PB… I thought you didn't like me that way due to me being younger… of course after hearing stuff from Azure about you and Marcy… makes sense now. Finally with Phoebe… last time you said we were old news so what made you change your mind?"
Kara however made herself know when she approached the group.
"I'll save you and these three the trouble Finn, heard from them talking after I asked others some questions and in order… Marceline is obvious for the knock up, Bubblegum's age thing is pretty moot given she could make something to make you immortal when your 18 and possibly fireproof given her brains and as for the Queen of flames… she heard from Jake about what he did with this… melting the Ice Kingdom thing and the cosmic owl as well… pretty much making her depressed since its because of Jake and the cosmic she broke up with you and stuff." Kara said while Finn though shocked was curious who told her and all Kara said when she saw the look was say this.
"Goliad… she read their minds about this once and when I asked she happened to have the info at the ready." Kara said while she looks down at Finn thanks to her height being higher than Finn's.
"Right… saves the trouble a bit." Finn said before looking at the trio.
"So… you guys really wanna share with me and you're okay with that?"
"Well… I won't lie Finn… I'm a bit on the fence with it since well… its a big step… you'll be having three women and well… Marceline aside you'll be dating Phoebe again and both are pretty aggressive women… granted I can be a bit… aggressive as well but just saying you may feel a bit overwhelmed at first when you do this… I won't lie… bit curious but also cautious… either way would have to wait 3 years before we would do anything serious." Bubblegum said when she blushed a bit at the end.
Finn blushes a bit before looking at Marceline and Phoebe for their responses.
Marceline and Phoebe blush while Marceline rubs her head.
"Well… obviously would have to wait till you were 18 before we did anything serious but I'm fine with it as long as you can forgive me for what I said before you ran off… as for Phoebe… thats her call here." Marceline said before she nudged Phoebe a couple times to see how she would respond.
Phoebe blushes a bit.
"To be honest Finn… I wasn't sure if we should get back together after you lied and manipulated me." She said making Finn flinched before hearing Phoebe continue.
"Of course, after hearing Jake's side of the story… I felt bad since I didn't think to talk things out with you. Plus… I missed the fun times we have so… I'll give us another shot if you do three things." Phoebe said with a serious look.
"L-Like what?" Finn said.
"1) Don't ever lie like that again and 2) No more Cosmic Owl dreams and 3)… If you somehow get… more ladies for this harem… we call the shots and should take a look at whatever lady you bring." Phoebe said.
Finn blinks a bit in surprise after hearing that.
"Hehe, yeah, guess that means that you get lucky with more ladies than just us if you play your cards right… maybe with that Hydrian woman?... Phoebe here seemed curious about her given the whole… breaking the elemental wall thing lately hehe." Marceline said as she grins at Phoebe.
Before Finn could question that he figured it was Goliad but when mentioned… well…
"No… we saw that bad flirt you tried to do with Hydrian after Lillum used a spell to locate and spy on you for a bit when you were on the albatross… and gotta say… ouch on so many levels." Bubblegum said when she gave Finn a half lidded look.
Finn felt embarrassed.
"Okay… giving Lillum a talking later since I'm still a bit upset with her for what she did back at the island… second… I blamed Cedric for that but he was already punished… and did tried to help me so we're good. As for Hydrian… nothing is going on with us. Just friends." He said.
"You sure?... you could try and flirt with her again… this time with the right guidance… and considering you have three ladies who could help out… what have you got to lose?" Marceline said when she smirks at Finn.
Finn blushes bit after hearing that.
"A-Alright… I'll… agree." He said.
"Hehe, good… anyway we should take a bit to relax… pretty sure we should take a couple hours to do things and stuff… and hey Finn, since Stormo is freed and stuff, plenty of time to bond with him… guy is technically your son after all." Marceline said when she grins at Finn more since Finn now had conscious family member to hang with now.
Finn blushes as Minerva giggles.
"My Finn is becoming a man. Just hope you don't become like your father." She said with a frown on her face.
Finn would be embarrassed but blinked when heard that.
"Um… what did dad do?"
"Trust me, you don't want to know… lets just say that he is the farthest thing from a hero as could be… well… that was before you went missing and he was with me… thought he changed his ways but…" Minerva said before she sighs as she looks a bit down before she shook her head.
"Anyway, enough downer talk, for now you should have fun back on Ooo after you have been gone for a bit… sure not for long but still gone none the less after you ran off mister… so have some fun with your ladies here by taking them on a date each, you got plenty of coin at your place after all so no issue with going on simple dates right?" Minerva said when she smiles at Finn more.
Finn blushes after hearing hearing that.
"R-Right… Just need to think of some good places." He said.
"Well I'm sure you'll think of something, for now, lets get you four going and you can talk about things later…." Minerva said when she helped get the four out of the room and after Minerva exits, she walked away from the others which left Finn alone with Marceline, Phoebe, and Bubblegum now while the ladies look at Finn while Marceline looks amused as she crossed her arms.
"Well hero… want to try a part 2 in dating us and this time for real with no mind games and stuff?... better ask properly first." Marceline said in a teasing way.
Finn blushes brightly a bit.
"Marcy… PB… Phoebe… would you do me the honor of letting this lowly Pirate Prince to court you three."
The trio blushed though Bubblegum giggles.
"Finn considering you're a prince, you're not lowly… not like you were before… just saying we don't care for rank much when it comes to you… I would love to go on a date or two with you."
"Yeah, same here, don't really care about rank much." Phoebe said when she smiles at Finn.
"Yeah dude. Prince or not, you're still the same Finn we all know and care." Marceline said.
"Indeed… come on you two… lets give Finn some time to think of what to do for the date with the three of us before we meet up with him… may want to decide who goes first later but for now… let give Finn some alone time to think." Bubblegum said as she, Marceline, and Phoebe left Finn alone so he could think though he pales greatly since he had one issue… WHAT THE FUCK WOULD HE DO FOR 3 STRAIGHT DATES!?... he barely went on one on one dates before with Phoebe and even then had to be careful… now… he was tripling that in no time.
'Oh Glob… how am I gonna pull this off.' Finn thought as he was panicking.
Meanwhile on the Albatross a few hours later… Cedric was walking on the deck after he made sure that some things were going well while he noticed Azure talking with Fionna and Maite nearby about something.
Cedric blinked a bit before walking to the trio.
"Hey guys. Didn't know you all came back."
"Hmm?, oh hey Cedric, was just coming back from after finding out some things about Emerald, boy this really puts things in perspective on why he hates Minerva's in general… anyway how are things on the ship?" Azure asked when she looks up at Cedric.
"Pretty good… just finishing up some chores. And it's good that you're here, Azure. I wanted to ask you something." Cedric said.
"Hmm?... what?" Azure asked while she tilts her head adorably.
Cedric blushes from that.
"Well… ever since we… knew each other and how long we worked on the Albatross… I have been…having feelings for you and wondered if you… want to go on a… date."
"Huh?... alright." Azure said while Cedric looked a bit surprised at how easy that was.
"R-Really?" Cedric said as he wasn't expecting that fast of a response as Maite and Fionna were amused.
"Well like you said, we knew one another for awhile and while your aggressive side can be an ass, you're normally pretty sweet and stuff with me so why fight it, or do you want me to not say yes and have you work for me to say it?" Azure said when she raised an eyebrow at Cedric this time.
Cedric quickly shook his head.
"No no. Definitely yes."
"Good, and since I know how good you are at sex, won't have to test that, see you in an hour for a date… good luck with looking for a good dating place here, may spend a few days here before we go look for Emerald so better look fast Cedric." Azure said when she points thumb off the Albatross and well… Cedric comically jumped to shore and he ran like a man on a mission towards the Candy Kingdom as Fionna and Maite laugh out loud while Azure followed suit at how fast that went.
"Oh Glob that was rich." Fionna said.
"Yeah. Though it's about time he asked you out Azure." Maite said.
"Hehe, yeah, hopefully the date will go well… about time he did ask me out… so Maite… Fionna… if we manage to find Emerald, what will you two do since I doubt a simple talk will snap him out of things." Azure said when she had a serious look on her face after she calmed down.
Maite and Fionna were quiet for a bit.
"To be honest… I'm not sure. Emerald has trust issues and sadly… hates me and Maite. If we do see him… we try to show him how much we care." Fionna said.
"Hmmm… I see…" Azure said while she used a couple hands to gesture for the two to lean down… when they did… they were surprised when Azure hits them on top of their heads.
"OW!" Maite said while she held the top of her head when Azure packed a punch.
"What was that for?!" Fionna said.
"Simple… am I talking with two normal women who would let me walk all over them and possibly back down if their man got violent or two women who could overpower me for payback in kinky ways and kick said man's ass if he pulled a stupid stunt for a stupid reason… your overthinking things you two… its not a matter of if you're sure or not or even if Emerald has trust issues or not… remind me… what are the three of us and who is Fionna exactly?" Azure said when she had a hand on her hip while she looks amused.
The duo blinked a bit before Fionna had a determined look.
"I am a Pirate Princess."
"And I'm a pirate of the Albatross." Maite said as Azure grins.
"Hehe, yeah, and what do Pirates do when they see some interesting booty?" Azure asked when she really looks amused now.
"We take what we want." Fionna said.
"And give nothing back." Maite responded.
"Good… and considering the prize this time is a stubborn idiot… what will you two do even if he tries and attack you?... and may I remind you you'll have plenty of friends and allies backing you so…" Azure said when she had a fanged grin on her face.
Fionna and Maite also grin.
"We fight back and kick his ass." Maite said.
"Atta girls… and after you kick his ass and knock some sense into him… bet you'll plunder the treasure from his personal coinpurse again and again after you make him take responsibility for putting two special treasures in your personal treasure chests." Azure said when she lightly tapped Fionna and Maite's womb areas.
Fionna and Maite blushes from that before Fionna grins.
"Damn right we will."
"Good… now that you two are pepped up… considering you two may want to get some kinky payback… follow me, may as well head to a bedroom so we can rock the boat when you two make me your bitch… got some time before Cedric gets back so need some way to kill time." Azure said when she walked from Maite and Fionna with swaying hips.
Said duo licks their lips a bit.
"Oh we're definitely gonna make her our bitch. Shame Cedric will miss this." Fionna said before they follow Azure.
Little did they know, the trio were spied but not by LSP.
Coming out was the cat girl and wood nymph that Cedric had fun with.
"Damn… he finally asked her out." The cat girl said.
"Yeah… shame that happened… doesn't mean we can't try and see if we can't… butter him up since he would be awhile off the ship and you heard Azure… if we find interesting booty… we plunder… no rule in trying to join a harem right?... just need to see who gets to be head bitch in that one… come on, may as well track Cedric while Azure is busy and unable to get in the way for now." The Wood Nymph said as she walked to the edge of the Albatross with a grin as she looks at her friend.
The brown fur cat woman grins.
"Then let's go." She said.
After the two jumped ship to track Cedric, the scene went to Cedric while he was busy looking around the Candy Kingdom… he rubs his jaw when he could feel his teeth ache when he saw how… sweet the Candy Kingdom look up close.
"Damn… I can already feel a cavity or more growing on my teeth after just looking at this place." Cedric said.
Cedric than moved to go into a fancy looking restaurant but not too fancy when he saw that people looked like they were dressed casually… he walked up to the receptionist who looked like a female root beer float in a small maid outfit.
"Hello, welcome to the Sweet Tooth, how may I help you sweeten your day?" The receptionist said with a smile on her face.
Cedric almost shudders with all that sweetness being shown.
"Yes. I was wondering if I can have a reservation for two."
