AHSOKA TANO

After Ahsoka informed her master about the mysterious spectre, things became much more hectic than before. News about the tomb of the powerful force user located on Odessen, in addition to the vision about the raw power of the things contained there, meant that the mission previously thought as an unimportant distraction from a real action became a mission of highest priority. For this reason, Anakin decided to immediately call the council, so that they could plan their next steps, and hopefully, find more information about that mysterious "Outlander".

Because of that, not long after, they found themselves in the communication room of the separatist base, looking at the holograms of master Kenobi, master Windu and master yoda. The tale was not long, but they were careful to not forget about any detail, so that Jedi council members would be able to give them advice.

After quietly listening to their story, master Kenobi finally said:

"These are troubling news" he moved hand to his beard, stroking it gently. "Something like that could lead to a lot of danger. And I say it without taking the nature of the person buried in that tomb into account. For all we know, he could have been a deranged sith, who was buried there, which would mean that some powerful dark-side artifacts could be there. Master Yoda, has anyone from the archives identified the person known as 'outlander'?

"Not a lot of information there is," said Yoda sadly, "only a few fragments from the old texts about that person were found. There were some notes about the figure of that name fighting a powerful sith, but not much else"

"So it's not a Sith then?" Exclaimed Anakin, visibly happy for not having to deal with some dark-side artifacts. Her master was always more comfortable dealing with enemy forces than having to deal with more esoteric aspects of the force. Excavation of a tomb was already an uncomfortable mission for him. Adding the fact that the person buried in the tomb was a sith would only make the mission more complicated.

"We don't know yet, as we cannot rule it out. Sith are not exactly paragons of honor and loyalty, so infighting among them was not unusual in the old sith empire. These conflicts were often serious enough that the sith would forget about fighting the republic. They would instead use all their forces to fight against each other, unintentionally helping the republic." said Mace Windu, speaking for the first time in this meeting "it wouldn't be wise to assume such thing without a solid proof"

Master Windu was always sceptic when it came to things like that. It was understandable though. Caution is always important when dealing with the possibility of the dark side. It would be irresponsible to not consider potential dangers involved in this situation. "Especially when an unknown figure is sending visions to the young, impressionable padawans. Sith are known to manipulate people around them for their personal gains, often pretending to be someone they are not"

It was a reasonable statement, but Ahsoka had to say something in response.

"Masters" She interrupted, before they could continue the conversation, identifying the outlander as a potential sith "With all due respect, I didn't feel the dark side during my vision. Yes, it was terrifying, not something I want to repeat, but it was because of all that concentrated power, not any negative emotions in the air. I didn't sense any rage or violence originating from the tomb. I met dark-side users before and none of them gave me the same impression as what i have experienced today "

She wasn't lying. While the experience was awful, when she thought back to that moment, the thing she remembered the most wasn't the pressure or the fear, but a harmony. It was not a peaceful harmony of the force that Jedi were believing in though. It was a harmony in more primal sense: Emotions and peace, storm and a gentle wind, tsunami and still water. These were two complete opposites mended into one, creating a perfect balance. It was beautiful, it was intriguing, but at the same time, extremely concerning. After all It was something that went completely against everything she was taught. It was causing a great confusion in her heart, as she felt she was close to understanding something really important, yet she didn't know what it was. Maybe someone much wiser than her, like master Yoda, would be able to help her make sense of this feeling, but she was too afraid to confess something like that. It was something completely against the most important teachings of the Jedi and she didn't know how they would react if she were to say something like that, especially Anakin.

The only thing she could do was to convince the others that the person inside the tomb was not evil, that there was no nefarious sith down there. Because if that was the case, it would mean that she was being corrupted into the dark side, and she didn't want to believe it. SHe knew that what she felt was too real to be a manipulation. And she wanted to enter the tomb. Maybe then she would be able to understand. Grasp the truth behind the harmony she felt.

"Ahsoka, while I don't doubt your ability to perceive the force, there are other things to consider..." said Obi-wan. Of course. Feelings of one padawan were not enough to convince them. Not in a situation like this. He was probably in the right. It was better to assume that whatever is inside the mountain is dangerous, as a mistake would be catastrophic. She knew she was being irrational. But she really needed to know.

"I believe her" exclaimed Anakin, surprising everyone and putting his hand on her head, smiling. "If Snips says that this person wasn't a sith, I have no reason to doubt her. Of course" said Anakin, seeing his master frowning "it doesn't mean we won't be careful. We will try to quietly investigate the tomb, take any dangerous artifacts and leave unnoticed. It's just that we will try to investigate the tomb with an open mind"

"Well, I guess you are capable enough to trust you in this matter," said Obi-wan. Ahsoka could see that he wasn't completely convinced, but they all knew they didn't have enough time to send someone more qualified for this sort of thing, so he could only put faith in his former padawan. "But please be careful"

"Master" Anakin put hand to his chest, acting shocked " Did I ever fail you?" That sentence made Obi-wan massage his brows, which Ahsoka could understand. Anakin wasn't exactly the most responsible person in the order. His actions became a legend among the troops, though not exactly for the right reasons. That actually made Ahsoka think that maybe entering the tomb wasn't the best idea.

"...just go" muttered Obi-wan, visibly done with the discussion. Other masters agreed with Anakin and Ahsoka investigating the tomb and disconnected, with still bemused Obi-wan doing the same thing right after.

With the meeting done, they ordered the troops to prepare themselves for moving out. They would travel to the tomb as soon as possible, using Ahsoka, thanks to her visions, as their guide.

She hoped they would be able to reach the tomb before separatists found out its location. It was an important mission, crucial for the safety of the republic. It wasn't her main motivation though. She also wanted to investigate the tomb to find out more about the tomb's owner. Maybe by doing so she would be able to quell this worrying uncertainty that started to plague her heart?

ADAS KALLIG

It's taking them too long!

After I sent the girl visions, she ran to the revan 2.0 to tell him about it. But after that they just stayed in one location for hours, just talking about something. I couldn't even hear what they were saying, as I was only able to sense vague impressions in the force? Did they really not care about a poor man, trapped under the mountain?

Hmm, maybe they were sith? But even then, I showed the girl a vision of my tomb, filled with treasures and precious artifacts. Proper sith wouldn't walk away, ignoring such a good occasion, he would loot the place, taking everything he could. We are pragmatists after all.

Maybe I freaked her out in some way? Let's see. Unknown ghost is sending you visions, which leads to uncovering an ancient sith tomb. Nothing unusual so far, just a normal adventure. What about my force signature? There shouldn't be anything suspicious about it...

...though since I did that weird training with Shatele Shan and Darth Marr, that was full of mambo jumbo about achieving harmony of light and dark side, my force changed a little when it comes to impression. I don't exactly know what I did though. The training was full of nonsensical speeches, killing random monsters and something about finding a third way. It was honestly confusing and weird and the only reason I did all of it was to beat that gloomy kid, Arcann. After that I honestly forgot about all those lessons.

Apparently they changed how I feel to other force-sensitives though. Whatever, it shouldn't feel too weird. It's not that hard to fuel your power with emotions and temper them with a calm mind to stop them from influencing you. There was literally a whole empire built on that foundation. Admitelly, Zakuul was a shitty empire, engineered by one madman with a colossal stick in his ass, that tore itself apart without him, but still an empire.

Consumed by my very important thoughts, I didn't even notice them leaving the camp. They were walking in the direction of my tomb though, so I was in luck. They were really going to save me from my predicament!

Or rob me, as I am more and more certain they were not jedi. The Revan-like guy was, from what I was able to feel, really emotional, while the girl gave me a grey jedi vibe. My leading theory is that the guy is a powerful sith and the girl is a padawan he kidnapped, trying to make her fall. Classic.

As I was thinking about good old times and my own corrupted padawan, the group reached the mountain, in which my tomb was hidden. It actually took them several hours, but after millenia of being trapped, a person can get lost in thoughts for a really long time if there is nothing to make them concentrate, so I wasn't surprised that I missed most of their journey.

Anyway, it would take them a while to find a gate to my tomb. Instead of watching them fumbling around, I decided to check the other group, the one without any force users with whom I wasn't able to communicate. I was met with a pleasant surprise. They were also traveling to my tomb, maybe they weren't as close, but they would eventually reach it, and they did it completely without my help. I was overjoyed. That meant that even if the first group didn't find my tomb or died to the monsters/traps/ancient guardians inside my tomb, someone would find me.

I would prefer if it were the sith that found me though. They were already close and I am confident I would be able to make a deal with them. I don't want to brag, but I mastered the ancient art of sith diplomacy. It's actually really easy: you tell other side your demands and after they attack you (obviously), you beat them and ask again. They are so surprised to still be alive that they do it immediately. They also often swear loyalty to you! Don't spread it around though.

Finally, after several hours of searching, they were able to find the Gate. I was worried that they wouldn't be able to open it, but apparently several millennia is a long time. It was so rusted and worn down, that a few explosions created by the forceless blobs I sensed with the sith were enough to break them open. I was so disappointed. Seriously? My tomb was this weak? How did it happen? Sith tombs were always protected by powerful spells, gates immune to mundane weapons and enchanted to be resistant against the force. And my gate was opened just like that? Was it actually a jedi tomb?!

Well, now that I think about it, it could actually be something like that. Good minions are more loyal and grateful than evil ones after all. It would make sense for them to be the ones who built me the tomb after my death. Evil ones would just steal everything I had the moment I bit the dust.

Wait...

So I am buried in some fucking jedi tomb, like some stupid Barsen'thor, without any monsters or traps that would make this tomb look better?

And the sith are going to find me there?

Fuck, It's so embarassing!

I don't know how I will be able to look my saviors in the eyes!
