Kazuma has given up on life once more and has resorted back to being the person he once was before dying, meeting Aqua, becoming an adventurer, and honestly a lot of hardships that got him where he is today. Takes place within the Isekai Quartet universe, something that I wish that was added in the as a story option within , which I hope changes soon, so enjoy.

36. Chapter 26

Once a NEET always a NEET 26

Once everyone was properly reequipped with weapons necessary to take on the forces that served Being X, it was all a matter of getting them to arrive before each group's location to take them all on individually.

Hopping out of the portal right now that would separate them was Shalltear, Kazuma, and Art.

"Alright guys, here you go, but before we start generating noise to call them out, you guys have any last regrets you want to share" asked Art.

"I guess not being able to lose my virginity with Aqua is probably the biggest one for me" said Kazuma with a sigh, "I'd make fun of you, however I'm kinda the same when it comes to my master Ainz" said Shalltear.

"Right, we're all gonna die like virgins before getting laid, anything else" asked Art, "Well after my short time spending with you, I guess I am a bit peeved that I didn't get a chance to start my own cross world harem like you" said Kazuma.

"Yeah, no, no my relationship with Iwasawa and the others is literally platonic" said Art, "Says the virgin who doesn't realize there's always potential" said Shalltear with a teasing smile

"Alright, than what about you then" asked Art, "Hmm, I guess I regret not being able to sit down back at home and finish watching the rest of Guardians of the Galaxy" said Shalltear.

"What about you Art, you got any regrets" asked Kazuma, "Just a few, though I think I can compensate for one of them right now" said Art as he turned to Shalltear.

"Shalltear, when this is over and we all make it out alive, want to go out on a date" asked Art, surprising the duo that was with him.

"My, aren't you a bold little man considering you must say that to everyone woman you met" said Shalltear, "I just said that we're all virgins who are going to die, and that my relationship with Iwasawa and the others is platonic, so trust me when I say it literally took me to be in this dire situation to gain the nerve to ask you, or anyone else out for that matter" said Art.

"Well regardless, I would have still turned your down, my heart belongs to another man" said Shalltear as Art deflated a little before turning to Kazuma.

"I don't swing that way man" said Kazuma bluntly, "I wasn't going to ask you, I was going to ask if you know if Naofumi was single" asked Art, surprising the duo once more.

"I don't know, but you should definitely ask him yourself next time we see him" said Kazuma, "Right. Well we're not getting paid to stand around staying quiet" said Art before handing them all airhorns before the trio went to town with them.

"Vince you son of a bitch, I'm calling you out, you SoCal wuss bag!" shouted Art, "Come one, come all, here I am, hot on the menu with a couple of extra dishes on the house" shouted Kazuma.

As the group continued to play with their airhorns for a good minute, those who now serve Being X finally came to answer their calls.

"Here they come" said Shalltear, "You guys run on ahead, I'll lead them on" said Kazuma as he continued to play with his airhorn as the duo already hopped in the portal.

"I don't know if you assholes understand me, much less care to understand me, but believe me when I say that through this portal, my friends will be waiting for you to kill you all, so if you got the balls to take our challenge, than follow me" said Kazuma as he charged into the portal without a second thought while all their new adversaries had followed them.

Sunnyvale

The first person to hop out the portal was a well dressed business man wearing black slacks and brown loafers, he wore a black vest over his white button up, sleeves, rolled to his elbows, as he had short black hair and a push broom mustache, as he was equipped with 3 revolvers around his body, and a surgical equipment tool belt.

"Where the bloody hell am I" said the man as he felt a sudden sharp pain to the shoulder.

"Hey doc, keep your eyes on me and my friends cause we will kill you" said Kazuma as he was given a new black on green compound bow, with a few variety of arrows at his disposal.

"I am ashamed to admit this, but I am not a doctor, my name is Sir Finnegan Allister-Wainwright Duster, and you sir and your band of harlots should not have rejected the kind offer given to you by Being X himself" said Sir Duster as he snapped the arrow from his shoulder.

"Trust me, we've rejected worser things than that" said Kazuma, "He's not wrong, but at least this time we get some new toys to play with" said Megumin as she had her staff put away in favor of the new grenade launcher she was given.

"Then come at me" said Sir Duster as he drew out 2 of his pistols and began to initiate their fire fight.

Los Altos

Emerging out of the portal this time was a machine in all black paint as he began to scan the area for any signs of life along figuring where he was at, before he was greeted by a small barrage of bullets.

Turning its head, the machine was now facing Touya as he pointed his new laser katana at the machine.

"My advice is to surrender now, you have no means of beating us" said Touya calmly, "I am unfortunately unable to go against my programming, conducted by my new master" said the machine as he began transform his arm into a flame thrower and attempted to burn Touya alive, but Linze had ready to counter with a water spell.

"Please let us help you, give us a chance" said Linze as the girls got out from their place to circle the machine, "Or don't, either way you're defeat is unavoidable buddy" said Elze as she wore some new custom made gauntlets she was given that can not only deliver a powerful hydraulic filled punch, but also had machine pistol barrels built into it.

"Probability to this units survival is at 71%, chances of you being able to leave this battle alive, a mere 5%" said the machine, "Alright then, you asked for it, whoever you are" said Touya as he took a stance with his sword.

"My name is Snap, and I have orders to terminate you Touya, and all of your wives" said Snap as his other arm transformed into a cannon launcher and began to fire at the group.

Gilroy

Stepping out into the vast large fields of vegetation that once held the annual garlic festival was a woman in her 30's with a curvy figure wearing a purple cocktail dress, purple on black boots, as she had brown wolf ears and tail.

"You can come out now, I can smell you" said the woman as approaching her behind the tractor was Naofumi, Filo, and Raphtalia.

"You must be the suicide squad of the group, if your friends thought by sending the 3 of you here to fight me was a good idea" said the woman as she crossed her arms and looked at the trio unimpressed.

"And you must be Echo, and Art's bed mate, though frankly you don't match the description" said Naofumi as he had already mentally prepared himself to kill a little girl.

"I assure you, that your eyes don't deceive you, and if Art had told you anything about me, than you must know that there's nothing you or your friends can do in order to stop me" said Echo.

"If you mean your speed and strength being your ace, than I'm sorry sister, but Filo here, is like you" said Naofumi as he tousled her hair.

"Then show me little girl, show me your true form and fight me" said Echo as Filo did turned into her bird form before the half Irish werewolf.

"Well Christ on a stick, I guess I'm having chicken for the next month" said Echo before charging in at super speed to rip out Filo's heart, but was blocked when Naofumi used air shield o protect her from a fatal blow.

"You little shit" said Echo as she ran over to punch Naofumi's head off his body, but the man raised his new shield he was able to unlocked, because this one came with a shotgun to be carried with one hand.

"Echo, meet my shotgun shield" said Naofumi with a smile as he knocked Echo back, and was ready to fill her torso with lead, but Echo was a lot quicker as she put some distance between them.

"Chase her Filo" ordered Naofumi as this was the foot race of the century that was happening before his eyes.

Palo Alto

Coming out of the portal was the members of Sombra Squad as they had no idea where they were, but already had their instincts kicked in when they realized they stood in the center of an ambush as they all effortlessly dodged bullets.

"Keep suppressing fire, they can't move or counter if they're stuck dodging bullets" shouted Otonashi as he and everyone in the Avengers Battlefront stood side by side shooting at Sombra Squad, with a few exceptions.

"Tachibana, you take on their leader Ben, leave the rest of them to us" said Yuri as she had Matsushita, Noda, and Shina by her side ready to take them all on at hand to hand.

Mountain View

Walking out the portal with grace whilst wearing a yellow on white kimono with a huge boob window, with a sole blue rose on the back was a woman with her hair down with azure blue highlights, 8 eyes on her face, as her body was lined with knives of all shapes and sizes.

"Wonder where I'm at" asked the woman before she hopped out the way of Rem's improved morning that was now souped up to do electrical damage.

"Shoot we almost had her" said Subaru as he drew his own laser sword out, getting the woman's attention.

"My, oh my, don't you have an impressive little toy in your hands, no doubt that Art made it for you" said the woman, "Yeah it's pretty awesome, and frankly makes me want to taste the dark side a little bit" said Subaru.

"Ain't that something, unfortunately our new master wants you dead, though had we met on different circumstances, I would have warmly let you in my bed chambers to taste the dark side handsome" flirted the woman as she pulled out a cyclone knife from her hip.

"Now shall we dance" said the woman, "Of course, though please call me Subaru since we're being formal" said Subaru, "And you can call me Abby, sugar".

Hayward

Stomping their way out of the portal a monster that was half demon, half machine with 3 large halos bolted to his head emerged as he let out a snort.

"Immortal man, bring out Kazuma, bring new friends out, so that I, Eye Gouge can crush them and please my new master" yelled the cyber demon.

"He's just as dangerous as he is dumb like that red haired idiot said" commented Tanya as she crouched near Viktoriya, who was looking down the scoop of her new antimaterial rifle.

"I got a clear shot, just give the orders" said Viktoriya and everyone was hidden in place ready to assault the demon.

"On my mark, once you begin your firing, I'm going in there, and me and that overgrown beast from Beowulf are going to have a little chat" said Tanya as she was equipped with a newly built jetpack and carried a portable railgun with multiple under and side barrels to shoot anything from acidic grenades, streams of napalm or firing good ol buckshot.

"Fire!" yelled Tanya as Viktoriya, Koenig, Vooren, and Matheus all shot at the beast with their weapons, and while they got the monster to bleed, he showed no signs of slowing down, which was fine by Tanya as she flew herself in front of Eye Gouge, with her railgun fully charged.

"Either impress me or die you pathetic mound of scrap metal" said Tanya as she shot at the demon at point blank range.

Oakland

Calmly walking out the portal was a humanoid being made up entirely of light as they too had a halo floating above their head.

Before they could comprehend as to where and what was going on, the entity was assaulted by a small barrage of acid arrows.

"Excellent work sir" said Demiruge, "Kinda quick don't you think" said Shalltear.

"No, I sense that this individual, this Bronze character is alive and well" said Cocytus as the General was indeed alive and well but his body was now completely made out of acid.

"If you mean to defeat us all one by one, than you are all merely delaying the inevitable, especially given how I, Eye Gouge, and Echo are more than capable than taking you all on" said Bronze.

"I've no doubt that the power that you retain is indeed intimidating, but I made a commitment to my friends, that I and my floor guardians of the Great Tomb of Nazarick shall slay you" said Ainz.

"Quite impossible, in my current state, the only ones who can control me at this point is my new master or my old master" said Bronze as he began to charge himself at the group like a violent wave as they all readied to face the indestructible being.

San Jose

Finally emerging from the portal at long last was Vince as he looked annoyed not knowing why he was but a half mile away from the Historical Winchester Mystery Mansion.

"Alright you pussy's, show yourselves already" shouted Vince as he got his answer when he took a bullet to the thigh.

"Gah!" yelled Vince as he nearly fell over, before looking up to see that Art had perched himself at the entrance to the mansion.

"Come get some you friggin wuss" shouted Art as he continued to take pot shots at Vince as he dragged himself towards cover, before spilling demon blood on a nearby car.

Once the vehicle had completely transformed into it's demonic form, he proceeded to drive towards Art, who saw this and proceeded to duck back into the haunted mansion where they're real fight began.

Sunnyvale

Standing his ground alone with mere confidence was Sir Duster as he managed to pin the group behind the corner building to an apartment complex.

"Well shit, I honestly expected more from you guys" said Kazuma, "Excuse you, but me and the girls have been working our butts off during that 2 month cruise across the pacific getting served boot camp training" argued Aqua.

"Then explain to me, how the hell did we get into this situation, I mean Tanya trained you all properly in the art of war and combat, with guns, so please tell me how we're S.O.L." asked Kazuma.

"We got trained to use old timey rifles from like the great war period, not these modern warfare armaments" said Darkness as she had ditched the shotgun she was given, cause she seriously can't aim for shit.

"And no one told me you had to be at a certain distance in order to get a desired explosion with this stupid thing" said Megumin as she used up all the pills at her disposal for the grenade launcher she was given.

"Damn it, ok screw most of the modern weapons we were given, we're gonna have to do it the old fashion way, with a 120% effort, meaning Megumin stay close with Darkness and find a good spot to blow this S.O.B. back to hell" said Kazuma.

"Alright Kazuma, you can count on us" said the duo as they both ran off, "Wait what about me" asked Aqua.

"You and me are gonna take this guy on, so get the brass knuckle knife of yours ready" said Kazuma as he began to switch on an incendiary on before he hopped out of his hiding spot and lead Sir Duster to duck and cover back, giving a chance for Aqua to start charging at the guy.

"Your play to corner me is rather predictable" said Sir Duster as he began to shoot at the duo, but the pair stood their ground as Kazuma fired the lucky arrow that would knock one of Sir Duster's guns out of his hands, while Aqua ready to deliver a god blow had only managed to knock the other gun out of his hand when attempting to block her.

"You little… prepare to die by having all 4 major vessels around your heart explode" said Sir Duster a the nerves in his hands came out and began to creep into Aqua, but they were severed thanks to Kazuma, before firing 2 more arrows at the man's knee.

"Sorry buddy, but there's only one person amongst us who's gonna get blown up and it'll be you, done in by the Feisty Loli Cyclops of the NCR" said Kazuma as Megumin was already in position.

"First of all I don't appreciate the nickname, secondly that nickname only applies to me in a different story entirely" stated Megumin, "Oh shit that's right, carry on" said Kazuma as he and Aqua jetted from the location

"Explosion!" shouted Megumin before sending Sir Duster into oblivion at long last.

"You think we got him" asked Aqua, "Hardly anyone we faced off ever survives an explosion made by Megumin, and after the description we were given, I say we're good" said Kazuma confidently.

"Aqua! Kazuma! You 2 still alive!" shouted Darkness as she was carrying Megumin on her back, "We're right here" called Aqua as the group members of team Kazuma stood side by side alone and alive, something none of them felt for a long time.

"Is it just me, or does anyone feel a sense of nostalgia" asked Kazuma, "No, I feel that too" said Darkness as everyone agreed.

"Well since we've kicked some bad guy butt already, let's go get a few rounds to celebrate" said Aqua, "Aqua you do know we should focus more on getting ready against our final fight with Being X" said Kazuma.

"And this is exactly why we should be drinking in case we don't make it" said Aqua, "Sigh, I'm dating a woman with an alcohol problem, I just realize that" said Kazuma as he couldn't help but smile a little.

"Alright let's hang tight for a minute so I can contact Shalltear or someone who can pick us up" said Kazuma as he began to pull out his radio and tried to reach their friends, unknown that they still had company.

Emerging from the smokey crater was Sir Duster, now made up of mainly nerves and bones, wearing his normal everyday attire as he shuffled his way towards Kazuma and company.

"Hey Shalltear, you guys still alive" asked Kazuma through the radio, "…Call back later… we're in a bit of a pinch… back off you" said Shalltear.

"Ok, so sounds like they're busy, now what" asked Aqua, "You mean it sounds like they're in trouble and there's nothing we can do about it, but sit here and wait" said Kazuma as he felt a pair of boney hands rest on his shoulder, before the nerves shot in his neck.

Sorry for being forward here sir, but mind telling me where we're at and who are you lot exactly, said Sir Duster as he was talking to Kazuma as he normally does, via nerves exclusively.

"What the hell, I thought we killed you!" exclaimed Kazuma as everyone was unsure what to do since they knew Sir Duster could kill him by causing him to die of an aneurism in the brain.

Kill me? I can't say I recall you killing me sir, much less of recent events, though if your implications are to mean anything, you my friend and your compatriots are to be considered a threat, said Sir Duster.

"Kazuma, don't panic we'll get him off you somehow" said Darkness, before Kazuma, under Sir Duster's control, pulled the knife he had been given out and pressed against his throat.

I'd advise telling your friends to calm down now, less they want to witness you slitting your throat, said Sir Duster as Kazuma looked at him with panicked eyes.

"Guys, just calm down, he's in control of me now, so please don't do anything" begged Kazuma as everyone in his party begrudgingly complied.

Good show, now I'm going to ask you once more, who are you and where are we, asked Sir Duster, "Look my name is Satou Kazuma, these are my friends and girlfriend there, we're here in California trying to beat you guys so we can beat Being X" explained Kazuma.

And who pray tell is this Being X, asked Sir Duster, "Literally god himself. Look it's a long story, but please for the love of god, if you've got any sense of reasoning and trust in you, you'll help us in beating this guy" said Kazuma.

Say that I have both, tell me exactly why I should believe in any of the things you've told me, asked Sir Duster, "Because Art told us about you, your called Duster by your friends, you enjoy reading literature in general, and drinking a glass of whiskey next to a crackling fire, and before Art's arrival you were you groups doctor" said Kazuma as he and everyone waited for Sir Duster to remove his nerves from Kazuma's body, but instead got Kazuma to move closer to connect his nerves with everyone.

I do apologize for my rather rude behavior, but if you're all associates to our dear friend Art, than surely I can trust you, said Sir Duster as this left everyone with a sense of relief.

"Thanks for trusting us, but if you'd be kind enough to release your hold on us, we can move on" said Aqua.

Once more, I do apologize as this is my only means of communication, less of course I was in possession of an individual who were dead from the neck up as they say, said Sir Duster before finally retracting his nerves from the group.

"Good to know, now everyone just give me some space to check on everyone else" said Kazuma as he began to message the rest.

Mountain View

Even when given a laser sword, and a revolver that fires 12 gauge, Subaru still got his ass handed to him as he now hanged upside down, no thanks to Abby as she battled both Rem and Emilia using the laser sword she had stolen from Subaru.

"You should have stuck to using your whip, idiot" commented Beatrice, "Yeah, I know, but can you blame me" said Subaru with a sheepish laugh, "Given how you're leaving it all to us to pick up the slack, yes, yes we can" said Ram bluntly as she was holding a large gun that fired air bullets, no thanks to Art when he fused her wand with it.

"Well regardless, we shouldn't be standing here, and letting them have all the fun" said Ram as she pulled Beatrice aside due to her sisters Morningstar was literally flying at them with a broken chain, all because of Abby.

"Shit. Hey bitch, get the hell away from my sister!" yelled Ram as she ran began charging in whilst shooting at Abby he was able to maneuver their attacks with great ease.

"Hold still, I'll get you down" said Beatrice as she pulled out the small pocket knife she was given to carry as she cut Subaru down.

"Thanks" said Subaru as he began to tear the silk webbing off his body, "You're welcome, so… what's the plan" asked Beatrice as Subaru turned to see that even with their best fighters going all out with the best that they can was still not enough defeating Abby, and that's without the laser sword.

"I got an idea, Beatrice, you still got that grenade Art had given you" asked Subaru.

While successful in finally disarming Abby of the laser sword, she still stood a formidable opponent for the trio as she hopped on top of Ram's shoulder's before using her bare feet to grip Ram's face, before forcing her weight down and slamming her head in the pavement.

Charging at Abby with some spiked knuckle dusters with an electrical function only did nothing in their fight, as Emilia found herself falling over from more of Abby's web, where she casually walked over her.

"You know, I was expecting a little more, but I guess I lucked out" Abby said calmly before throwing 3 knives alongside Emilia's back as she cried in pain, and had prepared to throw an even larger one at Ram's chest, if not for Rem taking the knife for her in her stead.

"You will not lay your hands on either my sister or my friends" said Rem as she pulled the knife out from her sides.

"Try all that you might, but here's the bare facts honey, the only one who has a chance in beating me besides my former queen and new boss, would be Snap, Bronze, and Echo" said Abby as she began to pull out her cyclone knife.

"That's because we weren't trying hard enough" said Rem as she was starting to feel winded, "Over confidence is surely not the way to win this fight or any other, but if what you say is true, I'll be sure to motivate you all in going all out on me" said Abby as she started running her way towards Rem ready to stab her, but stopped mid-way when a grenade rolled to her feet.

"Oh damn" Abby said expected to get blown to kingdom come, but instead found herself floating and drifting in the sky.

"What the hell!" exclaimed Abby as she had no control of her movements, "Don't even bother, me managed to catch you in the blast of a Murak grenade" said Subaru.

"A what now" asked Abby in confusion, "You know, maybe that red haired immortal was right in calling these things antigravity grenades, it just sounds better" said Beatrice as she and Subaru helped everyone get back on their feet once more.

"So you got smart in using one of heroes inventions, big whoop, I will find a way back down and finish the job" said Abby, "Not likely" said Subaru as he dropped an antigravity grenade under his own feet and began to float above Abby.

"Any last words" asked Subaru as he activated his laser sword as he continued to float above Abby, "You're a real idiot if you think you can hit me without any form of flight control" stated Abby.

"That's why we also made what your hero called an anchor grenade out of a little spell called Vita" said Subaru as Beatrice lobbed the grenade over on cue, before they both came plummeting to the ground with Subaru stabbing his laser sword through Abby in one clean kill.

Once the dust had settled, Subaru had came crawling out with a victorious smile along with everyone else.

"Alright guys, let's take 5 in order to catch our breaths and heal ourselves" said Subaru, "Hang on everyone, we'll be right as rain soon enough" said Rem.

While the group was in the midst of catching their breath, in the crater where once an enemy had been put to rest was now an ally as she wore a black kimono with red roses lining her outfit, held by a red silk waist belt as her breast and thighs were still left in pseudo flashy state as her hair was short and black, with a side ponytail died red.

"God, either we raved till dawn, or I seriously got my ass kicked back there for a minute" said Abby as she gripped her head, before hearing some voices not too far away.

Making her way out the crater, she spotted Subaru and company just as they were radioing for someone to pick them up.

"Hey Ainz no rush or anything, but we're done here and are ready to meet up" said Subaru, "Let me get back to you- Acid Arrows!" shouted Ainz on the other line.

"Well good news we got some time to ourselves" said Subaru as everyone looked at him with eyes wide open for some reason.

"What's wrong" asked Subaru nervously as he soon found his head resting in Abby's hooters, "Hey there, sorry to bug you guys for whatever it is you're doing, but mind telling me where I'm at" asked Abby in her usual seductive husky voice.

"Hold on a second, we just put you in the ground just now" said Ram as she pointed her gun towards Abby, but before she could pull the trigger, both Puck and Beatrice pulled her gun down in order to avoid hitting Subaru.

"Ok, clearly there's some context that I'm not aware of" said Abby as she used one of her other hands to hold one knife near Subaru's throat and one over his crotch.

"So, you might filling me in what happen, and I swear if you guys are responsible for bringing me here, I will kill you all" Abby said in a more colder, remorseless voice.

"We didn't bring you here, Being X brought you here, along with the rest of us" Subaru said nervously, "If you want to be more technical, it was that red haired friend of yours who drives around in that car of his, which I'll admit is pretty awesome" said Beatrice.

"You mean Art's here" asked Abby, "Yes, please listen to us, we only had to kill you cause we were left with no other choice, as you were serving the one called Being X, and well he's coming and planning to kill us all" said Emilia.

"Well whatever, you guys didn't kill me, but it did help me get back to my senses, so I guess I have you guys to thank" said Abby as she let go of her hold on Subaru.

"So, where is our brave little hero, and for that matter where is the rest of my friends" asked Abby, "We're fighting them all as we speak, while Art is personally fighting off Vince after he stabbed Samantha, who is back in a bar in Sunnyvale being well guarded as she's being nursed back to help" explain Rem.

"Vince stabbed Sam? Ok you guys really got to fill me in on all the details now" said Abby as her interest was peaked as she now joined the roster of heroes ready to face off against Being X.

Palo Alto

It was honestly a true battle field as bullets flied everywhere and explosions can be heard and seen left and right.

"Shit, these guys are seriously tough" said Fujimaki as he and Takamatsu stood side by side just trying to shoot these guys dead, before one of the members of Sombra Squad started to counter fire.

"If you guys can find a way to hold them all down, it'll make my job a whole lot easier to end these guys" said Shina as she ducked behind a car next to Fujimaki and Takamatsu.

"What do you think we've been doing this whole time" Fujimaki said sarcastically as the Sombra Squad soldier had made their way on top of the car and was ready to fill them with lead on the spot, if not for Matsushita's intervention.

"I got this one pinned for you guys, now finish the job already!" shouted Matsushita who would admit that even with his superior strength and prowess that holding these guys down was hard.

Stepping up to shoot another member of Sombra Squad in the head, Fujimaki got his kill that day as they found the whole experience to be tiring.

"God how many more do we got to face" asked Fujimaki in exasperation, "We only got 3 more, and their leader is proving to be a tough son of a bitch even for both Tachibana and Yuri to handle on their own" said Matsushita as he's been eyeing their fight the whole time, just waiting for a moment to jump in and pin the guy down for at least a second.

"We should focus on taking on the other 2 first" said Shina, "Agreed, Yuri and Tachibana can handle themselves for the time being, we got to help in putting the rest down" said Takamatsu as the group split up to help their friends wherever they can.

Running up to a different member, Shina and Takamatsu aided Ooyama and Noda.

"You guys good over here" asked Shina, "Sort of, I mean Noda seems to got their attention and doesn't look like he's losing any time soon, but…" trailed off Ooyama.

"Don't you dare say it punk, I will kill this son of a bitch here, whoever the hell they are, and it'll be done by this beauty myself, so stay put" said Noda as he swung down his halberd with enough strength that the shockwave itself hit the Sombra Squad soldier.

"Like I said he's got things to a certain extent" said Ooyama as the group can clearly see that Noda was not even close in killing their target, all because of his pride and ego.

"This is so stupid" stated Shina as she disobeyed Noda's wishes and stepped in at the right moment to plunge her ninjato into the soldiers back as Noda went for the overkill and chopped their head off.

"I thought I told you guys to stay out of this" said Noda, "You were taking to long, besides Yuri and the others look like they need some help, or do you not care" said Shina as she wasn't above using the Yuri card on their village idiot.

Turning his head, Noda could practically see the trouble Yuri and Tachibana were in trying to hold off Ben, the leader of their group.

"Should have helped out sooner, idiot" said Noda as he started charging head first in their fight without a plan.

"This is so stupid" sighed Shina as she and group saw Noda getting knocked back when Ben turned smacked his ass back with a back hand slap.

"Ok that's definitely gotta bruise his ego" said Takamatsu as they were soon joined in by everyone else as they all circled in to ensure Ben doesn't escape from their fight.

"Make it easier for us and stand still" said Yuri as she tossed her gun aside in favor of using a knife as she and Tachibana approached the last survivor of Sombra Squad.

Not one to give up just yet, Ben lunged to press his pocket knife into Yuri's head, but she managed to duck out of harms way, ready to take a cut at Ben, but the young man had spun out of harms way and planted his boot into her back.

Seeing her chance, Tachibana made her attack ready to pierce her hand sonic into his chest, but Ben countered with a hatchet he had carried as he batted her hand away before slamming his knee into her stomach.

Grabbing the back of her jacket, he tossed Tachibana over towards Matsushita as he gently set Tachibana down, before attempting to grab a hold on Ben.

But Ben was to quick as he smacked Matsushita's hands out the way before kicking his knee in, causing the giant badass to take a knee before him, as he shoved him down and stabbed his knife into his shoulder.

Still with a grip on his knife, Ben finally tossed Matsushita over into more of his friends, as Ben began to dodge the incoming gun fire from Otonashi, Hinata, and Yui.

"Damn it, this guys won't stand still" said Hinata, "Yeah, I think we should change our approach" said Otonashi, "How about reminding this guys of his commander, he said when he finally figured out who these guys were they were dealing with a mental break down" said Yui.

"Worth a shot, but do we know any personal or intimate stories this guys had with Art" said Hinata, "The guy was soldier trained by the guy, I'm sure we can figure something out" said Yuri as she wiped the dust off her skirt.

"Hey Ben! Did you know that you're commander is upset with you guys for turning your back on him!" shouted Yuri as Ben stood there for a minute, giving someone a chance to shoot him in the leg.

"I think it's working. Yeah, the reason Art isn't here is because he's disappointed that after busting his ass to help you, you've gone and betrayed him" said Otonashi as Ben was ready to get back on his feet to attack, but after hearing that he let out a pained hiss as he dropped his weapons.

"More so he expected more from you his second in command" said Yuri as Ben let out a pained yell and held his head, giving Tachibana the chance to put the guy out of his misery at long last.

"Sigh, that was a tough one" said Yuri as their job was done, "Yeah, it's kinda sad how we had to kill these kids" said Hinata, "I get ya, they had no control of their actions, so we can't help but feel sorry for them" said Otonashi.

"Come on guys, let's go over there and try to reach the others" said Yuri as everyone left the battle field to prepare for the next battle, unaware that the soldiers they had killed was getting their second wind.

"Where am I" said Ben as he gripped his head as he turned to see his squad mates not to far from him.

"Rod, Heather, everyone, you guys ok over there" asked Ben as they all got back on their feet and grouped up.

"We're good brother, though I wish I knew as to where we're at" said Rod, "Wherever we're at it's clearly not New Frontier City" said Heather as the group began to rabble amongst themselves.

"Everyone calm down, I'm sure we can find our way back home or at least find someone who can give us directions" said Ben, "Like those guys over there" pointed out Rod as the group finally realized Yuri and her group.

"Stay close and don't do anything to provoke them" said Ben as the group jogged their way towards Yuri and the others.

Hearing the sound of foot steps approaching them, everyone turned around and were surprise to see that Sombra Squad was awake again as they drew their weapons.

"Whoa calm down, we're lost and are looking for directions" said Ben as they all stood their with their hands up, "You think we're stupid to fall for such an obvious lie" said Fujimaki as he Noda were ready to put these guys back in the dirt, if not for Otonashi's intervention.

"Hold on, since when can these guys talk" said Otonashi, "Yeah, plus I'm pretty sure if these guys wanted to kill us, they would have done so more sneaky like" said Yui.

"Fair point guys, ok give us a good reason why we shouldn't put you guys back in the ground, and maybe we'll let you live" said Yuri, "Because we were all personally trained by the hero Art Legend" stated Heather.

"Yeah, we know that, so what's new" said Yuri dismissively, "Wait, you know the commander" asked Ben, "Who else did you think set us up with this awesome gear" said Hinata.

"Then where is he, please we must know" said Ben, "He's currently fighting Vince to the death" said Tachibana, "Oh shit, really" asked Heather excitingly.

"Heather, now's not the time to get excited for the fight we were all looking forward to" said Rod, "Hold on, I don't understand as to what's going on here, but it seems to me our commander could use our help" said Ben.

Hm, kid is loyal to his commander like how Art's loyal to these kids here, thought Yuri as she smiled.

"Alright, we'll let you guys tag along for now, but no funny business" said Yuri, "Thank you, my name is Ben by the way" said Ben.

"My name is Rod, and this is our little sister Heather" said Rod as he and Ben grouped around Heather, with Rod tousling her hair, "Quit it!" pouted Heather with a pout.

"Salutations, call me Beans" said Beans as his half lizard man heritage was now visible like the Bark siblings half elf heritage.

"Hello, my name is Asha" said Asha as she uncontrollably hissed with every 's' sounding word that escaped her mouth.

"And I am Kit, at your service" said Kit as he was this dwarf-elf had a lot of passion from her voice.

"Good to meet you guys, now until we meet your commander again, I'm your guys CO, comprende" said Yuri, "Ma'am" said Sombra Squad with a salute.

No matter how much firepower they put in him, how hard they hit him, Eye Gouge was showing no signs of slowing down as Tanya zipped around him and set the demon on fire.

"Die already you abomination from hell" said Tanya as she charged her next shot from her railway gun as Eye Gouge took a swing at her.

"Puny tiny human, I will break you like a boars spine" said Eye Gouge as he was unfazed by the fire still burning him, the grenades lobbed at him, or the bullets from Tanya's men.

"Damn it, he's a stubborn one" said Viktoriya as she began to reload her .50 Cal rifle with explosive rounds, "You can say that again" said Vooren as he laid a bag of large ammo next to Viktoriya.

"Even with these new toys we were given, I'm not even sure if it's gonna be enough" said Koenig as he held what can be called a cattle prod turned into a flame thrower that fires jolts of electricity.

"We can't give up, not yet" said Viktoriya as she landed a head shot that threw Eye Gouge off a little as he shook his head, giving Tanya the chance to shove the barrel of her fully charged rail rifle into Eye Gouge's mouth.

"Let's see how tough you are from the inside" said Tanya as she pulled the trigger and watch as there flashed a bright beam of light before the spot where Eye Gouge had his head continued to smoke.

"Major I think you got him" said Matheus as everyone was ready to call it a small win for their final fight.

Instead what happened was Eye Gouge grabbing Tanya's weapon with both hands, and crushed it right before her eyes as she saw that Eye Gouge was alive and well, except he was missing some teeth and had a tickle of blood at the corner of his mouth.

"Not bad for tiny human, Eye Gouge will devour you and add your strength to mine" said Eye Gouge with a mad laugh.

Taking the skies again to gain some distance, Tanya was not expecting to get suddenly hit by a rock as she looked down to see that Eye Gouge was dead set in getting her attention, whilst ignoring everyone else who was attack her.

Damn, I can't move my left arm, thought Tanya as she began to grip on the one of the grenades she carried with her as her men continued their assault.

"Die already monster" shouted Vooren as he and Matheus approached Eye Gouge blindly with their submachine guns as Eye Gouge let out a yell and stomped his way towards them.

This was part of their plan as Koenig used the weapon he was given, thinking the high voltage would fry him to death from the inside.

What they didn't expect was that Eye was absorbing it as diodes of vacuum tubes and electrical components revealed themselves to everyone as he absorbed it all.

Now fully charged, Eye Gouge let loose a large high voltage wave that got everyone on the ground as they soon fell over and jolted.

"Humans are weak, inferior species compared to demons, you are not worthy to be consumed" roared Eye Gouge as approached Vooren, ready to stomp the man into the ground, only for Tanya to surprise attack him as she got on his soldiers.

"I don't want to hear that from some fucking neanderthal who's about to lose his head" said Tanya as she shoved a grenade into Eye Gouge's mouth, nearly choking on it before it exploded in his throat.

"Everyone get up, we got to retreat while we still can" said Tanya as she hated to turn tail now, but she knew better than to take on an unkillable opponent.

However just as everyone got their bearings together, Eye Gouge was now back in control as he grabbed Tanya's left leg and pulled her to his face.

"You were strong puny human, but no human, not even immortal man, is stronger than Eye Gouge" said Eye Gouge as he squeezed Tanya's leg with enough force that it broke as she screamed in pain.

Further taunting her by ripping her jetpack off, Eye Gouge tossed Tanya into the ground, hoping to see her bounce with her head cracked open, but the major was saved thanks to Viktoriya's intervention.

"Thanks" said Tanya, "Major, what are we gonna do, he's not gonna let us leave here alive" said Viktoriya as she helped sit her up right.

Seeing some of the exposed canopic organs along his body still pickled in some kind of liquid gave Tanya a desperate idea.

"Everyone get back on your feet, Viktoriya try reaching Ainz for an emergency evacuation, if he can't be reached, we got to plan for last suicide attack and take this son of a bitch back down with us to hell" said Tanya.

"What are your orders Major" asked Koenig, "Grabbed that cattle prod of yours, and this time slam it inside his gizzard, we're gonna try tearing him from the inside out" said Tanya as she pulled out a spare gun from her back pocket and started shooting at Eye Gouge.

"Ainz, please we need an emergency evacuation, we're severely injured and the General we're facing off is unrelenting, and showing no signs of defeat" said Viktoriya over the radio as she offered a shoulder towards the Major.

"I'll see what I can do, just hang on till I can get either Shalltear or Demiruge to get a safe distance to save you guys… Lightning!" shouted Ainz on the other end.

Knowing that would be the outcome, the group continued to shoot at Eye Gouge as they backed away from him as he creeped towards the group.

"Puny humans don't even deserve 100% of my power" laughed Eye Gouge as he took a bullet to the throat without batting an eye.

"Laugh on this" shouted Rhiner as he tossed a grenade towards Eye Gouge's feet as the frag exploded before him.

"Koenig, get your ass in gear, and Matheus use that damn hatchet from hell to crack his pickled organs open" said Tanya, "Ma'am" shouted both men as they circled around Eye Gouge and do as she planned.

Being none the wiser, Eye Gouge was not prepared when he felt his innards broken and exposed before he turned his head back to see Koenig shove the device into his body before flipping the switch to max voltage.

"Die already you monster" said Koenig as he pulled the trigger as he saw first hand the monster that had been tormenting them yelled in pain for the first time.

Thinking that they had finally tasted hope at long last, Koenig and Matheus were soon smacked back and crashed through the window of a business establishment.

"No!" exclaimed Viktoriya in horror as she was starting to see that they were destined to fall by the hands of this General who served Satan's youngest daughter for a purpose.

"God damn it, I really hate to rely on his power now especially since he's gonna be smug about it before killing us, but I got no choice" said Tanya as she tossed her empty to the ground.

"Being X, hear my prayers, and give me the strength and power to send this fucking abomination you sent our way back to hell you piece of shit of a false deity!" yelled Tanya as her eyes began to glow as she began to pull out a frag grenade from her back pocket.

"Everyone get the hell out of here, gather the rest, and take cover, I got a date with destiny" said Tanya with a sadistic smile.

"Major, I won't leave you here to die" said Viktoriya, "That's an order, now go I don't think Being X will allow me to have this power boost for much long" said Tanya as Viktoriya begrudgingly sat her down as she and the others fled from Eye Gouge.

"Puny humans will die once I finish consuming you tiny strong human" said Eye Gouge with a laugh as he approached Tanya as she pointed the frag grenade towards the cyber demons direction as a means to deter him to back off.

"Hahaha, tiny explosions do nothing to Eye Gouge" said Eye Gouge as he held a tight grip over Tanya's hand that held the grenade.

"You are worthy to be consume" said Eye Gouge as he lifted Tanya over as she hoped her team was far out of sight and hopefully somewhere safe for what she was about to do.

"You're a real dumbass if you think I was going to waste this last accursed blessing on a frag" said Tanya with a shit eating smile as her free hand pulled out a detonator with a red button that was wired to a pound of C4.

"Hasta la vista, baby" said Tanya as she pressed the button as big ass explosion blew the block sky high towards the moon as debris, and shrapnel flew everywhere along the explosive shockwave.

Once the bomb settled down, Viktoriya and the others came out of their hiding spot, which was an empty dumpster as they kicked it open.

"Major Tanya!" exclaimed Viktoriya as she was the first to hop out with everyone following thereafter.

Against all odds, there she laid, tattered and covered in dust with her right jacket sleeve and the right leg of her pants blown.

"Major, say something, anything" said Viktoriya as she turned her over as Tanya began to cough.

"I'm gonna kick Being X's ass back to oblivion and back" said Tanya as everyone side in relief that their Major was alive and well.

"You think you got him" asked Matheus, "I sure hope so, cause honestly there's no way in hell am I gonna be able to pull something like that again in my current state in condition" said Tanya.

"Just rest up, we'll wait for someone to get us and we'll have Aqua patch up" said Viktoriya, "Yeah, no shit" said Tanya as she started seeing a clearing in the smoke where she had blown up Eye Gouge.

Standing there, alive and in one piece, fully decked in his regular armor, vacuum tubes intact, and staring at them was Eye Gouge, now missing his halo as he made his way towards the group.

"No way, he should be dead" said Koenig in disbelief as Rhiner, Vooren stepped in front of Tanya as Viktoriya held her tight to her side as Eye Gouge stopped a few feet before them as he let out a hearty laugh.

"No human has ever killed Eye Gouge in this life before, tiny human has proven to be more than worthy" said Eye Gouge as he continued to approach the group as they still felt tense under his smoldering gaze.

"Tiny human not puny, not weak, but strong warrior, strong champion, strong like Echo, strong like Queen" said Eye Gouge as he knelt before Tanya and slammed his fist on his chest.

"You are worthy opponent" stated Eye Gouge as Tanya felt pretty damn badass for earning the respect from someone she thought she had killed.

"Stand demon, if you truly meant what you said, than join us in fighting Being X, we could use you on our team" said Tanya, "Bah, Being X, God, all weak, all cowards, forced Eye Gouge and his friends to turn on Queen, to turn on immortal man. Wait, where is immortal man, bring Eye Gouge to him so he may build me the weapon needed to kill god, and be strongest being in all of existence" said Eye Gouge as he was already riled up for more combat.

"At ease, we got to stay here and wait for someone to come pick us up" said Tanya, "Eye Gouge will wait" stated the cyber demon as he walked away from the group to scavenge for food as the group could finally take a deep breath after the experience.

Gilroy

This was insane, for the longest, Naofumi thought nothing or no one could match Filo's speed, much less being slightly less faster and possibly stronger.

But there he was forced to stay on the side lines as he provided support for Filo from getting torn to shreds by Echo as she was running circles around them.

"Master Naofumi, any ideas as to how we're gonna stop her" asked Raphtalia as she was also forced to staying on the side lines.

"I'm working on it" said Naofumi as he began to attempt firing slug rounds towards Echo, but she was too fast to be touched by bullets.

"Damn it, I'm seriously considering to use that cursed shield of mine" said Naofumi, "Master, you shouldn't, the affects of the curse shield has a heavy toll" said Raphtalia.

"Yeah, well frankly I'm getting impatient here. Filo!" called Naofumi as Filo who was bruised and breathing heavily turned her head to see her master.

"Lead her over here, I'm going to end things once and for all" said Naofumi, "Yes Master" said Filo in a cheerful tone.

"Hey doggy girl, come and get me" taunted Filo as she began to run towards Filo and Naofumi as he began to activate the affects of the cursed shield of wrath.

"All right little chicken, time to get served on a rotisserie skewer" said Echo as she decided to give Filo the benefit of following her since she had this fight in the bag.

Once Echo was close enough, Naofumi unleashed the full power of his shield of wrath as a large bear trapped erupted from the ground and gripped Echo by her left arm.

"What's this!" exclaimed Echo as she attempted to remove the bear trap from her arm, but another erupted from the ground and restrained her other arm, before more gripped her legs in place.

"If you think this will stop me, you are wasting time and effort here" said Echo, "I'm just getting started" stated Naofumi as his body erupted in a cluster of broken blood vessels.

Emerging from the ground was an all to familiar giant bear trap as it had Echo in it's jaws and proceeded to masticate her with such brutality that she was a pile of dead meat in a blood puddle.

"Naofumi stop, we've defeated her" said Raphtalia as Naofumi ceased his control of the cursed shield as he took a knee.

"Sigh, man should have done that from the first place" said Naofumi as he took a knee down.

"Master are you alright" asked Filo, "Don't worry I still got some healing potions on me to use" said Naofumi as he took a swig of his home made elixir.

From what was un recognizable dead carcass on the side of the road soon turned into something alive again as Echo, now in her regular petite, legal loli size, wearing a thin purple dress, black corset over and a small black caped draped across her shoulders opened her eyes once more.

Sitting up she let out a gentle yawn as she began to look around the area and figure out where she was since she knew she was not dreaming, much less back in her bedroom.

Spotting Naofumi and company just a few feet from her, she got to her feet and walked her way over to them.

Being the first to notice her, Filo rushed her way towards Echo to greet her.

"Hello there, who are you" greeted Filo with a smile as Echo, with her perfect poker face, looked at Filo with a blank expressionless face.

Before she could answer, a shield appeared in between them as Naofumi and Raphtalia caught up with Filo.

"Filo, stay away from her, that's still Echo, though she now looks exactly like the description Art had given us" said Naofumi as Echo's ears twitch when he mentioned her bedmate.

"Do you know Art" asked Echo calmly, "What does it matter to you" said Raphtalia as she pointed her sword towards Echo, only for the Faoladh to calmly snap her sword in 2.

"Please, where's Art, I miss him" asked Echo as Naofumi and Raphtalia were convinced in telling Echo anything, but Filo was.

"He's off fighting Samantha's boyfriend" said Filo as Echo still looked at her apathetically.

"So he's close then" said Echo, "Yes, though I forget which city he's fighting in, Master, where is the man who gave you the new shield fighting at again" asked Filo.

"Filo, that's enough, she's our enemy, we can't trust her" said Naofumi, "But Echo isn't our enemy, she's nice now and wants to find her master as well" said Filo.

"And how is she nice now" asked Raphtalia as she switched for her spare sword, "Because she's not mean or want to fight us anymore" said Filo.

While it is true Echo has yet to attack them and her only recent deterrent was breaking one of Raphtalia's swords, Naofumi decided against his better judgement to trust Filo's words and tell Echo what she wants to know.

"He's in San Jose right now, if you want we can give you ride over there" said Naofumi, "Thank you, but I can get there on my own" said Echo as she began to turn tail and race towards San Jose.

"Should we follow her" asked Raphtalia, "Might as well, better than waiting here till someone come picks us up" said Naofumi as Filo transformed once more before they followed Echo.

San Jose

Once inside the Winchester Mystery Mansion, Vince remained on edge as he had his own modified pump action shotgun enhanced by his demon blood as it was sinister, the stock and barrel had pulsating veins, and he had a little key chain of skull dangling under the barrel of his boom stick.

"Come on out Art, and I promise you that your death will be quick and painless" said Vince as that was an obvious lie as he was going to take his time in killing Art as slow as he can.

Seeing something coming towards his way, Vince panicked as he saw the grenade coming down towards his way.

Ducking into one of the rooms all Vince heard was nothing but gunfire, but no explosions as he blindly shot a few rounds into the hallway till the gunfire settled.

Peaking his head out, he was surprise to see that the grenade thrown at him was a decoy, a noise maker to psyche him out as he was distracted long enough to take a bullet to the lap.

"Son of a fucking bunch, you little cunt!" yelled Vince as he dropped to the ground and gripped his leg.

"Hahaha, oh my god, I was seriously not expecting you, of all people to fall for that" laughed Art as he was at the other end of the hallway slapping his knee as Vince clenched his teeth and shot Art the bird, which he returned by fey beating himself off and money shot him in the face.

"Art, I'm definitely going to kill you, you little bitch" said Vince as he began to get up and grab his shotgun, "Then come and get me gimpy" taunted Art as he ran up the stairs behind him.

Making his way over, Vince stayed on guard as he made it to the roof with his gun pointed out ready to blast more holes in Art that he was a Looney Tunes character.

"Come on out you little pussy" yelled Vince as he narrowly missed getting shot as he ducked his head down.

"For a guy who claims to be better than me, all the way up to our abduction, you are truly a disappointment" said Art as he barricaded himself a wooden patio table, before Vince fired his shotgun, that had so much bullet and firepower output, it pushed the table, and Art a few feet.

"That little table of yours isn't gonna last long, now get your ass out here and die like a man" said Vince as Art grumbled since he was losing this one on one, Gun v. Gun fight.

Hopping out with his hands up, Art slowly moved away from the table as he tossed his repeater aside, before Vince took out his crossbow and shot Art's left hand.

"Turn around, I'm not gonna let you perform a 'Die Hard' trick on me" said Vince as Art slowly turned to reveal he had no additional gun or weapons on him, which should be a clear sign for Vince that something is definitely awry.

Literally ready to shoot Art in the back, Art spun around and launched a fireball past Vince that he didn't need to turn around and move.

"Oh my god, did you seriously fucking missed me by that much" said Vince as he unironically laughed at Art's predicament.

"Who said anything about me missing my target" Art said with a smug smile as a couple of rose vines had already made their way and wrapped themselves tightly on Vince's neck as he attempted to prevent himself from dying by thorny garrote.

In his struggle to break free, Vince saw that Art had actually lit a couple a bunch of fuses that have long since crawled their way underground not sure what had rigged to blow.

It turned out to be the roof as most of the mansion below suffered from the implosion as both men fell back to ground level, difference was that Art fell crushing his back on some debris, while Vince didn't get to touch the floor as he died by hanging.

Looking at his amazing handy work, Art could only look at Vince's lifeless body as he flipped him off before laying back down.

I need a vacation after this, thought Art as he really wanted unwind and didn't care when Vince's body crashed to the ground at long last, so it can heal and give life to the Vince everyone came to know and love.

Unless you're Art that is.

Sitting back up in his usual biker attire, and without that halo hanging on his head, Vince sat up and saw Art just lying there one what looked like to be the most uncomfortable place to sleep in the history of whatever.

"Hey scrub, get your ass up, my back is hurting just by looking at you" said Vince as Art sat up surprised as he saw his rival alive and well.

"Didn't I just kill you" Art said in disbelief as he was mentally thinking of a way to put Vince back down again.

"You did, I don't got to wear that stupid ass halo over my head anymore" said Vince as he got back on his feet.

"So you remember what happened" asked Art, "I did, so you mention this, or rub this moment in my face, and I will stuff you in a trunk filled with man eating rats" said Vince.

"Yeah, it's you alright" said Art as he frowned at how he didn't get rid of Vince and that his attitude from him has yet to change.

"Also, how's Sam" asked Vince as the question nearly caught Art off guard, "She's good man, she's alive and was healed back to full health" said Art.

"Thanks" said Vince as both men began to leave the destroyed mansion, "Don't mention it" said Art as they were now out the front doors.

Ready to meet up with their new friends again and cruise around the state in his car, Art was literally knocked to the ground over by a purple blur.

Looking down, Art saw that it was the Echo he knew, holding him tight as Art gently tousled her hair.

"Hey Echo, good to see you too girl" said Art as Echo smiled at being praised, much more feeling the gentle touch of her bed mate once more.

"Hey, not to break the moment between you that damn dog of yours, but we got company" said Vince as he spotted Naofumi and Raphtalia mounted on Filo.

"Hold your fire, they're my new friends" said Art as Naofumi and company came to a halt.

"I take it everything is good on your part" said Naofumi, "Yeah, and I don't even need to ask about you" said Art.

"We should start collecting our friends, mind building me a wagon large enough to carry 10 people" said Naofumi.

"Yeah, Vince you're with Naofumi, and you guys will head back to my hometown to pick up Kazuma, I'll get Subaru and the others" said Art.

"Why do I have to ride in the back of the giant chicken nugget express" said Vince, "Because Echo is riding shotgun with me in my car, now let's go" said Art as he began to build Naofumi's wagon.

"Stupid dog, and her fucking jack off owner" said Vince with a sneer as Naofumi was starting to see how Art lives with his own dysfunctional family on a daily.

"Vince was it" said Naofumi, "Yeah, what's up" said Vince as he turned to face Naofumi.

"Out of curiosity is Art… in a relationship?" said Naofumi as he looked over towards Art and how Echo was by his side.

"You mean with Echo, I doubt it. Honestly they're relationship is that of a man and man's best friend if you know, man's best friend walked on her hind legs and talk" said Vince.

"Oh so he's single" asked Naofumi, "Master Naofumi, what are you asking" asked Raphtalia as she was worried where this conversation was going towards, "I think he's trying to ask if Art's single and if he swings that way, which is yes to both questions" said Vince.

"I say go for it, you know so long as you don't mind the fact that now that Echo is back in his life, she'll still want to sleep with him, and I mean that like a boy and his dog kind of way" said Vince.

"You know, you're not as 2 dimensional as I thought" said Naofumi, "Asshole beat me fair and square and made sure Sam got to live another day, so I'll ask you to not mention this, otherwise you'll know the definition what it means to fuck up big time" said Vince.

"Deal" said Naofumi as he now knows Vince was an asshole with a heart as Art had his new wagon built.

"Alright gang, I've radioed some of our friends who are done fighting to sit tight that we're on our way to pick them up" said Art, "Let's fucking go people" said Vince as he hopped in the back of Naofumi's wagon as Art carried and placed Echo in the passenger seat of his car, before they all finally set off.

Los Altos

Standing his ground to take on Snap by himself was Touya, but even he would admit going up against this automaton that was more than combat ready wasn't going to be a cake walk.

"No matter what magical spells you got laying dormant, you have no chance or possibility in defeating me" said Snap with an expressionless tone.

"Give me some credit, besides Art told us everything there is to know how to tear you down scrap by scrap" said Touya as he gripped his laser katana, "I have no doubts that Art is probably but one of the few people, outside the Generals, and our former queen who can defeat me, however I've acquired some upgrades that even he doesn't know, more so you are not Art" said Snap.

"Now you're just being mean" said Touya as he ran towards Snap ready to chop him into a pile of scrap metal, but the automaton stood his ground and lifted his left forearm up as a red energy shield flared up to absorb the attack.

"Like I've said I've made some adjustments" said Snap in a matter of fact tone before his right hand switched from cannon mode to cryo thrower mode as a gust of cold wind blew in Touya's direction.

Not one to let a little cold air to bother him, Touya took the hit as he quickly retreated back.

"Touya are you ok" asked Yumina as Touya looked down to see that his left arm was completely frozen from the time being.

"I'll be fine for now, just stay back, I don't want any of you guys to get hurt now" said Touya as he turned back to see that Snap's torso began to split open to reveal he had 3 revolving minigun barrels stowed away.

"Oh crap" said Touya as he began to run back for cover as Snap began to fire not only towards Touya, but everyone.

"This is insane, we're getting cornered by a bipedal waffle iron" said Elze, "Ok, I think now you're being a bit mean seeing as that thing is a walking weapon" said Yae before she and Elze buried themselves deeper in the ground even further when the bullets were tearing through their cover.

Really hope these EMP grenades work, thought Yumina as she got up from her hiding spot and lobbed over the grenade towards Snap hoping he'd short circuit and give them a little dance as he finally died.

Instead Snap remained unaffected as he returned fire and proceeded to shoot towards Yumina and Touya again.

Not far from the group was Linze as she did a good job in keeping herself hidden from all the fire fight as she began to load up another one of Art's weapons.

It was a giant crossbow that fire harpoons, and was rigged to flush Snap's system with soda upon making contact with whatever it penetrates.

Lifting it and placing it on top of a destroyed car, Linze waited for the right moment before she finally pulled the trigger and watch the harpoon pierce through Snaps chassised chest as he began to glitch out.

"Buzz…What have you… crackle… Baby Bottle Pop, Baby Bottle Pop…Buzz… Done to me… crackle… Introducing the newest to the Bionicle's, the Barraki, creatures from the deep…buzz" said Snap as he proved that once again, no matter how advance technology can be, it was still powerless to the power of coke.

"We did it, way to go sis" shouted Elze, "Not yet, we gotta make sure" said Touya as his arm finally thawed out as he approached Snap with his laser katana ready.

"Any last words" asked Touya, "You will…crackle… die here… buzz… Crawling in my skin~, these wound, they will not heal~… buzz" said Snap.

"Not a bad choice of words, to be honest" said Touya as he took his laser katana and cut Snap down in half as the automaton finally fell over.

"Phew, that was a close one" said Yae as everyone gathered around ready to celebrate, but Touya heard something coming from snap.

Turning his head back, he saw that within Snaps chassis was a small nuclear battery that was rigged to blow as he saw a red light that continued blink and beep faster and faster.

"Everyone, Run!" shouted Touya as no one bothered to ask as they got far away from Snap before his nuclear core finally blew up, leaving another crater in the ground.

"Is everyone alright" asked Yumina as everyone responded in their own way.

"Good, now let's focus on trying to get back and join the others" said Touya as the group finally began to catch their breath, unaware that within the smokey crater Snap was rebuilding himself back into his original white chassis state as he began to scan the area.

Hearing the voices not to far from him, Snap opted to lay prone and eaves drop on our heroes conversation and figure out where he was, and what had just happened.

"Ainz if you need back up, we can be there right now, we just need a minute to regroup with the others" said Touya on the radio, "We could use some help, but for now, please gather up the others, and bring whatever it is you need to kick some major league ass" said Ainz.

"On it. Everyone it's time to return back to base and gather our friends" said Touya as he began to open a gate for them as everyone else called their friends.

"Kazuma, you guys need a lift" asked Elze, "We're good, we actually got Naofumi here picking us up and bring us back into down town as we speak, see you guys back" said Kazuma.

"Subaru, you guys need any help" asked Linze, "Not really, Art's here building a little tug truck for us to meet everyone back in Sunnyvale, along with some of our new friends" said Subaru.

"What new friends" asked Touya, "I believe he's referring to the Generals we have killed, somehow they're coming back to life and are on our side now, speaking of, come get me first, Eye Gouge here is getting antsy and he's starting to piss me off" said Tanya.

Upon hearing this information, Touya and the others turned the head to see that Snap was alive and rebuilt as he approached them.

"Hold on now, we're not enemies anymore, I mean your friends seem to be on our side again" said Yumina, "Fear not, I've been listening to your calls over the radio and am well informed of the situation. As such I would humbly request to join you all back for a ride where it is you're all meeting and aid you in however way I can" said Snap.

"Alright then, hop in" said Touya as he went to lead them to pick up Tanya and her group, before getting Yuri and her group, before meeting back in Sunnyvale.

Sunnyvale

Waiting patiently outside on guard duty was Minori and Girls DeMo along with Garius, Myucel, and Elbia as they waited patiently for their friends return as they kept Samantha safe.

"Hey guys, our guest is awake now" said Sora as he, Shiro, Petralka, and Shinichi came out the building with Samantha, who was awake and fully healed.

"So what I missed" asked Samantha, "You passed out from shock after your boyfriend stabbed you, luckily Art was able to patch you up" said Minori.

"Yeah, I remember now. So where is he, and everyone else for that matter" asked Samantha before they heard the sound of heavy footsteps approaching them along with the roar of a familiar mustang.

Just as Art and Naofumi had return carrying their friends, Touya appeared with everyone else hopping out his portal gate.

"Sam, you're awake" exclaimed Vince as he was happy to see her again, but stopped a foot away from her as he saw her frowning at him.

"Look, I know what I did was really, really fucked up, and to say that I had no control isn't a fair excuse, but it's the truth and I'm sorry, can you please forgive me babe" said Vince as Samantha kept looking at him with unamusing eyes.

"I understand, and I'm to forgive you, but only after I do this" said Samantha as Vince readied himself to get kicked in the huevos, but found Samantha walked past him as she began to approach Art.

"Sam, what I do wrong" Art exclaimed as she had that series look in her eyes as if she was gonna hurt him again, "Nothing, I just want to show my gratitude, while I punish Vince" said Samantha as she turned her head back to her boyfriend.

"I want you to see this and not look away" said Samantha as she placed her hands on Art's face before bringing him in for a kiss on the lips as this surprised everyone around.

Caught off guard, Art fell back and brought Samantha down with him as she continued to kiss him as they rested on the hood of his car for a few more seconds before she finally pulled her face away.

"Brag about this moment to anyone, and I'll send you back to daddy" said Samantha as she got off of Art as he just laid on the hood of his car still processing what just happened.

"Now we're even" said Samantha as she brushed by Vince and kissed him on the cheek.

Vince meanwhile stood there, feeling a justified pain in his heart as he saw the one thing he never wanted to see, and the fact Art probably dreamt of something like this was what bothered him.

"What" said Art as he was confused as to what happened, "Aw, and I've wanted to do the same thing to you the moment we met everyone again. Oh hell, I'll still do it" said Abby as she mounted on top of Art and kissed him more intensely than Sam did as everyone looked away.

"Art, I'm gonna kick your ass when this is over" said Vince, "That's my line you jerk" said Naofumi as he approached Vince and laid a straight punch to his face, which did little to no damage to the general.

"Naofumi, what gives man" asked Subaru, "He said Art wasn't seeing anyone, and yet I just witnessed his girlfriend and that bitch with the 8 eyes tonguing each other as they move to 2nd base" said Naofumi as he was honestly hurt now over seeing Art being in a definitely complicated relationship with the woman back at his home.

"Up yours dip shit" said Vince as he grabbed a gun and aimed it towards Naofumi he raised his shield ready to fight the chump, but was stopped when Tanya stepped in between them.

"Enough! We got important matters at hand, like giving Ainz a hand in defeating your last General" said Tanya.

"Oh shit, she's right, Aqua, Art, and whoever can cast healing magic, heal everyone who's hurt, while everyone else arm up so we can help our friends, Touya, mind opening us a gate" said Yuri.

"You got it" said Touya as everyone was ready to fight whatever was plaguing their friends, but Samantha finally decided to step in.

"That won't be necessary, just send me and I'll help your friend out, Bronze should not be a challenge for me" said Samantha.

"You sure Sam" asked Art, "Trust me, until then help our friends get back to health prepare me something nice to eat when I get back, cause I'm hungry" said Samantha nonchalantly.

"Sure thing, what are you craving" asked Art, "Make me some of that Mexican bruschetta, what's it called again" asked Samantha, "Molletes"

"Yeah, make those for me, you get me over wherever your friends are in danger" said Samantha towards Touya, "Just step right in" said Touya as Samantha entered the Gate.

"Wow, she's feeling confident for someone who took a knife to the gut and passed out" said Noda as that really irked Vince.

"Hey being combat ready requires a person to not only be physical, but emotionally ready, and her having to fight the people she called friends, much less her boyfriend, must be a real challenge for her" said Tanya.

"Couldn't have said it better, now excuse me I got to make Sam her lunch" said Art as he entered the building and was preparing to cook.

"Bring me some too" called Aqua as Kazuma elbowed her and shook his head disapprovingly, "What, I'm hungry too".

Oakland

It was a far cry from being a quick and easy fight, as Bronze was able to adapt himself in many ways and forms to take on Ainz and his crew.

If he was hit by elemental attacks, he could easily absorb and mold his body to take on it's properties and use it against his opponents, which makes physical attacks utterly useless against him.

Because he's not equipped with any living thing characteristics, such as emotions or organs, any attack that would have given the group an advantage to slow him down or out right kill him was just impossible.

For a change it seems that things were looking shaky for the Guardians of the Nazarick Tomb.

"Master Ainz, might I just say that this fight seems to be going nowhere" said Demiruge as he stood behind Ainz who was launching ice balls at Bronze, who was slowing down and sustaining some form of injury thanks to Cocytus releasing his freeze aura in the area.

"I know, but we got to hold him off, at least long enough till we can get some back up" said Ainz as half his team were either out for the count or trying to keep their heads down low from Bronze as he prepared his next attack.

In his new ice shift made body, Bronze began to lift his hands up and concentrate on making hundreds of thousands of ice needles in the air before having it all rain down on the group.

Not afraid of getting cold, Ainz flew forward to take most of the damage, only for to be caught off guard when Bronze flew under him and grabbed his leg and pulled him back down, where he slammed his body into the ground.

"Master Ainz!" shouted everyone, as Albedo had gotten out of her hiding spot ready to punch Bronze into dust, but the sentient parasite stood his ground as Albedo knocked his head off, only so he can grip her wrist and hold her down.

Unable to move, Albedo stood her ground as her body slowly began to freeze as she faced Bronze who had his head fully restored.

"Silly girl, don't you know that physical attacks don't work on me" said Bronze as he made Albedo drop to her knees as her body began to turn into a blistering white with ice flakes.

"Then again, nothing you do can stop me, much less hurt me, however your insectoid friend of yours was actually pretty close" said Bronze as Ainz over heard this, but because of how vague Bronze was, he had no idea what Cocytus did to actually cause him some harm.

"Stop…" said Ainz, "Ah, ah, ah, no need to struggle for it'll be over soon enough" said Bronze as a Gate opened with Samantha coming out.

"Bronze, stop what you're doing!" commanded Samantha as Bronze surprisingly did so as he turned to face Samantha.

"Samantha, it's a pleasure to see you again, in spite of what you may call as my defection" said Bronze.

"Glad to know you haven't lost your charm, so before I finish this, I'll give you the chance to surrender now and come to me, otherwise prepare to die" said Samantha.

"I'm sorry, but I unfortunately have a new master whom I obey" said Bronze as Samantha shook her head.

"Alright then, I gave you a chance" said Samantha as she stepped forward as those around were anticipating a glorious fight between a powerful adversary going up against their former master.

"I hate Mexican food" said Samantha as this confused everyone there, everyone but Bronze as he stood in place and notice his power and life force was starting to fade.

"What's happening" asked Bronze as his body began to slowly fade and break away, starting with his fingers.

"You didn't think my dad sent you to serve me without some form of deterrent in case you tried to defect and turned against me" said Samantha as Bronze collapsed to his knees as his arms were missing as his legs and torso was next.

"So he told me to think of a trigger phase, something I probably would never say, and use that as a trigger to cause you body to disintegrate and be sent back to hell, something I'm glad that wasn't removed from you when you got abducted" said Samantha.

"Samantha… thank you…" said Bronze before he finally disappeared at long last.

"Are you guys alright" asked Samantha as she gave Ainz a hand as his guardians began to come out of hiding.

"I am, and thank you, I must say your General was very tough" said Ainz, "Yup, the only thing to actually hurt him is using one's own aura as means to cause any actual damaged, and frankly I don't feel like fighting him" said Samantha.

"Wait, is that why he seemed to slow down from my attacks" asked Cocytus, "Hey if you're attack contained any traces of aura, than yeah, it did" said Samantha.

"Well, it doesn't matter now, I say it's time for us to go back and join the others" said Ainz, "Hold on, we can't go yet" said Samantha as she waited patiently to see that Bronze came back to life as his body was made of ash this time around.

"Welcome back Bronze" said Samantha with a smile as everyone else were on edge over the return of parasite.

"It's good to be back, and quite frankly even better to be in your service once more, given how this Being X has gone and not only unwillingly forced us to turn against you, but unintentionally caused us to be a lot more weaker than we normally are" said Bronze.

"Exactly how much weaker were you guys" asked Demiruge as he dread to know what Bronze was about to say.

"About 40-50% more weaker than normal, give or take" said Bronze as Ainz and company grimaced a little upon hearing this revelation.

"Well regardless, good to have you back, now come on guys, let's join back with everyone else and get some lunch" said Samantha, "Right, Shalltear, if you would" said Ainz.

"With pleasure sir" said Shalltear as she used greater teleportation to send them all back to Sunnyvale where everyone was waiting for them.

"Sam perfect time, the molletes are ready" said Art as he handed one plate to Samantha and another to Aqua, "Thanks Art" said the goddess and spawn of Satan.

"Anytime" said Art as he went back to helping anyone and everyone who needed to be healed.

"So we're all here and alive, but I feel like we're forgetting something" said Subaru, "Seriously I hope you're joking because we literally got God himself coming here intent on killing me and then all of you guys afterwards" said Kazuma.

"I mean, who knows maybe he's not coming in the end" said Hinata, "Seriously how stupid can you be" said Yuri, "Just trying to be optimistic here".

"Save it for when we kill that son of bitch, cause this time it's to the end" said Tanya as she had been fully decked with a new jetpack and was carrying and M1 Garand in her hands.

"She's right, we should be ready to face him when he comes" said Naofumi as if on cue the clouds began to form into a storm from the distance.

"He's here and he's coming" said Aqua as she began to stuff her cheeks with the remaining contents of her lunch along with Samantha.

"How you guys want to play this, by bringing the fight to him, or him bringing the fight to us" asked Shinichi as he wore combat armor and carried a gun on him as he knew sitting out was not an option, even if he's not combat ready.

"I say we charge at him and give him what he wants" said Kazuma as this was his show he was running from here on out.

"Everyone grab whatever you need or want cause it's the final showdown we've been preparing for" said Tanya as everyone began to scramble for a weapon of some kind before they got into their vehicles and started to drive towards Being X at a safe distance.

Pulling up on the hillside of an expressway, our heroes stormed out and stood side by side with everyone ready for whatever comes next.

"Here we are guys" said Kazuma as he stood in front and the center of it all cause all of this was ultimately about him and what he was going to choose to do as he turned to face all the friends he came to love and hate throughout his time in this world.

"I know I'm not ashamed to admit how fucking scared I am for not only turning down, but upsetting the god a lot of us came to worship, but standing here, with all my friends by my side, knowing they have my back, makes me feel invincible" said Kazuma as everyone felt motivated by his pep talk.

"So before we get ourselves killed, does anyone, have anything they like to add" asked Kazuma.

"For a shut in NEET, you've come a long way, and I'm glad to have you as my boyfriend during these final moments" said Aqua as everyone laughed with her.

"I wish I could have worn something more professional than a track suit, but you and I know that tracksuits are low key fashionable and trendy" said Subaru.

"For a good for nothing lazy pervert, looking for the easy way out, I'll admit that I admire you're loyalty, even if half the time I have to coerce you" said Tanya.

"Because of you, I've came across in fighting new and strong enemies to test my might" said Ainz.

"Even though our interactions are short, I've come to see you as my brother, and Art, as soon as this is over and once we've gone over some ground rules, want to go out on a date" asked Naofumi, "Damn straight I do" Art shouted proudly as everyone cheered for them.

"Whatever happens, I swear to look out after all of you, cause I'll be damned before I say goodbye to anymore friends" said Yuri.

"Same goes for me, I'm not ready to die, much less let any of you to die" said Otonashi as he got grouped hug by Tachibana and Hinata.

"For a guy who's a real scrub of a gamer, you're pretty much a badass IRL" said Sora, "And don't let anyone tell you anything else, otherwise" added Shiro.

"Well since we're going around confessing, Myucel want to go on a date, just you and me after this" said Shinichi, "Master, I'd be happy" said Myucel as Garius and Petralka glared at them with green eyes.

"I just want to say I'm happy to be in the moment" said Touya as everyone cheered for the same sentimental reason.

"What about you Art, want to add something, or you want to sing about it" asked Samantha, "Well since you asked, Iwasawa, grabbed that Axe of yours" said Art, "Way ahead of you" said Iwasawa.

" When I was, a young boy, my father, took me into the city, to see a marching band" sang Art as everyone expected him to sing a LINKIN PARK song, but what he was singing not only felt right, but was easy to sing along to.

"He said son when, you grow up, will you be, the savior of the broken, the beaten and the damned, he said will you, defeat them, your demons, and all the non-believers, the plans that they have made" continued to sing Art as slowly everyone began to join him.

"Because one day I'll leave you a phantom, to lead you in the summer, to join the black parade" sang Art before Iwasawa broke into an epic guitar solo of her own as the duo were really pumping everyone up that they can beat Being X as he finally approaches them.

"Let's do this!" shouted Kazuma as everyone charged forward and finally put their troubles to rest at long last.

Son of Satan, we did it, we honestly did it guys, our story has finally came to a conclusion at long last, granted there's one more chapter after this, an epilogue if you will, and I think it's more than appropriately suiting for what follows after this.

This project has been going for more than 2 years at this point, and after everything that I've written I want to thank all of you guys, my loyal and humble followers.

I know a lot of you guys may still hold some kind of resentment towards the end project, and how you may not be on board of the introduction of my OC's, but I know deep down you guys came to either love them or will once you've picked up a copy of anyone of my first 2 novels, with the 3rd one still in the works, I'm honestly trying to aim for a 2023 release date, possibly around the summer time.
