Weiss babysits Power omake. People don't want anyone but Denji/Nayuta/Kobeni to be here for the main story and yet they also want Power. Having and eating your cake, I guess. So here's an omake of Weiss having a really bad week.

Some people are also saying Velvet needs another chapter, but Winter already won so it wouldn't really change anything at this point. That and the nice girl seems less interesting to most readers compared to thirsty Winter and Psycho Ruby.

Weiss was sincerely regretting putting her trust in the headmaster.

A few months ago that thought would've been traitorous and anathema to everything she stood for, but recent experiences had forced her to renew her views. Him recruiting Denji, his prospensity for keeping devils locked up in a school full of teenagers (trained to fight Grimm or not), and the fact that most of his teaching staff didn't deserve the licenses that they had.

And of course there was him tricking her to taking Denji out on town. He'd used honeyed words and pushed just the right buttons, telling her about how she was the only one he could trust with such a task and that no one but Weiss Schnee could represent the caliber of Beacon's students. She'd simpered and failed to realize that she'd fallen for his bait hook, line and sinker.

Then she fell for it again.

In her defense, it wasn't as if it was the exact same situation. Denji, as much as she understood him better now, had made a poor first impression. He was an uncultured boor who only cared for his base needs. And while she now understood his reasons and no longer judged him for it, back then she'd agreed despite her apprehensions because she simply wanted to look better in front of the headmaster.

This time should've been different. Her team, along with Denji, were gone for the week, off to visit Blake's home in Menagerie. Something about determining who officially adopted Nayuta? Weird. She would've gone with them, as a show of support, if nothing else, but Blake had warned her off. A Schnee showing up at the homefront of the White Fang was just asking for a kidnapping, if not an outright assassination. Adam Taurus wasn't the only one with a grudge against her family.

Seeing that she was alone, the headmaster decided she was perfect for his request. She'd almost refused after her last experience when he said the same honeyed words as before. A councilwoman from Vale was coming to visit and he thought it would be better to give her the full Beacon experience instead of shuffling her off away from the students. And since her team was gone for the week, she could also room with her.

A councilwoman was different from a student enrolled under unusual circumstances, and so Weiss agreed. Her reluctance only faded as she was told who she'd be in charge of. A young woman by the name of Power. An odd name to be sure, but her accomplishments spoke volumes. She was a councilwoman despite appearing to be in her late teens at the earliest, had woman a Nobel prize, and enacted widespready change with how the Faunus were treated in Vale. She was also a Faunus herself with red bull horns that made her stand out in a room.

Surely she should have been far better than Denji (who she still didn't approve with her sister, by the by), right?

Oh, how wrong she was.

She already started regretting her decision to do this when the Bullhead landed and the woman walked down the ramp carrying tow suitcases. She didn't look anything like a councilwoman. Instead of a suit or even just something dress formal she'd come wearing a baggy shirt, ratty jeans, and sneakers that looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in a decade. Atop her head was an extremely fat white cat that looked close to death from overeating. She also smelled, and even with them being in the open air the foul stench made her nose wrinkle.

And that was all before she opened her mouth.

"On you knees, mortal wretches! You stand in the presence of POWER!" she shouted. Even with the docks practically abandoned Weiss cringed and had to fight tooth and nail not to just turn around and demand the headmaster go get someone else.

She would find out later that the headmaster had 'coincidentally' taken a week long vacation.

Weiss put on her best PR smile and bowed slightly in front of the older(?) woman? "Miss Power? Good morning. My name is Weiss Schnee and I'm the one who is-"

"To be my guide. Lead the way, wretch." Her right eye twitched and she clenched her fists tight to avoid punching the rude woman in the face. Not only would it have been wrong, but she was sure that someone would see it as yet another example of a Schnee abusing a Faunus.

Power looked distinctly unimpressed as she took her along Beacon's halls and explained each location they passed. She yawned openly, made rude comments about the students, and wondered aloud how Remnant hadn't fallen just yet given that they were the caliber of defenders it had.

Weiss really wanted to punch her in the face.

"And this is our room," Weiss said as she opened the door, "You can take Blake's bed for the week. We can-"

"Ah, what a dismal abode you have here. 'Tis truly a sign of how pathetic humans are." Power scoffed and tossed her suitcases without a care. One of them hit the stack of books keeping Blake and Yang's beds balanced and the makeshit bunkbeds collapsed on top of the other with a loud crash.

Twitch.

Power showed absolutely no care to her act of vandalism and jumped on the higher of the now-sandwiched beds. The cat flopped down to her chest and acted like this was all normal, "Please, make yourself at home." Weiss closed her eyes and smiled.

Twitch twitch.

Weiss grabbed some extra strength perfume and not so subtly began spraying the room. She only got half a dozen squirts out before Power coughed and glared at her, "Are you trying to kill me with your foul stench?! Cease your spraying at once!"

"I'm just-"

"I do not care. I am the guest and that demands you listen to what I say. Feh, foolish mortal."

Twitch twitch twitch.

"Alright, that needs to be addressed." Weiss glared up at the lazily sprawled woman, "You've been insulting me and the students as 'mortals' since you arrived. What is with that? Just because you're a Faunus doesn't mean-"

"A Faunus? Why would you think I'm one of those half-animal freaks?"

"...What?"

"Has thine mind truly not grasped it yet?" She stood up and stood in front of Weiss, "I am the Blood Fiend, the most powerful demon in all of creation!" Weiss took a step back, eyes wide, and Power grinned, showing off her shark-like teeth, "Yes! Fear me, mortal, for you stand in the presence of POWER! Do you now realize how pathetic you are? Nothing you do can stand against me!"

A devil. She was a devil or a fiend or whatever! She wasn't a Faunus at all, and...and...

The headmaster had to have known. There was no chance he didn't.

Twitchtwitchtwitchtwitchtwitch.

"But...you're a councilwoman! You won the Nobel prize! And you set up laws to ensure the equal treatment for Faunus!"

"Ha! That prize was due to my nature as the Blood Fiend! Twas extremely trivilia to use my abilities in order to revolutionize the medical field and allow blood transfusions to work regardless of blood type!" Huh, that sounded legitimately amazing, "And from there I used my newfound fame to springboard my political career! I did not care for the plight of the crossbreeds, but helping them ensured my vote!" A pause, "And also because I don't see why you humans hate the animals so much. Tis not as if there's a real difference like with humans and devils."

"Then...what was this all for? Why be a councilwoman?"

"Do you not see?" Power opened her mouth wide in a chesire grin, "With my support and new position, I was able to implement a one hundred percent sales tax!"

Twitchtwitchtwitchtwitchtwitch.

"You monster!" Weiss took a step back, looking on in horror at the fiend that stood in front of her, "You're the reason my favorite yogurt store closed down! Fran's couldn't keep up with the prince increases and now the Blueberry Burst Surprise is gone forever! You...You'll never get away with this!"

"Oh, but I already have!" She laughed, "This planet is filled with those who exploit the ignorance of the masses for their own nefarious ends! Blame not the player, but the game!" She full on belly laughed now, "And there is nothing you can do about it! I am in a position of importance and you are my guide. To do anything but serve my whims would bring shame upon you!"

"I..." She was right. However she felt about this monster, she still had to abide by the law. To do otherwise would make her no better than terrorists like the White Fang.

"Hehehe, I adore when foolish mortals realize their place." She crossed her arms, "Now, show me this forest of emeralds I've heard so much about! I demand blood and you will supply me with prey!"

Killing Grimm just didn't have the same kind of feeling knowing what she did now. Her favorite yogurt shop, her one sanctuary from the insanity of her team, gone...because of her. Weiss glared hatefully at the cackling woman bludgeoning an Ursa to death with a blood hammer and found herself rooting for the creatures of darkness and hate. At least when they ruined your life it was nothing personal.

"Oh, how I have missed this!" Power screamed, looking up at the sky with an utterly manic expression, "Tis nothing better than showing your power! Fear me, Grimm! Fear me and understand that you are nothing before true devil!"

Things hadn't gotten any better when they got back. Power had used the bathroom first and locked the door before she could even get a word out, leaving the heiress tired and sweaty as she waited for her guest to finish. It took close to an hour before the fiend finally left, and when Weiss stepped inside to take her long-awaited shower she almost hurled herself back at the stench.

"WHY DIDN'T YOU FLUSH?!" Weiss screamed so loud it was heard all across the school.

"Hmph. I am seldom the type to flush my feces."

"Not in this room!" For a moment, Power's expression turned nostalgic, but Weiss didn't care. She flushed the toilet with far more force than necessary and bathed the entire restroom in so much perfume that it would've made anyone sick.

Weiss wasted no time with her shower and changed as fast as she could. The last thing she wanted was for Power to be left to her own devices. Her hair was still wet as she stomped out and saw Power playing with the fat cat, "You. Take a shower. Now."

"Hmph. I am the type who seldom bathes."

"Just..." Weiss took a deep breath to keep from screaming. No, damagin her throat was just what this fiend wanted. She wouldn't fall prey to her taunts, "...Fine. If there's nothing else than I shall-"

"I demand sustenance! Meowy II does as well!" Weiss had to bite her tongue to keep from snapping that the cat looked like it was fed more than enough. Power might have been a monster, but the cat was innocent.

Sadly, she made even eating a trial.

Power glared down at the mixed meal then, with her bare hands, grabbed the food and tossed it in the air, "Foul vegetables! Begone!" Weiss almost shrieked when some of the sauce marred her pristine white dress.

"Hey! The chefs in this academy worked hard to serve us that food!" A few of the people around the cafeteria looked at the pair, but no one tried to help or intervene. She wasn't surprised. These were the same people who didn't help when Velvet was being bullied.

Not that she helped there either, but she chose to ignore that.

"I demand better food! This shall not stand!"

Something inside her snapped. It'd only been a few hours since Power arrived and she'd lost all patience. She was worst than Ruby and Denji at their craziest and if she didn't stand up for herself then she would continue to make her life hell.

"So you don't respect the vegetables, hm?" Weiss' smile was razor thin as she pulled out her scroll, "Let's give the Vegetable Devil a call. I'm sure he'd love to tell you why that's not a good idea."

"H-Ha! I don't believe you!" For the first time, Power's confident facade cracked and Weiss relished in it.

"Oh really? Then I suppose you wouldn't mind if I gave him a call." One might've thought it was a bluff, but it was all too real. Yang had made contact with both the Vegetable and Cavity devils a couple of weeks ago when Ruby had been particularly obstinate about her diet and her refusal to get her teeth checked. No matter how strong and stubborn Ruby was, she folded like a house of cards when either of those two showed up.

Weiss probably should've been worried about how easily her friend could make friends with devils despite her fear of Denji, but right now she didn't care.

Power's taunting expression fell when the call was answered, "Hello, Mr. Vegetable Devil, sir? Yes, it's Weiss. No, no, it's not about Ruby. She's actually been really good recently. There's another girl who thinks disrespecting vegetables is funny. Yes, another one. Her name? Oh, she calls herself-"

"Wait!" Power grabbed her tray and shoved what little food remained in her mouth, "I am eating my vegetables! I am eating them and going for seconds!"

Weiss said goodbye and cut the call, smiling from ear to ear as Power loaded up her tray with vegetables with tears in her eyes.

The next couple of days were almost tolerable after that. She didn't quite stop being a pain in her rear end, but the understanding that Weiss wouldn't just be a doormat had made her far less annoying. It wasn't good enough for Weiss. This cretin had humiliated her, treated her poorly, and got her favorite yogurt shop closed. That demanded more than just halfway acquiescence.

"You are taking a shower."

"No, I am not. Now stop being foolish and-" That was as far as she got before Weiss coverd her arms and legs with Glyphs and slowly dragged her to the bathroom. The tub had already been filled in preparation.

It was cold water too.

"Stop! Release me at once!" Power screamed, flailing helplessly in her grip, "I shall tell everyone you abused me! They will know of your crimes!"

"I made you eat your vegetables and take a shower. Please tell me who could consider this abuse." That shut her up...for about two seconds before she promised vengeance. Weiss rolled her eyes and, with a quiet heave-ho, tossed the still fully dressed woman into the tub. Power screamed and flailed once more, but Weiss ignored her as she attached the glups to the ends of the bathtub.

"You shall pay for this, mortal! Pay! Meowy II shall-" she stopped and looked on in utter betrayal when Weiss pointed to the corner at the fat cat snoozing in her own miniature tub, "N-No, this cannot be!"

"It can be. Now shut up and let's get this over with."

Weiss rolled up the sleeves of her dress and lathered her hands with shampoo. Power lay down quietly, the shock of being betrayed by her friend having taken all fight out of her. She made sure Power's entire head was covered with shampoo and tried not to think about how odd this entire scene looked. At least they were both fully clothed. The last thing she wanted was for anyone to get any ideas.

It took a quarter of an hour to get Power halfway decent. Weiss took off the Glyphs and draped a towel over her head, "Dry yourself off and get a change of clothes. Next time you're doing this on your own. Got it?"

Power grumbled.

"I said, got it?"

"...Yes, ma'am."

Ma'am? Oh, she did like that. She was about to leave when Power muttered something else under her breath, "What was that?"

"...Nothing."

"Speak up now."

"...Is thou as turned on as I am right now?"

And just like that all her confidence was gone. The smug look on Weiss' face disappeared, replaced with one of utter mortification as her cheeks turned a dark shade of red that matched Ruby's cloak, "NO!" she shrieked, and this wasn't her being 'tsundere' or whatever that term Blake used. She simply found Power unattractive given her behavior. A few months ago she would've also said she wasn't interested in women, but then that Nightmare Grimm infected her and then she met her Nightmare self...

"Wh-What is this? Who are you?"

"I'm you...but openly gay!"

"Noooo! I'm not gaaayyyyy!"

And to be fair, she wasn't...not completely. She liked both men and women...and maybe a certain catgirl in particular.

"H-Ha, that was a joke! As if I would have sapphic interests in a mortal!" It was obviously a lie, but Weiss was too glad for the denial to argue the point.

...Though, for some reason Power kept calling her a 'lebanon' and 'lego citizen'.

The next four days were a return to the norm, if one would call it that. Power would complain and make life difficult and Weiss needed to use a mix of force and threats to get her to comply. She counted down every hour that passed and promised herself that even if the headmaster was literally dying, she would look down and whisper "no" at any request he made. Never again.

The seventh day finally arrived and she almost cried in relief. She was beaming from ear to ear as she escorted Power back to the docks and planned to never her against for the rest of her life, "Weiss!" Ruby's voice chirped. She looked and saw her partner departing one of the recently arrived Bullheads with Denji and Nayuta in tow.

"Ruby. It is so good to see y-"

"Woah, wait. Power? That you?" Denji asked, cutting off their reunion.

"...Denji? M-Meowy?" The fiend's eyes widened and she had a look of shock, disbelief, and relief all mixed in one. The pair simply looked at one another for a moment before they both ugly cried - seriously, there was snot everywhere - and suddenly hugged one another.

...

Weiss didn't care. She should have, but dealing with Power for a whole week had seriously numbed her to feeling anything positive towards her. She had something more important to say.

"Blake...would you like to go on a date with me?"

"Sure."

"I understand that you might be reluctant, but- wait, what?" Weiss blinked, "That's it? Just like that? Aren't you going to say that it wouldn't work because I'm a Schnee and you're a Faunus?"

"After everything we've been through the past few months, you really think I care?" She raised a brow and pointed to the still-crying pair of blondes.

"...Good point. See you on Sunday?"

"It's a date."

Poor Weiss. At least she got a date...but because this didn't actually happen in the main story, she also didn't actually get a date. Oh, and Power and Denji reunite, but Weiss doesn't really care about that.

Next chapter I'm leaning towards Nayuta and showing how she acts to the people she likes/thinks are her possession and those she doesn't. You decide if Control Devil with Power's personality or the creepy little girl is worse.
