Chapter 3

In the living room of the Possible house, Ann and James were sitting on the couch, Ann had both hands clasped together resting on her face, she had her legs crossed as she shook her right foot nervously.

"Easy Ann." James tried to calm his wife down.

"How can you tell me to calm down?" Ann replied. "Something is going on with Ron, he left without telling us and we don't even know what's going on."

"I know but you have to trust that Ronald will be okay."

"But in the state Ron is in, I don't know if he will be okay, or if he is okay."

The doorbell rang. Ann quickly ran to the door to greet Ron's parents.

"Hi Ann, we came as fast as we could." Mrs. Stoppable said.

"What did you want to talk to us about?" Ron's father asked.

"Please come in first." Ann invited them into her house. The blonde couple entered the Possible house, soon the two couples were sitting in the living room.

"Look..." Ann sighed. "Ron came to us a few hours ago to ask James to examine one of those Lil Diablo's, but he wasn't acting like he usually does." Ann paused for a second before cutting to the chase. "You guys don't happen to know what's going on with him?"

Ron's parents looked at each other for a few moments before answering, they didn't know if they should tell them the truth, but both Ann and James deserved to know.

"It's a very delicate thing." Ron's mother said.

"Tell us what you know." Ann replied.

Ron's parents proceeded to tell them what Ron told them, needless to say Ann and James were shocked by what they had heard from their daughter.

"But how...how could Kim do that?" James said.

"I know it's hard to believe but it's the truth." Ron's father assured.

Ann on the other hand, took things worse than James. Her blue eye narrowed as she clenched her fist tightly, this was worse than the time Kim lied to her and Ron on Halloween just so she could go to a party for a boy.

"How could she?" She whispered. "How could she do that to Ron?, he was her friend."

"Believe me Ann, I'm just as outraged as you are, I still still think it was a bad idea to let Ron go stop that Drakken guy alone." Ron's mother said.

"I just hope he comes back safely." Ron's father said.

"And I hope Kim realizes the mistake she made." James added.

A grappling hook was stuck in the rooftop ledge of the Bueno Nacho headquarters, then the grappling hook cable was pulled taut as someone was climbing the building. Ron made it up the building with no problems.

"OK Wade, I'm up." He said over the communicator.

"Alright Ron, now comes the hard part, the infiltration."

"Well, it would be difficult dealing with someone like me."

"I didn't mean to sound like..."

"I know, Wade." Ron soothed him. "But how are you supposed to shut down all of Drakken's robots?"

"Yeah, about that, stay tuned."

A drone appeared flying near Ron with a backpack. Ron grabbed the backpack, then the drone took off.

Ron opened the backpack and saw a small bottle marked 'Kissy Girl Lip Gloss'.

"Hmm. Knockout gas that looks like lip gloss, or lip gloss that looks like knockout gas?" He asked.

"If I were you, I'd rather find out at the right time." Wade said.

"Right." Ron continued searching through the backpack until he came across what looked like a plastic gun. "This looks like a toy, how am I supposed to beat Drakken with a toy?"

"That's not a toy, not since I modified it, that's an Electromagnetic Scrambler."

"In English please."

"This will bring down Drakken's entire network, you just have to shoot the antenna Drakken controls the robots with."

"Understood Wade." Ron said before entering the building.

Once inside, Ron crept around the place as stealthily as possible. every time he got to a safe corner he checked to make sure the coast was clear.

"So far so good." He said to himself. Unfortunately for him, he ran into Japan's sumo ninja, who grabbed him by the sweater and threw him into the wall. "Me and my big mouth." He groaned in pain.

The sumo ninja pulled out some nunchucks and waved them. "I must be avenged." He said in a squeaky voice.

"Hey dude, I think you should stay quiet if you want to look intimidating." Ron said, the ninja sumo grabbed him by the sweater again and pulled him up so they were facing each other.

"I'm fast as the wind, strong as the mountain, I'm revenge auch." The sumo ninja was interrupted by a headbutt from Ron followed by a bite on the hand from Rufus.

"Rufus, I need to get him off me!" Ron yelled.

The naked mole rat immediately went to Ron's backpack and grabbed the bottle of 'Kissy Girl Lip Gloss'. The rodent then opened the bottle in front of the sumo's face. The ninja felt dizzy, Ron took the opportunity to kick him in the face followed by a jab right to the nose, the sumo ninja fell knocked to the ground.

Ron got up with difficulty, the impact against the wall left him quite weakened. He grabbed his ribs, apparently he had broken them.

"That was harder than I thought." Ron said.

But before he could move some Synthodrons appeared out of nowhere and began to surround him.

"Seriously, I don't have it in me for this." Ron said before he was hit by the Synthodrons, 4 of them hit him with a round of jabs and uppercuts to the face and body, two others were armed with electric batons, they turned on said weapons and used them to torture Ron, the shocks to his body hurt horribly. The Synthodrons then threw him into a glass wall.

Ron was left lying on the floor surrounded by shards of glass, some embedded in his body, his mission clothes were torn, he had cuts in his left eye, in his right arm. With much effort he got up, he saw that the Synthodrons were approaching to finish him, however, Ron took a large shard of glass, when the first Synthodron approached to attack, Ron grabbed his arm and stabbed the glass in his face, causing the goo to shoot out of the dron's face, then Ron got up and stabbed the next Synthodron in the back, and slashed the chest of another, then slit the throat of another. Only the two that were armed with the electric batons were left, Ron motioned for them to attack.

The Synthodrons began to attack, Ron dodged as best he could, he tried to stab one but the Synthodron dodged it and attacked with the baton, however Ron managed to remove the baton from his body and stab the Synthodron in the chest and remove the baton, only one Synthodron remained, he tried to attack but Ron blocked him and stabbed him with the electric baton, The Synthodron was paralyzed after receiving the electric shock and Ron took the opportunity to slash the Synthodron from top to bottom from the head, the Synthodron fell split in half, Ron fell to his knees, he was very tired, he did not think he would get tired so soon, but he could not stay to rest for a while, he had to get to the control room, so with some effort he got up, and continued on his way.

Meanwhile in the control room, Drakken was still on top of his plan, Shego on the other hand was still monitoring the place until he noticed something.

"Dr. D, we have company." The green-clad goth alerted.

"What?" the blue-skinned scientist asked. "How did Kim Possible manage to figure out my plan?"

"I never said she was the princess. It's Stoppable."

"Who?"

"Possible's lapdog."

"And why would that be a problem? Let my Sumo ninja crush him."

"Mmmmm, I would think that would be a problem." Shego said as he looked at the screen.

"And why would you think that?" Drakken asked.

"Take a look for yourself."

Shego showed Drakken and everyone in the office how Ron got the ninja sumo out of the way and how to take out the Synthodrons, needless to say everyone was stumped.

"Are you sure it's the same Sidekick from Kim Possible?"

"Absolutely."

"Well, whoever he is, you'd better take care of him, I on the other hand will initiate the invasion."

Back at the prom, the atmosphere was still the same as it was after Ron showed up, but now everyone was focused on their business.

Monique was in a corner with Tara, Felix and Zita admonishing the blonde.

"Seriously Tara, what were you thinking?" the brunette admonished the blonde.

"Sorry Mon, I acted on impulse." Tara assured.

"The least we need is another scandal like the one earlier." Felix said.

"I can't help but think about Ron, I hope he's not doing something crazy." Zita added.

"I hope he's okay too, wherever he is." Monique said as well.

"Do you guys think he was telling the truth?" Tara asked.

"I think both Kim and Ron have been dealing with some crazy stuff, I wouldn't be surprised if Drakken wanted to take over the world with toys." Monique said as everyone else nodded.

Kim approached the group, she no longer had that glow on her face from an hour ago, she was now subdued, seemingly guilty about what she did. Tara was about to attack her but this time Monique stopped her.

"Tara, stop." The brunette said. "What did we talk about a second ago?"

"No Monique, let her if she wants to attack me, I deserve it." Kim spoke in a muffled voice.

"To say you deserve a beating is an understatement." Tara said.

"Tara!" Zita yelled.

"It's okay, she's right." Kim said. "I was a traitor to Ron, but I want to make it up to him, tomorrow I'll go find him and offer an apology."

"Tomorrow?" Tara asked. "If I were you, I'd go find him now before he does something crazy, maybe he's saying and needs help."

"Maybe you're right." KIm said before retreating.

Eric was sitting at a table waiting, when he saw Kim finally come out of the ladies room, he was quick to go over and greet her.

"Are you better?" He asked.

"Yeah, a little. Listen Eric, I had kind of a rough night today, I think you better take me home." Kim said.

"Hey, you don't need to leave yet, what do you say we sit here for a while on what calms you down and after they announce the king and queen I'll take you home?"

Kim thought hard about what Eric was proposing, maybe if she calmed down a bit she could go get Ron later.

"I think you're right." Kim said.

"I know I am." Eric said, what Kim didn't know was that he had told her that just to buy time for the big show that would happen later that night.

Back at Bueno Nacho HQ, Ron had finally made it to the control room, he was about to walk through the door until...

"I'm impressed, Unstoppable." Shego said as she stepped out of the shadows to face her opponent.

Ron laughed sadly. "I was hoping I could avoid you and head straight for Drakken. I guess I'm out of luck."

"Sort of," Shego replied as she took up her fighting stance. "Too bad you got us this far 100%, it would have been even more fun. But let's be honest, you don't stand a chance of beating me."

"At this point I could care less about stats, Shego. I'm going to beat you!" Ron clenched his fist and readied his fighting stance.

Shego activated her green plasma from her hands and said " Come on!" and without having second thoughts. They both charged at each other to fight.

While all this was going on, Drakken pressed the button that would start the Diablo invasion.

The roof of the building opened as a huge tower ascended from beneath Bueno Nacho HQ, the tower made the building look small as the lighting gathered around the top, the rings glowed an eerie red as wave after wave of electromagnetic waves swept across the world.

From all corners of the world, the little toys grew in strength as they covered the entire planet, and those not on the ground patrolled the sky as they nearly darkened the skies of the countries in the light.

Back at the prom, all the students were gathering to find out who would be prom king and queen.

"All right, listen up, everyone voted for your prom king and queen, and I have in my hands the final results," Barkin said as he held up a folded piece of paper. "And this year's prom king and queen are..." Mr. Barkin never got to finish as a large tremor was felt in the venue, followed by the gym door and wall exploding as smoke and debris covered the gym, students panicked and screamed as they hid from the explosion, fortunately no one was hurt.

Towering over the terrified students were four rather familiar giant robots, they were Bueno Nacho's Diablos. Before anyone could move, the Diablos loaded their cannons and took aim at the students, it didn't take a genius to decipher the message. Kim could only stare in awe at the towering figures in front of her, her mind drifted back to what Ron had tried to warn her about the Diablos.

"Ron was telling the truth" she whispered as the Devils surrounded the students. "I have to call Wade." she thought to herself, but remembered Ron taking him away when he tried to warn her.

One of the Diablos approached and a large screen appeared in his eyes, the image looked as clear as the day Drakken appeared on the screen.

"Hello my now slaves, and hello Kimberly Ann Possible."

A/N: Hello everyone, it's been a long time. Sorry for posting anything until today but I've had a pretty long semester at college, especially because this semester we are returning on a semi-presential basis.. But now that I have a little more free time I've been able to finish this chapter.

It only remains to say that I will continue working on this story, I don't know how much I will advance until the new semester begins, but I will try to make the most of it.
