An older man with blonde hair turning silver sat down at the bar, "man these duels have certainly gotten complex these days." he grinned at the replay of the satellite duelist taking down hunter pace.
"remember Shira. We need you to push Potter to his breaking point. We need to see if he has a mark as we suspect." a voice caught his attention.
"It's not a problem. I've dueled far tougher than him." a deeper voice in a cloak said.
"I wouldn't underestimate him. Our intelligence tells us he owns the legendary blue eyes cards that Seto Kaiba held, and even some cards that Yugi Muto was known to possess."
The old man's eyes widened as he peeked around the corner, seeing the robbed figure get yanked into a side hallway, "could they have found him..." he mumbled and pulled out a cell phone, "hey it's me. Are you watching the fortune cup right now? Well, get to watchin' it. I think I just heard that the next round contains a duelist who may have found Yug."
He turned back towards the bar, his excitement for the next duel far more than what it was before.

Harry frowned as a tournament official approached him, "sorry sir. But your opponent's duel runner has experienced a few problems. Your duel will have to be a standing duel for this round."
Harry blinked but nodded, "alright." he tapped a button on his runner and the duel disk rose from the dash, attaching it to the gauntlet that held his cards.

Ladies and gentlemen I have to apologize, this next duel was supposed to be another turbo duel, but due to mechanical issues, we cannot do that. So this standing duel will be between the mysterious Shira!

The floor opened up and the cloaked man was raised to the duel field, Luna frowned and sat forward, "does he seem shorter since we saw him at the opening ceremony?"
Tanner blinked and looked closer, "now that you mention it...he looks a little more filled out too. I thought he was a bit scrawny."
And facing Shira we have a young dragon enthusiast Harry Potter!
Leo let out a loud cheer as his friend appeared on the field.
"Oh, I do hope he plays those cards of his," Yanagi said with a smile.
Tanner closed his eyes and nodded, "for once, I'm gonna have to agree with you old man. It will be amazing to see them in action."

Sayer smirked and sat forward, "shall we see how much he has grown since you and he played together Akiza?"
The red-haired girl said nothing, lost in her memories of her one childhood friend who had betrayed and abandoned her.

Her every breath was agony, but Akiza knew she had to keep running.
Already word had spread that a recent satellite recruit had attacked and seriously injured Sayer.
She reached the top floor and stared wide-eyed as blood dripped down Sayer's left arm and her best friend stood near a hole in the wall.
"your power exceeds my greatest expectation, Harry..." Sayer grinned, fighting through the pain.
"Such a shame I refuse to be controlled." the boy responded and held up a card, and in a flash of light a massive blue dragon appeared outside of the building, glowing green eyes met brown for a split second before he turned and jumped out on the monster flying away.

Shaking her head Akiza paid more attention to the duel that was about to begin, lets see how well you've faired without proper training Harry.
Sayer just smirked as he saw a slight glow rise in Akizas eyes, he fully intended on reclaiming the boy who had fled. The two strongest of them all would be his generals in reclaiming this world...and nothing would stop him.
Neither noticed his eyes flashing red for a split second.

The man just smirked and held up an older model duel disk painted red, "you first..."
Harry raised an eyebrow and nodded, "very well then. I summon Alexandrite dragon in attack mode and end my turn."

Harry frowned as lighting struck his dragon and destroyed it, "I end my turn."
"then it's my turn," he drew his card but frowned as the remaining dragon's flame began to glow brighter, "what's happening?"
"That's the activation of my dragons' effect. It allows me to add a level seven dark type to my hand. I think my pandemic dragon will suffice." Harry grinned as he drew his card.
Shira frowned but shrugged. Not like he could play it right now anyway, "ill just summon one of my favorites, and say hello to Neo spacian glow moss."

His eyes dulled a little and he nodded, "can't a teacher visit his student?"

"someone replaced Shira," Goodwin said, with a frown. Jaiden Yuki had been one of the best duelists to go through duel academy, but after the land split and his wife had been killed he shelved his deck. What had caused him to re-enter the dueling circuit again?

"in other words Leo, Harry is stalling for time by minimizing the damage he receives and ensuring he has a monster on the field. He probably doesn't have much to go on right now." Luna said.
