They hadn't gone far when they noticed someone following them. It was Strawberry.
"I heard you're going away," he said. "I want to come with you."
Stan looked at his friends. "What do you guys think?"
"No way!" said Kyle. "He's one of Cowslip's gang. For all we know, Cowslip sent him to spy on us."
"Yeah, we don't care for creatures who deceive us!" said Craig.
Strawberry cringed. "I don't want to lie to other rabbits anymore. That's why I want to leave. I don't want to be like Cowslip and Silverweed. I want to be a normal rabbit like you guys. I want a new start."
"Why don't we let him join us?" said Wendy. "What harm can it do?"
"Well…" Stan looked at Butters. "What do you think?"
Butters stepped forward and sniffed Strawberry for a while. "I think he's okay," he said at last. "I'm not gettin' the creepy vibes from him that I got from the others."
"Okay, you can stay with us," Stan told Strawberry.
"Thank you," Strawberry said gratefully.
Just then, another rabbit came toward them. It was Kenny!
"Kenny!" everyone cheered.
Kenny waved a paw at them. "Mmm, mmmm!" he blurted.

Later that day, Cartman and Cowslip were out silflaying.
"I don't see your friend's body anywhere," Cowslip commented.
"Hmm?" Cartman said through a mouthful of lettuce.
"Your friend Kenny. The one that they said died."
"Oh, he's probably gotten better by now and gone off to join the others," said Cartman.
Cowslip stared at him. "But he died."
"Yeah, it's just Kenny. He dies all the time. Hey look, someone's coming!"
Cowslip squinted and saw Captain Mackey approaching.
"I know that old guy," said Cartman. "He's one of the Owsla from my old warren."
"Should we invite him to join us?" asked Cowslip.
"I don't see why not."
Mackey came up to them. He recognized Cartman. "Eric? What are you doin' here? Where's Stan an' the others?"
"Oh, they abandoned me, cause they're a bunch of jerks," Cartman lied. "But it's cool! Look, I have a bunch of new friends now!"
"You boys were right," Mackey panted. "The humans came an' gassed everyone to death. I was the only survivor."
"I'm so sorry to hear that," said Cowslip. "Would you like to move in with us?"
"M'kay. Are you the Chief Rabbit here?"
Cowslip shrugged. "I'm as much in charge as anyone, I suppose. We don't really have a formal leader."
"You don't? Then who decides what to do about elil an' stuff like that?"
"We don't have to worry about that here," said Cartman. "The man who owns this farm shoots any elil that come near the warren. And he feeds us vegetables from his garden! He's so kewl!"
"M'kay, well, that sounds awfully nice," said Mackey. "I guess I'll stay here."
Cowslip and Cartman showed Mackey around the warren. Everything was going well until they came to the room with the picture of El-ahrairah. Mackey peered at the stones. Like Stan before him, he couldn't make heads of tails of them. "What is this?"
"It's a picture of El-ahrairah stealing the king's lettuce," Cowslip said impatiently. "You do know the story of El-ahrairah and the king's lettuce, don't you?"
"Yeah, of course I know the story of the king's lettuce, m'kay? I just didn't realize that's what it was s'posed to be."
Other rabbits had gathered in the tunnel behind them and were listening.
All of a sudden Mackey felt a tickle inside his nose. He tried to control it, but he couldn't. He burst out with a sneeze. "A-A-A-CHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
The stones went flying everywhere.
Cowslip gasped. "Fool! It will take two hundred bucks to fix that!"
"Since when do rabbits use money?" Mackey asked.
"I meant it will take two hundred rabbits to move those stones back," Cowslip clarified. "You have destroyed the sacred picture!"
"Hey, it was an accident, m'kay?"
Cartman kicked Mackey in the balls again! "Silence, infidel!"
With that, all the rabbits in the hallway rushed in and fell upon Mackey. They beat him up and threw him out of their warren. "Leave now and never come back!" Cowslip shouted.
Sadly, Mackey limped away. He didn't know about the traps, but luckily he managed to avoid them.
