After three days of being drugged, both Fujino and Samaru finally woke up. When both were awake, Samaru still harbored a grudge against Fujino. Struggling on the ground with severe injuries and blurred vision, they had still been fighting, two days later Samaru had stabbed Fujino in the back; Wood Release: Wood Clone Technique, with Samaru blinded for losing track of the battle, Fujino had surprised Samaru by using a Wood Clone to fight the last five minutes of the fight. Fujino had stabbed Samaru in the back, Samaru thinking he had stabbed Fujino, Samaru was clearly wrong that Fujino had outwitted Samaru, and with a large wound on Fujino's right arm, Samaru was finally defeated. Fujino had won the fight, it felt like a Pyrrhic victory. Four years later, Fujino Senju, the first Hokage of his name, eventually died of a terminal illness. Before Fujino's death, he had made Raiden Senju, his younger brother, the Second Hokage. With Raiden as the second Hokage, he had planned to keep the village safe and had raised a police force from the displaced Uchiha clan. He had also created the academy for students to come and learn ninjutsu and control their chakra. He had placed different clans in different regions of the village to protect the security of each clan. Eventually, he founded the ANBU Black Ops Foundation, where extraordinary prodigies can band together and hone their skills. A year later, the reincarnations of two legendary shinobi were born into the shinobi world. One of them was known as Urasaki Fūma and the other was Sozuki. No one knew where Sozuki came from or his last name, but he had always had a death glare. When both entered the academy, a combat test had begun. This should test the skills and abilities of the new Shinobi generation. While other students were training with each other, Urasaki had sensed the evil in Sozuki. When it came to Urasaki and Sozuki's training match, they had been fighting. As they fought, Sozuki felt dispassionate, the time came when Urasaki realized this and told the proctor to end the match. The proctor and the other students were shocked by the commotion Urasaki had made. Urasaki then told the proctor about the situation and the proctor agreed to stop and end the sparring matches. Later that day, Urasaki spots Sozuki walking through the village alone. Urasaki then walked around the village with Sozuki, talking about the shinobi of the past and mainly mentioning Samaru Uchiha, the legendary leader of the Uchiha and known as the strongest. Sozuki then asked Urasaki why he wanted to be friends, Urasaki then explained that he didn't have any friends either and wanted someone to train with. Sozuki was satisfied and decided to be friends with Urasaki and train with him. Days later, the proctor informed the students that there would be another sparring match. As Urasaki and Sozuki's match approached, Sozuki smiled and Urasaki was confused as to why he was smiling and asked Sozuki to push his limits. As both reached their maximum limits, the proctor felt the evil chakra building within Sozuki, but still continued the match to see Sozuki's and Urasaki's skills and abilities. After the match ended, all the other students in the academy were too stunned to speak as they had just seen it. During the match, Sozuki dodged every move made by Urasaki without breaking a sweat. Within the given time Raiden Senju, the Second Hokage appeared, the Hokage and Sozuki made eye contact, causing Raiden to feel an unnecessary presence surge through Sozuki. He then told the proctor that he would take Sozuki and talk to him. As they walked, Raiden said to Sozuki to hold onto him, Sozuki then put his hands on Raiden; Flying Raijin. Raiden was surprised to see Sozuki dispassionate, Raiden then told Sozuki about his brother Fujino, the First Hokage, the village, what it means to be a shinobi, and his past. Sozuki was surprised to hear that he and the 2nd Hokage grew similarly and thought the same thing. Sozuki then felt a change in himself and asked Raiden to train him personally, Raiden then told him that he needed to graduate from the Academy to become a Genin and take on D-rank missions. After a week had passed, the Academy's final exam could begin. To graduate you must be able to create a shadow clone. Just like Sozuki, Urasaki and the other students at the Academy made a perfect clone of themselves. They graduated from the Academy. With their headbands on, they are officially ninjas from The Village Hidden in the Glaciers. Since they are now genin, it would now be determined which squad each genin goes to with their respective captain. Later that day, Sozuki and Urasaki met at the village training ground. Both wanted to train to become stronger for the new missions they would venture on. While they were training, they were interrupted by the Second Hokage, Raiden. Hokage then asked Sozuki and Urasaki to team up and fight him to see their abilities and see how they would use teamwork to work together. After battling, Urasaki and Sozuki out of breath, the 2nd Hokage was impressed by their abilities and said to himself, "They have the mental power, strength and intelligence of a Chunin, not a Genin." A day later, all genin were assigned to their captain. Raiden himself said that he would be the captain of Urasaki and Sozuki, the third member of the team was Togami Sarutobi. During practice, Raiden wanted to start a sparring match against the three. This would test their teamwork and strategies in battle. After Sozuki, Urasaki, and Togami were ready, Raiden began the match. Raiden knows they will work together as a masterpiece as Togami is already related to Raiden Senju himself.
