You all thought I'd forget this story didn't you. Well like I said I intend to finish it. Here's another chapter this one and a few more then I'm going to time skip the hell out of it.
Fox Creek: Chapter 5
Kiba Inuzuka was a alpha male, or at least that's how he saw himself. He was always in position to be the top dog; and he had one goal in mind to win the heart of his pale eyed princess Hinata Hyuga. However, over the past 2 months he has been constantly undermined and kicked to the side by her. They always use to spend time together and always talked about what they'd do when they were the heads of their respected clans. Now for the last 2 months she completely forgot about him because she was now spending time with "him"; Naruto Uzumaki. As he looked at the 2 as they both shared a lunch during the period in between classes Hinata was looking at Naruto with awe at his retelling of a story; how could she ignore him for that redneck bastard? He was stronger, comes from a respected clan and was a lot better than him in every way imaginable; so why?
"The giant crocs in kiri are real hard buggers to kill" Naruto said to Hinata as Hinata listens to him intently "but when you hop on their back and drive a blade into their brain stem all their teeth and armor don't amount to much".
"Naruto that's really dangerous" Hinata said looking at him in worry "please promise me you will not do anything that reckless here. I only just got you back I'd rather not lose you again" Hinata said while blushing slightly.
"Hinata your basically like royalty, should you really be worrying about some lowly huntsman" Naruto said with a mocking smirk.
Hinata blushed more "Well I worry because I care about you Naruto" Hinata felt a hand grab onto hers and looked and saw Naruto with a real genuine smile.
"I'll try princess but it'll be pretty hard" Hinata said with minor annoyace "after all with the old man letting me live in training ground 44 will make it next to impossible. But I gotta earn my keep after all those giant tigers, spiders, centipedes, and bears ain't gonna kill themselves; although it'll make my job easier.
Hinata only giggled at Naruto's words as they both finished their food and got ready for their next lesson.
After school
Naruto was walking down the street before he was stopped by a older boy. He had eyes simulair to Hinata and had a long flowing ponytail.
"Naruto Uzumaki" the boy said with a mask of arrogance.
"Yeah, that be me mate" Naruto said with a cheery tone.
"I'm Neji Hyuga. I was told to tell you to stop spending time with Lady Hinata; it's improper of someone of her status to associate with a commoner like you" Neji said with a voice that commanded respect.
Naruto now losing his previous happy tone began "oh yeah? Or what" he said in a slightly agrivated tone.
"Or else I will have to teach you-"Neji began before he felt cold metal contact his jaw and he fell to the ground.
Naruto with a metal knuckle duster then mounted Neji and began beating the boy only stopping once he was unconscious. Grabbing the boy, he began dragged him to the Hyuga compound.
Hyuga compound
Hiashi was looking at a sight he never expected to see; a bloody and unconscious Neji laying down infront of the recently found Kyuubi brat. Before he had a chance to speak Naruto put up a hand.
"Before you start speaking let me say something. I could've killed him easily. I could've beat his ass to death and hid the body so well no one will ever find it. Instead he learned what happens when you threaten someone you shouldn't fuck with. I'll warn you once if you ever send someone to threaten me again I'll bring them back… in bits and pieces" Naruto said in a disturbingly calm tone that he was forcing. In truth he could kill Hiashi right now after all Hyugas weren't special; after all he killed plenty of Kumo shinobi and looked at their notes on how to combat Hyugas' and with all honesty Naruto was looking for a excuse to test out his skills.
Before Hiashi could respond Naruto turned around and left. Hiashi wanted to kill they boy for assaulting his nephew but if he tried to retaliate in anyway or tell someone about what happened to Neji it'll reflect bad on the clan since it would seem cowardly to attack a child who you tried to threaten. Hiashi summoned 2 Hyuga to take Neji to the infirmary. Hiashi was now in his thought as to how he can keep Naruto from his daughter without forcing it; Hinata was next in line to take charge of the clan he shouldn't give her a reason to turn on him.
Hokage office next day
Naruto and Ranmaru were sitting infront of Hiruzen with Danzo to his side as both men looked at him and Naruto wondered what he did. He hasn't killed anyone in 2 months, he hasn't stolen anything and he stopped hunting squirrels in the park and even Ranmaru stayed out of trouble.
"Boys" the Hokage began catching both Naruto and Ranmaru's attention "we have a situation we need handled and Naruto we need your… expertise" Hiruzen said.
"What is it old man" Naruto said giving a bone chilling smile that made bith old men uncomfortable.
"We got 2 targets traveling to a town from Konoha" Hiruzen said throwing a scroll to the boy who opened it and read it while Hiruzen continued "Kizashi and Mebuki Haruno. Kizashi is a member of a merchant guild and has been swindling money from them I need you to take them out. Normally it's illegal to put a bounty on someone from the same village but that's were Danzo comes in" he said pointing to the crippled man next to him. "Danzo is the leader of Root an organization that does "under the table" missions for Konoha. A root agent will accompany you and watch your work and provide back up if necessary" Hiruzen finished.
Naruto looked at the man "So we kill 2 people? Any weapons or training I should know about?"
"Both were chunin about 15 years ago" Danzo said speaking up for the first time since the meeting began "no bloodlines no special training".
"OK" Naruto said getting excited from the prospect of killing; after all being cooped up isn't ideal and he thought everthing he was learning form the academy was boring, he preferred the one-on-one time he spent with Kakashi on the weekends. "Ranmaru" Naruto said calling the boy to attention "get our camping gear ready and pack some provisions we're going hunting". "Copy that Naruto sir" said Ranmaru excitedly as he did enjoy his hunting trips in the forest of death with Naruto even though he was still learning.
Hiruzen lightly chuckled "meet you root agent at the gate in 3 hours don't be late" he warned to which Naruto pouted.
"Hey I may be learning from Kakashi but I ain't gonna be late like him" Naruto said as he and Ranmaru left the room.
"Let the test begin" Danzo said.
"Yes, let's just hope he only kills the 2 targets and not some other poor soul who crosses his psycho-path" Hiruzen said.
Danzo for the first time in decades laughed at his former teammates dark joke.
Gates of Konoha 3 hours later
Naruto with his crossbow and pack and Ranmaru with his bigger pack looked at the root agent who was supposed to be their tail for the mission.
"I'm Sai. Pleasure to meet you" the pale boy said with a fake smile plastered across his face.
"I'm Naruto, this is Ranmaru. Let's get going I want to be back in three days" Naruto said being a little skeptical of the boy in front of him. "Besides Ranmaru here probably wants to be back in time for his girlfriend's birthday party" Naruto said which made the younger boy blush.
"Moegi isn't my girlfriend. Besides you want to be back too because you want to spend time with Hinata again" to which Naruto almost lost his step before correcting himself.
"Of course, I do dipshit but it's not like I care I'm just trying to get close to her so I can lure her in. I Don't have feeling for her" Naruto said as both Ranmaru and Sai looked at him with expressions that read "your so full of shit". "Fuck you both" Naruto huffed as the group of boys started to run down the road to set up an ambush.
Meanwhile in a secret room in the Hyuga compound
Hiashi and Tsume Inuzuka were conspiring together; both the Hyuga and Inuzuka were very close as both were considered well respected among the ninja of Konoha.
"So the pup beat your nephew, threatened you and is trying to seduce your daughter" Tsume said to which Hiashi nodded. "Well if this arranged marriage is gonna be made once they both graduate we gotta get rid of the boy before he makes a unnecessary complication" Tsume said; she wanted Hinata to marry her son because both could make their respected clans stronger and Kiba was the only boy able to provide for her and produce strong future heirs for both clans.
"So it's agreed then" Hiashi asked "but who should take him out?"
"I'll do it" Tsume said surprising Hiashi "after all there's a reason why dogs are used to hunt foxes. I'll take only my daughter as backup she just got promoted to chunin and I wanna evaluate her skills" Tsume said.
"Very well Tsume I think this meeting is adjourned" Hiashi said before being grabbed and roughly kissed by Tsume who smirked a seductive look at the now bashful looking man.
"Come on Hiashi" Tsume purred "You've been so busy recently that we haven't had any fun together".
Hiashi then smiled lightly as he remembered his and Tsume's first romantic encounter 5 years ago after his wife died. What started as a strictly sexual relationship turned into something more, but sadly 2 clan heads can't be in a relationship due to an anti-corruption law instated by the second Hokage.
"Come on Hiashi you can take a hour out of your day can't you" Tsume asked as she began removing her cloths until she was completely naked, turning around to show her toned plump ass to Hiashi 'hook line and sinker' she thought.
Hiashi feeling his will power fade began to disrobe himself as he turned her around to kiss her 'damn woman. Shikaku you are right; women are troublesome'.
Outside Konoha one day later
Mebuki Haruno tied to a tree completely naked was sobbing her eyes out but sadly no one was around to hear her, even if she wasn't gagged. Her and her husband were on the road when they spotted a young boy crying saying he lost his mommy. The next thing she knew her husbands head exploded in a shower of gore and she was then hit in the back of her head. She then woke up as 3 boys were studying her naked body, at first, she thought they were going to rape her. Instead, they're using her as a human anatomy dummy. She didn't deserve this, sure she helped her husband steal money, sure she pressured her daughter to try and marry the last Uchiha but she didn't deserve to be used like this.
"So right here is the liver" Naruto pointing to the spot on Mebuki as Ranmaru who sitting across from her was taking notes like he was getting ready to study for a math test. Sai was sitting next to him also listening to the lesson and painting a very accurate portrait of the anatomy lesson he was listening to for future reference. "It's very delicate a stab, shot, hell even a decent punch can rupture it and once it's damaged and starts bleeding your fucked unless you get to a hospital and a good doctor" Naruto said as Ranmaru nodded.
"Ok Naruto sir" Ranmaru said as he finished jotting down his notes "what next" the boy asked to which Naruto smiled.
"I'm gonna let you finish her" Naruto said as he loaded his crossbow with 2 bolts and handed it to Ranmaru who pointed it at the woman just like Naruto taught him. "Now remember. Squeeze the trigger don't jerk it, it'll mess up the shot; aim the first shot to the heart and the second to the head. Right between the eyes" Naruto said in a calm voice.
Ranmaru was nervous, sure he shot plenty of animals before bot this is different; she's a person their organs here different. But he didn't want to let his teacher down. Ranmaru released the first bolt and it went into the womans chest which caused her to hunch forward; the second bolt hit her in the forehead right between the eyes. As Ranmaru turned to Naruto he saw Naruto with the biggest smile on his face.
"Great shot boy-o" Naruto said as he went over and retrieved his bolts "in a few more years you'll be ably to shoot a stinger off a bee" as he then returned to Ranmaru and ruffled his hair. "Lets head back. I got ramen to eat and Ranmaru has a birthday to attend" Naruto said as all 3 packed up their gear leaving the area and leaving Mebuki tied to the tree for what ever poor unlucky soul to find.
Konoha gates: Dusk the next day
As Naruto and Ranmaru bid farewell to Sai they both started walking to the forest of death. Naruto turned to Ranmaru and stopped him.
"Go on ahead and go to the party I'll be here tomorrow in the morning to take you to the hideout" Naruto said to which Ranmaru looked at him with joy. "Just don't burn the house down when you spend the night ok. I don't got the cash and I ain't raising no pussy arsonist" Naruto said.
"Ok Naruto sir, see you tomorrow" Ranmaru cheered as he rushed off to the party as it was going to start soon.
Naruto looked at the kid running to the party with envy; he never had a party nor did he ever get invited. At least Ranmaru is getting a chance to enjoy it. As he then opened the gate to the forest of death and entered, he didn't know he was being followed by 2 women and 4 dogs.
Tsume whispered to Hana "stay with him, lets find his home and once we find it, we'll kill him and take all his stuff for ourselves" Tsume said to which Hana nodded.
"What about the younger boy? What do we do with him" Hana asked.
"He'll be better off without that monster. We'll set him up with a nice home and give him some "charitable donations" after all he's innocent in all this. Remember this is for Kiba and the future of the clan" Tsume said to which Hana agreed. "Let's move we gave him enough of a head start" Tsume said as both women entered the forest of death along with their dogs.
Little did either woman know, what they were about to face wasn't some weak little academy student and the nightmare they were in for once they meet him.
Hope you like this latest chapter but don't worry shits only gonna get worse. Ranmaru being Naruto's apprentice isn't far-fetched after all he was already with a guy who buried people alive so trading one killer for another isn't unreasonable. Also I killed both of the Haruno's to make Sakura a "antagonist" you'll see in later chapters as her and Sasuke begin a relationship (non-romantic) over their shared pain of losing their parents. Ok well until next time flat is justice.
