Hello people it's me again hopefully you're doing well. Just FYI I started a new series as one of my stories Hatred and Healing is coming to its finale soon. But enough of that lets get another chapter going.
Fox Creek: chapter 9
Naruto was sitting in his usual seat next to Hinata as the final test was about to be administered for his graduation from the academy. Naruto was just waiting to be called up as Ranmaru has already been called up.
Naruto was surprised that the hokage let Ranmaru stay in his class even though he's five years than the youngest student; but he guessed with both his and Kakashi's tutoring he was already genin level. Besides it's not to unusual for someone to graduate young; after all Kakashi did say he graduated at 5 so graduating at 8 probably wouldn't be to outlandish.
"Naruto Uzumaki" Iruka said to which Naruto got up putting on his hat and picking up his crossbow walked to the front and stood in front of Iruka ready to do the test; "Ok Naruto do a Henge, Replacement and make 3 clones" Iruka said to which the boy nodded.
Naruto first henged into a old red haired man to which Iruka look confused.
"Who's that Naruto" he asked in curiosity.
"My old man" Naruto said simply "he died a while back while on a hunt; but he still took down the beast before he got his ticket punched" he said with a grin which made the class on edge as he was talking about his father's death as if it was no big deal.
Before Iruka could ask another question Naruto dropped the henge and replaced himself with a confused looking Hinata before quickly substituting back. Naruto looked back at a slightly pouting Hinata; he quickly gave her his foxy grin and the girl blushed at the silent apology.
Lastly Naruto made a unusual hand sign and yelled "Shadow clone jutsu" as 3 solid clones the appeared shocking the class and Iruka. They then dispersed as Naruto stood their triumphantly.
"Congrats Naruto" Iruka said with pride as he handed the blonde boy a headband to which he tied around his neck like Hinata as if he put it on his forehead, it would make it uncomfortable with him wearing his hat.
Naruto then walked back and sat down next to a smiling Hinata "look princess I did it; not bad for a red neck ehh" Naruto said to which Hinata giggled.
"You don't give yourself enough credit Naruto" Hinata said as she patted his shoulder. The rest of the exams went on with a few failings, as it came to a close Iruka spoke up.
"Ok everyone come back in 3 days for team assignments; and once again to those who passed congragulations and to those who failed don't worry you'll do better next year" he said as he then left the room as class was dismissed.
Sasuke Uchiha waited until the end of class to leave as he took a final look at Naruto walking out with Ranmaru and Hinata; Sasuke didn't like the boy but the reason was personal to the Uchiha. Naruto has a weird aura around him… like Itachi did. Sasuke got up still wondering about the blonde enigma that was Naruto as he exited the class. Little did he know what kind of monster he was sitting next to for all those years they spent in the academy.
Kiba Inuzuka was hiding behind a tree as he saw Hinata walking with Naruto and Ranmaru to a ramen stand. Kiba after being kicked to the curb by his clan had become obsessed with Hinata that it came to a point that his partner Akamaru was worrying about his mental health. Kiba left to go back to his shack as the anger that was building in him for years was reaching the boiling point.
Sakura Haruno was sitting across the street at a local café going completely unnoticed by any of her old classmates. She was once again going over a file from last month that showed a group of bandits; 30 men all killed. It wouldn't seem to weird to hear about, except no mission was sanctioned to take them out and from what she saw they were all hunted down in a 3-day period and died from multiple different causes. Landmines, fire, pit traps, knife wounds and even one case of disembowelment to which the victim was left alive and found but couldn't identify the subject because he didn't see him; and it didn't help his eyes were gouged out. As she put a cigarette in her mouth and started smoking it she sighed in frustration.
'There has to be something I'm missing' she thought as she opened another case file.
3 days later
Naruto was once again waiting in class as he just wanted to get on his team and start doing missions as it has been over a month since he's been on a mission. Although he'll admit when the hokage let him Kakashi and Ramnaru kill those bandits it was pretty fun.
Naruto then heard Iruka speak up "team 7; Sasuke Uchiha, Kiba Inuzuka and random civilian girl, team 8; Shino Aburame, Hinata Hyuga and random civilian boy and team 10; Ino Yamanaka, Shimamaru Nara and Choji Akimichi" Iruka said as Hinata slumped in defeat and Ino groaned in frustration.
'I'm not going to be with Naruto then' Hinata thought dejected but then brightening up when Naruto flashed her a smile and put his hand on her shoulder.
'Great I got those 2' Ino thought looking at her teammates 'why couldn't I get someone cool like Sasuke, useful like Naruto or cute like Ranmaru' she thought. While she'd never admit it, she thought Naruto was nice as he always flirted with her every time, he sold flowers at her shop and more than on one occasion caught him staring at her ass. She also liked Ranmaru she thought he was so cute when he blushed whenever she talked to him and he nearly fainted one time when she kissed him on his cheek and he turned into a stuttering bashful mess. She giggled lightly at the memory.
"Hey Iruka you forgot about me and Ranmaru" Naruto said which Iruka then nodded in understanding.
"Yes, since you and Ranmaru are special cases, you'll be put in a team to replace the 2 members who were killed; come on in" Iruka said as a pale skinned boy walked in.
"Sai how goes it; did you get my package" Naruto said as the pale boy gave a real smile.
"Yes, I did. I'm grateful for the spider eggs" Sai said as he sat next to Naruto and Ranmaru.
'What the hell a pale pretty boy, a sexy redneck and a cute little brother type; how am I this unlucky' Ino thought as she looked at the team Naruto and Ranmaru were on while crying anime tears.
"Ok everyone" Iruka said "come back here at 10 am to meet your sensei's" he said before he left the class.
Ino then got up and walked over to Ranmaru and hugged him from behind pressing his head against her chest "aww me and RanRan ain't gonna be on a team together" she said childishly as Ranmaru blushed at the nickname the blonde girl calls him. "I'm gonna miss you" Ino said as she pecked the boy on the cheek making him blush and stammer as the blonde Yamanaka girl left and Naruto laughed at Ranmaru.
"Aww Ranmaru has another girlfriend; be careful or Moegi and Hanabi will be jealous" Naruto said which made Ranmaru pout.
"I will never break either of their hearts like that I'm not a playboy" Ranmaru said. Ranmaru had met Hanabi through Hinata shortly after meeting Moegi; both girls claimed owner ship of the boy's heart and after a minor fist to cuffs agreed to share the boy. Since that day Naruto has been poking fun at the fact the boy wasn't even in the double digits of age yet and already was in a love triangle.
Hinata then lightly slapped Naruto on the back of his head "stop picking on him" she said to which Naruto rubbed the spot and grinned.
"Ok, Sai, Ranmaru lets go eat; bye Hinata" Naruto said as he then playfully kissed Hinata's forehead and ran off with Ranmaru before she could respond.
"I think he likes you" Sai said before he left as well not seeing Hinata faint in her seat.
Kiba was looking at the scene in anger but held his tongue as he knew Hinata would come running into his arms whenever Naruto is killed.
2 hours Later
As Naruto, Sai and Ranmaru entered the class room they were about to sit down and wait for their sensei. Just as they entered a ball of cloth busted through the window as 4 kunai then flew in four different directions to open up the cloth which turned out to be a banner. Once open it read 'The sexy, single, snake mistress; Anko Mitarashi'.
Naruto then sweat dropped at his neighbors antics as he looked at Anko; he did find her attractive, her hair, bust, body, bloodlust it did peak his interest,but he already had his heart set on Hinata. Anko then turned to Naruto and smiled.
"Hey Naru, Ranmu. How's it going; killing hard or hardly killing" she asked which made the rest of the class a little scared of the exchange.
"Hardly killing; those damn tigers keep killing the deer and the fire breathing goats keep destroying the rabbit egg nests" Naruto responded which then caused Shikamaru stand up.
"Rabbits don't lay eggs" he said in concern for the blonde boys education.
"And goats shouldn't spit fire but nature says otherwise" Naruto said as the goats were his mortal enemies as they are hard to kill and they breed faster than roaches because 20 goats are born from a single host the goat impregnates.
"Back on topic" Anko said getting Naruto and companies attention. "I'm your sensei due to your and Ranmaru's expertise so let's go and get this shit over with; forest of death 10 minutes" Anko shouted dispelling in a swirl of snakes which made everyone in the class room except Naruto, Sai, Ranmaru, Shino and Sasuke scream for their safety.
Forest of Death 10 minutes later
Anko was eating dango and day dreaming about killing Orochimaru as the 3 boys that were to make up her team showed up. "Cool" Anko said "now I'm suppose to give you 3 a test but I know your more than capable of being ninja especially you Sai as you've been a ninja for a few years" she said as Sai nodded. "So instead, we're going to go on a mission tomorrow" Anko said as Naruto and Ranmaru looked excited because it's been a while since they been on a mission "but it's a protection mission so no unnecessary killing" she said.
Naruto and Ranmaru then looked depressed until Sai consoled them by telling them they might be able to kill someone if they attack first which perked both boys up immediately which made Anko chuckle. Anko has been on a few missions with Naruto and Ranmaru since her bloodlust and need to kill was on par with Naruto and she liked to snuggle with Ranmaru because she like many other women and girls thought he was like a living plushie.
"Our mission is to protect a guy named Tazuna back to his home of wave country pretty cut and dry so all 3 of you go home pack your shit and be ready to leave tomorrow at 7am sharp" Anko said to which Naruto and Ranmaru shouted in excitement and Sai nodded in understanding.
Next Morning
Naruto, Ranmaru and Sai were waiting for Anko and their client so they can get underway with their mission. They then saw Anko dragging a drunk man with her snakes as he was screaming about how its too early to start the trip.
"Ok people" Anko shouted in her over the top manner "let roll out; lets kick names and take ass" she said as everyone was certain she meant what she said.
Naruto and company have been walking down the road for 2 hours as Ranmaru was talking to Anko about Hanabi and Moegi and how Ino might like him too, at which Anko then poked fun at him for being Konoha's youngest play boy.
As the group of 5 walked down the path Anko saw a puddle that was a horrible attempt to set up a ambush; Anko was about to say something until Naruto raised his hand with a foxy grin on his face.
"I gotta piss" he said with a smile on his face as he then walked over to the puddle.
Gozu and Meizu were worrying that they have been found out as the blonde boy started to walk over to them; their worry then turned to anger as the blonde boy unzipped his pants and started pissing on them. They both silently agreed that they'll kill the kid first.
Naruto once done zipped up his pants and walked back about 15 feet and unslung the crossbow on his shoulder.
Gozu was wondering what he was about to do until his brother had the top of his head blown off with a crossbow bolt. So stunned by the death of his brother he didn't see the second bolt as it hit him in the stomach.
As Gozu was distracted by the pain Ranmaru appeared in front of him and hit him in the face with a homemade wooden club knocking him out.
Gozu then woke up tied up with a smirking Anko standing in front of him and a nervous looking Ranmaru standing next to her.
"Ok Ranmaru" Anko said in a sickeningly sweet voice "let me see how good your torture and interrogation skills are" Anko said as Gozu swallowed hard.
"But what if I mess up" Ranmaru said as he looked down and shifted his feet until Anko bent down and put a hand on his shoulder.
"Don't worry" Anko said with compassion in her voice "if you get stuck big sis Anko will help" she said to which Ranmaru perked up and nodded. Ranmaru then jogged lightly to the bound rogue ninja and bowed.
"This is my first-time torturing someone for information so I hope I don't kill you by accident" the boy said to Gozu who was nearly having a full-on panic attack because the kid was more nervous about messing up the torture than whether he killed him or not. Ranmaru then pulled out a pair of pliers and approached Gozu.
Tazuna was standing with Naruto and Sai at the road as he tried to block out the screams of the man that younger kid and that snake woman dragged to the woods. He then looked over to the 2 boys who were keeping him company and saw Sai drawing a picture of Naruto, while Naruto was posing over the corpse of the other ninja his foot on him with his crossbow in full view; like some big game hunter who just shot an elephant.
"The fuck is wrong with you 2" Tazuna shouted at the 2 boys who looked at him in confusion.
"What's the problem " Sai said which made Tazuna look livid.
"Your sensei and teammate are torturing a man in the woods and you're here drawing a picture of your other teammate posing over a dead body" Tazuna said with anger in his face at how inconsiderate the 2 were to the dead.
"And" Sai said as he expected Tazuna to continue.
"And! That's all you have to say" Tazuna asked his patience growing thin.
Just then a rustle was heard as a smiling and bloody Ranmaru ran up to Naruto with a childish expression on his face and in his voice "Naruto, Naruto I just tortured my first guy and I got the info off him" he said with pride as Naruto then ruffled his bloody hair.
"Good job buddy how was it" Naruto asked proud at his little brother/apprentice as torturing someone was pretty advanced as he still wasn't that good at Ranmaru's age.
"It was pretty damn impressive" Anko said as she walked out behind Ranmaru and hugged him from behind pushing her large cleavage into the back of his head making him blush "our little Ranmu finally popped his cherry; I'm so proud of him" Anko said wiping a imaginary tear from her eye. Tazuna looking at the exchange was wondering if he should call child services once he gets to wave.
Anko then turned serious as she approached Tazuna and scowled "why didn't you say you had a bounty on your head" she asked with a tone of anger. Tazuna then swallowed hard as he then explained everything Gato, his villages situation, how he couldn't afford a higher ranked mission so he had to go with a relatively new team. Anko then pinched the bridge of her nose and breathed heavily.
"Well, it's too late to turn back so we'll continue" Anko said to which Tazuna was about to speak until Anko spoke first "but, you better be able to pay for a higher mission once we're done. If not, I'll use you to give Ranmaru a lesson in dissection" she said with a little bit of killing intent to get her point across.
Tazuna gulped but nodded as he didn't want to piss of the woman any more than she already was. Anko then threw something at Naruto who caught it, Tazuna was unsure what it was until it registered; it was the other ninja's head.
"Seal both of their heads into a scroll you can get a bonus for turning them in" Anko said to which Naruto nodded and proceded to cut off the head from the corpse he was standing on and seal both into a scroll.
"Let's do this" Naruto shouted in excitement "we got places to go and people to kill" he said to which Ranmaru cheered, Sai nodded, Anko fist pumped and Tazuna wondered what the hell he got himself into.
As the group moved down the road a figure was hiding in the trees and saw everything, 'I got to warn lord Zabuza' the figure thought as it disappeared in swirl of ice.
Here's the newest chapter. I'm just letting y'all know that I would've just liked to skip this arc as it's so over done but I decided to do it anyway so sorry if it feels rushed. I will post another chapter soon so until next time Anko is second best alternate wife to Naruto change my mind.
