Chapter 5 Lucy
Years Later Hargeon Port
A young blonde woman dressed in a white and blue outfit had just bought a brand new celestial key.
"Wow, I can't believe I got a Spirit Key in this port town," Lucy smiled looking at her new Silver Key.
As she was walking through the town, she bumped into someone knocking her on her butt.
"Oww," Lucy said.
"Oh, I'm sorry, are you okay," a young female voice said.
"You really need to pay attention to where you are going child," another female voice said.
"Aye, you can't space out all the time," another voice said.
"Sorry, there's a lot on my mind," the young girl said.
Lucy opened her eyes and saw a young girl about 13 years old with blue hair in pigtails, she wore a long sleeve top and had a white scarf around her neck. She also wore a skirt and high knee socks.
The girl leaned down at Lucy "Hey are you okay,"
Lucy nodded "Yeah I'm fine, you should watch where you are going, kid,"
The girl bowed "I'm sorry, I sometimes get lost in thought sometimes,"
"It's fine," Lucy reassured, "Where are the other two, I swear I heard two other people here,"
"That would be us," a voice said.
Lucy looked down and her eyes widened. The other two were cats one blue and the other white. "CATS! And they talk,"
"Aye, I'm Happy," the blue one introduced.
"And I'm Carla," the white one said.
"I'm Wendy," Wendy bowed "it's nice to meet you,"
"I'm Lucy," Lucy smiled "Are you and your cats all by yourselves,"
Wendy nodded "Yeah we just brought in a rogue mage who kidnaps woman, we were heading back home,"
"Wait, you're a wizard," Lucy said shocked.
Wendy smiled and nodded and showed her right shoulder "Yup, I'm a wizard of the Fairy Tail Guild,"
"Fairy Tail! For Real," Lucy excitedly.
"Yeah," Wendy nodded.
"Wow, I've always wanted to join Fairy Tail," Lucy smiled.
"Eh, are you a wizard Lucy-san," Wendy said.
Lucy nodded "Yeah, I'm a Celestial Wizard,"
"Wow, you don't see much of those anymore," Carla said.
"Yeah, so rare," Happy said.
"Hey, do you think I can join," Lucy asked?
Wendy smiled "Of course we always welcome new members, come on before we miss the train,"
"Okay," Lucy smiled.
"Aye, sir," Happy said.
Wendy, Happy, and Carla along with their new friend Lucy then got on to the train all of them heading to Magnolia. The train ride was a smooth one with no problems.
"So, Wendy, tell me about Fairy Tail," Lucy asked. "I only heard stories about it,"
Wendy was about to speak but was interrupted when a group of robbers broke into the train.
"Hands up, this is a robbery," the leader shouted, swinging his sword.
"Yeah, give us your money," the second one said.
"Robbers, what are we going to do," Lucy said, but Wendy was silent.
One of the robbers went up to Wendy and her group "Hey ladies, how about you give us your money and valuables,"
"Don't think you can get away with this, robbing these people how low can you go," Lucy shouted.
"Hah! What you say you stupid bitch," the robber smacked Lucy across the face.
"Lucy-san," Carla said.
The robber smirked at Lucy, who was on the ground "How about we take you as well, and we can have some fun," he smiled lecherously.
Lucy just glared at the man "Freakin scum,"
The man then raised his weapon "But first let's put you to sleep first,"
Lucy shut her eyes when the man was about to hit her, but she felt nothing. Lucy opened her eyes and saw Wendy grabbed the man's arm.
"What the hell," the robber shouted.
"Sorry, but I'm not letting you hurt her," Wendy glared at the man.
"Stay out of this brat," the man was about to punch Wendy, but she quickly ducked and elbowed the man in the stomach, knocking him out. The other robbers were shocked at this and they all charged at Wendy.
"Stupid Brat,"
The robbers all attacked Wendy but she dodged all their attacks with easily overpowered them with her combat skills.
"Wow," Lucy said in amazement "She's amazing,"
"Yup, it's hard to believe she's only 12," Happy said.
"I'm 13," Wendy shouted as she fought.
"Eh for real, she's that young and yet she fights like a master," Lucy said in awe. It was then Lucy saw one of the men approaching from behind Wendy. "Wendy behind you,"
Wendy turned and saw the man about to hit her with his sword, the man brought his sword down but Wendy blocked it with her kunai.
"Stupid brat," the man shouted.
Wendy just smirked, she kicked the man away and clapped her hands together, and wind circulating in her hands.
WIND STYLE GALE PALM
Wendy pushed her palm out and sent the man flying with a blast of wind, knocking the man out.
"What was that? Wind Magic," Lucy said shocked by the move.
Carla smiled "In a way, its known as Ninjitsu its uses internal spiritual energy known as Chakra, Wendy is capable of shaping it and weaponizing it,"
"Ninjutsu, wow," Lucy said amazed.
"But that's not all Wendy can do," Happy jumped.
Wendy then took a deep breath.
SKY DRAGON ROAR
Weny unleashed a powerful breath attack at the rest of the robbers knocking them all out.
"What was that," Lucy shouted.
"Dragon Slayer magic, its Lost Magic only known to a few wizards," Happy explained "And Wendy here is a Sky Dragon Slayer,"
"Dragon Slayer Magic," Lucy said.
The cats nodded. "Yup, it's a form of magic that lets you kill dragons," Happy smiled.
Wendy took a breath "Okay the robbers are taken care of, let's get going,"
"Thank you so much,"
"You saved us,"
The train passengers all thanked Wendy, as the knights arrived and took away the robbers. After some time Wendy sat back down in her seat with Lucy, Happy, and Carla.
"Wow, Wendy, that was amazing," Lucy smiled.
Wendy smiled back "Thank you, it wasn't much,"
"No, I mean it I have never seen someone so young fight off bandits before," Lucy complimented.
"Really," Wendy sheepishly laughed.
"But compared to her brother, she's basically mediocre," Happy teased.
"Happy," Wendy growled.
"Aye," Happy jumped in fear.
"Your brother?" Lucy raised an eyebrow.
Wendy nodded "Yeah, he's super strong, one of the strongest members in the guild he's the one who helped me with my Ninjutsu training,"
"Wow, he sounds amazing. Who is he," Lucy asked?
Wendy smiled "His name is Natsu,"
"Natsu," Lucy blinked. It was then a lightbulb went off in her head "You mean Natsu of the Sharingan, that Natsu,"
Wendy smiled and nodded "Yup,"
"Wow, he's super famous in the wizarding world," Lucy smiled. "I can't believe he's your brother,"
"Yup, that's my brother," Wendy smiled.
"Aye, he's leagues ahead of Wendy when it comes to skills, power, and brains," Happy said.
"Wow, I only hear about him in stories, they say he's super intense," Lucy said.
"He may come off that way, but he's really kind," Wendy told her.
"Yes, no one will actually believe it, but he's kind of a pacifist," Carla said.
"Wow, really," Lucy said amazed hearing that a feared mage is kind of a softy.
"Yeah, but when he gets serious he's super scary," Happy said.
"Oh we're here now," Wendy looked out the window seeing they arrived in Magnolia. "Come on, the guild hall is close,"
"Ah wait, Wendy," Lucy called running after the girl and her cats. After some time, the group arrived at the guildhall.
"We're here," Happy cheered.
"Wow," Lucy smiled seeing the large guildhall.
"Welcome to Fairy Tail," Wendy smiled.
Wendy then opened the doors to the guild "I'm back,"
"Welcome back, Wendy," the guild shouted.
Wendy smiled and walked in with Happy, Carla, and Lucy following.
"Welcome back, Wendy, Happy, Carla" a white-haired bartender smiled.
"I'm back, Mira-san," Wendy smiled.
Due to a past incident, Mira had retired from being a mage to a bartender and model. Still, though her power is something to fear.
"So how was the job," Mira asked.
"It was good, oh and I brought a new recruit," Wendy nodded "This is Lucy-san, she wants to join the guild,"
Lucy was blushing in embarrassment "Wow, you're Mirajane, the famous model,"
Mira smiled "Hi there, wow its rare that Wendy bring in new members,"
Lucy bowed "Please let me join Fairy Tail,"
"Sure, but you have to ask the Master first," Mira told her.
"Yo, Wendy heard you're back," Gray stepped in.
Lucy blushed and jumped "Why is he naked,"
Happy signed "That's Gray for ya,"
"He really needs to control that," Carla signed.
"Hi, Gray-san," Wendy greeted.
Gray then started to prepare himself for a fight "How about we finish our match from before," he smirked.
Wendy then started to power up as well "Fine by me,"
"Hmm, don't forget about me, you need a real man to test your power Wendy," Elfman stomped in.
The guild then as usual broke out into the all-out brawl between guildmates, Gray shooting ice everywhere and stripping, Elfman ranting about being a real man, Wendy flying around punching and kicking people.
Lucy sweat dropped "Uh, does this happen a lot,"
Carla signed "Sadly yes,"
"Aye, it's lots of fun," Happy smiled.
It was then the group felt a large stomp, and the group who were all fighting stopped in their tracks. Lucy looked up and jumped in fear and shock seeing a giant standing before them.
"WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE!" the giant shouted.
"Woah he's huge," Lucy jumped.
"Why hello Master, you're back already," Mira smiled.
Once everyone in the guild calmed the giant turned into a short old man in orange.
"He shrunk," Lucy said. "And wait if he's the master then,"
Mira nodded "Yes, this is Master Makarov, third master of Fairy Tail,"
Makarov jumped to the second floor but accidentally hit the railing. He quickly regained his footing. Makarov coughed, gaining everyone's attention "You've all gone and done it again you clods," he shouted. "Look how much paperwork the magic council sent me this time! This is the biggest pile yet! Have all of you lost your minds! You damn kids are getting the higher-ups mad at me!"
This left the guild in a sobering mood, but Mira kept a smile on her face.
"However," Makarov engulfed the papers into flame turning it into ash. "I say to hell to the magic council! Now listen up. Any power that surpasses reason still comes from reason, right? Magic isn't some miraculous power. It is a talent that only works when the flow of energy inside of us and the flow of the natural world are in perfect synchronization! To perform magic, one must have a strong mind and the ability to focus. It should take over your being and come pouring out of your soul. If all we do is focus on the rules, then our magic will never progress. Don't let those idiots on the Council scare you. Follow the path you believe. 'Cause that's what makes Fairy Tail Number One!"
When Makarov held both his thumb and index finger, the whole guild cheered loudly mirroring him.

Sometime later, Mirajane gave Lucy her official Fairy Tail guild mark.
"There you go, you are now an official member of Fairy Tail," Mira smiled.
Lucy cheered "Wow thank you Mira-san,"
Lucy dance around smiling "Hey Wendy look, I'm a Fairy Tail wizard now,"
Wendy smiled "Congratulations Lucy-san,"
"Welcome Aboard," Happy smiled.
"So you're the new girl," Cana puts her arm around Lucy "How about joining me for a drink,"
Lucy jumped "oh thanks, but no thank you,"
Cana smiled and started fondling Lucy's breast making the blonde blush "Wow, you have quite the knockers on ya don't you," she teased.
Lucy blushed "Please stop it,"
"Cana is drunk again," a member sweatdropped.
"Like that's new,"
"Hey Mira-san do you know when Onii-chan is coming back," Wendy asked.
"Sorry Wendy, but I don't know," Mira responded giving the girl her drink "He left on a job a few days ago,"
"I see," Wendy looked down.
"Don't fret Wendy, I'm sure he'll be back soon, He's an S-Class wizard after all," Makarov smoked. "A job like that shouldn't take long for someone like him,"
Wendy nodded "I know, he just promised to train me once he gets back,"
Mira smiled "You really do look up to him don't you,"
Wendy smiled "I mean yeah he's the strongest person there is,"
"Yeah, your brother is a real man," Elfman shouted.
"You got that right, I may not like the guy that much but there's no doubt he's strong," Gray smirked.
"Yeah, especially with those eyes of his," Cana drank.
"His eyes, oh you mean his Sharingan," Lucy said.
"Yeah one look into those and you're basically a goner," Gray shrugged "Still I'm working my way on how to beat him,"
"Wow," Lucy said.
"Wendy, you're back," Erza walked down from the second floor.
"Erza-san," Wendy smiled.
"Titania Erza," Lucy jumped.
"How was the job," Erza asked.
Wendy smiled "It was good, nothing too difficult,"
"I see I'm proud, I'm sure Natsu would be too," Erza smiled.
It was then the doors to the guildhall opened and the entire guild turned and everyone smiled.
"Well, looks who's back,"
"Seriously that was fast,"
Wendy smiled when she saw the person who entered the guildhall.
Lucy couldn't believe her eyes at who she saw, he was a handsome young man with dark salmon hair, he was dressed in a black shirt and dark pants. He also adored arm guards and a grey flak jacket.
"Wow that's really him," Lucy said.
Mira smiled. "Welcome Home,"
"Natsu,"
