Hello everyone, I'm back once again to bring you another chapter of my story; sorry for the long hiatus I was busy with work but now I got a little time. With nothing else to say lets begin.
Fox Creek: Chapter 17
Konoha: Chunin Exam Arena
Naruto was standing next to Sai and Ranmaru along with team Asuma, team Guy, a random team from Suna and a team from Taki. Naruto adjusted the eyepatch over his ruined right eye; Hinata made him a set of eye patches from scraps of leather she had in order to cover his injury.
"Ok everyone" Genma the proctor said over the loud speaker "It's time to begin the final stage of the chunin exams" he said which got a round of cheers from the crowd.
Hiruzen was sitting in the Kage booth with the 'Kazekage'; Hiruzen knew that Orochimaru was just using the cloths as a disguise and was just waiting for the invasion to kick off in order to stop his rogue student once and for all.
"Quiet a turn out isn't it lord Hokage" the disguised Orochimaru said to Hiruzen "it's a shame Gaara died before he could participate; he would've been more of a spectacle than the team that is participating" Orochimaru said.
"It is always a shame to lose a child; how is your other 2" Hiruzen asked probing Orochimaru.
"They both went rogue a month ago" Orochimaru said "I'm currently looking for those 2 traitors in order to punish them and secure the honor of the village" Orochimaru said.
Hiruzen had to suppress a chuckle at that; looks like Orochimaru had no idea about Naruto and group killing off the 2 of them and 2 rogue ninja as well.
"Ok the first match will be" Genma said gaining the Hokage's attention "Naruto Uzumaki vs Neji Hyuga; everyone please leave to the balcony so we can begin" Genma said.
Neji was staring at his opponent, the person responsible for his humiliation all those years ago; Naruto Uzumaki. "You better give up now Uzumaki" Neji said with a growl "you stand no chance against a genius like me and I will not stop until you are dead at my feet" he said which did nothing to phase the one eyed blonde boy.
"Shut it you cunt" Naruto said getting his crossbow ready "Hinata made me promise not to kill you; but I can still kick your arse six ways to Sunday" he said tilting his hat and getting in a low ready position.
In the stands
Hinata, Kin, Karin, Moegi and Hanabi were all sitting together getting ready to watch Naruto and Neji fight.
"Who do you think is going to win" Moegi said which made each of the other girl's question that themselves.
"Depends" Karin said "Naruto is a distance fighter while Neji is a close-range fighter; both of their fighting styles are the exact opposites of each other. So it will most likely be who messes up first" Karin said which made the girls nod in understanding.
"I'm sure Naruto will do just fine" Kin said which made Hinata nod in agreement.
"I just hope him and Neji don't take it to far; he still hasn't forgiven Naruto from all those years ago" Hinata said making Hanabi scoff.
"Neji is a asshole; he deserved it from what I heard from Naruto and Ranmaru" Hanabi said which got her a smack on the back of the head from Hinata as she did not like her little sister cursing.
Down in the arena
"Ok first match; Naruto Uzumaki vs Neji Hyuga" Genma said raising up his arm "begin" he yelled jumping away to avoid being hit in the cross fire.
Neji was about to rush over to Naruto in order to end the fight quickly but he was surprised to see Naruto run towards him instead; Naruto shot 2 bolts at close range and which Neji dodged. Naruto then in a action that surprised everyone threw his crossbow at Neji.
Neji caught it out of instinct and that was his fatal error; Naruto brought out his knife and charged it with red lightning. Naruto slashed Neji across the chest sending a electrical current through Neji; the metal from his headband and the metal from the crossbow acted as a circuit which caused the current to go on in a loop.
After a few seconds the electricity dispursed; Naruto seeing this as his opportunity to finish the fight appeared behind Neji and with one slash cut his hamstring making him fall to the ground and finishing him with a blow from the blunt end of his knife knocking him out.
Neji was now laying on the ground smoking with his body covered with patches of third degree burns; his forehead which used to have his caged bird seal was now charred black as the metal from his headband burned his skin.
"Oi ref" Naruto yelled picking up his crossbow and sheathing his knife "I think he's dead" Naruto said; a groan from Neji then reached Naruto's ears "never mind; he's just fucked up" Naruto said which made Genma sweat drop.
"Winner Naruto Uzumaki" Genma announced which got a roar of 'boos' from the crowd.
"What the hell", "That was to fast","I lost my bet","I took off work for this" the crowd shouted at Naruto who got angry.
"Fuck the lot of you" Naruto shouted back "this isn't some damn anime that requires a long drawn out fight that takes like 3 episodes to finish; I came here to get promoted" he yelled before Ranmaru and Sai jumped down to drag away a ranting and raving Naruto.
In the jonin box
Guy, Asuma, Kurenai and Kakashi were all sitting in disbelief at how fast the match was; they then heard laughing which came from Anko who was hysterical.
"Holy shit that was fast" Anko laughed "not only did he win he did it in record time to 30 seconds; he beat your time by 4 minutes Kakashi" Anko laughed. Kakashi got a tick mark on his forehead.
"I trained him in that jutsu, I told him to try that; I deserve at least 20 percent of the credit" Kakashi pouted childishly; Guy then looked over to Kakashi angrily.
"You realize Naruto crippled my student right" Guy said fuming with anger "how can you allow him to do that" he demanded to which Kakashi looked at him passively.
"It was either that or Naruto's original plan" Kakashi said making everyone look at him curiously "Naruto originally wanted to shoot him in the Achilles heels to cripple him, them cut off his hands to make sure he can't use the gentle fists" Kakashi said which made the other jounin except Anko pale. "Naruto promised Hinata to not kill him; trust me Neji can recover from that" Kakashi said.
With Hinata and the girls
"Well he didn't kill him" Hinata said as she watched Neji get carried off on a stretcher "although I wish he didn't hurt him that bad" Hinata said; Hanabi crossed her arms and huffed.
"I don't care; Neji is a jerk he needed to be taken down a peg or 2" Hanabi said as she did not like how Neji was always acting superior to everyone.
With Naruto in the competitor's booth
"How could you do that to him" Tenten shouted in Naruto's face.
"Tenten please calm down" Rock Lee said pulling his angry teammate back "Naruto and Neji were in a match, you have to fight by any means necessary" he said which failed to calm Tenten down.
"You better listen to your friend here girlie" Naruto said "otherwise you will be joining him in the infirmary" Naruto said before Rock Lee got in between the 2 of them.
"That will not be necessary Naruto" Rock Lee said "however since you defeated my rival I would like to fight you; to test my skills so I will try to win my match to face you" Lee said. Naruto smirked at this.
"Alright then mate" Naruto said putting out his hand "I wouldn't mind trading blows with a bloke like you; you don't seem like a cunt" Naruto said as Lee took his hand and shook it.
"Of course," Lee said "It's most unyouthful to be a 'cunt' as you put it' he said which made Naruto chuckle. Upon breaking contact Naruto walked over to Ranmaru and Sai.
"Looks like I beat a old enemy and made a new friend" Naruto said which got a chuckle from Ranmaru before they heard Genma speak up.
"Ok next match will be… Ranmaru vs Shikamaru Nara; come down so we can begin" Genma announced.
Ranmaru walked up to Ino and gave her a hug "good luck Ranmaru" Ino said kissing his cheek "kick his ass good for me ok" Ino said.
"I'm standing right here Ino" Shikamaru said a little insulted.
"I know" Ino said simply before kissing Ranmaru once more on the cheek "have fun" she said as Ranmaru rushed to the arena.
"Well I'm going to forfeit" Shikamaru said making Ino and Naruto look at him surprised "I couldn't care less about being promoted so your little boyfriend gets a free pass" he said before he was grabbed on both shoulders by 2 evil looking blondes.
"Ranmaru has been training his ass off for the last month mate" Naruto said squeezing his shoulder "he has been talking about winning non stop and was so excited last night he could hardly sleep" he said.
"Ranmaru and your name have been called" Ino said maliciously "so go down there and fight my cute little Ranran" Ino said in a sickly sweet tone.
In the arena
Ranmaru was doing his pre battle stretches as he was getting ready to show off his stuff; Ranmaru had gone through so much intense training with Anko, he had reserved seats for Karin, Hanabi and Moegi so they can sit comfortably.
"It's my time to shine" Ranmaru said with determination; he then turned around when he heard screaming and a thud and saw Shikamaru on the ground. "Ready to fight Shikamaru" Ranmaru said looking at the Nara boy who was dusting himself off.
"No" Shikamaru said looking back at Naruto and Ino who were acting out what they were going to do to him if he doesn't fight "but it's not like I got a choice" he said as Genma raised up his hand.
"Ok second match Ranmaru vs Shikamaru Nara… begin" he shouted as he jumped away.
Ranmaru jumped backwards and shot a projectile from his sling shot at Shikamaru; Shikamaru blocked it with a kunai and went through hand signs 'Shadow possession Jutsu' he then extended his shadow to capture Ranmaru.
Ranmaru began to run backwards and threw a smoke bomb on the ground creating a plume of smoke; Shikamaru lost sight of Ranmaru for a split second. He then saw Ranmaru appear out of the smoke and throw shuriken towards him.
Shikamaru dodged and landed he then expanded his shadow and caught Ranmaru; Shikamaru then began to walk towards Ranmaru making the boy move as well.
"Give up" Shikamaru said in a bored tone.
"Not really" came the voice of Ranmaru from behind Shikamaru; Shikamaru then felt a blow hit the back of his head as he fell to the ground releasing his jutsu. Shikamaru then was held down by one Ranmaru while the other held his club to Shikamaru's face "Give up" Ramnaru said.
"Fine I give" Shikamaru said, the Ranmaru holding him then puffed into smoke "shadow clone huh; I should've known" Shikamaru said rubbing the spot where Ranmaru hit him.
"Winner Ranmaru" Genma announced which got a round of applause and cheers.
Up in the competitor's box
"What the fuck" Naruto shouted "I finish my fight quick and I get booed but he finfishes his fight quick and he gets cheers" he said; Ino then looked at Naruto.
"Well what do you expect" Ino said gaining Naruto's attention "Ranmaru is cute and cuddly; while you are a one eyed, blood stained, foul mouthed, hillbilly" Ino said sticking out her tongue. Naruto then smirked mischievously.
"Oh yeah" he said making Ino shift away "that's not what Hinata said when you had that dream about me and Ranmaru fighting over who's going to be your boyfriend" Naruto said which made Ino pale.
"Hinata! How could she I told her that in confidence" Ino screeched.
With Hinata
Hinata felt a chill go up her spine as she looked over to the competitors box and saw a fuming Ino yelling and shaking her fist in her direction; 'why is Ino so mad; did Naruto say something to her' Hinata wondered.
In the Arena
After Ranmaru and Shikamaru left the arena Genma spoke up "ok next match is-" he was interrupted when a loud melody began to be played throughout the stadium. Genma then felt himself begin to feel sleepy 'genjutsu' Genma thought 'release' he then pushed chakra through his system breaking the hold of the genjutsu.
With Tayuya
Tayuya was playing her melody genjutsu to put the crowd asleep to begin the first phase of the invasion plan; she was told to replace Kabuto as the caster and once the crowd was knocked out join lord Orochimaru on the roof to put up the barrier.
As Tayuya saw her genjutsu take effect she kept playing her melody 'almost done; all I got to do is finish this last part and then I can go to the next step' Tayuya thought; she then heard a explosion come from the Kage box.
'Fuck; I better hurry I don't want- 'Tayuya was brought out of her thoughts by a crossbow bolt hitting her in the chest; as she looked down to the projectile sticking out of her chest the top of her head was blown off my a second bolt.
With Naruto
Naruto saw the girl playing the melody fall down dead as he moved his eye away from the scope of his crossbow "you 2 ladies done yet" Naruto asked as he turned to Ranmaru and Sai.
"Almost" Ranamru said as he slit the throat of one of the sand ninjas "ok I'm done" he said before moving over to a unconscious Ino.
"Both of my targets are dead" Sai said as he flicked the blood off his tanto from the other 2 sand ninja.
"Good" Naruto said reloading his crossbow "now then let's get to business boys; it's killin' time" Naruto said as he disappeared in a swirl of leaves.
With Hiruzen and Jiraya
Hiruzen and Jiraya were staring down Orochimaru and 3 of the former sound ninja 4.
"Looks like Tayuya failed" Orochimaru said as he did not see the female sound ninja "I guess we will have to improvise; I hate it when things don't go according to plan" he said as he drew out his Kusanagi sword.
"You can thank Naruto for that" Hiruzen said shedding his robes revealing his armor "but enough of that; time for you to pay for your crimes Orochimaru" he said getting into a fighting stance.
"I'm going to correct the mistake I made all those years ago" Jiraya said getting into a fighting stance himself.
"Once I'm done with the both of you I'll kill that Naruto you love so much sensei" Orochimaru spat as he and the remaining sound ninja 4 began to charge at the 2.
With Naruto
Naruto was on the roof od the stadium picking off sand and sound ninja with his crossbow; as he shot another one he chuckled 'another one bites the dust' he thought as he fired another bolt hitting a sand ninja in the head.
Naruto was about to reload until he dodged a strike and jumped away; as he landed, he say his attacker "Oi what the bloody fuck are you doing" Naruto yelled at a scowling Hiashi Hyuga.
"Shut it demon" Hiashi spat "you have caused me and my clan enough trouble; you attacked my nephew, you and your little sidekick seduced both of my daughters, and you crippled my Tsume" Hiashi said in anger.
Naruto then realized something and smiled "so you're the one who sent those 2 bitches after me all those years ago" Naruto said making Hiashi even angrier "you know when the fox was mind raping the shit out of 'your Tsume' he told me she was calling for some bloke to save her; never would've guessed it was you" Naruto said smiling evilly at the now enraged Hiashi.
"I'll kill you here and now" Hiashi said "what's one more dead body on a battlefield; and after I'm done, I'll kill that little partner of yours too" Hiashi said activating his Byakugan and getting into his gentle fist stance.
Naruto lost all sense of joy and gained a serious dark look on his face "no one threatens Ranmaru" Naruto said getting into a low ready position "you just signed your death warrant" Naruto said as he and Hiashi stared each other down.
As the battle between Konoha, Oto and Suna raged around them; Naruto and Hiashi were fighting their own personal battle.
Ok another chapter done; just FYI the next chapter will be mainly focused on the Naruto vs Hiashi fight and I plan on doing a filler/Omake chapter as well. Now then please like comment and share and until next time bye.
