Remus was simply walking to Care of Magical Creatures from the only class he didn't share with any of his friends, when he was suddenly pinned to a wall. He looked around and saw Regulas and Narcissa Black glaring at him. His mind filled with panic as he remembered the previous year, when the pair had done the same thing over Sirius suddenly becoming extremely close with him.

"So, you and Sirius are 'just good close friends'?" Narcissa scolded.

Remus swallowed hard. They knew. Not that it was hard to hide. "Uh, th-that was last year." He managed to get out.

"And this year?" The 7th-year Slytherin Prefect questioned again.

"Uhhhhhhh... That's how things started."

The blonde Black narrowed her eyes. This was not what she wanted to hear.

"So you are dating my brother!" Regulas all but shouted.

Remus nodded. He couldn't find his voice at the moment.

This was all the cousins needed. However instead of slapping, kicking, or any form of physical harm, they simply moved in closer, wands held up against the werewolf's throat.

"Remember what we said last year." Narcissa Black warned, "Although we don't agree with Sirius turning his back on us, he's still family. And as of yet, he is still intact on our Family Tree. So if you hurt him," the girl leaned in even closer, "we hurt you."

"Yeah, if you thought the attack in this morning's headline was bad," Regulas added with a degree of malice abnormal for a 2nd-year, "just wait and see what happens to you if my brother gets heart-broken."

Remus tried to calm his breathing and heart. He knew this would happen, oh why did Padfoot have to be part of a Pure-blood supremacist family?

"And, if my dear cousin gets burned off the Family Tree because of you," Narcissa then smirked so menacingly, one could clearly see the sisterly resemblance between her and Bellatrix Lestrange, "well, let's just say it's a good thing you're already covered with scars."

Remus's entire body filled with fear. It seemed more intense than the previous encounter, although that could've been his brain misremembering.

"Do we make ourselves clear?" Narcissa sternly asked with the air of a punishing adult.

Remus tried to nod, but the wands at his throat made that near impossible. "I understand." He chocked out.

"Good." Narcissa replied, then slowly removed her wand. "Regulas will keep an eye on you after I graduate, and before then, both of us will. Understand?"

"Understood." Remus shakily said.

"Good." Narcissa replied. Then she placed a hand on her cousin's shoulder and sweetly said, "Have a nice day." Then the pair walked off to their classes.

It took a while for Remus to calm himself enough to get to Care of Magical Creatures. When he finally made it, his friends immediately noticed something was off with him.

"Moony what happened?" James asked.

"Did a ghost pass through you?" Sirius asked.

"Your family is scary." Remus told Sirius.

Sirius scowled, "What did they do?"

"Pinned me against a wall and told me that if I break your heart or cause you to burned off your family tree," Remus answered, "they'd viciously go after me."

"What? Those... why can't they leave me alone?" Sirius bursted.

"As creepy and scary as that sounds," James said, "it shows that they still care."

"Or are just looking for an excuse to go after non-pure-bloods and blood-traitors." Sirius added. He rolled his eyes, "It's getting really hard with them. Things have been tense since Dromy got married, and everyone's worried I'll end up like her."

James couldn't help but pity his friends. He put a hand on Sirius's shoulder and smiled sympathetically at him. Then class started.
