After reporting, the Hokage let Ren home, they didn't know what rank that assassin but since Ren kill it easily according to what he says, the Hokage think that it just a Specialized Jonin with great skill in sneaking.

The next day, Ren go to the Mission Department to take a mission. He walk inside and took a C-Rank mission with the highest reward.
Ren then walk to the staff in charge of the Mission Department.
"Hi, i would like to take this mission!" Ren handed the mission to the staff.
"I'm sorry this mission required two or more member to take this mission." The staff in charge look at the mission then refuse.
"Is that so?" Ren look around to find a partner when he spotted Might Duy.
"Hey, can you form a team with me to take this mission?" Ren walk behind Might Duy, startling the guy.
"Me?" Might look down at the little kid in confusion.
"Yes, you!" Ren said with a smile.
Might Duy observe the kid when he notice that the kid seem familiar then closed his eyes to think and open his eyes now filled with shock.
"Yo -You are that Kaito Ren who defeat a Jonin??" Might Duy said looking up and down at Ren.
The staff in charge look at Ren with surprise, although he hear a kid named Kaito Ren defeated a Jonin with so many witness, but he didn't know what Ren look like.
"Yes, that's me, so anyway are you up to team with me?"
"Of course i agree." Might Duy agree with thumbs up and a flashy smile.
They both then head to staff.
"Now that i have a teammate, so there's no more problem right?" Ren said as he hand the mission back to the staff.
"Yes..." The staff was about to stamps on it subconsciously when he stop.
"No wait here let me report it to Hokage-sama first" The staff hurriedly said then run.
'Ren is a young genius if something bad happens while he was on mission and i didn't report it to Hokage-sama that Kaito Ren take a mission, i may be executed.' The staff dreadfully thought while running like an athlete.
Ren and Duy talk as they wait for the staff.

"I see thank you for reporting" Hokage closed his eyes to think.
'Ren is indeed genius but without experiencing how cruel this world, he won't grow stronger'
Hokage open his eyes and look at the staff Ninja standing in front him then said: "Alright, aprove it"
"Y -Yes, Hokage-sama!"

In a small Town miles away from Konoha, Ren and Duy in civilian clothing quietly followed a caravan.
"There are Ninjas inside the caravan" Ren said, his iris is glowing in yellow light as he observe.
"How did you know?"Duy ask as he look at the civilian but couldn't find any.
"With my bloodline."
Duy scratch his cheek at Ren's answer but turned serious as he look at the caravan direction.
"This is bad, unknown Ninja manage to sneak into our borders."
'This is indeed bad, just yesterday one try to assassinate me and now some Ninja from other village sneak in to do unknown activity.' Ren thought as he stand up.
"I shall report it to Hokage-sama and ill be back so don't engage." Ren said as he flash up on air without waiting for Duy's respond.
Suspend on air, Ren face at Konoha's direction, his body glint for a moment before travelling at the speed of light in straight direction.
PEW!
Ren can indeed travel at the speed of light but only in straight line. His flashing in a flash of light or just teleportation is only for short distance.
Might Duy drop his jaw as he look at Ren standing on air and before he could react Ren is already gone.
"Wha -What the heck was that!!"

Inside the Hokage Tower.
The Hokage is peacefully doing his job, when suddenly a laser pierce the window of his tower, startling him and the Anbu guarding the Hokage in shadow.
"What is this?" Hokage said as he and the Anbu circle around the star shaped light, who was floating in front of his desk.
"It's me." A voice, that can be heard at the strange light in front of them, said.
Before they could question on who it was, the star-shaped-light suddenly took a shape of a child and as the light vanish, Ren appeared in front of them.
"Kaito Ren?!" The Hokage look at the kid in front of him in surprise.
"Hokage-sama, im here to report my mission" Ren then recount how his mission and the location, making the Hokage and Anbu serious.
"I see, i will send Ninja to that location. Good work, Kaito R-" the Hokagebsaid then look at Ren, only to find that Ren is already gone.
"Where is he?"
"Well, Hokage-sama... He turn into light... Th -Then vanish."

While the Hokage give order to intercept and catch those unknown Ninjas for interrogation, Ren already back.
Ren look around only to find Ninjas surrounding Duy. Flashing beside Duy, which made the Ninjas around to be on guard.
"Ren why are you back? Didn't you say you are going to report to Hokage-sama?" Duy ask in surprise as he look at Ren standing beside him.
"I already did and why are you surrounded?"
"Well, when your body glow they see it too, which is why they came so fast to investigate only to find me, they then surrounded me and you came." Might Duy look embarrassed while he was telling that.
"Hmm so it's my fault" Ren look at the Ninjas around them and said to Duy.
"Duy, can you stand behind me?"
"O -Okay"
When he was sure that Duy is behind, both his palm glow and before the Ninjas around them could wonder, Ren suddenly clap his glowing palm making an explosion.
BOOM!!
The explosion create a smoke and dust that surround both Ren and Duy.
Ren didn't made that smoke screen for him but for Duy as he was not sure about Duy's strength.
Cough! Cough!
"Duy let's attack them" Ren said to a coughing Duy, as he pull his Light Sword out of his palm.
"Shouldn't we retreat and wait for back up?"
"It'll take time before they arrive"
"Alright..." Duy still look unsure but still, they both then charge at the enemy.
Ren came out of the smoke screen and what greets him is a 5 Chuunin of this unknown group, who look flabbergast at Ren as they assume, Ren and Duy would escape using that smoke screen as distraction.
As Ren charge, one of the five Chuunin also charge at him.
The Chuunin that charge at Ren made a handsign and a 36 inches solid sword made of water appeared on his hand.
Suiton: Mizu no Yaiba [Water Release: Sword of Water]
Clank!
The Sword of Light and Water Sword Technique clash, creating a small steam as.
"What a surprise, you damn brat. You actually stop my sword." Said the grinning Chuunin, as he use all his strength to suppress Ren but failed to do so.
"Hmph" Ren harrumph and increase the heat of his Sword.
Swish!
"What?!" The Chuunin sword was cut in half.
PEW!
Ren then point his finger at the Chuunin forehead's and fire a laser beam that pierce the Chuunin forehead killing him.
"Suiton: Suikusari no Jutsu [Water Release: Water Chains Technique]
Suddenly one of the Ninja cast a binding Ninjutsu at Ren to immobilize him while another two Ninja preparing to cast Ninjutsu at Ren.
"Suiton: Mizu Peretto no Jutsu [Water Release: Water Pellet Technique]"
"Suiton: Mizu Peretto no Jutsu [Water Release: Water Pellet Technique]"
The two Ninja spit a bullet, the size of an adult fist, head towards Ren from his left and right at highspeed.
BANG!
"Did we get him?" Said the Chuunin who bind Ren with chains made of water.
They all wait for the dust to be cleared, only to find an empty space where they fire their Ninjutsu.
"What?!"
"Where is he?"
"Chimon, find him." The Chuunin who cast a water chain at Ren said to his companion.
"Got it." Chimon said with confidence, closed his eyes and search for Ren chakra, Suddenly his eyes open wide in shock.
Ren instantly appeared behind the guy who use water chains on Ren and stab his heart with ligh sword.
PIERCE!
"Yuito, behi-" Chimon words was cut in short as he watch another of his companion died again.
"Dammit, he disappeared again."
"That bastard... Chimon, hurry up find the bastard"
"Alright" Chimon said and closed his eyes again to feel Ren's chakra.
"A -Above" they all look and ready to fire Ninjutsu but unfortunately Ren is faster than them.
Suspend on air, Ren holds one of his hands in front of him with the other hand supporting it. Then, he fires a large yellow Light Wave or Light Sphere at the 3 unknown Ninja.
"Light Cannon!"
BOOOOM!
The blast creates a huge mushroom cloud explosion on impact, Duy and the Jonin leader who's fight each other, stop then retreat and look at the scene with gaping mouth.
"This kid..." The Jonin look aghast at Ren power.
"I know he was strong enough to defeat a Jonin but this..." Duy look gobsmacked at Ren.
"Duy, lets finish this" flashing beside Duy Ren said.
"A -Alright" Ren words made Duy come back to his sense and turned serious.
