Hey guys, here's the next chapter of a Shattered Soul for you guys and I got a bunch of stuff to talk about. First of all, with the Covid situation getting somewhat worse than usual, I was assigned to do WFH (Work from home notice) and I would not be required to come to camp for the weekdays due to it.

This has given me more chances to work on both of my content. Though I am not so sure when they would call me back but till then, expect my uploading schedule to be faster than usual. (Assuming I don't get lazy writing it…)

Anyways, with that out of the way, let's move on to the comments and we have two of them.

Nightmare Corporation: Well yes it is similar to the abilities of Prototype but at the same time different. As for your worries about Jade devouring an entire person in order to regenerate his aura, Don't be.

He only needs less than half a litre of blood to restore his aura to max if it was nearly depleted. Excessive consumption of blood would overcharge his aura temporarily. But yea, no eating or draining a person dry because Jade would not do that. Just enough to make them pass out at worst. His morals would not let him do that. (Though… if he were to suddenly lose it….)

John Alan: I uh, don't understand your comment. Thanks I guess? I dunno. (My social cues are non-existent so I may not have gotten what you were trying to say.)

Anyways, let's start this chapter with Jade's meeting with a familiar face and his team.

Chapter 28

Reunion and Regrets

"Torchwick?"

Those were what uttered out of Jade's mouth when he saw that familiar criminal with his henchwoman sitting in the corner of the bar all alone. There were many things that went through his mind but one thing that mattered right now.

"Should I talk with him?" Jade could only ask himself a question as he thought of a solution.

If he were to move on, he doubts that Torchwick would ever work with Cinder after the fall but, did Neo free him from his cell? It makes the most sense but why is he doing here? Even better question. Should he interact with him? No doubt Neo wouldn't appreciate his presence after he threatened to kill her boss before the fall but…

Her skills would be a boon in the coming battle of Haven and could serve as an assurance that neither of them would join Cinder in the future. Though Jade could only speculate and interacting with them would give him the answers he seeks even though he wishes to see his team and friends again as soon as possible..

It took less than a second before Jade made his decision. He walked towards the two criminals sitting alone at the corner, through the many tables and chairs towards them before Neo noticed him approaching them as she poked Torchwick to get his attention.

"Huh? What is it Neo?" Torchwick asked his henchwoman who just pointed at Jade who approached him.

"Is it me or does this fella look familiar? What ya think Neo?" Torchwick could only say as Neo just shrugged all while Jade sat opposite them and pulled out a canteen to drink in front of them before speaking.

"Roman Torchwick. Seems like the fall didn't kill ya. What are you doing here?" Jade bluntly said as Torchwick tensed up slightly as that voice sounds really familiar. But it can't be! He died right? He saw it on the CCTs!

"Do you know how rude it is to not introduce yourself?" Torchwick responded back as Neo prepared her parasol just in case things got messy.

"Oh how rude of me to not introduce myself." Jade spoke with a smile as he removed his mask from his eyes and like Lil' Miss Malachite before, both Torchwick and Neo's faces gave one of surprise before Neo snapped out of it and with a face of rage, she stood up and pointed the end of her parasol at Jade's throat. Jade however, did not flinch at all.

"Jade… How the hell are you still alive? We saw you die on screen. No never mind, I don't want to know how. More importantly, I want to know why you are here?" Torchwick spoke with a hint of anger within his tone as Jade just stared at Neo's parasol against his throat.

"I have no quarrel with you, Torchwick. What I want to know if Cinder came back to you."

"What?" Torchwick could only say as Neo herself lowers her parasol slightly in confusion.

"You heard me Torchwick, did Cinder come back to you or did she just disappear after the fall?"

Torchwick was silent for a while. After all, the kid that held him hostage and used him as a bargaining chip against his Neo now comes to him asking if that fire bitch ever came back to him. It confused him greatly as he observed the scars that Jade had. A vertical slash down his what used to be his left eye as well as a glove covering his left hand that gave him the shivers for some reason.

At the same time, Torchwick can tell that this Jade is unlike the Jade he knew back at Vale as his eyes told him otherwise. A hint of rage that Torchwick could tell had been directed at Cinder when Jade uttered her name. He knew it well; Kitty cat here has a grudge against Cinder and is trying to see if he still has any remaining ties with her. He knows what he has to do.

"Neo, can you lower your parasol from his neck?" Torchwick asked his henchwoman who just looked at him with surprise and confusion.

"Just trust me Neo." Torchwick said as Neo did what she was told with hesitation as she removed the parasol from Jade's neck as she sat down. Though distrust could still be seen on her face.

"As for you Jade, that bitch never came back to me at all. Guess something happened to her I suppose." Torchwick answered as Jade continued to stare at them both before he closed his eyes as he put on his mask.

"Good. I can tell that you are not lying." Jade spoke as the tension on the table lessened massively as Jade gave a smirk.

"Now with that out of the way, I suppose you were aware of what happened at Beacon huh?"

"Yup I wasn't aware of the extent of that Bitch's plan but jeez that was too far, even for me." Torchwick admitted.

"Wont blame ya. But what I want to know is what are you doing here? I know Mistral has a rather large underground network but why hide here of all places?"

"Well kid, I had some contacts here that owed me a favour. Besides, the whole world had become a paranoid mess after what that bitch pulled off. Better to go somewhere I can hide for a while."

Jade hummed as he internally agreed with the criminal. "Well I suppose that's good enough. Before I go Torchwick, I got an offer for you." Jade said as he leaned forward toward the two criminals.

"Within two weeks or so, I want you to see if you can organise a Bullhead ride for at least uh… 11 people to Atlas." Jade said as both Torchwick and Neo could only look confused at what they had heard.

"Wait, you want me to get you a ride to Atlas? Why?" Torchwick could only ask.

"Well it is classified matters but… I suppose you need 'convincing' huh?" Jade said as he pulled out a couple of bundles of Lien from his coat before handing all this to the criminals.

"That's a whole lot of Lien for transport don't ya think? And jeez kid, you gotta be rich if you are willing to pay us this much." Torchwick raised an eyebrow at the amount of Lien as Neo could be seen greedily glancing at all of the Lien on the table.

Jade could only chuckle as he spoke again. "Well I am a millionaire but yea, I am paying you because I am technically hiring you both. That also means that we need each other's Scroll numbers as well." Jade pointed it out as Roman could only chuckle at how ridiculous the situation had gotten that a previous enemy is now hiring him to help out.

"Very well then, you got yourself a deal." Torchwick said as Jade extended an arm out for him to shake as Torchwick took it.

"But don't ever think of betraying me, Torchwick. Or things will get messy. Besides, I hate attacking those I paid." Jade gave a subtle threat as both men shook hands as Torchwick chuckled.

"Well the fact that you are paying us this much and that you are not attacking us on sight is good enough for me to not betray you anytime kid. Besides, you are way better than that bitch in terms of deals."

"Good."

It did not take long for both of them to sort out the details and exchange Scroll numbers before Jade took his leave and left the bar as he moved on to the next topic on his mind.

How is he going to find his team's location? He thought to himself as he walked through the street only to give himself a facepalm as he then remembered from memory that they could see the entire city from where they are staying so that means that it should be on the mountains somewhere.

Jade then found an alleyway to go to before taking off into the skies and flew to higher ground with binoculars in his hands to look for them. Admittingly, it took a while to search for them as he had to look through the individual houses before spotting a training room that had several individuals on it. Jade then used a rather helpful feature of the binoculars to zoom in close to confirm that, yes, his team as well as team JNPR and someone else there.

Jade had to guess that it was Oscar as he could see him carrying Ozpin's cane as well as beating the absolute crap of his sister team. (Oof)

"Good to see them training compared to the web show that made it like they were doing nothing at all till Haven..." Jade mumbled to himself as he kept his binoculars and flew above the clouds towards where his friends were.

Meanwhile with his team…

Ozpin/Oscar had just beaten team JNPR rather well enough as RW_Y could be seen on the side-lines watching as Ozpin trained (wrecked) team JNPR as they talked it out.

"Sheese Ozpin's not holding back is he?" Yang was first to speak. She retained her Vol 4-5 clothing as well as still having both her arms since she did not lose one of them in the fall of Beacon.

"I suppose it makes sense for him to not hold back." Weiss was next to speak as she was drinking a cup of coffee as Ruby could be heard cheering for them to keep trying.

"Keep going Pyrrha!" Ruby yelled out as she saw Pyrrha and Ozpin/Oscar duking out as the rest of her team needed time to recover. Her clothing was still very close to canon except that her cloak is more torn up.

"Kinda wish that Blake and Jade were here…" Yang then mumbled to herself as both her sister and friend heard her.

"Don't worry Yang, Blake promised us that they would meet us here and I know they would come." Ruby does her best to assure her older sister as Weiss also joins in.

"I have to agree with Ruby here. I doubt that both of them would abandon us when they promised to meet us here. They are not the type to leave us hanging." Weiss said as she drank her coffee.

Yang however could only sigh as she stared off into the scenery only for something or someone to slam into the middle of the field, sending dust everywhere while causing everyone to look at the impact zone.

"Did something just slam into the ground?!" Jaune then spoke as he got off the ground.

"Oum what is that?!" Nora could only yell out in surprise as Ozpin could be heard speaking.

"I do not know Miss Valkyrie. But prepare yourselves, it could be an enemy here." Ozpin said through Oscar while the rest of RW_Y could be seen rushing in with their weapons in hand. (Or arms for Yang's case.)

As the dust began to clear away, what they saw was black metallic wings covering someone or something as the figure stood up as the feathers disintegrate. Revealing his black metal mask that has jagged ends and has glowing red lines on it as well as a cloak that seems to cover his whole body including his head.

"Who are you?" Ren was the first to ask. As the cloaked figure gave a smirk at them all as said figure then pulled his hood down revealing his long hair as well as his cat ears before he pulled off his mask.

"Hey guys, remember me?" Jade said as everyone could only stare at their friend's grand entrance in shock that he's here.

"Jade!" Ruby was the first one to snap out of shock as she yelled out with joy as she used her semblance to zip towards Jade.

"Whoa! Ruby!" Jade could only yell with surprise as Ruby slammed into him as it caused both of them to fall and roll onto the ground with Ruby sitting on his chest.

"Jade! You're here!" Ruby could only yell with joy out as everyone could be seen running towards Jade who was still on the ground rubbing his head with Ruby on top of him.

"Ruby what a bad girl you are, claiming Jade when he already had Blake." Yang jokingly said as Ruby went red in the face as she got off Jade who was still dizzy from Ruby colliding with him.

"Yang! It's not like that!" Ruby countered her sister's tease as Jaune could be seen extending his hand out to Jade.

"Welcome back Jade." Jaune said as he extended his hand out to his fellow friend who smiled and took his hand.

"Likewise Jaune." Jade said as Jaune pulled him up onto his feet.

"I did not recognize you. What's with the new clothing?"

"Well I decided that it was time for a wardrobe change and besides most of the world still thinks I'm dead to a certain extent." Jade explained as Pyrrha who was beside him joined in.

"Jade, it is good to see you again and I must say, this outfit fits you better. And what's with the wings?" Pyrrha then asked.

But before Jade could answer Pyrrha's question Nora showed up.

"Jady! My honey-lemon maker!" Nora said as she jumped onto Jade's shoulder much to his surprise.

"Whoa! Oof!" Jade let out a surprise yelp as he fell onto the floor again but this time with Nora on top of him. Jade, after recovering from Nora's surprise hug then addresses her partner.

"Ren, didn't I teach you how to make it?" Jade asked his fellow friend who could only sheepishly smile as he gave his answer.

"You did. But Nora always prefers when you make it instead."

Jade could only sigh as he got back on his feet (again) after everyone got Nora off him as he paid attention to the new kid that approached him.

"And who is this fella here?" Jade asked despite already knowing the truth that the kid is Oscar and he has Ozpin inside him.

"Uhm. Hello, I am Oscar, nice to meet you." Oscar greeted himself as he took his hand out for Jade to shake.

"And I am Jade Grayson. A pleasure to meet you and… why do you have the headmaster's cane?" Jade asked as he shook Oscar's hand while most of the teenagers could only nervously look at each other.

Jade got his answer when Oscar's eyes glowed green for a while as Ozpin took in charge and spoke. "Jade Grayson. It is good to see you again."

Jade had to admit to himself that it is way different and strange to see it first hand as he moved back a foot with a surprise look on his face before it reverted to a serious expression.

"Ozpin? Heh… Always knew you were hiding something… You owe me an explanation for it." Jade bluntly as he folded his arms with a hint of suspicion in his tone which everyone noticed.

"And I will tell you, but this is not the place to talk about it. We can talk about it back inside."

"Very well then. Lead the way Oz." Jade said as everyone followed him back into the house.

It was that time that Ozpin told Jade what he already knew but still. He has to act like he does not know about it until Blake arrives at Haven, then he can reveal who he actually is. Till then, Jade could only be happy and had a talk with his own team.

"Soooo uh Jade, where's Blake? Both of you were never apart last time I remembered." Ruby then asked as everyone looked at Jade who was drinking his tea with one hand.

"Don't tell me you broke up with her. Or else you're gonna get it." Yang gave her threat to Jade who paid no mind to it as he placed his tea on the table.

"Well. Blake is still in Menagerie rallying the locals to help stop the White Fang from attacking Haven within two weeks from now. And we agreed to go our separate ways so I could get my gear as well as inform you guys." Jade said as everyone could only look in shock at the news.

"Haven's going to be attacked?!" Jaune yelled out.

"We got to stop them!" Ruby then joined in.

"You can try but Blake is getting the people to help out. So on the bright side, Haven would be assisted by the people of Menagerie."

"When would they do it?" Ozpin then asked.

"No idea Oz. All I know is that the White Fang were planning to pull the same stunt on Beacon on Haven. Till then the people of Menagerie would come to help fight off the Fang when it happens."

"What was that about your gear?" Ruby then realised that Jade was talking about new weapons.

"Here." Jade said as he removed one of his gauntlets which he was still wearing for some reason and passed it to Ruby who was awed at what they were as she looked through it.

"Ohhh… What are they called?"

"Well I just thought of it but I call it Kirameku yoru. It means 'Gleaming Night' in old Mistriean." Jade then told his friends his gauntlet's name which he just thought of it on the spot. And also it just sounded right to him.

"Kirameku yoru? Interesting name you got there."

"Kirameku yoru is a gauntlet with blades on them as well as a single shot grenade launcher that I can use as well." Jade said as he lifted his hand that still had one of the gauntlets before flicking his arm and like before, a pair of blades emerged from it as everyone could only look at it with awe.

"You had Kirameku yoru and you never used it at all? I don't remember any of us seeing you use it back at Beacon." Weiss was then next to speak as Jade flicked his arm to retract the blades.

"Well that's true Weiss. It was a backup weapon of sorts. So I never brought it along with me when I had to flee from Mistrial due to the bounty on my head."

"Then what happened to Thorn and Lumina? I remembered that Lumina's blade was shattered while Thorn was also heavily damaged." Pyrrha was next to speak as Ruby returned one of Emerald Star back to Jade as he put it back on.

"As for your question Pyrrha, I merged them into a new gun. Last Word." Jade continued on as he pulled out Last Word for all to see before keeping it.

"I can't help but notice your left-hand Jade. Didn't you lose it during the fall?" Jaune was next to speak only for Jade to flinch slightly which earned looks at Jaune who realised his mistake and quickly apologized.

"Oh! I'm sorry Jade if I brought bad memories."

"It's… ok Jaune. You just uh, never mind. Well I can show you and I think you would be impressed." Jade spoke with hesitation at first as he pulled his glove off his hand to reveal his semblance made hand.

This of course this disturbs pretty much everyone who was in the room (Except Nora and Ruby), especially Oscar (who was not in control at the time) who was now creeped out at how the hand is metallic black in colour with red veins on it that pulse as well as it having short claws at the end of each finger.

"You created that with your semblance? Cool!" Nora could only say as Jade covered it up with the glove as he explained.

"Well yes Nora. I did create it with my Semblance. Same for the wings earlier. My semblance seemed to have evolved to a certain extent after I woke up from my coma. Same with my clothing, all of it I create using my semblance without the need to assimilate said clothing. So in theory, if I can think of it, I can make it." Jade explained.

"Wow. And here I thought that your semblance could only make those tendril things." Yang spoke with awe.

"I suppose a close case with death caused my semblance to change and be even more versatile." Jade joked as Ozpin then spoke.

"As much as I want to let this talk go on, we still have some training to do. Jade if you mind coming outside, since you are here we might as well gauge your skill as well." Ozpin/Oscar explained as Jade's ears noticeable twitched.

"This should be interesting." Pyrrha said as Nora just had to 'encourage' the situation for poor Jade.

"Yea! Go Jady Jade!" Nora yelled out as Ren intervened at her all while all of team RW_Y nodded in agreement.

"I have to admit. I wonder how Jade would do compared to all of us. He is one of the best back in Beacon. I wonder how he would fare against Ozpin." Weiss wondered

"Probably as well as us Weissy." Yang could only say as she folded her arms all while Weiss glanced at her before looking back.

"Thanks for the confidence Yang." Jade sarcastically thought to himself as Ruby was next to speak her mind.

"I'm sure Jade would do fine. I think."

"That's not better Ruby!"

"Well I suppose it is decided then since everyone here is in favour of me having a test with Ospin here." Jade said as he let out a sigh all while the more immature of the group let out giggles at Ozpin's new name. Ozpin however, did not find it funny.

"Ospin?" He asked.

"Well yea, since you're 'borrowing' Oscar's body to gauge my combat capabilities, I figured that technically both you and Oscar are fighting me. So I gave you a new name." Jade gave his piss poor excuse as Ozpin could be seen looking at Jade with a raised eyebrow as Nora could be heard enthusiastically yelling out.

"Yea! Ospin! I like it!"

"Refrain from calling me that Miss Valkyrie. The same goes for the rest of you." Ozpin said as Jade got off his chair and walked towards the door as he spoke again.

"Whatever you say Ospin." Jade said as he walked out the door as giggles could be heard behind him, as walked back to the training field with everyone else that still has the crater he made earlier when he made his grand entrance. Oops…

"Hey Jade, your semblance can make anything right?" Yang then asked as she wrapped her arm around Jade's neck.

"Yes Yang." Jade, without hesitation, answered back.

"Anything?" Yang then asked again.

"Yes Yang, now where is this going?"

"Well… I want to make a bet with ya. If Ozpin beats ya, you would have to do as I say for today."

"And if I win?" Jade raised an eyebrow as he was curious what Yang had planned. Probably up to no good as she usually does.

"I would have to do as you say for today as well."

Jade could already see where this is going to go. No doubt he would get his ass handed to him by Ozpin/Oscar so Yang is sure to win the bet either way. It is also likely that Ozpin would not hold back at all so it is even worse for him.

But against his own concern to what Yang had planned, he can't turn down a good challenge.

"Very well Yang. I accept your bet despite it being so against me."

Jade would only realise it too late that this bet is what he would regret doing in a long time.

"Good." Yang said as she broke off from Jade as she joined back with her friends as Oscar and Jade could be seen entering the training field.

"Yang what are you planning?" Weiss was the first to speak to the blond bruiser when she got back.

"Something that would be the stuff of legends when it happens."

"Now I feel nervous for Jade for some reason." Ruby then said as JNPR could be seen sitting next to their sister team as they watched both of them in the training field face each other and enter their combat stance.

"I am curious how this would go. We never saw Jade with Kirameku yoru before so I have no clue how this would turn out." Pyrrha then said as she could only look at the contenders with interest.

"No doubt it would end the same way as any of us. Though Jade is one of the best back at Beacon so maybe he stands a chance against Ozpin?" Weiss then offered her opinion on the matter.

"Go Jady!" Nora could be heard cheering.

"I'm still curious what features Jade has for Kirameku yoru. I noticed a lot of hidden mechanisms within the gauntlet itself. It is even similar to yours Yang, in a way." Ruby can't help but get excited about the whole thing.

Back with Jade.

He was… for the better or worse, nervous. Fighting against a man who had fought for ages and thus really experienced is going to suck, but Ozpin does not have any range capabilities so attacking from range is his best bet. There was also the fact that Ozpin also has his shield semblance. So Ozpin can use it to cover himself from multiple attacks.

Jade could only sigh in annoyance. He should have seen it coming that Ozpin would want to test him. He wanted to spend the day catching up with his fellow friends instead of training or fighting but beggars can't be choosers he guessed.

As he stared at Ozpin, he could tell that Ozpin was looking into his eyes and expected him to strike first.

And he shall have it.

Jade's mask formed on his face before he then flicked his left arm as blades emerged from one of the gauntlets as Jade began to charge at Ozpin as he pulled Last Word out from its holster it and began firing directly at Ozpin. Ozpin then dodged to the side as he pulled out his cane and swung at Jade who saw it coming and parried it with his arm blade before sending a back kick of his own which landed at Ozpin's side.

"Sorry Oscar!" Jade yelled out as he back flipped away from Ozpin to get some space as Ozpin then spoke.

"He said none taken." Ozpin said as he quickly recovered and sent a punch onto Jade's chest which made him fly back a couple of meters back.

Jade groaned as he grabbed the part of his chest which got punched by Ozpin "Ow… That really hurts." He said as he got up as wings began to form on his back.

Ozpin could see what Jade was about to do as he dashed in only for Jade to take off and started using to send shots while flying around the training field.

"You know… a part of me wants to say that what Jade is doing right now is cheating but…" Jaune muttered loud enough for everyone watching to hear.

"To be fair, Jaune, you wield a sword and shield. So if you were to be fighting Jade and he does that, there won't be much you could do since you lack a range alternative." Pyrrha said to her lover as Ruby joined in.

"Oooh oh! I can help with that!"

"No modifying Croatia Mors!" Jaune yelled out as they turned their eyes back on Jade who's wings began to glow green, signifying that something is going to happen.

Jade then let out a yell as he did a spin that sends waves of aura enhanced feathers all over where Ozpin is located. Ozpin however, dashed aside while using his cane to deflect those that he couldn't dodge while unaware of Jade's plan.

As Ozpin was dodging or deflecting the feathers that Jade sent his way, he was not prepared when Jade suddenly stopped and fired one of his grenades. Which detonated just a distance from Ozpin sending him back as Jade swooped in and slammed his fist at Oscar's face.

Ozpin however remained undeterred as he clonked Jade in the head with his cane before sweeping him off of his footing, sending him to the ground groaning in pain. Jade then quickly rolled out the way to avoid another of Ozpin's attacks as he then sent a kick as Ozpin blocked it.

"Wow he actually did better than all of us." Jaune could only say with awe as his Jade' own teammates could be heard cheering out for him.

"And that's with us working as a team." Ren added in as Nora who was beside him could be heard cheering.

"Go Jady! Kick Ospin's butt!" She yelled as both fighters clashed in the middle only for Jade's Semblance to show up and binded Ozpin before throwing him aside as he fired Last Word at Ozpin who just blocked the rounds sent at him. Jade was understandably annoyed at best and frustrated at worst.

Jade then kept Last word before activating his other gauntlet as he dashed in at incredible speeds at Ozpin with the help of aura before he used his blade to dig some of the ground up and fling it at Ozpin who saw it coming and countered with his own attack that was blocked.

Jade then jumped back as the blades on his arms retracted as a shield then formed on his left hand as Jade took out Last Word and changed it to its sword configuration.

Seeing a new tactic that Jade was going for, Ozpin decides to keep the pressure up as he charges in only for tendrils to appear from his back as Jade too charged toward him. Ozpin swung down his cane on Jade who blocked it with his shield before sending his sword at Ozpin who dodged back as tendrils could be seen moving towards him as he knocked one away only for the other to grab his leg and held him up for Jade to slam his sword into his chest.

Both of them continue to clash at each other for another 3 minutes as in the end, Ozpin/Oscar won. (Kind of a no brainer. Like hell I'll let Jade win against Ozpin who has centuries of experience.)

"You have improved much from your time in Beacon Jade." Ozpin said as he was somewhat fine while breathing heavily from their fight from earlier as Jade was incapacitated on the ground.

"Yea… hadn't been lazing around while in Menagerie... Practiced with the local guards and also with Blake every once in a while." Jade acknowledged as he explained.

"Still could be better though." Ozpin can't help but give a smirk with his sass much to Jade's shock.

"Did Ozpin just fucking sass me?! MotherFucker!" He yelled in his head in astonishment at the balls that Ozpin pulled off.

"I see…" Jade gave a strained smile as everyone else could be seen approaching Jade and Ozpin.

"Jade! That was amazing!" Ruby was the first to cheer out as Weiss was next to give her mind.

As expected of Jade to give Ozpin a harder time."

"Thanks Weiss." Jade tiredly said as Yang could be seen giving a smug ass smile as she chose to join in.

"Welp you tried Jade but you lost so you know what that means."

"Yes Yang. I gotta do what you tell me for today." Jade gave a deadpan expression as he already knows that whatever Yang is going to ask him to do, it is gonna suck badly for him.

Yang could only smile with grave intentions as she gave way to JNPR who also joined in.

"That was quite a performance that you put out." Ren spoke as Nora joined in.

"Yea! Jady can fight Ospin good! Now I want my honey lemon!" Nora said as Jaune could be seen helping Jade back on his feet.

"Thanks Jaune."

"No problem Jade. You were great out there, giving Ozpin a challenge."

"Yea."

"Jade. I can tell that you had grown since your time back when you first woke up after your coma. Do you think that we could have a spar when you are recovered?" Pyrrha asked.

"I see no issue with that Pyrrha but ow…" Jade winched as he clutched his arm.

"Jade Grayson, I recommend that you rest after this. Admittingly I've gone harder on you compared to your friends in today's spar but I can allow you some time to recover." Ozpin then interjected as everyone there could only be surprised at what Ozpin meant.

"Wait wait wait! You were going easy on us Ozpin?" Yang then asked with surprise.

"I was. Mr Grayson is more combat experienced compared to most of you here. As you saw earlier, Grayson was able to counter my attacks and I must say, managed to catch me off guard a couple of times. Though I must admit. I wish to see the full extent of your semblance. You said it evolved, am I correct?"

"Yes Ozpin. It did evolve. Heck I am still seeing how far I can push it but, I prefer not relying on it as my semblance could be my trump card in any fight. As you all saw, Ozpin lacked any range capabilities so engaged with Ozpin at range." Jade explained as Ozpin nodded before letting Oscar take control again.

"Wow… You are scary when you fight." Oscar nervously said after taking control of his body as Jade smiled as he put his hand on Oscar and began giving him head pats as Oscar's face redded rapidly as giggles could be heard.

"Oh your poor sweet innocent boy. Though it sucks that you were dragged into this mess. Kinda like me now that I think about it…" Jade thought to himself as he spoke.

"Yea. Sorry about that Oscar. My masks do serve a purpose of intimation and hiding my identity as technically, I'm supposed to be dead, sort of. Of course as you saw. Ozpin was not affected by it." Jade explained as he removed his hand from Oscar's head as he walked towards the house.

"Now then, do we have anything inside I can eat? I only had an apple when I came over."

"Well we haven't had breakfast yet so you can join us." Ruby then explained after she jogged up to Jade.

"Sounds good to me. I'll join ya after I have a shower."

"Come Ren Ren! Let's make Pancakes for everyone!" Nora yelled out as she ran into the house as Ren gave a sigh as he smiled before chasing after her. At the same time, Jade felt Yang's hand on his shoulder as he paused to face her.

"Don't forget about our deal Jade." Yang continued to give a mischievous smile as Jade gave almost an annoyed yet resigned look on his face.

"What you want me to do." Jade said as Yang got closer and whispered into his ear.

Jade's eyes widened in horror as his face turned red from embarrassment.

"Yang you can't be serious." Jade quietly protested to Yang about it as she remained unfazed by it.

"A deal is a deal Jade, you lost to Ozpin so you would have to do what I told you to do for today." Yang remained undeterred in her decision as Jade gave a face that screams of horror of what's to come.

"Fine. I'll do it Yang but I'll get you back. That's a promise." Jade mumbled loud enough for Yang to hear as he walked away.

"Yang what did you ask Jade to do?" Pyrrha, who saw the entire thing, asked her teammate.

Yang however just smiled as she addressed her. "You'll see it later." She ominously stated as she followed where everyone was going.

Sometime later…

Everyone could be seen on the table enjoying pancakes that both Nora and Ren had made for everyone, even Oscar was happily enjoying pancakes after the spar earlier that made him physically tired.

Though, all of them were wondering one thing. Why is Jade taking a long time to come and join them in breakfast?

"Yang what did you do to make Jade take a while to come?" Ruby asked her sister as she just smirks and refused to say anything.

"Because of this." Jade's voice could be heard as he exited the bathroom as his face was red as if he ate too much spicy food as his eye could be seen twitching with embarrassment and anger which is directed at Yang.

Jade for the most part, was wearing a bunny leotard plus suit, a bunny headband that is covering his cat ears though he could still hear through it, a collar with a bowtie on his neck, cuffs on his arms and black gloves to cover his hands as well as stockings and formal shoes to go along with it. It does not help that it brought out his figure as well as his abs could be seen through the Leotard as well as having a bunny tail on his ass as well.

"Yang. I hate you so much." Jade muttered as he gave himself a facepalm as a couple of them had their jaws dropped as most of them were laughing at what they had seen. Oscar had his eyes covered by Pyrrha who was also trying her best to not laugh at what she had seen.

"Jade! What the hell are you wearing?!" Weiss yelled out as Jade slowly walked towards everyone.

"Due to me unfortunately losing the bet to Yang. I have to wear this bunny suit for the entire day…"

"Looking good Jade!" Yang laughed out with joy as she took out a scroll and snapped a photo of Jade in a bunny suit.

"I'm so going to show Blake this when she finally comes over!" She continued as Jade could be seen glaring daggers at her.

"You better don't! I'll break your scroll if you even dare to!" Jade angrily retorted.

Ruby could be seen trying her honest best not to laugh at the only male teammate as Weiss was too flabbergasted to do anything. Ren looked away with a smirk on his face while Nora was on the floor laughing her head off. Jaune was also trying his best to not laugh as after all. He went to the dance in a dress. As for Pyrrha, she was too busy protecting Oscar's eyes from it though she was blushing while trying her very best to not laugh at he friend/spar mate.

"I am really starting to regret my decision to agree to your bet…" Jade could only mutter in frustration and embarrassment as he sat down and began munching on some pancakes while everyone could be heard giggling at his expense.

"Uh, Pyrrha? Can you let go of my eyes?" Oscar could only ask.

And today begins Jade's single day of humiliation by Yang.

And we are done for now. So how was this chapter for you all? Did you enjoy it. I did when Jade had to wear a bunny suit. The idea came from the Slime diaries. You should check it out. Quite wholesome anime to watch. Anyways.

So yea Torchwick is alive and kicking with Neo as well. And Jade hires them to get a transport for them to Atlas because as he knows so far, Salem is going to be there. Is it dumb because of how the relic attracts Grimm and they would have to deal with flying Grimm? Perhaps.

Next we got to see Jade's reunification with the rest of team RWBY minus Blake as she is still in Menagerie. Overall yea I kind of like how I portray Jade's plan to the rest of the team. As for why he only mentioned the attack of the White Fang instead of also telling them that Lionheart would most likely call them to come within the next two weeks? He felt that he didn't need to tell. He'll let him do the rest for him. (Besides, that coward will die.)

Anyways moving on we got Ozpin versus Jade. Jade was fighting Ozpin dirtier as we saw when he took flight to attack him from a distance or using the dirt to his advantage. Jade still bears a grudge against Ozpin as well… His previous life has a habit of holding against those who wronged him. So when his soul remerged. That same grudge-bearing personality spills over with his hatred of Cinder for almost killing him and Ozpin for blackmailing him in a way.

And then we got Jade's bet with Yang that resulted in him wearing a bunny suit because Yang asked for it. I got some REALLY GOOD IDEAS for an Omake for that day. Stick by to find out. Oh and yes Yang will show it to Blake.
