A/N: Oh my goodness. Looking back at that last chapter while I am proud of most of what happened in that chapter, I am not proud of the grammar and spelling mistakes. I'd felt that I'd made you all wait long enough and I was stuck on how to end the chapter for a LONG time (not to mention that I've been extremely busy with college).

Thank you all for being patient and thank you for all the feedback.

Much love.

BPOV:

After Charlie and I had talked he'd let me use his work laptop to look around for a therapist. There weren't many in Forks and I'd taken to looking in Seattle for one.

I'd eventually that I felt I would be comfortable with. The reviews for them were overwhelmingly positive and most characterized her as having a gentle and understanding demeanor.

I dialed the number for their office and stepped outside to set up an appointment.

"Hello. This Dr. Kiki Samson's office. How can I help you," the person who answered spoke in a voice so chipper and light it put Alice to shame.

"Um...yes I'm calling because I found your therapy sessions online and I wanted to set up an appointment."

"No problem, sweetheart. Can I get your full name?"

"Isabella Marie Swan."

"Well Ms. Swan, my name is Giselle and I'm Dr. Samson's assistant. We'll get your first free session schedule and we can send over paperwork for you to fill out or you can fill it out on the day of your session," Giselle replied as she began to hash out the details.

"I think I'll fill out the paperwork at your office."

"That's no problem at all and how long would you like your session to be, Ms. Swan?"

"I don't know. Maybe an hour or an hour and a half?"

"I'll make a note of it Dr. Samson will take it from there. What day would you like to come in to see us? We can get you in for a session as soon as Friday."

"Please. The sooner the better," I replied.

"No problem at all, Ms. Swan. I've got you down for this Friday at 6 pm. How does that sound?"

"Perfect."

"Alright. We'll see you then. You have lovely day, Ms. Swan," she said warmly and hung up.

Those reviews weren't lying. If that was the demeanor of her assistant I couldn't wait to meet Dr. Samson.

Just then I saw the dull headlights of Jacob's Rabbit approaching the house.

JPOV:

After the meeting with the Elders, Sam and I caught up with one another. Two more kids had phased. 13-year olds. Colin and Brady I remember Rach and Becca babysitting them a few times.

I'd told Sam about the Volturi visiting the Cullens.

"Carlisle promised he would try to keep them from hunting during their stay. He said it'd be safer if we keep our distance from them."

"We can't exactly take their word for it," Sam thought. "Once we get you, Seth, and Leah back into the pack we'll get back to our normal shifts and keep the young ones close to home. But there is something else we need to discuss."

"What?"

"I think it's time that you start your journey as Alpha."

"We've been over this Sam. I don't want it."

"It's too late for that. When you broke off from us you started something and it has changed the dynamic of the pack."

"I don't understand."

"My order and power as Alpha weakened when you left. Since then it has been getting harder and harder to keep the pack in line. I spoke with the Elder's about it and they believe the pack is being drawn towards you, even me."

"Sam I'm not like you. I'm not a leader."

"I'll help you. It wasn't easy trying to keep Jared and Paul in line but I think you could do a lot of good for this pack if you give yourself the chance Jacob."

"And you're sure there's nothing I can do to stop it?"

"Nope. Plus once the Cullens leave for good I think I'll stop phasing. Old Quil said he'd guide me through it Emily's expecting now you know and Paul's an okay guy but he's not Alpha material. It could be years before I see results."

? POV:

"Are you sure she's ready now? She could be a liability if we approach her now."

"Her experience is unusual yet unique. She's come out of it stronger."

"All she needs is a bit of guidance. We dragged our feet on this issue long enough. If we wait any longer they'll become suspicious."

"You had better be right about this."

"You worry too much. With my help she'll be more than ready."
