Tarika bought a new pair of earplugs.
" Abhijeet I am so excited. Mujhe yeh lena tha bohot din se ", she said excitedly.
" Kitni choti choti cheezon se khush ho jati hai yeh ", he smiled at her innocence.
" Oo mister! Kahaan kho gaye? "
" Inn ankhon mai... ", he passed her a teasing smile.
" Nice try .. Accha suno naa. Mujhe yeh check karne mai help karo. I need to know iska noise cancellation kaisa hai "
" Tumne check nahi kiya? "
" Online order kiya tha ", she clarified.
" Accha accha.. Toh mujhe kya karna hai bolo ", he said.
" Zyada kuch nahi. I will put this on aur phir tum kuch bolna. Mujhe bas dekhna hai music lagane ke baad mai tumhe sunn sakhti hoon ki nahi "
" Accha.. Par mai kya bolu? ", he inquired with a blank expression.
" Ab yeh bhi mai bolu! Kuch bhi bol lena. Mai thodi sunn rahi.. I mean review kaafi acche hai iske "
" Hmm "
" Okay, ab bolo ", she plugged the earplugs in .
" Tarika... ", Abhijeet called her name softly but she didn't respond.
" Tarika jii.. ", once again he called her. This time with a mischievous tone.
" Ae tum ruk ruk ke kyun bol rahe ho. Kuch sunai nahi de rahe ", she made a face.
Suddenly an idea struck him and without thinking twice he said loudly,
" Tarika ji I love you love you love you.. Will you marry me? ", he spoke in a one go!
" OMG! What! ", her eyes get doubled in size.
" What?! What! ", he get puzzled.
" Yes! Yes! OMG ! I can't believe you just said that ", she started crying her heart out.
" Damn it tumne sab sunn liya? Dekho I am sorry ro maat.. par tum ro kyun rahe ho? ", he was hell a confused.
" Kyun ki mujhe samjh nahi aa rahe ( sobbed) ki kya mujhe yeh soch ke khush hona chahiye that you said that or gussa hona chahiye ki mujhe kharab product mila! "
" Well.. That's confusing! ", he murmured.
" Shut up and hug me ", saying so she threw herself into his arms.
It took him a few seconds to realize. Then he too rounded his arms around her.
" Listen.. ", she whispered undertone.
" Hmm "
" I love you more ", saying so she tighten her arms around him.
With a lingering smile they shared a warm embrace.
